One Direction Members Post Heartfelt Tributes To “Brother” Liam Payne

One Direction was the boy band for an entire generation. As with every era-defining group, though, a contentious breakup came in the aftermath of their success. Fans were forced to choose which 1D star was right and which was wrong. Zayn Malik and Liam Payne were two of the most polarizing members during post-1D years. Payne’s tragic death on October 17, however, has put things into perspective for Zayn Malik. Zayn, as well as Louis Tomlinson, took to social media to pay tribute to their former band member and “brother.”

Zayn Malik posted a photo of him and Payne during their One Direction days. The two teens appear to be leaning against each other while sleeping in a car. Zayn then delves into the complications and the tragic dynamics of his relationship with Payne. “Even though you were younger than me,” he wrote. “You were always more sensible than me. You were headstrong, opinionated, and gave no f**ks about telling people when they were wrong.” Zayn Malik then noted that he appreciated the ways in which Payne challenged him, even if he didn’t show it in the moment. “Even though we butted heads because of this a few times, I always secretly respected you for it,” he added.

Liam Payne Was Praised By His Former Band Mates

Zayn closed out his tribute to Liam Payne by referring to the late singer as his brother. Through all of the adversity, the two men remain bonded. “[I] can’t explain to you,” he concluded. “What I’d give to just give you a hug one last time and say goodbye to you properly. Tell you that I loved and respected you dearly.” Zayn wasn’t the only One Direction star who felt the need to speak up after Liam Payne’s untimely death. Louis Tomlinson also took to Instagram to praise Payne and the impact the singer left on life.

Liam Payne and Tomlinson also had personal issues, according to an interview the former gave in 2021. He claimed that he and Tomlinson actually hated each other while they were in One Direction, and it was only after the band broke up that they became close. Tellingly, Louis Tomlinson also referred to Payne as his brother. “I wish I got chance to say goodbye and tell you one more time how much I loved you,” he wrote on IG. “Payno, my boy, one of my best friends, my brother, I love you mate. Sleep well X.”

Wait For It … Kristin Cavallari Thinks Kanye West Is A CLONE

Screen Shot 2024 10 17 at 3.10.03 PM

Here we go with a really weird take from Kristin Cavallari regarding Ye. She recently sparked controversy with a wild conspiracy theory, claiming that Kanye West has been replaced by a clone created by the Illuminati.

During an episode of her Let’s Be Honest podcast, Cavallari wildly suggested that West was “taken” by the secret society following his controversial antisemitic comments, and that the current Kanye is not the same person people once knew.

Wait for it …

“I think Kanye is a clone; I wholeheartedly believe what I’m about to say,” Cavallari boldly stated, explaining that the Illuminati and the Cabal “didn’t like how much [Kanye] was revealing” when he was outspoken in the past. She referenced a comment West allegedly made, saying, “If I go away and come back looking different, that is not me.” Cavallari expressed her belief that the real Kanye was replaced after he disappeared for a while and returned looking different.

Why does that cloning Tyrone movie come to mind right about now? Anyway …

Get this, in a preview of the podcast episode, Cavallari went further, claiming that people who expose cloning in Hollywood “get killed.” She emphasized, “What the f—k happened? He disappeared, then came back. Look at him now. Compare old photos. It’s not the same f—king person.”

When it came to her guest, Justin Anderson, he was skeptical, questioning why no one would expose the cloning of “one of the biggest pop stars in the world.” Cavallari responded, “Literally, you’d get killed.” She ended her theory by saying, “I believe this with every ounce of my body.”

As expected, Cavallari’s comments set off a frenzy online, with reactions pouring in. Candace Owens responded in the comments, saying, “They didn’t clone him but they absolutely did try to MK Ultra drug him out of his mind. Which is what they did to Britney Spears.” Other fans echoed Cavallari’s sentiments, with one stating, “1000% he was replaced.”

What’s more, Cavallari didn’t offer further proof of her claims, Kanye West has been embroiled in a lawsuit filed by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. She accused him of sexual assault and detailed disturbing behavior during her time working for him. Pisciotta’s lawsuit, among other issues surrounding West, has kept him in the headlines, adding fuel to the ongoing scrutiny of his actions.

