Anytime the super couple are seen with each other, you know it is going to be in the media headlines as soon as possible. Well, we are now here we are once again with another update. The Kansas City Chiefs played host to their in-division rival, the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday evening (October 22).

Since dropping their home opener on the first night of the 2023-2024 NFL season, the home squad picked up their sixth straight win. Taylor was there to witness the red-hot Chiefs’ 31-17 victory with Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes and his brother Jackson. Similar to what happened after the first game Swift went to, she and Travis were seen walking out of the tunnel hand-in-hand according to Billboard. This is now the fourth time the Swifties got to enjoy a Sunday NFL broadcast.

Travis Kelce Dominated On The First Annual National Tight Ends Day

On the other side of it, the Chiefs fans had plenty to be happy about after a big-time win at Arrowhead. Kansas City now has sole possession of the best record in the AFC at 6-1. The connection between Mahomes and Kelce was the reason they got by the Chargers with relative ease. The fourth annual National Tight Ends Day turned into Travis’ best game of the season. He hauled in 12 receptions for 179 yards and a touchdown catch. CBS put up a hilarious graphic of Kelce’s stats when Taylor shows up to a game and when she does not. Ironically, the star tight end averages 42.5 yards less a game when his girl is not in the stands.

On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Los Angeles Chargers. In the end, they won the game by a score of 31-17. Moreover, Travis Kelce finished the game with one touchdown, 179 years, and 12 catches. It was one of his best individual performances of the entire season. Essentially, he averages around 100 yards per game whenever she shows up. However, when “left to his own devices,” he is only able to muster an average of 46.5 yards per game. Although some may find these stats to be a “reach,” there is something to be said about a man who wants to impress his girl. If you’ve played sports, you know the feeling of trying a lot harder whenever your crush or girlfriend is in attendance.

Kelly Clarkson says that she never intended to disrespect Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift when she spoke about their relationship on her daytime talk show. She had been complaining about every NFL broadcast featuring the Kansas City Chiefs focusing on the couple’s relationship. Clarkson clarified her comments during a statement on Instagram, on Saturday.

“Just a quick public service announcement everybody since this seems to be breaking news… Do not fall prey to clickbait, trash reporters twisting the facts again. I did not bash anyone’s romance,” Clarkson wrote on Instagram. “I am pro romance. Yay romance Did y’all even watch what I actually said on my show? I just said I want to watch football when I tune in to watch football. Seems an appropriate request. Okay, carry on, and GO COWBOYS!”

The holiday, which celebrates the tight end position in the NFL, came about as a result of Niners TE George Kittle joking back in 2019 that the position deserved its own holiday. The video was a 90-second celebration of the position, accompanied by a custom-written wrap song.

The tight end, a hybrid of running back, wide receiver, and offensive lineman, is a position that has had an up-and-down history in the league. It’s often an underappreciated position, which often leads to only a small collection of standout players being remembered.

Away from becoming a rap star, a new report suggests that Travis Kelce will be jetsetting for a good part of the NFL offseason. According to Entertainment Tonight, Kelce will join girlfriend Taylor Swift on the international leg of her Eras Tour next year. “Travis and Taylor are all in… [They] are very serious about their careers, and the two bond over that and want to show support for each other whenever they can,” a source told the outlet. Furthermore, the source claims Kelce will travel with Swift to Brazil for her concerts from November 17-19. However, that feels unlikely given that Kelce has a marquee matchup against the Eagles on November 20.

However, it’s definitely fair to assume that his plans include a majority of next year’s tour dates. Swift kicks things off in Japan in February. Depending on how the Chiefs do this year, Kelce will be unlikely to attend as the Tokyo concerts coincide with the days in the run-up to the Super Bowl. However, the rest of the dates between late February and the start of Chiefs training camp in August should be wide open for Kelce to attend. That run of shows sees Swift tour both Asia and Europe.

The Elm Restaurant in New Canaan, Connecticut expected an unpleasant afternoon rush yesterday as the establishment was besieged by Taylor Swift fans. A popular fan account had announced on social media that the singer was eating at the restaurant along with boyfriend Travis Kelce and close friend Blake Lively. Hundreds of Swifties flocked to the restaurant, which was closed between its lunch and dinner services. Eventually, the fire department and several police officers arrived to break up the crowd.

However, it appears that the fan account’s information was inaccurate. There was no evidence that the trio were dining there. Furthermore, it was later confirmed that Kelce was in Missouri at a Chiefs practice session, meaning there was no way that he was on a lunch date 1100 miles on the Eastern Seaboard. It’s unclear if this was a deliberate hoax or just an overeager fan putting out some bad reporting.
