While attendees were glad to get a taste of what’s to come ahead of the release, not everybody was pleased. Earlier today, Ozzy Osbourne slammed Ye on Twitter/X, claiming that he used his sample when he explicitly told him he didn’t have permission.
“[He] WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY,” Ozzy explained. Shortly after Ozzy’s post, his wife Sharon jumped into the debacle, similarly blasting Ye for his use of the sample. “Kanye f***ed with the wrong Jew this time,” she told TMZ, also calling him a “pig” who “represents hate.”
Clearly, neither of them was thrilled to be associated with Kanye, or so it seems. In response to their comments, Ye recently took to social media to remind fans of their 2023 Halloween costumes. Ozzy dressed up as Kanye while Sharon dressed up as his wife, Bianca Censori. He posted a screenshot of a text conversation with an unknown individual, which included of photo of Ozzy and Sharon in their costumes. “He obviously has a celebrity handler who’s on his account,” the unknown person wrote.
Ye then reposted a fan’s Tweet about DJ Roca’s response to being sampled by him, seeming to imply that Ozzy should be grateful. Some fans think he and Sharon’s costumes suggest that they were fans of Ye, at least at some point. Earlier today, Ozzy Osbourne took to Twitter/X to put Ye on blast, accusing him of using a sample of Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs” without his permission. “@kanyewest ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF ‘WAR PIG’ FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY,” he wrote. “HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!”

Ozzy’s obviously not happy, and neither is his wife Sharon, according to TMZ. She recently told the outlet that “Kanye f***ed with the wrong Jew this time.” Sharon says that Ye reached out three weeks ago to ask for permission to use the sample. She claims that their reply was, “Absolutely not.” She adds that it’s rare for Ozzy to turn these kinds of things down, but he had a “special f***ing occasion to say no.”
“The motherf***er’s a pig,” she said, also dubbing Ye “a disrespectful antisemite” and claiming that he “represents hate.” According to Sharon, she and her husband have sent Ye a cease and desist, and want nothing to do with him moving forward. The viral weight loss drug has gained TikTok’s users’ attention, with #ozempic gaining 1.3 billion views and #ozempicweightloss gaining 417.5 million views. Creators on the platform are posting a range of videos, including Ozempic weight loss journeys, how to use Ozempic currently and the side effects of the drug. Google searches in the US for the viral drug ‘Ozempic’ have skyrocketed by 436% in the past five years, as well as searches for the side effect ‘Ozempic face’ have exploded by 67% in the past 30 days worldwide.
The weight loss drug has been named ‘Hollywood’s worst kept secret’ as several celebrities such as Amy Schumer and Robbie Williams have confirmed they have turned to use the viral drug. Sharon Osbourne is one of the most recent celebrities to open up about the side-effects and negative impacts she’s experienced since using Ozempic. In a Daily Mail interview published on Friday, Sharon goes on to say

“I’m too gaunt and I can’t put any weight on,” about her appearance and continued with, “I want to because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 pounds, and I don’t want to be. Be careful what you wish for”. Sharon, who started using Ozempic last December, says she has come off the drug now and gives a warning not to give it to teenagers as it’s so easy to become addicted to the viral weight loss drug.
Research conducted by doctor search engine experts at Kaly.com analyzed Google search data to establish which US states are searching for the weight loss drug Ozempic the most. Connecticut topped the list of states influenced by Ozempic, with a monthly average of 1,383 searches per 100,000 residents. To put that into perspective, residents of Connecticut are searching for Ozempic 76% more than those who live in New Mexico, which ranked lowest out of all 50 states.
In second place is New York, which searches for Ozempic 1,364 times a month on average per 100,000 people. New Yorkers’ fourth most searched-for term is ‘Ozempic face’ with 20,016 searches a month on average across the entire state’s population. The term Ozempic face has also gained 31.7 million views on TikTok and is due to the appearance of excess skin on the face becoming ‘saggier’ and more wrinkled due to rapid weight loss.
In third place is Louisiana, with an average of 1,354 searches for Ozempic a month per 100,000 people. Louisiana’s top preferred searches after ‘Ozempic’ include ‘Ozempic side effects’, ‘Ozempic weight loss’, and ‘Ozempic for weight loss’.
Florida comes in fourth place with 1,310 average monthly searches per 100,000 residents. The fifth most searched-for Ozempic-related term is “Ozempic coupons”, with 4,700 searches across the state’s entire population on average. Cheaper alternatives to Ozempic have become popular during the viral weight loss trend, with #ozempicdupe gaining 2.8 million views on TikTok. Extensive research and speaking to a healthcare specialist should take place before purchasing or trying cheaper alternatives or dupes.
In fifth place, Massachusetts has 1,263 average monthly searches per 100,000 people. The residents in Massachusetts are more obsessed with Ozempic by 32% than those in the neighbouring state of Vermont.
Texas followed closely behind in sixth place with 1,257 monthly searches per month per 100,000 residents.
In seventh place is New Jersey with 1,242 searches per 100,000 people searching for Ozempic. New Jersey’s Chelsea Handler has shared her own experience of unknowingly being prescribed Ozempic, and the drug being used for weight loss in Hollywood circles during her appearance on Alex Cooper’s ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast.
West Virginia is in eighth place, with 1,230 searches a month on average per 100,000 people. Just after that is Tennessee, with 1,214 searches on average per 100,000 residents.
Finally, rounding off the list in tenth place is Oklahoma, with 1,199 monthly searches on average per 100,000 people.
At the other end of the scale, New Mexico, Wisconsin and Iowa are the top three states least seemingly concerned about the viral weight loss drug Ozempic.
Sharon Osbourne recently shared a wild story about a time when legendary singer Whitney Houston accused her of wanting her then-husband Bobby Brown. Sharon says Whitney was finishing her sound check and noticed Bobby sitting next to Sharon when she interrupted herself onstage to ask Sharon,”Mrs Osbourne, are you trying to f**k my husband?” Sharon says she ran down the aisle to profess her innocence when Whitney noticed Sharon’s pave diamond ring to which Sharon tossed at her as a distraction.

