He’ll be performing at The Forum in Los Angeles on June 19, also known as Juneteenth. Tickets go on sale later this week and fans are swarming to see his first live show since the beef unfolded.

One thing fans are anticipating is the live debut of some of Kendrick’s new diss tracks, in particular “Not Like Us.” The song is still currently sitting at number two on the Hot 100 and is expected to be one of the biggest hits of the entire summer. Rick Ross Roasted By Fans Over Vegan Burger Video

Rick Ross is one of the most unique characters in all of hip-hop and it’s not unusual to see him get into some strange situations. That’s normally around the time that rap fans start to pile on him with roasts about any number of his eccentricities. It doesn’t help that he seems to love being on camera as much as anybody. That means there’s plenty of evidence for his strange behavior online. The newest example is a video of him trying one of Bun B’s vegan burgers. He enthusiastically garnishes the burger in front of a large crowd in an inherently bizarre video.

And as you’d expect, fans came through with the roasts almost immediately. As you’d expect many of the comments were made about Ross’ weight. “this n*gga been on ozempic and hasnt shed a single pound😭” one of the most-liked comments on the post reads. “Bro was peeling off the lettuce 😭😭” and “That man ain’t ever had a vegetable in his life” two other comments read. Other’s bring up his recent spat with Drake. “Drake ended this man’s career so badly he turned into a food reviewer 😂” one comment jokes. Others just point out how strange the entire arrangement is. Over the weekend Rick Ross hosted another one of his car shows. This one was met with backlash from fans when it seemed more people showed up than intended. Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Lyrics Snuck Into Meteorologist’s Viral Weather Reports

Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” is primed to be one of the biggest hits of the summer. The Mustard-produced song debuted at number one during the thick of his beef with Drake. It’s still high on the Hot 100 spending a second week at number two behind only Post Malone and Morgan Wallen’s new collaboration “I Had Some Help.” The song also produced a number of hilarious lyrics that immediately seeped into popular culture predominately through memes. Now a new video making the rounds online shows another strange place the song’s influence has popped up.

A meteorologist from Houston named Adam Krueger has been sneaking lyrics from the hit diss track into some recent weather reports. An eagle-eyed fan caught on and made a compilation of various references he made during weather reports. That included lines about passing like John Stockton and how many stocks he really has in stock that are borrowed directly from the song. Meteorologist Sneaks Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Into Weather Report

“Not Like Us” hasn’t just been cleaning up on the charts, but also on streaming services. The song broke numerous Spotify records including a pair that were previously owned by Drake. First it broke the record for most streams in 24 hours by a solo rap song. Then it broke the record for most streams in 24 hours by any rap song period. The two records were previously held by Drake’s “Champagne Poetry” and his Lil Baby collab “Girls Want Girls” respectively. The song already has more than 275 million streams on Spotify alone.

Trina Clarifies Where Things Stand Between Her And Nicki Minaj

It’s been the biggest year in recent memory for fans of rap beef. In the past two months Kendrick Lamar, Drake, BIA, Cardi B, J. Cole, Future, Rick Ross, Metro Boomin, Quavo, and Chris Brown have all been involved in various rap beefs. But the two who led the way were Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj. They traded jabs earlier this year with a line from Megan’s “HISS” mentioning Nicki’s husband. Minaj clapped back with an entire diss track called “Big Foot” but it was nearly universally rejected by rap fans outside of her Barbz.

Fans thought that there may be some bad blood between Minaj and Trina that could have sparked yet another beef for her. But during a recent interview she clarified that things between her and Nicki were cool. Mostly she focused on her comments about Beyonce being the queen of rap. She clarified that it had nothing to do with Nicki specifically, just that she believes it’s Beyonce over everybody. Videos of the arrest went viral online as fans criticized the police’s treatment of Nicki. She recently announced a second North American leg of the tour for later this year once the European leg wraps up. Tickets for those shows were released last month with fans who missed the first time around scrambling to see Nicki this year.

J Cole Recognized By Fan While Stealthily Shopping For New Cybertruck

J Cole has been playing it pretty lowkey for the past few months. Back in March he dropped a new mixtape called Might Delete Later. The album eventually lived up to its name when Cole went back on its closing track “7 Minute Drill.” The song was a diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar that was only out for a few days before Cole publicly spoke out against it during a festival performance and then removed it from streaming services entirely just a few days later. While he was roundly criticized for the move at the time, what Kendrick would go on to do to Drake in their beef that followed caused many to reconsider Cole’s position.

