When Rod Wave first caught wind of the hate Boosie Badazz was spreading about him online, the 25-year-old took things in stride. He offered to have a discussion with the Louisana native so they can agree to an amount of money to squash the situation, but instead, Boosie is hinting at filing a lawsuit and dropping a diss track about Rod. At this point, the “Great Gatsby” artist has had enough of the drama and has taken to platforms like Twitter and Instagram to get some things off his chest.

“Jus ‘cuz you know ’bout da original song [doesn’t] mean I stole it? [You] d*mb b**ch,” he wrote in a now-deleted tweet. “I ain’t never stole s**t, five platinum albums. Find [you] a hobby f**k ni**a. [You] b**ches don’t even [f**k with me], speaking on me. Mind yo bidness b**ch,” his rant continued. While that likely helped air out some of his feelings, it wasn’t enough for Wave to call it a night. Instead, he hopped on his IG Story with more to say.

“It was okay for me to be a f**king teenager listening to they music,” the Florida native vented to his followers on Tuesday (November 21). “Supporting them and s**t, f**king with them… How they finna be bringing up all these lyrics like I stole some s**t? Among others who are weighing in on the validity of Boosie Badazz’s bitterness is Fat Joe. DJ Akademiks Clowns Saucy Santana For Diss Track’s Low Streams

And so, the DJ Akademiks and Saucy Santana social media beef continues for another week, and it hasn’t gotten any nicer. For those unaware, the two are going at each other online for Ak’s comments on Yung Miami, and it just devolved into a clowning fest. Its latest installment concerns the Afro-Dominican rapper’s diss track against the media personality, which apparently didn’t perform particularly well on Spotify. As such, the former Everyday Struggle host took to every corner of the online space to blast Santana for this perceived failure. Even if you think numbers don’t matter, this is beef: folks in it don’t have the luxury of making excuses.

“So the silver back gorilla wit the beard and the bbl… booked studio time to diss big Ak,” DJ Akademiks’ recent Instagram post on Sunday (November 19) read. “Only to make $32 off the diss song. Man yalll gotta stop playing wit me… I Ain’t into that diddy s**t.. I’m Jamaican . Stop playing !” In addition, this post also showed what else he said about the exchange on Twitter, plus a clip of him going on the track’s Spotify page to show its total streams as of recording that. For those curious, the page shows that “Meet Me in Da Skreets” has 8,290 streams as of writing this article.

Benzino & Coi Leray’s Financial Beef: He Says She Tried To Embarrass Him

Benzino hopped back on Instagram Live to talk about his current struggles with his daughter, Coi Leray. Moreover, he previously expressed a lack of embarrassment at the fact that she recently revealed, concerning that he asked her for money. Now, the media personality explained that he didn’t feel embarrassed by this, although he probably won’t make that request to his kids again. As such, he asked the haters to back off, or at least to acknowledge that he doesn’t care about the backlash. Lastly, the former co-owner of The Source described himself as having “post-traumatic street syndrome,” indicating his relationship with cash.

In addition, this spat also went into why Benzino thinks Coi Leray is being dishonest about her upbringing. “She said she slept in cars, she ain’t never slept in no f***ing cars,” he ranted. “That I knew about, you know. I had my daughter five months out the year. I was with her mother until she was nine, then I had her five months out the year. She lived with me twice, in Atlanta she went to Campbell High School. I was a single dad, and I was taking care of my kids. All of my kids. And her two older brothers by two other men that wasn’t mine… looks like she’s almost brainwashed. She ain’t ever slept in no cars or sold drugs. I don’t know why she’s running with this narrative.”

Opinions on the matter have been pouring in non-stop, from questions about why the Baddies cast member was even at a Braxton concert to begin with, to a select few suggesting the 46-year-old is the one to blame for her friend’s pain.