Sharon Osbourne has revealed that Whitney Houston once accused her of trying to sleep with her husband Bobby Brown, leaving her so flustered by the shock encounter that she gave the late singer her ring in an attempt to calm her.
The former X Factor judge, 71, said the confusion occurred during rehearsals for VH1 show, Divas Duets, in 2003, when Whitney was rehearsing, and Bobby and their daughter Bobbi Kristina, ended up sitting alongside Sharon to watch.
According to Sharon however, her apparent closeness with Bobby didn’t sit too well with Whitney when she finished her sound check on-stage.
‘I was hosting the Divas for VH1 and I was at sound check and Whitney was up on stage doing her sound check,’ Sharon recalled on her family podcast, The Osbournes.
‘Her little girl obviously liked watching [our former MTV reality show] The Osbournes and she came up and sat next to me – gorgeous little thing. And then suddenly her dad came and sat the other side of me, Bobby.’
She continued: ‘Whitney’s up there singing and she stops singing and the track is still going, and slowly the track stops. And she goes, “Mrs Osbourne, are you trying to f**k my husband?” And I’m like, “No, no please, I’m not!”‘
Sharon, who had been married to Ozzy Osbourne for 21 years at the time, jumped out of her seat in panic and ran down the aisle professing her innocence.
‘I was going, “No no no, you don’t understand. I wasn’t”,’ she said.
Fortunately, her pave diamond ring saved her from further embarrassment, by distracting the singer, who demanded a closer look.
Sharon continued: ‘She goes, “Let me see that ring,” and I was like, “I’d love you to have it”.
‘I gave her the ring, threw it at her, and said, “I promise you, I’m not interested in your husband, I’m married!”‘

Sharon Osbourne Recalls Awkward Moment With Whitney Houston

One of the funniest and timeliest couples costumes this Halloween came from none other than metal legend Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon. Moreover, they donned an all-black-covered fit and a nude bodysuit with a pillow, respectively, to transform into everyone’s favorite fashionably provocative couple these days: Kanye West and Bianca Censori. Of course, many people got a good laugh out of this interpretation, and we wonder what the Yeezy duo thought of the Osbourne’s fits. Well, if the architect is anything like her sister, then we know that she probably thought it was at least worth reposting.
Furthermore, Bianca Censori’s sister, Angelina, reposted Sharon Osbourne’s snap of their Halloween fits on her Instagram page. She didn’t add any captions, emojis, or any other context: just the the pic of the homage… or of the jab. Either way, Angelina also reposted a picture of Kanye West and her sister in the original outfits that The Osbournes based their look on. Overall, it doesn’t seem like the Censoris have much to say about them other than a slight nod of approval and a small smile. Or at least, that’s what Bianca’s sister’s social media activity translates to.
Regardless of this comical crossover, it actually wouldn’t be the first time that Ozzy Osbourne in particular seemed to target the Chicago rapper. When Kanye West was at the height of his presidential aspirations in 2020, the Black Sabbath icon started selling “Ozzy For President” merch online. Some interpreted this as a joke against Ye, either mocking his perceived delusions or simply playing into the meme. But another possibility is also on the cards: that Ozzy might’ve even felt inspired by the 46-year-old, but not enough to truly back up his loftily-aimed T-shirts with a candidacy.
Meanwhile, we’re sure that Bianca and Kanye will have plenty more outfits to spoof in the future. As for Ozzy and Sharon, they’re just living their life relatively off the grid when compared to their previous pop culture visibility.
