“God is good…. As I post these pictures, my heart and my soul is filled with nothing but pure joy,” Foxx wrote. “On October 3 fourth and fifth I had an opportunity to tell my side of the story and there was no better place than Atlanta Georgia. I have to thank you Atlanta, you showed up and you showed out, I haven’t been on stage in 18 years but I needed the stage and I needed an audience that was made up of nothing but pure love and that’s what you were.

“When people ask me is this a stand up comedy show I say no it’s an artistic explanation. Of some thing that went terribly wrong, but thanks to the great people in Atlanta especially piedmont hospital you enabled me to come back and be on stage and do what I love to do the most… #nobaddays as my guy James would say #secondchance.”

Diddy is facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims the music mogul sexually assaulted her when she was a 19-year-old college freshman in 2004.

According to the suit, filed in Tennessee, the woman—identified as Jane Doe—alleges that Diddy forced himself on her during an after-party at a Manhattan Marriott hotel following a photoshoot invite near her Brooklyn campus.

According to TMZ, the woman claims Diddy and his entourage brought her and a friend to the hotel, where they were locked in a room, given drinks, and pressured to use cocaine. When the women resisted, the lawsuit alleges Diddy became aggressive, eventually forcing Jane Doe to undress under threat of violence and sexually assaulting her. The woman says her friend was also forced to perform oral sex.

Jane Doe claims her cries prompted a security guard to enter the room, allowing her friend to escape, but she remained trapped. After Diddy allegedly threatened her life, another guard later escorted her out, and she returned to her dorm.

The woman is seeking a jury trial and is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to represent 120 other alleged victims of Diddy. Marriott International is also being sued, accused of ignoring Diddy’s behavior.

Today, Juice WRLD fans are being treated to two highly anticipated tracks: the melodic “Both Ways” and the dark, booming “Cavalier.” Both songs arrive as part of The Pre-Party (Extended) EP, released via Grade A and Interscope Records.

“Both Ways,” produced by Juice’s frequent collaborator Nick Mira alongside Pharaoh Vice, features a low-slung groove and effortlessly catchy melodies. The track comes with a video co-directed by Juice’s friend and collaborator, Trippie Redd, along with DotComNirvan. Juice WRLD delivers smooth verses and warnings, rapping, “If you’re crossing my streets, better look both ways.”

“Cavalier,” produced by 808 Mafia’s Purps and Ian Francis, offers a shadowy mix of moody guitar and skittering drums. Fans may recall footage of Juice recording the song during a 2019 Instagram Live session. Juice showcases his lyrical prowess with raw energy: “They gon’ make me blow my fuse… I beat up the rap game, and I give it a bruise.”

This release follows The Pre-Party EP, dropped on September 9, a date beloved by Juice WRLD’s fans for its symbolism of turning negative into positive.

FEMA employees servicing hurricane-hit areas are on alert as threats from militias are looming.

According to CNN, William Jacob Parsons, 44, of North Carolina, has been arrested and charged with Going Armed to the Terror of the Public after he threatened FEMA team members who are working on recovery efforts for Hurricane Helene.

According to Capt. Jamie Keever, Parsons was arrested with a handgun and rifle and was investigated after he “made the comment about possibly harming FEMA employees working after the disaster of Hurricane Helene in the Lake Lure and Chimney Rock area.”

Parsons was tracked and arrested by the color of his vehicle and license plate. The arrest occurred outside a grocery store functioning as a storm relief site. He is currently free on a $10,000 secured bond.

Additionally, the threats caused FEMA officers to close, while another threat on Saturday in Rutherford County by “armed militia” was reported by National Guard troops.

Vice President Kamala Harris made a notable appearance on The Shade Room for TSR Newz, marking her first interview with the outlet since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee. During the conversation, Harris highlighted her campaign’s efforts to expand economic opportunities for Black Americans and discussed her strategy for securing Black male voters.

Harris also addressed former President Donald Trump’s withdrawal from a 60 Minutes interview and the second debate, questioning, “What is Donald Trump trying to hide? What is his staff and his team trying to keep from you?”

In discussing her campaign’s vision, Harris outlined an expanded economic agenda, contrasting it with Trump’s approach. She focused on building economic equity for underserved communities, underscoring her dedication to achieving tangible progress.

Addressing polling data showing her receiving 80% of Black male voters compared to Biden’s 87% in 2020, Harris pushed back, stating, “That’s not my experience, and election day has not arrived yet. The most important point is that I’m not assuming I have Black men’s votes in my back pocket. Black men expect you to earn their vote, just like anyone else.”

She emphasized the importance of her ongoing work, listening to the community, and making her case to voters. “I’m running for president of the United States, and it’s my responsibility to earn their support. That’s why I’m talking with folks about the work I’ve done throughout my career.”

You can hear it all from Harris below.

Soulja Boy Gives Flowers To Ludacris For Flying A Plane Before Him

Soulja Boy is not a humble rapper. He doesn’t like to give peers their due, and oftentimes will start fights just to garner attention. There have been a few major exceptions, though. Soulja Boy apologized to Metro Boomin after he insulted the producer’s late mother. He acknowledged that he took things a bit too far with his social media comments. Now, Soulja Boy has given flowers to Ludacris. The circumstances in which he admitted being wrong are much less serious than the Metro situation, but we still have to give credit where it’s due.