On Monday (November 13), Tamar addressed many of our burning questions in a lengthy Instagram video. James Wright Chanel Confirms Assault At Tamar Braxton Show, LeTroy Drops Chrisean Rock Receipts

We’ve heard Chrisean Rock share her side of the story regarding the alleged assault of James Wright Chanel at Tamar Braxton’s weekend concert. Now, the victim is giving us some insight into his perspective, though he didn’t specifically name the new mother as his attacker. After everything unfolded on Friday (November 10) in Baltimore, Wright went Live (while hiding his face from the camera) to confirm that at least some of the rumours circulating are true.

“Chile, I was an innocent bystander,” Braxton’s backup singer said of his involvement in the blowout. He laughed while delivering the news, noting that it’s important to still find the joy and humour in things if possible. “I don’t know what be wrong with people, I really don’t,” he reflected. It’s likely Chanel was referring to Rock’s decision to reportedly punch him in the face after finding out she wasn’t performing during Tamar’s concert.

Elsewhere, LeTroy, – a member of Braxton’s team who shared one of the initial stories about the drama – responded to Rock’s video denying any wrongdoing with a screenshot of his text interaction with someone from her management. “Hey LeTroy, nice to meet you. Tamar had told Chrisean that she wanted to bring her out tonight,” the latter confirmed.

While it was agreed upon that the Baddies cast member would come on stage, nothing was said about an actual performance. This seems to be where the confusion led to violence.

Benzino Blasts Coi Leray & Angie Martinez For “Pushing A False Narrative” About Him

After making her presence fully felt in 2022, some wondered how Coi Leray could top her success in 2023. The Boston-born baddie delivered her sophomore LP, COI, a few months back, and though the numbers were slightly lower than her debut, many titles on the tracklist managed to go viral on platforms like TikTok. In addition to sharing music of her own, Leray has been working with other stars like Lola Brooke, RAYE, and Busta Rhymes in recent months, putting out catchy collaborations for her fans to play on repeat.

Despite all that she’s achieved in life so far, one area of the black-haired beauty’s life that remains troubled is her relationship with her father, Benzino. We saw them share a sweet moment back in September when responding to an apparent diss from Latto, however, feelings have obviously changed based on what Leray had to say in her new interview with Angie Martinez. According to the Trendsetter, she feels as though The Source legend is “envious” of all that she’s accomplishing.

“At first it was rocky, because I felt like he couldn’t handle my success,” she told the radio personality. “[It’s] okay because he’s human, that’s fine,” Leray noted, not holding too much animosity toward her father. Despite her calmness in sharing her feelings, Benzino had plenty to get off his chest in an angry IG rant. “This has to be the most ridiculous I’ve heard in my entire life on this earth. How tf can be envious towards someone I RAISED, NUTURED, PROVIDED FOR, INFLUENCED AND LOVE VERY DEARLY???” he asked on Friday (November 10) afternoon.

“This industry and the internet have completely messed up the minds of this young generation. I’m tired of her pushing a false narrative about who I am and what I’ve done as a father. In my 40 years in hip hop I’ve never ever seen an artist DOG their parents out the [way] Coi does and it’s embarrassing and sad,” the 58-year-old went on. After giving his daughter a piece of his mind, Benzino then went in on Martinez. “@angiemartinez knows she doesn’t like me so she’s just being manipulative and messy,” he speculated. “They want me [to] crash out but I’ve worked on myself so hard that I ain’t going backwards for ANYTHING,” Zino promised.

A very interesting debate just propped up in the ongoing beef between DJ Akademiks and Saucy Santana. For those unaware, the two began to send shots at each other following Ak’s criticism of Yung Miami, for which the rapper defended her against him. Now, Wack 100 got roped into things, sitting down for what seems like a podcast conversation with the commentator to express support of his own. In a clip of their meeting, the music executive boasts about calling up a bisexual male friend of his to beat up Santana for them. This is all pretty bizarre and wild when it comes to rap beef, but it’s all fortunately stayed only on social media for now, and hopefully doesn’t go any further.
