Wack 100 is still staunchly defendingTory Lanez, who is currently behind bars following a conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion back in 2020. Moreover, during an interview with Hollywood Unlocked‘s Jason Lee, he expressed his belief that new evidence will come out very soon that will expose her as a liar and ruin her career. Specifically, the music manager posited that Lanez “antagonized” Thee Stallion, leading to a “vindictive” attitude on her part. Not only that, but he also levied more accusations of alcoholism against her, claiming that her alleged constant drinking leads to a faulty and untrustworthy memory.
“Meg’s a liar,” Wack 100 said of Megan Thee Stallion before continuing his claims that there is evidence out there that completely discredits her. “Oh it’s f***ed up, [the pieces of evidence] are coming out one way or another. They’re just delaying it because they’re trying to get it in court. If they can’t get it in court, it’s going to hit the net. And when it hits the net, they’re going to see that it’s an innocent man in jail.
In addition, Wack 100 also theorized about “the star witness” going to the other side of the trial during Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez’s legal battle. “I believe that he antagonized her to a point to where she got upset, and women can be vindictive and women can be evil,” he continued. “I don’t think Megan remembers what happened that night, I think Megan was in that dark spot. [She was] intoxicated. I believe if Tory wasn’t antagonizing her, and those lies, it would have never got to this point.”
Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion just kicked off her summer tour this week, so we’re sure that she’s distracted from all that’s happening with Wack 100. Subsequently, when she was interviewed in a No Jumper episode in 2020, she corroborated her friend’s tale which accused him of sexual misconduct. Aliza, Powell’s friend who was also being interviewed, claimed that Songz peed on her. “He took my phone and my purse away for like a whole day, held it over the balcony, and was like, ‘B**tch, if you try to leave, I will drop this s*it,’” Aliza added.
Afterwards, Trey Songz made a series of posts on X, denying the allegations. However, that was not the end of it all. Since then, Celina Powell doubled down on the Trey Songz stories, insisting she made none of it up. On several occasions, she has recounted the tale of when the singer allegedly held her against her will and forced himself on her.
In July 2018, Celina Powell caused an internet uproar with one of her wildest stories ever. In a video uploaded on her YouTube channel, she accused Snoop of cheating on his wife with her. She described their alleged sexual encounter, claiming that they had unprotected sex and that, at intervals, Snoop Dogg would stop to snort cocaine from her chest. After the story broke out, it brought unwanted attention to the rapper and his family. As a matter of fact, word circulated that Shante Broadus was considering divorce. However, that never happened, fortunately for the rapper. He publicly apologized to his wife, even addressing the issue on the remix of Problem’s “Don’t Be Mad at Me” track.
During an interview with Adam22 in 2019, Celina Powell shared stories about her purported escapades with rappers. One of the names she mentioned in her talk was G Herbo. She started off the tale talking about their sexual encounter. However, the story eventually moved in a surprising direction. After their fling, G Herbo had a show to play, and Powell attended, but eventually had to leave following a minor altercation with another lady. She claimed that she returned to Herbo’s hotel room with a friend after leaving the show. There, she allegedly robbed the rapper of his belongings. “His passport was there, all of his money was there, all his clothes was there. I was like, ‘You know what? Let’s do it. F*ck it. We jacked all of his sh*t,” she told Adam22.
Offset
Without a doubt, the story Celina Powell cooked up about Offset is among the wildest stories she’s ever concocted. In 2018, Powell shared a video where she claimed that she was pregnant. As if that wasn’t enough news on its own, she went further to claim that the father of the alleged unborn child was Offset. At the time, Cardi B was pregnant with Offset’s child, so this news was pretty scandalous. It was made even worse when Powell shared another video, alleging that Offset offered her $50,000 to abort the pregnancy. However, Powell later admitted she lied about the news during a Twitch session with DJ Akademiks.
Tory Lanez
In May 2020, Celina Powell was allegedly assaulted, and named Tory Lanez in her police report. According to Powell’s report, Tory Lanez confronted her while she was outside his Miami condo, and tried to grab her phone. During their alleged scuffle, she claimed that she tried to get away. However, she was allegedly attacked from behind by a woman named Kaylin Garcia, who she claimed yanked her to the ground. Powell told cops that Lanez and Garcia drove off after the altercation, and that she blacked out during the assault. Furthermore, she claimed that when she eventually woke up, she was badly bruised.

