Cam’ron went after Caitlyn Jenner during the latest episode of his and Mase’s It Is What It Is show. After the NFL legend passed away at the age of 76, earlier this week, Jenner wrote on Twitter: “Good Riddance.” Simpson was a controversial figure for decades following the infamous 1995 acquittal for the murder of his ex-wife and one of her friends. Despite this, he made frequent appearances on Cam and Mase’s show.

“I don’t understand how n****s is still convicting n****s [when] they won the case,” Cam said on Friday. “I seen muthafuckin’ Caitlyn Jenner write some sh*t — ‘Good riddance.’ Caitlyn Jenner, you killed n****s in Calabasas [while] talking ’bout paparazzi was chasing you. And you was Bruce! Nothing to do with transgender sh*t or nothing like that, but I’m just trying to say the paparazzi wasn’t on Bruce to where you had to be running to kill n****s. You ain’t Princess Di[ana], n***a. The fuck you mean the paparazzi was on you, n***a?”

Cam concluded: “You killed n****s and you paid n****s $800,000 because you was wrong. If you wasn’t wrong, you would’ve fought it. You killed n****s, admitted to killing n****s and then paid n****s becasue you killed n****s.” He was referencing the 2015 car crash Jenner was involved in that claimed one life. Cam’ron And Mase Pay Tribute To OJ Simpson: “Thank You Uncle O”

Cam’ron and Mase have rebranded themselves as podcasters. The titans of New York rap have found tremendous success with their sports talk show It Is What It Is, and part of their success stemmed from their ability to book huge guests. The first guest they ever booked? O.J. Simpson. The controversial NFL star was actually one of the most frequent co-hosts on It Is What It Is, which meant his recent passing at age 76 hit the show hard. Cam and Mase took to Instagram to pay their respects.

The duo posted a montage of It Is What It Is episodes featuring O.J. Simpson, along with a caption that expressed their sadness. “We just want to say thank you to Uncle O for gracing us with your presence,” they wrote. “You were definitely one of a kind, you became Uncle O to use cause it was like having a real uncle around. You were very funny and down to Earth.” Cam and Mase then detailed the circumstances in which they first linked up with Simpson. Unbeknownst to longtime listeners, the “Juice” was one of the first co-hosts that were ever considered for the show.

Cam’ron And Mase Praised O.J. For His Humor

“When we signed our deal the first co-host we thought about having was Uncle O,” they revealed. “We said oh we gone break the internet with #OJ and that we did. You helped make our show 10x better and everyone loved you.” Cam’ron and Mase concluded their heartfelt message by giving thanks to Simpson for his insight and his willingness to poke fun at himself. “We will cherish these last memories we were able to share with you,” the duo added. “You will forever be apart of the It Is What It Is family.”

Unsurprisingly, the episode of It Is What It Is that aired April 12 (two days after Simpson’s passing) was dedicated to him. Cam’ron, Mase, Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson and special guest Maurice Clarett spoke at length about the NFL star’s impact on the show. They also praised his sports acumen and his ability to speak candidly and convincingly on the subject of football.

O.J. Simpson’s family confirmed his death via X (formerly Twitter). They are asking that the public “respect their wishes for privacy and grace” at this time.

Since that time, he had been spending his time on Twitter, talking about things like fantasy football and politics. On Wednesday, he died at the age of 76.

Simpson had been diagnosed with prostate cancer a few months ago and was undergoing chemotherapy. However, he succumbed to the illness. In a statement on his Twitter account, it was revealed by the family that they were all around him when he passed. This statement was shared just moments ago. At the time of writing this, there are few details about how his disease progressed, or when things took a turn for the worse. For months, Simpson had mostly been keeping his battle private.

OJ Simpson poked fun at Cam’ron in a video posted to social media on Saturday, bringing up his fandom for the Colorado Buffaloes as his USC Trojans beat the team. The Dipset rapper replied on Instagram later in the day.

“Uh, Cam’ron buddy, you okay?” the former Heisman Trophy winner asked. “Are you alright, man? I’m a little worried about you right now. Man, don’t take it too hard, okay? Come on, it’ll be alright. It’s gonna be alright buddy. Take care.” Cam shared the clip on Instagram and added: “OJ trolling me on tx? [face palm emoji & crying laughing emojis] it ain’t over yet juice!! Lol.”

Cam’ron previously traveled to Colorado to meet new head coach Deion Sanders and the rest of the team. During an episode of his sports talk show, It Is What It Is, on September 11. Cam’ron reflected on the trip. “Shoutout to Coach Prime, he laid the pink carpet out for me. Went down to Boulder, it was cr*zy. First of all, we on the field, we in the suite, chicken and waffles, steak, champagne — whatever we wanted… Really appreciate that,” he said at the time. “Then the pre-game speech the n***a went cr*zy.