People can just say anything nowadays. It’s crazy but maybe it’s good entertainment. You be the judge.

Tyler, The Creator Announces Release Date For Upcoming Album ‘Chromokopia’

Screen Shot 2024 10 17 at 3.02.48 PM

New music alert, from Tyler, The Creator. The eccentric artist just dropped a cryptic video titled “St. Chroma,” hinting at an intriguing new project, CHROMAKOPIA.

Gotta admit … CHROMAKOPIA is a dope title.

The eerie visual, filled with mysterious imagery, sparked widespread speculation, and now Tyler has confirmed that CHROMAKOPIA will be his seventh studio album, slated for release on October 28 through Columbia Records. What’s crazy is, this will be Tyler’s first full-length project since his critically acclaimed 2021 album, Call Me If You Get Lost.

Get this, the video teaser for CHROMAKOPIA, which features a masked Tyler leading a group of similarly masked people through a desert, sets a dark and ominous tone for the upcoming release. As they march into a large container marked “Chromakopia,” the black-and-white visuals shift to color, culminating in a dramatic explosion after a hand triggers a detonator, destroying the container with everyone inside. The atmosphere is unsettling, with whispered vocals and a warped, chanted chorus adding to the overall eerie vibe.

What’s more, Singer Daniel Caesar, who contributed vocals to the teaser track “St. Chroma,” expressed his excitement on Instagram, writing, “Did some vocals on this, very proud. Can’t wait for you all to hear the whole record.” While details about the album remain scarce, fans can pre-order a box set edition of CHROMAKOPIA now.

ICYMI, Tyler’s announcement comes shortly after his performance at the Austin City Limits festival earlier this month, where he hinted that it might be his last show for a while. With the release of CHROMAKOPIA, the timing becomes even more curious as his annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in Los Angeles is scheduled for next month. While the lineup is still under wraps, it’s not uncommon for the festival’s lineup to be revealed only days before the event, leaving fans wondering if Tyler’s new music will play a central role.

Big Meech Is Back Home: Everything We Know About The BMF Co-Founder’s Reported Prison Release

The story of Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, the co-founder of the Black Mafia Family (BMF), feels like an urban legend. For the better part of this century, Meech has been incarcerated in federal prison after he was convicted of operating one of the most extensive drug trafficking and money laundering rings in the history of the U.S. Big Meech’s legacy continued to live on throughout the years, whether immortalized as a benchmark of success in hip-hop or his son Lil Meech’s depiction of him in Starz’s BMF series. With TMZ reporting his release from prison to a halfway house, we’re delving into everything we know about the situation thus far.

Big Meech Transferred To Community Confinement

On Tuesday (Oct. 15), Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, 56, was transferred from FCI Coleman Low in Wildwood, Florida, to a halfway house in Miami, according to the Bureau of Prisons’ Miami Residential Re-entry Program. News first emerged across blogs that reposted screenshots of his status. However, official reports from TMZ confirmed that the transitional step is part of his sentence for running BMF.

With Flenory’s release to a halfway house, he’ll serve the remainder of his sentence in a more lenient environment. According to Complex, he’ll be released on January 27th, 2026. This comes after a judge agreed to shorten his sentence three years earlier this year due to a string of positive developments. His lawyers argued that he maintained good behavior and efforts toward personal development, which includes obtaining his GED and staying out of trouble.

“The Opportunity To Begin A New Chapter”

Barnett later shared a statement to Hot 97 regarding Meech’s release. “I’m overjoyed that Demetrius Flenory is finally free after nearly 20 years behind bars. Two decades is an incredibly long time, and it’s been inspiring to witness the power of hope and resilience,” she said. “He used his time in prison to focus on personal growth and transformation, and now he has the opportunity to begin a new chapter,” the statement continues. “He’s out, but millions more remain trapped inside – there’s still so much work to be done. We need to push for real change, for a justice system that recognizes the dignity and potential for redemption in every individual. Our commitment to challenging the injustices that still exist within the criminal legal system remains unwavering. There is nothing more urgent than freedom.”