According to reported Meghann Cuniff, the brief reopening this appeal process isn’t in court records yet, but she will provide updates on developments as they emerge. Given this new revelation, folks got to debating again over whose side they believe in this legal case. For example, Drake recently took to his Instagram Story to advocate for his fellow Canadian’s freedom. Others still stand by the Houston MC, and they must all now wait for the next step in Lanez’s legal journey.
Furthermore, this brief and new appeal process is based on a December request from last year to vacate his sentence. Specifically, Tory Lanez wants the court to reevaluate his case following a new testimony from his driver and bodyguard Jauquan Smith, who had not testified previously. Unfortunately, Hip Hop culture has a history of being accused of sometimes promoting crime. Many rappers have had to deal with the harsh realities of the criminal justice system, and spend time in prison. These sentences range from a few months to several decades depending on the gravity of the crime committed. In short, unfortunately, many rappers have been convicted of some serious crimes. Here’s a list of rappers who have received some of the longest sentences in prison.
In the mid-1990s, C-Murder rose to prominence as a member of the supergroup TRU. Despite achieving success, however, his career was overshadowed by legal troubles. The rapper’s involvement in a high-profile murder case ultimately led to the end of his musical career. In 2002, C-Murder was convicted of the second-degree murder of a 16-year-old fan at a nightclub in Louisiana. He was accused of pulling the trigger, leading to his arrest and subsequent trial. Following his trial, the rapper was sentenced to life in prison with no parole.
YFN Lucci

When YFN Lucci was accused of murder, assault, and racketeering in 2021, fans did not expect the rapper to turn himself in. However, surprising his devoted listeners, Lucci submitted himself to the authorities. Since then, he has been in jail, awaiting trial. After about three years in jail, his trial finally began. Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. Additionally, the plea deal he took saw prosecutors drop all other charges against him. While YFN Lucci was originally sentenced to 20 years in prison, it was subsequently reduced to 10 years. He has already served three years, and will soon be eligible for parole, according to his legal team.
Following his original sentence, Max B would have been one of the rappers to spend the longest time in prison. In 2009, he was arrested and charged in connection with a botched robbery that resulted in a homicide. Alongside his two accomplices, Max B was accused of planning and carrying out the robbery that led to the man’s death. Subsequently, he was found guilty of multiple charges and sentenced to 75 years in prison. However, in 2016, his sentence was reduced to 20 years after he pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter.

The legal battle between rappers Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion ultimately landed Lanez in prison. The case was heavily publicized, and stayed trending for years until Lanez was eventually sentenced in 2023. In August 2020, Megan Thee Stallion accused Tory Lanez of shooting her in the foot. Addressing the accusation through multiple songs, Lanez vehemently denied the shooting. The case dragged on for a while before a verdict was reached. Finally concluding the trial, on August 8, 2023, Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Of all the rappers on this list, Big Lurch inarguably has the most horrific reason for being in prison. The rapper’s career was marred by a gruesome and tragic incident that led to his incarceration. In 2002, Big Lurch was arrested and charged with the brutal murder of Tynisha Ysais, his roommate. In detail, Ysais was found dead in her apartment with her chest torn open and parts of her lungs missing. Reportedly, Big Lurch was under the influence of PCP at the time of the murder. During the subsequent trial, the rapper’s defense argued that he was not in control of his actions because of the drugs. However, despite these claims, he was ultimately found guilty of murder. Big Lurch was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on November 7, 2003.
Tay-K
In 2016, Tay-K was involved in a home invasion robbery in Mansfield, Texas, during which Ethan Walker, a 21-year-old man, was fatally shot. Subsequently, Tay-K was arrested and charged with capital murder. While awaiting trial for his involvement in the home invasion, he was placed on house arrest. However, the rapper cut off his ankle monitor and fled to San Antonio, Texas. During his time on the run, Tay-K released “The Race.” The song detailed his experiences as a fugitive and quickly went viral. Subsequently, he was apprehended and sentenced to 55 years in prison.
Philadelphia-based rapper AR-Ab was indicted on federal drug trafficking charges in 2019. Not many rappers have served time in prison for drugs as long as AR-Ab will. He was sentenced to 45 years in prison on April 15, 2021. Following his trial, the rapper was found guilty of multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and distribution of cocaine, among others.
Despite Megan Thee Stallion’s new smash hit “HISS” and the resulting beef with Nicki Minaj taking up headlines for more than a week now, some in the rap world are still talking about Tory Lanez. It’s been more than a year since he was convicted by a jury of three felonies spawning from his shooting incident with Megan. Then in August his sentencing hearing took place where he was handed down 10 years in prison for the incident.
Despite the evidence available being enough to convince a jury, it hasn’t been enough to convince many rap fans. Nobody has been louder in their inability to move on from the case than Wack 100. He brought it up over the weekend with a surprising claim. Wack said that there was reportedly a video of the incident that had yet to be released. He also claimed that Megan’s career would be over when the video finally made it to the public eye. Fans quickly refuted the claim but that didn’t stop him from doubling down. Unfortunately for Wack, fans immediately poked holes in every single claim he made. But now he’s once again discussing the video online. Check out what he has to say now below.
In a newly release video, Wack claims that the video will eventually be released again. This time he provides a reason it hasn’t been made public yet. The reason he states is that it’s recorded by a minor therefore, in his eyes, can’t be ruled admissible as evidence in court. Fans quickly took to the comments to correct him citing numerous other examples of how easy it would be for the video to make it’s way into evidence if it existed.
Wack 100 also took the opportunity in the new video to call out some people online. Mostly he took aim at all of those who are claiming that he’s lying about the existence of a video in the first place.
