Lori Harvey Fires Back Amid Halloween Costume Controversy: “I Was Tired”

Amid the countless extravagant celebrity Halloween looks we’ve seen this year, Lori Harvey’s costume stood out. Unfortunately, it was for all the wrong reasons. The 26-year-old dressed up as Lara Croft, showing off her fit on Instagram. While she certainly stunned in her Tomb Raider-inspired costume, fans are calling her out. She’s known to go big for Halloween, but went for a more laid-back vibe this year. Some commenters are disappointed by what they say was a lack of effort on Harvey’s part.

“D for effort girl,” one critical commenter writes. “This is the most laxed Halloween pics I’ve seen of you,” another says. Several other commenters are also comparing her Lara Croft fit to costumes Harvey’s worn in the past, particularly her iconic 2022 Beyonce costume. For her Queen Bey look, she rocked a long green and white gown, glamorous accessories, and a Beyonce-inspired wig. Fortunately, it doesn’t appear as though Harvey’s letting the criticism get to her, clapping back with a simple response. “Girl I was tired this year,” she wrote alongside various laughing emojis.

Lori Harvey Unapologetic For Lara Croft Costume

Several fans are now coming to Harvey’s defense over the Halloween costume backlash, noting how her Lara Croft look was actually spot-on for the character she was trying to portray. Many are also chiming in to remind haters that it’s okay to not go all out for one year. Regardless of the controversy, it’s no secret that Harvey’s more than capable of serving looks, though she may not always be interested in going above and beyond for a costume.

Kevin Gates Teaches His Daughter How To Drive, Says She Doesn’t Need A Seatbelt

Kevin Gates was recently on dad duty and shared it on Instagram, and while he definitely had good intentions, he also caught a lot of flack for his execution. Moreover, he recently shared a clip on Instagram of him and his eight-year-old daughter Islah in the car as he gave her driving lessons while she was behind the wheel. Seems like a pretty wholesome, albeit quite early father-daughter moment, right? Well, the problem is that she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt on the road. When fans called the rapper out for this, he gave a pretty disheartening and straight-up ignorant response: “I don’t raise p***y.”

“When you love what you have, you have everything you need,” Kevin Gates captioned his Instagram video of the occasion. “These moments are the ones worth more than anything to a Father. Islah says I’m a pretty cool dad- I love you all.” Unfortunately for him, fans didn’t really notice the message and instead expressed concern for his daughter because of this lack of safety prioritization. While the Baton Rouge native is always getting caught up in bizarre antics online, this isn’t just some Internet fodder; it’s a legitimate concern for their well-being.

Kevin Gates Shows Off His Eight-Year-Old Daughter’s Driving Skills

Of course, we already know that he isn’t the most considerate person when it comes to posting about children and commenting on what they should and shouldn’t be. For example, Kevin Gates shared an explicit childbirth video earlier this year much to the disgust of people online who caught it. It’s a very different consideration from this driving daughter debacle, but does he really need to talk about childbirth and new life in ways so inappropriate for the people he’s talking about? Maybe that’s a prudish question to ask, but on the flip side of this, it’s very different for a 37-year-old to drive without a seatbelt than an eight-year-old.

Fans Plead With The Rapper To Teach His Daughter To Wear A Seatbelt

Meanwhile, we’ll see if anything relevant comes from this outraged response, whether it’s a double-down or an apology. In the meantime, we’re sure he will continue living life in ways that shock and intrigue social media, such as when he spits in fans’ mouths at shows. It’s a wild ride for the hitmaker, so we just hope he fastens his seatbelt before continuing on that road. For more news and the latest updates on Kevin Gates, stay posted on HNHH.

Chrisean Rock’s Treatment Of Son At Fan Meet & Greet Sparks Backlash Online

Chrisean Rock and her newborn baby boy Chrisean Jr. are taking the world on together, much to the dismay of social media. Moreover, it feels like we can barely go a day without receiving some sort of update or large reaction to one of her antics or to an aspect of her personal life. The Baddies star leaves it all out there online for everyone to take in, and it’s a fruitless endeavor to sum up all her controversies these days. Some of those are of her own creation, while others came from others who thrust it upon her. Something that the Baltimore native got a lot of recent flack for, though, is her parenting of her son.

For example, she recently held a meet-and-greet session with fans, and of course Chrisean Jr. was there alongside his mom. Furthermore, many blasted Chrisean Rock online for apparently treating him like a prop, as you can see in the clip below that she moves him around aggressively in some’s eyes. Others, though, took stronger issue with taking the little one to gatherings in the first place. “I’m rooting for Rock, but that baby ain’t old enough for no meet and greet, I’m sorry. Too many sick people out here,” one user wrote under Instagram coverage of the event.

Regardless, there are still many fans of Chrisean Rock online who defend her parenting skills and choices in those matters. “Imagine having to work to feed your baby and you can’t trust a soul with your child because of past traumas the baby a be alright,” one social media user posited. “U definitely can’t plz floks,” another added. “She leave the bby with a relative Issa a problem, she walk with the bby is next problem. Like wtf? God got her n that bby, yall best believe it.”