The Origins Of The BMF Empire

Big Meech, alongside his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, founded the Black Mafia Family in 1985. As depicted in their Starz series, the brotherly duo gained footing in the Detroit area before expanding their operations. However, their foray into entertainment and hip-hop led prosecutors to claim they only used it as a front for their drug empire. However, by the time the early 2000s came around, federal agents began cracking down. They exposed the Flenory brothers’ imprint as a front for a sprawling cocaine trafficking network that brought in over $270 million. They claimed Meech operated from Atlanta, where he oversaw distribution. Meanwhile, they believed his brother Terry managed shipments from Los Angeles in collaboration with the Mexican cartels.

The Downfall: A Nationwide Operation Crumbles

In October 2005, a large-scale raid, launched by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, led to the arrest of over 30 members of BMF. The operation resulted in the seizure of over $20 million in assets, including $2 million in cash, jewelry, and luxury homes across multiple states, the Daily Mail reports. Through information gained from dealers and distributors who worked for BMF, authorities were able to execute this operation successfully. Federal agents also captured wiretapped conversations from Terry’s phone where he raised concerns about Meech’s excessive partying and the potential damage it would inflict on their operation. The prosecutors brought forth 900 pages of transcripts from these conversations.

Eventually, the two were indicted and charged under the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, two counts of possession with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and conspiracy to launder monetary instruments. By 2006, authorities charged 16 more people with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and with money laundering. Authorities arrested more alleged associates in the years that followed with 150 people charged for their supposed roles in BMF.

Legal Battles & Sentencing

In November 2007, a judge handed down a 30 year prison sentence to Demetrius and Terry Flenory. They pled guilty to “involving the large-scale distribution of cocaine throughout the United States from 1990 through 2005.” “The BMF was a violent, sophisticated drug smuggling and money laundering organization that began right here in Detroit, Michigan,” Robert Corso, then Special Agent in Charge, said. “Terry and Demetrius Flenory expanded what was a small, local operation into a multistate, multimillion-dollar criminal enterprise with direct links to Mexican-based drug trafficking cartels.”

The Road To Freedom: Sentence Reduction & Personal Growth

Demetrius’ recent transfer to community confinement comes after his attorney, Brittany K. Barnett, successfully petitioned for a sentence reduction. Earlier this year, a judge shortened his prison term by almost three years due to his good behavior while incarcerated. Barnett revealed that Big Meech made significant strides toward rehabilitation. She emphasized that Flenory now has a chance to begin a new chapter in his life.

Terry “Southwest Tee” Flenory’s Early Release

Big Meech’s brother Terry has been out of custody since May 2020. The court granted Southwest T an early release following health concerns during the COVID-10 pandemic. The compassionate release marked a pivotal moment in the Flenory family, one that spurred hope that Big Meech would similarly be coming home

The BMF Show & Its Cultural Impact

Big Meech’s release coincides with the buzz surrounding the fourth season of BMF, a Starz show produced by 50 Cent that documents the rise and fall of the Flenory brothers’ empire. The series, which features guest stars like Snoop Dogg, Yung Miami, and Eminem, has become a massive success, further solidifying the cultural impact of the BMF saga. In a unique twist, Demetrius Flenory Jr., Big Meech’s son, portrays his father in the show–a personal touch to the retelling of his family’s story. The series continues to spotlight the Flenory brothers and their rise to power in the underworld of drug trafficking.

Fivio Foreign Gets Mercilessly Clowned For His Timberland Boot Tattoo

Fivio Foreign is a very proud New York rapper, but an homage to an iconic style stereotype of The Big Apple’s is taking that pride a little too far in some’s eyes. You may have seen the big Timberland boot print tattoo that he got on his right leg – which he got while wearing Timbs, of course. It resulted in a barrage of jokes and memes at the Brooklyn drill MC’s expense, whether it was because of the ridiculousness of the concept, its implications, or his excitement to share it with the world. Either way, we doubt that the “Living Legend” lyricist cares too much. After all, it’s his leg, not yours.

Still, if you want to have a good chuckle, check out some reactions to Fivio Foreign’s new Timb tattoo further down below. Elsewhere, he’s spreading rumors about next year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show featuring Kendrick Lamar, and about a very interesting beef-related possibility. “I heard that Kendrick is going to bring out Lil Wayne,” the 34-year-old alleged on Instagram Live. “Then Lil Wayne is going to bring out Drake, then Kendrick is going to squash their beef.”

