Emo Jimmy Butler Returns For Fall Out Boy Cameo

Jimmy Butler has once again debuted his emo look, this time for a cameo in a Fall Out Boy video. Butler, complete with his emo hair, stars as a bedazzled cowboy in the video for the newly released “So Much (For) Stardust”. Butler dances, lip-syncs, and eventually summons Pete Wentz from a bedazzled Magic 8 ball. It’s a truly bizarre, but not welcome, return of Butler’s alter ego.

Butler first debuted his emo look at a preseason media day for the Heat last October. After he simply declared that “I’m emo”, Butler proceeded to give a very standard press conference appearance about his expectations for the season as the Heat tried to run it back after reaching the Finals in 2023. The look was then parodied by Shaq during the Halloween episode of Inside The NBA‘s Halloween episode at the end of the month.

Jimmy Butler Earns Suspension For Role In Pels Fight

Meanwhile, Butler, Naji Marshall, and Nikola Jovic will be suspended for a game while Jose Alvarado and Thomas Bryant will miss three games for their respective roles in the brawl that broke out at Heat-Pelicans on Friday night. Alvarado and Bryant’s punishments were deemed more severe due to the pair reigniting tensions between the teams after the original scuffle had died down. Despite this, fans will note that Draymond Green still received a larger suspension for placing Rudy Gobert in a chokehold earlier in the season. Green missed five games for that incident. Fans will likely soon voice their distaste for the league’s double standard as news of the suspensions begins to spread.

However, Butler argued that he didn’t think his actions warranted a suspension. Furthermore, he accused Williamson of flopping, causing the whole debacle to begin with. Meanwhile, Williamson appeared to place the blame on Butler. “I wasn’t tripping about K-Love because he actually protected me on my fall. All of a sudden I see Butler kind of lunging toward Naji. So I’m trying to get there like, ‘Yo, relax, like what’s going on?’” Williamson said.

Meek Mill Announces New Music As Diddy Lawsuit Rumors Swirl

Meek Mill apparently has some new music on the way soon. The collection of tracks is called HEATHENISM and he made the announcement on Instagram earlier today. It’s unclear how many songs he’s dropping but he did reveal that he has complete ownership of all of them. “HEATHENISM PACK ✨✨✨✨✨ drop tomorrow fully owned by me!!!!!!! All music owned by me!!!!!! 10 comments and it drop early!!!!” he captioned the post. He certainly didn’t have any trouble making it to 10 comments though.

Fans rushed to the comment section of the post to seek out an explanation from Meek. They were looking for him to comment on recent rumors connecting his name to a recent lawsuit filed against Diddy by a former producer. The suit claims that he was told Diddy had sexual relations with musicians like Stevie J, Usher, and even Meek Mill. Though they weren’t named directly fans were quickly able to put the pieces together on who the suit was talking about. As you’d expect most of the comments on the post have more to do with the rumors than the new music. Check out the full announcement post and fan reactions to it below.

Meek Mill’s New Project Announcement Comes At A Bad Time

“N*gga had all this time to drop music and chose now” one of the top comments on the post jokes. Elsewhere others are just looking for an explanation from the rapper. “Nah where them Twitter fingers at b lol we need answers lol” and “I’m sayin meek, them boys lyin ?” two other comments read. Meek did respond to the situation on Twitter but skirted actually addressing the allegations directly. Instead, he took aim at DJ AKADEMIKS for being the one to bring up the accusations publicly during a stream where he looked through the lawsuit.

What do you think of Meek Mill announcing new music right after rumors came out linking him to the Diddy lawsuit? Do you think he’s trying to distract fans from the accusations made against him in the suit? Let us know in the comment section below.

ZelooperZ is a perfect example of crazy done right. The Detroit rapper is one to not do things normal compared to the rest of the talent from the blue-collar city. He emits the same energy as a Danny Brown for example. If you like his approach to hip-hop then you will certainly jive with him as well. The veteran ZelooperZ is back with his first solo single release since 2021 with “Smearious.”

Last year, the 30-year-old MC was pretty active in 2023. Eminem’s Posthumous Tupac Collab “A Disgrace,” Benzino Says

2023 was a strong year for female rap in terms of lyricism, but so far, 2024 has been mostly about the drama. As for the men in the music industry, they’re not entirely innocent either. In particular, Eminem and Benzino’s decades-old beef is rearing its ugly head in the media again. The former threw shots at the latter on “Doomsday Pt. 2” a few weeks ago, suggesting that the former head of The Source magazine is a member of the LGBTQ+ community while insulting his appearance.

After taking time to write his “Vulturius” response (with some admitted help), and arguing with Joe Budden, we saw Benzino get in his feeling on Drink Champs. More recently, he spoke with The Art of Dialogue about more of Eminem’s work – the 2004 posthumous Tupac LP, Loyal to the Game, layering the late MC’s raps over the Detroit native’s beats. “I think the s**t that he did with ‘Pac was horrible,” Benzino declared of the album.

Benzino Continues Eminem Hate Train on The Art of Dialogue

“I think he should have never had ‘Pac’s lyrics to do it. I understand at the time, Afeni [Shakur], maybe it was a money thing. He probably paid for that, because that there was the closest that he would be to ‘Pac,” the 58-year-old speculated. But that was another insult on our culture and community, what he did with that album. That was trash… He should have never got the okay to play with ‘Pac’s voice like that, and his legacy.”

Besides Loyal to the Game, another Eminem throwback has been running through Benzino’s mind over the past few days. Amid the rappers’ resurfaced feud, the latter pulled out an old image of Slim Shady in cosplay as Britney Spears, which certainly has hip-hop heads talking this week. Read all about that at the link below, and let us know what you think of the posthumous Tupac LP all these years later in the comments.

Rihanna And ASAP Rocky Delightfully Channel The Glamour Of An Old-Hollywood Film Noir For A New Fenty Beauty Ad

Rihanna is turning up the glitz and glamour for a luxurious new ad for her Fenty Beauty brand.

In the creative video, she appears alongside ASAP Rocky in an old Hollywood-inspired film noir, with the two really committing to the era. It first opens on RiRi, with the title card “Born To Steal” written in a movie-style font.

“She was a classy dame, but she had odd ways of showing her affection, from leaving me out cold in the dark to stealing my heart… and my stuff,” the voiceover says. “I’d let her get away with murder. The male chooses his attire carefully. Although the female’s choices are endless, she borrows from the male for her camouflage.”

Viewers see Rihanna dolled up in early-1900s-inspired makeup and a diamond necklace, as she dances around. She then changes into a suit. While getting dressed and trying it on, ASAP Rocky appears, nearly catching her in the process. He walks into the room, but much like the mystery movies, she is creatively hiding out of view.

Later on in the video, the two get together, eating breakfast as he reads the newspaper — including an issue where Rihanna is hilariously dubbed the “blazer bandit.” Basically, we need Rihanna to bring back these types of movies now.

Until that happens, if at all, check out Rihanna and ASAP Rocky starring in the “Born To Steal: Yours, Mine, Ours” Fenty Beauty ad above.