The whole situation stemmed from a bold Soulja Boy claim. He makes a lot of them. He claimed that he was the first rapper to fly a plane during an Instagram video he posted on October 13. Ludacris saw the post, and left a thinking emoji, prompting fans to do some digging. It turns out, Ludacris had beaten the “Crank That” star to the punch. A scroll through Luda’s Instagram confirmed that he had flown a plane back in 2021. Soulja Boy could have easily gone off on Ludacris for stealing his thunder, and trying to make a feud out of effectively nothing. Instead, he took it in stride. “I just saw your video,” he replied. “You did it first.”

Soulja Boy Admitted He Made A Mistake On IG

If this sounds like a more mature Soulja, it’s by design. The rapper admitted disappointment in himself following the aforementioned Metro Boomin debacle. The internet was pretty uniformly disappointed in Soulja Boy for his harsh comments, and he made a change. He tweeted out that he would be seeking professional help as a means of keeping his emotions in check. “I apologize to @MetroBoomin for over reacting over an old tweet,” he wrote. “Condolences to his mom. I’m going to seek therapy and anger management. I’m done responding to hate, new or old.”

This newfound maturity does not seemingly apply to everyone, though. After Diddy was arrested, Soulja Boy made it clear that he would not have tolerated any of the mogul’s alleged antics. “If Diddy ever tried me like any of these gay rappers I would have killed his b*tch a*s,” he tweeted. He also claimed to have a story about the night he spent with Diddy and Cassie, but has yet to share it publicly.

Ebro Reignites Lil Uzi Vert Feud By Claiming They Aren’t A “Rockstar”

Ebro and Lil Uzi Vert do not see eye to eye. They are the Hot 97 version of Joe Budden and Lil Yachty. Ebro represents the traditional approach to hip hop and genre stardom. Uzi Vert, on the other hand, has expanded the parameters and the sound of hip hop. Ebro famously claimed that the rapper would not be able to find longevity in 2016. Flash forward nearly a decade later, and Uzi Vert is still a relevant presence in the genre. According to Ebro, though, they aren’t relevant enough to be given their flowers.

Ebro was asked about his opinion on Lil Uzi Vert during a recent panel discussion. He claimed that he loved the artist overall, but felt they hadn’t delivered on the promise they initially showed. Ironic, given that Ebro had criticisms when they initially started, but we digress. “I feel like, he still hasn’t become the rockstar he said he would become,” Ebro noted. “We’re still waiting.” The bluntness of the response led to laughter amidst those in the crowd. The Hot 97 veteran decided to expand upon his assertions. “The rockstars I know were selling out Met Life stadium,” he said. “They can sell out Madison Square Garden 8-10 times. They got hits on the radio.”

Ebro Believes Lil Uzi Vert Has Underachieved

Ebro drew a similarly sheepish response despite his valid claims. He then harkened back to the claims he made about Lil Uzi Vert back in 2016. He recalled the backlash he got from young fans regarding what he said about the rapper. His ultimate takeaway? Uzi hasn’t delivered. “Like I said before, time will tell,” Ebro said. “Where you at, my guy? Uzi, where you at bro?” The questions became more taunting as the host’s questions wore on. Audience members can be heard laughing and voicing surprise over how brutal Ebro is being about Uzi’s career.

The most fascinating element of the whole Ebro and Lil Uzi Vert situation is that the former has been very complimentive of the rapper at different points in their career. In 2022, Ebro actually defended Uzi Vert in the wake of the backlash to his Eternal Atake album. He claimed the rapper had proven their worth when the album managed to chart three singles on the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 at the same time. “We starting brand new with you,” Ebro said on Hot 97. Apparently, he reverted back to his original stance.

After the embarrassing 9-0 slaughter of the New York Mets on Sunday, the Kings From Queens answered back with their bats earlier today in Game 2, belting in six runs by the third inning, knocking off L. A. in Dodgers Stadium 7-3. The NLCS series in now even 1-1.

The Dodgers’ 33 scoreless inning streak in the postseason was broken up today in the top of the first inning with a leadoff HR from Francisco Lindor off of Ryan Brasier and a second inning grand slam off Dodgers’ Landon Knack by third baseman Mark Vientos for his third homer in the postseason. Sean Manaea held it down on the mound for the Mets by striking out seven in the first five innings, earning the W.

Following Brasier’s departure from the mound after facing only one batter, Knack loaded up the bases, intentionally walking Lindor, to eventually giving Vientos a full count after eight pitches. He blasted the ninth pitch, a 95 mph fastball in the middle of the zone, over the right center field wall.

The grand slam opened up the Mets’ lead to 6-0, but the shutout was halted in the fifth with a leadoff home run from Max Muncy. Los Angeles added two more runs in the sixth courtesy of an error by second baseman Jose Iglesias, but managed to leave the bases loaded at the end of the inning, which were three of the ten baserunners they left stranded throughout the game.

The NLCS now goes back to Citi Field for Games 3, 4 and 5, with the Mets having gained home-field advantage from the top-seeded Dodgers. Game 3’s first pitch is scheduled for 8:08 p.m. EST on Wednesday.