Fivio Foreign’s New Timberland Boot Tattoo

Whether that’s true or not, Fivio Foreign actually has a couple of conspiracy theories to share online related to his peers in the rap game. One of them revolves around fellow New Yorker Ice Spice and why guys hate on her so much. “B***hes hate Spice cuz n***as love spice,” he tweeted back in early September. If only he could spark up a theory as to why people are hating on his new tattoo…

Fans React

Of course, Fivio Foreign’s getting cooked online for more serious, but simultaneously more viral reasons. He’s a big Trump supporter, recently lending his presence at a Pennsylvania rally and even making a song about his endorsement of the convicted former president. No matter where folks’ political opinion swayed, many of them were just befuddled to see a rapper get involved in the electoral space, even though it always happens. Maybe they just didn’t expect Fivio to be the one to do so. Nevertheless, no one’s questioning that he would be the one to get a Timb tat.

Barnett addressed the major development in a statement to Hot 97 yesterday (October 16).

Fat Joe Reflects On Ex Who Abandoned Son After Down Syndrome Diagnosis: ‘I’m Not Giving Up’

Screen Shot 2024 10 17 at 2.35.06 PM

Here’s a tearjerker of a story. Fat Joe recently opened up about the heart-wrenching experience of raising his son, who has Down syndrome, after the child’s mother abandoned him following the diagnosis. During an emotional appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast, the rapper shared the painful memory of his ex-partner walking away from their child and how he, alongside his own family, took on the responsibility of raising his son alone.

This is tough but we appreciate the realness of it all … Joe recalled the difficult moment when doctors informed them of the diagnosis: “So, the doctor tells us, ‘I got bad news to tell you… [your son] has Down syndrome and it’s gonna be a big challenge.’” Joe explained that he was in the room with both his parents and his son’s mother. But, to his shock, the mother immediately rejected the idea of taking on the challenge. “And [my son’s] mother said, ‘Yo, I can’t do this, I’m going to have to give him up for adoption.’ My mother was like, ‘You crazy, bi**h, I’m not giving up—.’” Joe then shared the painful reality: “I never seen his mother again… She never visited him again. I’m not here to kick and — you know, she abandoned the kid.”

While reflecting on the admirable journey in raising his son without his mother’s involvement, Joe and his family stepped up. “We raised him by ourselves,” Joe shared, emphasizing that the door had always been open for the mother to return, but she never did. “It wasn’t like I kept the door closed where she couldn’t see her son. It was always available for her… But we got wicked people out there — whether male or female — and it’s usually the other way around: the baby comes out with Down syndrome, and the man runs away. Shame on you.”

What’s more, the rapper then spoke directly to other fathers, highlighting the importance of never giving up on their children. “But a father has to be a father, [and] I don’t know how to be a fake father. I gotta take care of my kids regardless, and I don’t know how to give up on my kids,” he declared. Joe also acknowledged the challenges his son has faced but praised his child’s spirit. “He’s had his challenges, my son — I don’t know if other kids autistic or on the spectrum [are like this], but this guy happy. Swear to God, he’s always happy. He’s never sad. He’s the Don.”

Towards the end of the conversation, Joe expressed that his son has been his “biggest blessing,” saying that because they never gave up on him, God has continued to bless their family.

Buku Abi Reveals Childhood Abuse by Father R. Kelly in TVEI Documentary Karma: A Daughter’s Journey

In a heartbreaking and deeply personal revelation, Buku Abi, the daughter of disgraced singer R. Kelly, has come forward in a new two-part documentary on the TVEI streaming network titled Karma: A Daughter’s Journey. Abi, born Joann Kelly, shared her harrowing experience of being sexually abused by her father as a child, leading to years of emotional torment and multiple suicide attempts.

The documentary, which aired last week, features Abi speaking candidly about the traumatic events that shattered her family and her sense of self. The Daily Mail reports that Abi’s alleged abuse at the hands of her father triggered severe depression, ultimately leading her to contemplate taking her own life on multiple occasions.