Meanwhile, others sought a compromise and are offering her advice on how to balance her hectic schedule with motherhood. “Rock need to hire a travel nanny to go with her,” a user suggested. “I understand you gotta work so I get her taking him with her… Too many ppl got Covid.” Maybe she can get her rumored new boo, Lil Mabu, to take care of him, too. Sexyy Red Gets Backlash For Twerking During Pregnancy

Sexyy Red’s recently announced pregnancy has fans feeling divided for a couple of different reasons. On one hand, the joy of parenthood is always something special to celebrate, and to congratulate and support someone for. However, when you’re a widely successful rapper who loves to dance provocatively and rap raunchily for your performances- and you’re currently on tour- that context can warp public perception a lot. Moreover, she’s getting a lot of backlash or averse treatment for twerking onstage during her Hood Hottest Princess tour. Of course, during the tour stops themselves, fans cheer on the St. Louis MC with a lot of enthusiasm.

However, when it comes to online reception, many criticized Sexyy Red for her decision. “Imagine this being yo momma [crying face emoji],” one hater wrote under DJ Akademiks’ coverage of it. Others added “She should be ashamed of herself” and “That baby bouta come out sounding like doodlebob from all that shaking.” Still, others were quick to defend the 25-year-old. “Realistically tho, she suppose to stop being an artist and stop making money just because she pregnant?”

Furthermore, she made it very clear that no pregnancy would stop her show trek, responding to a fan’s qualms about it on Twitter. “Girl I gotta see you on tour in a couple of days?????? Congratulations but what,” a fan responded to her pregnancy announcement. “We still gon make some noise wtf,” Sexyy Red responded. In addition, it’s important to consider that this is pretty much all that we know about the pregnancy, so this backlash is also a result of lack of context or knowledge. The child’s father hasn’t been revealed, and no one is sure of how far along the “SkeeYee” MC is. Check out some more reactions to all this down below.

Fans React To The Mom’s Dance Moves

Meanwhile, these performance clips are already going viral, whether for her second child or because they’re twerking videos. Either way, this certainly caused a lot more debate and discussion than most pregnancies do. In the near future, we’ll see what else emerges around it and how she continues to carry herself as an artist and soon-to-be mother of two. Charlamagne Tha God Defends Drake Amid “For All The Dogs” Backlash

Charlamagne Tha God came to Drake’s defense during the latest episode of The Breakfast Club amid backlash to his new album, For All The Dogs. Charlamagne says the project is on the same level as all of Drake’s other work in recent years, leaving him confused as to the negative response.

“I do think the criticism is slightly unfair though because this is the same Drake music that he’s been putting out for at least the last five, six years” he began. “What’s the difference between this album and the album with 21 that he dropped last year.” From there, DJ Envy argued that it’s a difference of opinion by generations with younger fans liking the project.

Afterward, Charlamagne continued: “By the way, he’s not going through anything that no artist of his stature has not gone through. Not even an artist of his stature, anybody who’s been in the position that he’s been in consistently winning for so long, there’s always a point in time where people get tired of seeing you win. So they take any opportunity because this album is not as bad as y’all making it out to be.”

Perhaps the most vocal voice to criticize Drake’s newest album is Joe Budden. After Budden accused him of “rapping for the children,” Drake fired back in a fiery Instagram post calling him a failed rapper. He wrote: “@joebudden you have failed at music. You left it behind to do what you are doing in this clip cause this is what actually pays your bills. For any artist watching this just remember you are watching a failure give their opinion on his idea of a recipe for success… a quitter give their opinion on how to achieve longevity…”

Drake’s Esperanza Spalding Jab Has Fans Up In Arms

Drake dropped his new album For All The Dogs yesterday, following months of teasing. Fans couldn’t wait to hear the potential beef that’d be laid out on the project, and of course, they’ve been speculating since it arrived. Listeners are hard at work dissecting the project line for line, suspecting shots at Rihanna, The Weeknd, Kanye West, NBA YoungBoy, and more. One diss fans didn’t expect, however, was Drake’s line about Esperanza Spalding. The jazz performer took home a Grammy in 2011 for Best New Artist, which Drake was also nominated for.

On his track “Away From Home,” the Canadian-born artist calls her out directly by name. “Esperanza Spalding was gettin’ all the praises/ I’m tryna keep it humble, I’m tryna keep it gracious/ Who give a f*ck Michelle Obama put you on her playlist?/ Then we never hear from you again like you was taken,” he raps.

The unexpected jab has certainly managed to get social media users talking, and from the looks of things, most of them aren’t pleased. Countless users think the lyric was uncalled for, and are coming fiercely to Spalding’s defense. It’s safe to say that her fans will not be letting this one slide. Many note her unmatched musical abilities, and think Drake could still be holding on to some hard feelings over the Grammy loss. Several others have also brought up the fact that Spalding seems like an odd choice for a diss, considering the countless rappers that have come at him in the past.

