Nicki Minaj Furious After Finding Out Unreleased “Bahm Bahm” Made Its Way To Streaming

Nicki Minaj is about one week away from dropping her eagerly-awaited album, Pink Friday 2. Fans are clamoring for it and, hopefully, there will not be another delay in the release. The Queen of Rap has been teasing the follow-up for months upon months. Even though there have been changes made by the New York-raised rapper, things seem to be going according to plan for her. But, maybe, for the first time, she has encountered a little bit of a bump in the road. Just a little over a month ago, Nicki put out a track titled “Bahm Bahm.”

Many were hoping it would land on the album, but she just wanted to get something out. However, she never intended to put it on streaming platforms. So, she kept it on her official website only. The Barbz were also pleading for it to be put out on readily available services, but it is not going to happen. Unless someone gets out illegally. Unfortunately, for Nicki, that is exactly what happened. According to AllHipHop, she found out about through her extremely supportive fanbase.

Nicki Minaj Wants Her Money Back

In a since-deleted tweet, Nicki slammed the streaming services and demanded it be taken down immediately. “Oh hello no! I want all my money back from this thievery! That would’ve been at least an extra 6 to 7 dollars & like 48 cents added to my real account b!ch.” The song was just not released, it actually performed well. In fact, it got as high as number 14 on Apple Music’s top Hip-Hop and Rap Songs chart.

What are your initial thoughts on Nicki Minaj’s reaction to her song “Bahm “Bahm” being placed on streaming services? Do you think Nicki will ever release it to DSPs? Do you think this is an artist’s biggest pet peeve when their music is pirated? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Lupe Fiasco’s Unreleased “Out There” From “Food & Liquor” Makes Its Way To Streaming

One of the top-tier, yet underrated lyricists of the mid-2000s, Lupe Fiasco, is giving fans a little nostalgia with this single. However, it is not released under his streaming accounts, nor is it totally a single. It is actually under the profile, Chill’s Spotlight. It has been around for about four years and it releases some underground tracks that have not seen the light of day. There are quite a few Lupe cuts from this account and one of them is “Out There.”

The die-hard fans of his will know that this was originally going to land on his debut album, Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor. According to HipHop-N-More, it was first called “Real Recognize Real (Pills),” but it was replaced. It did make it on to the leaked version, though. Somehow, someway, Chill’s was able to dig it out of the archives and give it the shine it never got.

Chief Keef Unveils His Would-Be Verse On Drake’s “For All The Dogs,” Fans Blast It

There were plenty of big and maybe unexpected features on Drake’s hyped album, For All The Dogs. There were multiple appearances from Teezo Touchdown and SZA. Sexyy Red delivered her raunchy and unfiltered verse on “Rich Baby Daddy.” PARTYNEXTDOOR, while a frequent collaborator with Drizzy, has been reluctant to put out new material and features, but he joined his close friend for the massive project. J. Cole hopped on a track with him for the first time in 10 years. These were all fairly surprising, but Chief Keef has to be another name to include here.

You can find him on track 16 “All The Parties” and while it is a brief showing, it has still been a big deal. Chief Keef is highly respected in the hip-hop space and Drake knew that he had to grab him for this project. Keef just delivers a short chorus and he never gets repeated again. But, recently, the Chicago rapper revealed to fans that there was supposed to be a verse from him.

DJ Akademiks reposted the audio clip and needlessly said, fans are not digging it. The caption on the video reads a short bar from Keef. “She laughed her draws off I tickled the b****.” Fans did not hold back, with one saying, “He’s overrated asf but he’s so well respected in rap that nobody admits it.” Another chimes in, “Yea keep that.” While a fair amount are not feeling it, it would be interesting to see if the song will suffer from fewer streams because of the shorter inclusion of Chief Keef in the final edition.

What are your initial thoughts on this unreleased version of “All The Parties” from Drake and Chief Keef? Do you think Drake should have included this verse in the final version? Or, do you agree with the fans takes that it was good that it did not make it? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Meek Mill Previews An Unreleased Fabolous Verse

Philadelphia-based rapper Meek Mill went onto social media recently to show off an unreleased verse from Fabolous. He puts Fabolous’ Instagram handle on the video, which shows a breakfast table with a half-full glass of orange juice. In the background, the verse is going off, with the Brooklyn rapper spitting his flow as Meek Mill bops the phone up and down a little. “I should not be taken lightly, ima heavy topic,” reads the caption, a nod to the final line you hear in the video.