“For a long time, I was in a really hard space mentally, and so I ended up in a mental hospital, a psych ward, whatever you want to call it,” Abi admitted during the series. “I hit a point in my life where, multiple times, I had tried to take my own life.”

Abi revealed that her emotional breakdown finally came to light when she confided in her mother, Andrea Kelly, while being driven to school. Overcome with emotion, she broke down in tears, confessing her deep mental anguish to her mother, who immediately checked her into a mental hospital. Abi stayed under close observation for two-and-a-half weeks, followed by months of outpatient care.

“I was on really hard suicide watch. And then for two, three months after that, I was in outpatient, basically, so I had to go there every day,” Abi explained, detailing the intensity of her mental health struggles.

The documentary captures not just Abi’s story but also the impact her mental health had on her younger siblings, Jaah and Robert Jr., now 23 and 22. In one of the most emotional moments of the series, Robert Jr. described the fear of not knowing whether his sister would survive each day. “That was definitely scary. Waking up and not knowing, is my sister going to be alive?” he said, reflecting on the uncertainty that haunted their household.

Abi also recounted a particularly raw moment when she and her mother visited a Target store, and Andrea Kelly noticed fresh self-harm scars on her daughter’s body. “I just got to a point where I didn’t care anymore. I didn’t care if I lived or died. I didn’t care about what happened to me,” Abi shared. Her mother, sensing the depth of Abi’s pain, immediately expressed concern, and it was then that Abi opened up about the severity of her mental state, telling her mother, “I don’t think I’m OK. I don’t think that I can do this. I don’t think that I’m going to make it through to live out the rest of my life.”

Throughout the documentary, Abi refrains from detailing the specific abuse she allegedly suffered at her father’s hands, but she makes it clear that it irrevocably damaged her perception of him. “I didn’t know that even if he was a bad person that he would do something to me,” she said, explaining the deep conflict she felt in coming to terms with her father’s actions. For years, Abi was too scared to tell anyone about what had happened, even her own mother.

While Abi did not delve into explicit details of her trauma, she made her stance on her father’s current imprisonment clear. “Prison is a well-suited place for him to be,” she stated, adding that this conclusion came from her own “personal experience” with him.

R. Kelly, once one of the biggest names in R&B, has been convicted of multiple charges, including sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and racketeering. His ongoing legal troubles, compounded by the emotional testimonies from his victims, have revealed a disturbing pattern of abuse that spanned decades. Abi’s testimony in Karma: A Daughter’s Journey adds yet another layer to the horrifying allegations against the singer, showing how his actions have irreparably damaged not only his victims but also his own family.

Abi’s brave decision to speak out about her abuse and mental health struggles provides a crucial reminder of the lasting impact of trauma and the importance of seeking help. Her journey, though marked by unimaginable pain, is also one of resilience and survival.

2024 Elections: Where both candidates stand on the major issues

2024 Elections Where both candidates stand on the major issues

With the 2024 presidential election less than a month away, there is a lot of information (and misinformation) about where the candidates stand on major issues that impact American voters. Using information from a variety of non-partisan sources, we’ve summarized where the candidates stand on key issues as well as provided resources to find more unbiased information about presidential and other candidates’ stances before casting your vote.

Abortion:

Harris has stated that she will urge congress to reinstate access to abortion nationally as it was before the historic 2022 Supreme Court decision that essentially overturned Roe v. Wade.

In the past, Trump has supported the Supreme Court’s ruling that abortion access should be decided a the state level. He is unclear as to whether or not he would sign a blanket federal abortion ban. However, he has indicated that he would support a federal ban after a certain length of pregnancy. It is unclear if there would be exemptions if the mother’s life was in danger.

Crime:

Harris took a tough-on-crime approach as a District Attorney, but now has called for criminal justice reform, especially for non-violent drug offenses. She has also suggested temporarily pausing the death penalty.

Trump believes in giving police more authority to fight crime. He has called for more funding to train and hire police as well as pushed for qualified immunity of law enforcement. He has also called for the national guard to assist local police as needed.