Chrisean Rock Walmart Video: Reality Star Disses Blueface’s Mom & Explains Herself To Haters

Unfortunately for Chrisean Rock and her fans, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to defend the new mother’s behaviour. Since giving birth for the first time earlier this month, she and her baby boy have been outside with reckless abandon. First, Rock faced backlash for taking him to a football game while still wearing her hospital bracelet. After that, she also brought Chrisean Jr. to the studio for his debut appearance in Blueface’s “Baby Momma Drama” visual, bringing more criticism her way.

What the Baddies cast member has felt the most heat for, however, is a video of her at the grocery store, keeping a far more secure hold on her dog than on her son. The clip quickly went viral, earning responses from her baby daddy and his mom, Karlissa Saffold. “Got my baby in the g****** grocery store with the g****** s*** folded over like he doing a backbend like he in the g****** gymnastics already,” she lashed out at Rock on Live earlier this week. Since then, the “Lit” rapper has responded to Saffold, even seemingly threatening physical violence against her co-parent’s mom.

Chrisean Rock Claps Back at Karlissa Saffold and Other Haters

“This is not your grandbaby. It’s my baby, for real,” she hit back at Saffold on her own stream. “You acting like you wanna get beat up again!” Rock yelled, referencing their past altercation. She then addressed Blueface’s tweet about her misusing her baby carrier, as well as the woman who recorded her without consent in the first place. “That video, I get it, it’s hurting and breaking everyone’s hearts… Imma just move slower, ok?” the new mom promised. “That was a complete mistake, but the b**ch that recorded, you’re weird!”

We thought that her pregnancy was a rollercoaster of emotions, but so far, the first few weeks of Chrisean Rock’s journey into motherhood have been chaotic in every way imaginable. She’s facing constant criticism from those online watching her every move, and the Walmart incident appears to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Nevertheless, the 23-year-old previously promised that she’d “never disrespect” her baby boy, so here’s hoping with a bit more time and coaching she’ll remember to support his neck. Do you think Rock has what it takes to be a great parent? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more music/pop culture news updates.

Chrisean Rock Under Fire For Using Baby Carrier Improperly

Chrisean Rock has been under fire as of late after a fan spotted her at Walmart with her newborn son. They managed to sneak a video of the reality star, which has now sparked a great deal of debate. In the clip, the infant is seen strapped into a baby carrier on his mother’s chest. Social media users were quick to note how he doesn’t look properly supported by the device, and appears to be hanging in an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe position.

Countless viewers are now expressing concern for the newborn, and accusing the 23-year-old of being an unfit mother. “This looks really bad,” one Instagram commenter writes. “The baby has no support and is supposed to be more secure.” While some are going in on Chrisean, others are coming to the new mother’s defense. “You can support instead of criticizing,” a commenter notes.

Chrisean Rock Criticized For The Way Chrisean Jr. Is Hanging Off Of Her

Though it’s clear that adapting to motherhood can be challenging, it doesn’t look like social media users will be letting this one slide. Unfortunately, this also isn’t the first time Chrisean’s been accused of making the wrong move since her son’s arrival. She’s been facing some criticism for choosing to take the newborn out in public so early in his life, especially since his celebrity parent is sure to draw attention. Chrisean’s also raised some eyebrows by featuring Chrisean Jr. in music videos, bringing him along to the studio with her, and more.

It doesn’t look like Chrisean’s receptive to the feedback, however, as she recently took to social media to clap back. “What advice are you giving me, the f**k?” she asked. “Nine times out of ten, I got way more money than advice any of y’all giving me.” What do you think of the backlash Chrisean Rock is receiving over the clip? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Chrisean Rock.

Meek Mill Haggles With Local Business, Fans Blast Him

Breaking the awkward tension between you and an employee while they are helping you is not the easiest thing to do. Most people struggle with starting conversations with a stranger for many reasons. It could be because they have social anxieties, or just have an irrational fear of meeting new people. On the employee’s side, they might be new to the job, and when a customer does try to interact with them, they panic and get nervous. It is an everyday reality of life as new interactions bring forth many challenges. That is what might have happened in this video with Meek Mill and a convenience store worker.

In some footage acquired by nojumper’s Instagram account, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania rapper made a quick stop. He stopped in at what appears to be a convenience store that is locally owned. It is cool when famous people head into places like this because if people see stuff online, it might draw in more customers. The young man appears to not be familiar with who he is dealing with, but the fans do.

In the clip, Mill is trying to get a deal on some candy and soda (or pop). He asks the clerk, “You givin’ us a deal?” He does so a few times and the comments section was not having it. One person says, “That dreams and nightmares money ain’t dreaming and nightmaring like it’s supposed to huh?” But others came to his defense, saying, “We from Philly that’s the first thing we gone say is give us a deal and we can have a pocket full of money! It’s a Philly hood thing.” Meek appears to be joking around with the kid to loosen him up and make him laugh, but some did not take it that way.

What are your initial thoughts on Meek Mill trying to bargain with a local convenience store? Do you think he was just joking around with the employee? Or, do you agree with the responses and that he was being serious about his request? We want to hear what you have to say about all of this.