As posted on THE HIP-HOP WOLF (@thehiphopwolf), many fans have gone to the comments to offer their takes. Plenty of people are calling the verse “whack” or “weak.” One commenter was confused about why Meek Mill was recording New York stuff. Others turned to Fabolous’ verse, saying that the rapper was “falling off.” Overall, it’s wonderful that Meek and Fab are coming out with new material. Even with their lengthy careers, they’re still hitting the studio to find fresh ways to rap about the same things.

Meek Mill has been extra busy ever since he got out of prison in 2018. He released an album later that same year, Championships. In 2021, he came out with his fifth studio album, Expensive Pain, which debuted at number three on the Billboard 200. However, since then, he has broken off ties with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Entertainment and blasted Atlantic Records for low sales of his last album. He even claimed Atlantic Records got in the way of who came into the studio to record with him.

As for Fabolous, he recently teamed up with Diddy and the City Girls to produce the club banger “Act Bad.” Fab is looking to collab with more rappers than just Meek Mill. He called out Eminem as someone he’d want to rap with, calling him “Real Hip-Hop.” Time will tell if Fabolous gets into the booth with more hip-hop heavy hitters, but for now, we can enjoy a little taste of a Meek Mill-Fabolous verse. That only means good things are coming.

Juice WRLD’s Producer Says He Has Hundreds Of Rock Songs In The Vault

Juice WRLD is one of those artists whose unreleased artists and leaks’ acclaimed status rivals that of his officially released material. What’s more is that what’s left in the Chicago artist’s vault only further shows his versatility, influences, and talents as an artist. Although we unfortunately won’t get to see him curate this material himself, he made a lot of great music on this Earth- even if fans gravitate to their preferred style of his. Moreover, a fan recently mentioned Juice as an artist making true-blue rap and not rock-infused material, and lamenting his loss because of it. Then, his producer Nick Mira responded by stating that he was heavily influenced by- and made plenty of- rock music.

“Music is so trash right now, I miss juice,” the tweet in question began. “Ik he would never follow this punk/rock theme that all these artist are trying to follow now. That era needs to be left alone we want real quality rap music!” While whether you agree with that statement is a different story. Still, naming Juice WRLD as an outsider to rock is a mistake, according to Nick Mira.

Juice WRLD’s Producer Sets The Record Straight

“Juice was heavily influenced by punk, rock, alternative, emo music,” Mira quote-tweeted on Sunday (July 2) in response. “We breathed it naturally and expressed it in a rap form/pop form. Juice’s music is the epitome of multiple genres forming a unique sound. He has hundreds of rock songs in the vault of all different subgenres.” In addition, even within his rap-centric songs, he pulled in so many different influences across all genres. Whether it’s aesthetically, melodically, or sonically, it’s impossible to box in Juice WRLD’s output.

Meanwhile, there is still plenty of the “Doomsday” artist’s hip-hop music to enjoy that sees the light of day. Fore example, his teased and very anticipated collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Young Thug just officially released, titled “Money.” Of course, there will surely be much more amazing music to come from him. On that note, stay posted on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Juice WRLD.

Pharrell Vibes Out To Unreleased Clipse Song With Pusha T & Malice

It looks like Pusha T will be coming through with some heat this summer in the form of a new single from the Clipse. Although they previously linke dup on Kanye’s “Use This Gospel,” Pusha T and Malice made their formal return on 2022’s “Punch Bowl” from I Know Nigo before joining forces, once again, on It’s Almost Dry closer, “I Pray For You.” From there, the two continued to perform together and also dropped their previously unreleased debut album, Exclusive Audio Footage on streaming services.

However, at the Louis Vuitton fashion show, we received a snippet of what appears to be a new single from the brotherly duo. As Pusha T and Malice walked the runway, Pharrell debuted a new single from the Clipse that already made waves online. As much as fans are ecstatic to receive new music from the Virginia duo, many quickly picked up on what seems to be a response to Jim Jones, who suggested that Push was undeserving of his #29 spot on Billboard’s top 50 greatest rappers list.

Pharrell Vibes With The Clipse

Despite the apparent shots toward Jim Jones, Pharrell seems to be enthusiastic about the upcoming effort from the Clipse. A new clip emerged this morning of Skateboard P, Pusha T, and Malice posted up in what appears to be a backstage area where they’re bopping their heads to the songs. Pharrell, specifically, begins singing along to the hook with incredible enthusiasm. No word on when the single will arrive but we anticipate that it’ll surface sometime this summer.