Economy:

While she initially proposed repealing the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in its entirety, it appears that Harris now plans to extend the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provisions for those making less than $400,000 a year, expand the child tax credit and earned income tax credit, and add more funding to subsidize Affordable Care Act premiums. Harris said that she will end taxes on tips. She plans to pay for this by raising corporate tax and capital gains rates both from 21% to 28% and increasing tax rates for wealthier Americans and large corporations. Under her plan, billionaires would have a minimum tax rate of 25%. Harris has proposed lowering taxes for small businesses. Harris has proposed expansions to the Child Tax Credit (CTC).

Trump also plans to extend the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provisions. Trump says that he will end taxes on overtime pay and Social Security benefits for individuals and reduce the corporate tax rate to 15% for domestic American manufacturers. Trump has also said that he will end taxes on tips. Trump will pay for this by imposing tariffs of between 10% to 20% on every foreign import coming into the US from places other than China. Imports from China would have a tariff rate of over 60%. He has also said that he will reduce corporate taxes in order to stimulate hiring and economic growth. While Trump has not explicitly stated whether or not he believes in expansions to the Child Tax Credit (CTC), his running mate JD Vance has indicated that like Harris, he also supports expansion.

Education

Harris has said that she will continue to work towards reducing burdensome student loan debt and provide more funding for colleges and universities (especially HBCUs), including technical training.

Trump has said that he will eliminate the Department of Education. This would leave the oversight of public schools to the states if they chose to have oversight in the matter.

Environment:

Harris has said that she plans to reduce America’s dependence on foreign oil. She plans to continue Biden’s plans to offer tax incentives for eco-friendly initiatives at the corporate and individual level (such as tax credits for the purchase of electric vehicles). She has said that she plans to address how environmental issues often disproportionally impact poor and minority communities, but she has not laid out specific measures to do so.

Trump has said that he will end the “Green New Deal atrocities” on his first day in office. It is assumed that he was referring to certain Biden administration energy policies, which include vehicle greenhouse gas emissions limits and increases in fuel economy standards. He also plans to reduce American dependence on foreign oil by expediting natural gas pipelines into the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York as well as tap into stores of liquid gold for energy development. He will also exit the Paris Climate Agreement as he did when he was in office (Biden rejoined during his term). He also plans to fight harder against certain legal challenges from environmentalists.

Healthcare:

While in office, Trump made an unsuccessful attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare. He has indicated that he will seek to repeal and replace it with a “better” plan, although specifics have not been provided. Trump has also been vocal about putting caps on life-saving prescription medications such as insulin. During his tenure in office, he pressed for work requirements and more vetting as conditions for Medicaid eligibility.

During her tenure as VP, Harris and the Biden administration enacted the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which temporarily expanded eligibility for and increased ACA Marketplace subsidies, which are set to continue through 2025 as part of the Inflation Reduction Act.

Housing Crisis:

Harris has said that she will advocate for more federal funding to provide affordable housing and reduce homelessness.

Trump has said that he will encourage more construction of new homes by incentivizing homebuilders to build new affordable homes.

Neither candidate has explicitly addressed whether or not they will regulate corporations abilities to buy multiple residential properties.

Israel/Gaza:

Harris has been critical of Hamas and supported Israel’s right to defend itself, but does not support further Israeli invasions into Palestinian territory. She has called for a cease-fire and has said that she supports a two-state solution.

Trump has expressed both support and criticism for Israel, but largely believes that the United States should keep involvement to a minimum.

Marijuana Legalization:

Despite her aggressive prosecution of marijuana-related crimes while district attorney and attorney general, Harris now supports full marijuana legalization at the federal level, explaining that marijuana laws have historically targeted minorities in the past. She has also called for nonviolent marijuana-related criminal offenses to be expunged.

Trump has indicated that he supports the legalization of marijuana and the possible expungement of marijuana-related criminal offenses, but believes that it should be decided at the state level rather than the federal level.

Ukraine:

Harris has repeatedly expressed support for Ukraine and during her tenure with the Biden administration, announced that about $1.5 billion in aid would be sent to Ukraine for infrastructure and other civilian assistance.

Trump has not taken an official side in the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia (referring to it more than once as a proxy war), but said that brokering a peace deal will be a high priority once he is in office. Trump has made no indication that he will continue to fund Ukraine’s efforts.