Now a new video making the rounds online features Cole continuing to look pretty casual. The video was taken by a fan in a Tesla dealership looking at cybertrucks who noticed a familiar face nearby. “J Cole & I shopping for teslas at the same time while the manager kept ignoring him bc he didn’t know who he was & continued persuading me to place the order for a car” the video’s caption reads. As you’d expect the clip itself features a casually dressed Col inside a Tesla dealership checking out one of the divisive cybertrucks. Last month, J Cole jumped on Cash Cobain’s new song “Grippy” with a guest verse. He was once again widely criticized for his performance delivering NSFW lyrics that made many fans uncomfortable. Cole has been promising his long-awaited album The Fall Off since 2018. Since then he’s released two of his own projects and multiple label albums while fans continue waiting.

Drake is one of the best in the rap game at attaching himself to emerging talent. Just last year he became one of the first major allies of Sexyy Red taking the breakout star on tour and working with her on the hit song “Rich Baby Daddy.” He and Red teamed up again just last month for the song “U My Everything” from her new mixtape In Sexyy We Trust. Occasionally this has gotten Drizzy in hot water though. During his beef with Kendrick Lamar, his collaborations with emerging artists became a point of contention. Lamar declares him a “colonizer” for working with artists like Future, Lil Bay, Young Thug, and 2 Chainz.

Drake has also made anally of various streamers, though his choice in associates was recently called into question. That came from BruceDropEmOff, who is no stranger to orbiting around rappers. He recently shared positive news for Playboi Carti fans with the rapper teasing his comeback in Bruce’s DMs. But in a new conversation discussing fans who defend Drake, Bruce took issue with some of his die-hard. He also called out the rapper directly for some of the people he follows. “N*gga ain’t ever followed me but you follow all these lil racist n*ggas” he said during a recent livestream. G-Eazy Responds To Fans Claiming He Fell Off

G-Eazy is no stranger to receiving hate from rap fans online. Despite the hate he’s been a commercially successful. As he notes in a recent appearance on Steve-O’s Wild Ride! podcast, he went on a pretty high-selling run of albums. 2014’s These Things Happen, 2015’s When It’s Dark Out, and 2017’s The Beautiful & The Damned all went on to reach platinum status. “We had a great run, three albums in a row went platinum. Then my mom died. And COVID, my mom passing, I just finally was like, ‘I need to reset,’” the “Me, Myself & I” rapper explains.

He returned with a new album called These Things Happen Too in 2021, but it didn’t reach nearly the same level of commercial success. As he explains in the podcast, he always knew that would be a possibility. “I needed to finally give myself a break and take some pressure off of the cycle of releasing music. And that comes at a risk,” he claims. “Then I’m reading the comments… ‘Damn, he fell off.’ I should not have done this, don’t ever Google yourself. G-Eazy Calls Out Fans Saying He Fell Off

Though G-Eazy hasn’t released a new album in three years he’s dropped a few singles in 2024 already. He confirmed elsewhere in the podcast that his next album would be called Freak Show. He’s confirmed that both the singles he dropped this year will appear on the album. The first was “Femme Fatale” which featured guest verses from Coi Leray and Kaliii. Kelly Rowland Cannes Debacle: Security Guard Involved Gets Sued For Harassment By Another Attendee

Last week, Kelly Rowland was the subject of a viral incident. She was attending a film premiere at Cannes and trying to make her way down the film festival’s red carpet. While she was stopped posing for photos, one of the ushers employed by the festival tried to rush her off her spot and up the stairs inside. When she tried to get someone’s attention back outside, she even had her view blocked by waving hands as she was forced inside. The interaction was captured on video from a few different angles and went viral immediately. Fans called out festival security for their behavior and came to Rowland’s defense.

Now the specific security guard at the center of the incident is being sued. Following Rowland’s viral interaction fans dug up other instances of her with other attendees. One of them was Sawa Pontyjska, who was named Miss Europe 2023. She shared her interaction with the security guard on TikTok complaining directly about the way she was treated. Now that specific interaction is at the center of a new harassment lawsuit filed by Pontyjska. “I always dreamed of getting into the Cannes Film Festival, but then I was shocked about rudeness and unreasonable use of physical force, which I experienced on the red carpet with other international stars,” she said in a video explaining the lawsuit. Charlamagne Tha God Claims That Nobody Cares About Kanye West Rapping Anymore

Kanye West being controversial is absolutely nothing new. Since 2022 West has made numerous public statements seen as antisemitic, for which he was widely condemned and lost numerous business partnerships. Before that he was controversial among many rappers and rap fans for his endorsement of Donald Trump and his MAGA movement. But according to Charlamagne Tha God, the backlash has finally reached the point where fans no longer even care about the music underneath.

In particular, Charlamagne discussed West inserting himself into the biggest rap beef of the year. While Kendrick Lamar and Drake absolutely stole the show, there were many people involved in the beef. J. Cole, Rick Ross, Metro Boomin, Future, and even The Weeknd were among those to contribute in one way or another.