The star-studded Louis Vuitton show also had Malice and Pusha T walking the runway, which is where they debuted the upcoming single. However, Pharrell also brought out even more guests at the afterparty, including Jay-Z, who was in attendance with Beyonce. The rapper joined P on stage to perform a few of their collaborations as well as records like “PSA” and his verse on Panjabi MC’s “Beware (Remix).” Check out P and the Clipse backstage above. How’s the new single sounding? Let us know in the comment section below.

Daft Punk To Premiere Unreleased Song For 10th Anniversary Of “Random Access Memories”

Daft Punk will be premiering an unreleased song on Thursday at The Centre Pompidou in Paris. The event marks the 10th anniversary of the group’s final album, Random Access Memories. The track is titled “Infinity Repeating,” and will feature Julian Casablancas. It also will be included in the duo’s 10th-anniversary reissue of Random Access Memories, which releases Friday.

“The Centre Pompidou unveils in world premiere Infinity Repeating (2013 Demo), an unreleased track by Daft Punk (feat. Julian Casablancas + The Voidz, 2013),” a statement on the venue’s website reads. “This song features on the 10th anniversary edition of the famous album Random Access Memories which won 5 Grammy awards, available from 12 May.” They go on to describe the event as having three ways to engage with it. One is through an “ultra-high fidelity listening experience, with a sound system composed of over 30 speakers.” A second is a “cinematic experience,” while a third is described as a “collective experience.”

Daft Punk first announced they’d be breaking up with an eight-minute “Epilogue” video released back in 2021. While they didn’t immediately explain the decision, member Thomas Bangalter recently provided further details during an interview with BBC in April. “[In Daft Punk,] we tried to use these machines to express something extremely moving that a machine cannot feel, but a human can,” Bangalter told the outlet. “We were always on the side of humanity and not on the side of technology… As much as I love this character, the last thing I would want to be, in the world we live in, in 2023, is a robot.”

“Infinity Repeating” isn’t the only time that Daft Punk has collaborated with Julian Casablancas. He also appeared on the song, “Instant Crush,” which is featured on the original Random Access Memories tracklist. Other collaborations on the project include Giorgio Moroder, Panda Bear, Todd Edwards, DJ Falcon, Chilly Gonzales, Nile Rodgers, Paul Williams, Nathan East, and Pharrell Williams. The group previously reissued their pivotal debut album, Homework, last year.

Ice Spice’s Unreleased “Like” Song Surfaces Online

She’s likely still coming down from the high of collaborating with Nicki Minaj on the “Princess Diana” remix. Already, though, the Spice Cabinet is desperate for new music from Isis Gaston. The 23-year-old began the year by sharing her debut EP Like..?, featuring a short and sweet seven-song tracklist with titles like “Bikini Bottom” and her breakout hit, “Munch (Feelin’ U).” Recent interviews have heard Ice Spice teasing the possibility of her first album arriving later this year, though she doesn’t want to promise a date now and then later let fans down.

While we eagerly await her first LP, an unreleased single, reportedly from Spice, is making rounds online. It’s called “Like,” and (as expected) features plenty of clever bars from the famous redhead. “Like, why you tryna come for me?” she asks her haters over the RIOTUSA-produced beat. “Like, didn’t know that you f*ck with me / I be poppin’ shit but do it humbly / Like, please, not too much on me,” her bars continue, earning plenty of praise from listeners on Twitter.

New Ice Spice Leaks Online

“No she kinda ate,” one user wrote after Rap Alert shared the song’s preview on Friday (April 28). “She was catchin’ flow pockets kinda nicely,” they added, prompting someone else to reply, “I’m saying though!!! Idk, it’s different.” Other users in the replies insisted that “Like” is a previously scrapped project from Spice, who opted to go in a different direction instead. “Damn, this kinda hard,” a fan of the Bronx Baddie continued the conversation. “Idk if it’s her delivery or what LOL. It’s like she really doesn’t care about anything.”

She’s obviously been busy imprsessing audiences with her rap skills. Elsewhere, Spice has also been doing plenty of modelling over the past few months. Most recently she collaborated with Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS for a shoot with PinkPantheress and met up with Saweetie at Coachella to take some fun photos. Prior to that, she donned some fire looks to appear in Heaven by Marc Jacob’s spring campaign alongside Lil Uzi Vert. Do you think Ice Spice should drop “Like”? Leave a comment with your answer below, and check back in later for more hip-hop news updates.
