21 Savage Announces Tour For “American Dream” With JID, Nardo Wick & More

2024 is clearly 21 Savage’s year, and he just gave fans another reason as to why it’s his for the taking. Moreover, he just announced The American Dream tour in North America in support of his new album of the same title, running from all of May to mid-June. Not only that, but the Slaughter Gang rapper will hit the stage along with fellow ATLiens JID and 21 Lil Harold, as well as Jacksonville’s own Nardo Wick. If you’re interested in going, it will kick off on May 1 in Vancouver and will wrap up with a hometown show in Atlanta on June 15. Furthermore, the presale goes live on Thursday (February 29) at an unspecified time, with the password “DREAMTOUR” getting you access.

In addition to all the hype surrounding 21 Savage’s american dream, this also completes a full promo rollout for the big release. For example, he recently performed on Saturday Night Live with special guests, which is a much more controlled performance environment. As such, fans are more excited to see the London native in a full tour setting again, just like his recent It’s All A Blur run with Drake. Speaking of the U.K., fans wonder whether The American Dream tour will include a European leg.

Of course, 21 Savage already had his homecoming show there following his immigration struggles and citizenship status. But a lot of other places want to hear what he can bring to a full arena, especially with this new album’s material in mind. Tracks like “née-nah,” “redrum,” and “dangerous” would absolutely pop off in the pits, and the “out for the night” MC has the backing and status to warrant some impressive visuals and set-ups. This isn’t even accounting for the skill, energy, and complete rap performance package that JID, Nardo Wick, and 21 Lil Harold will provide.

Meanwhile, the 31-year-old also found some extra promo for his moves in an unexpected place. Still, a gambling scam scandal with streamer Adin Ross was something he probably did not expect to shock as much as it did. Regardless, it doesn’t make excitement for this tour any less palpable. They appear to have called things off since, though the “Barbie” MC has been fairly quiet about their current relationship status.

The situation took an interesting turn when Blueface was arrested last month for allegedly violating his parole. Chrisean Rock, for example, began posting about the “Thotiana” performer as if they were an item again. Allegedly, she’s pregnant with his fourth child.

We are just five days away from going INSANO! Legendary Cleveland rapper Kid Cudi is going to be dropping his 10th project on January 12. Over the past few weeks, the multi-talented artist gave his fans updates on different aspects of the album. We know everything we possibly need to know now, as Cudi has just announced the tracklist. The 39-year-old revealed the names of the songs across his social media accounts and there are some impressive collaborations as well.

“THE SCOTTS” are reuniting once again, as Travis Scott and Scott Mescudi are bringing their talents to “Get Off Me.” ASAP Rocky will land on the fifth track called “Wow.” Other additions include DJ Drama, Lil Yachty, Young Thug, a posthumous XXXTENTACION, and Lil Wayne. While this is an enticing 21-song tracklist, fans were still a little let down. During the earlier stages of the rollout, it was rumored that INSANO was going to be 40 songs.

However, it appears those 19 additional songs will be on a deluxe version. Kid Cudi reassured his fans by following up the announcement by saying, “I said there will be a deluxe. Not everyone’s been a fan of the teased material, but you can’t deny that his closeness and dedication to his fanbase brings a genuine sincerity to his craft.

Nevertheless, let’s get into Kid Cudi’s wild producer list for INSANO, which hints at a variety of sounds. Some standouts: BNYX, Pharrell, WondaGurl, Clams Casino, Cubeatz, Take A Daytrip, Da Honorable C.N.O.T.E., sadpony, Dot Da Genius, Plain Pat, John Cunningham, Keyon Christ, and so many more. The “Show Out” creative, as such, will probably offer fans a wealth of styles and appeals when it comes to this record’s tracklist. Many of these producers feel pretty comfortable in a trap lane, but they will surely branch out and add their own special flair.

Is it a new album, a clothing line, a new tour to account for his rescheduled dates, or something else entirely? Well, we don’t know for sure, but that doesn’t make this development any less exciting. After all, we usually only get radio silence on this matter, and official social media posts from him are far better than random leaks, assumptions, or other hints we usually get. What’s more is that even Pharrell Williams shared this news on his pages, so we have more reason than ever to believe that another Christmas drop for the Whole Lotta Red superstar might be upon us.

However, we don’t want to get too ahead of ourselves yet; we can’t forget that this is Playboi Carti we’re talking about. This has been a common cycle in the media for years now, only amplified by the longer we wait for it. For many fans out there, they probably won’t believe it until they see new material on their preferred streaming service, but we can’t ignore that there’s some hope here. For example, for the aforementioned album WLR, he brought on Kanye West as its executive producer. As such, maybe the Neptunes legend will be the producer and fashion icon at the helm of this next project, or he’s just simply as excited as we are. Either way, it certainly adds fuel to the speculative fire, especially with his own talk about having a lot of new music on the way.

Meanwhile, given past reports on Carti’s album being called Music, this adds to the likelihood that this is an official album announcement.
