Wiz Khalifa Stops Performance To Reprimand An Overzealous Fan For Throwing Money At Him: ‘I’m Not A Stripper’

Wiz Khalifa is known for being rather cool guy. In fact, the “See You Again” rapper’s only issues (at least on the legal front) are connected to his love of marijuana.

According to Wiz, he get his chill demeanor from his mother. Over the weekend, one fan managed to from Wiz from his cloud of zen. While performing at a Rolling Loud Thailand after party held at Club 808 in Pattaya, an attendee ticked Wiz off by throwing money on stage. Although he is a fan of exotic clubs, he didn’t appreciate the gesture and was sure to verbalize it.

In a video captured by an attendee (viewable here), Wiz Khalifa reprimanded the assailant. “Stop throwing money on the stage,” he said. “I’m not a stripper, dog. Quit throwing money on the stage.”

The attendee can be heard apologizing for his actions. But it seems he had already been warned based on Wiz’s follow-up statement. “I’ve already told you once,” he said. “I’m not a dancer. If you don’t know I’m Wiz Khalifa.”

Others chimed in to cheer Wiz Khalifa on for taking a stand against the distributor. It appears the performance continued without any further interference. Wiz Khalifa has not publicly addressed the matter.

Desiigner Charged For Airplane Exposure Incident

Desiigner has been struggling with some pretty significant mental health issues, apparently. This is not the first time he has faced such challenges. Last year, the rapper disclosed that he left Kanye West’s label because he was going through a difficult time mentally. At the time, his father had recently fallen into a coma, and he was also concerned about his mother’s health while he was touring. Shortly after that interview, Desiigner was involved in a scary confrontation with the LAPD. Afterward, he claimed that the police were unnecessarily aggressive, and he told them that he was dealing with PTSD.

As we previously reported, Desiigner has since had another run in with police for a very different reason. The rapper was in Thailand recently, and his trip back probably didn’t go the way he thought it would. On his international flight back from Asia, he allegedly exposed himself. When he landed, the rapper was met by police. Apparently the rapper has not been feeling like himself for quite some time, and even had to be admitted to a hospital while he was out of the country. The specifics were not provided, and little information was known at the time about the incident. However, Desiigner has now officially been charged for the airplane exposure. As such, we have gotten more details about it.

Is Desiigner’s Mental Health To Blame?

On the flight back from Asia, Desiigner was sitting in first class. Apparently, he exposed himself several times to flight attendants. In addition, it has also been alleged that he was pleasuring himself during the incident. After the flight attendants told him to stop several times, the rapper was removed from his seat and taken to the back of the plane. Allegedly, when he got up to move, a jar of vaseline fell into the aisle. Desiigner was detained upon arrival in the US and questioned by authorities. He told them it was because he “didn’t really get much … cootie” while he was on the trip, and he was “brick hard” when he got on the plane. Desiigner then claimed he was attracted to the fight attendant. He thought if he exposed himself to her, it would give her “encouragement.”

After the incident took place last week, Desiigner released a statement where he alleged that his mental health had not been in a good place for quite some time. “For the past few months i have not been ok, and i have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” he said in his statement. “I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane… and am admitting my self in a facility to help me. I will be cancelling all shows and any obligations until further notice.” With the new details that have emerged, the incident seems far more calculated than before. What do you think of Desiigner’s behavior on the plane? Let us know in the comments!

Desiigner Says he is Checking into Mental Health Treatment Facility after Allegedly Exposing Himself on Plane

Desiigner Says he is Checking into Mental Health Treatment Facility after Allegedly Exposing Himself on Plane

Following a bizarre incident that occurred on a flight this week in which he allegedly exposed himself, hip-hop artist Desiigner says that he is taking some time to focus on his mental health and will be checking into a mental health treatment facility.

While details are still fuzzy, it appears that the “Panda” artist exposed himself on an international flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis and seemed to have been reprimanded by a flight attendant on the plane who alerted authorities in Minneapolis. Police were waiting for the artist when his plane landed and it appears that he was released without being held.

However, he did post to Instagram on Thursday. In the post, he appeared to acknowledge his struggle with mental health as well as noting that a medication prescribed to him in Asia may have caused a chemical imbalance. He wrote:

“For the past few months I have not been ok, and I have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” the statement begins. “While overseas for a concert I performed at, I had to be admitted in to a hospital, I was not thinking clearly. They gave me meds, and I had to hop on a plane home. I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane. I landed back to the states, and am admitting my self in a facility to help me. I will be cancelling all of my shows and my obligations until further notice. Mental health is real guys, please pray for me. If [you’re] not feeling like yourself, please get help.”

Desiigner had originally been in Thailand as part of the Rolling Loud event series in the country that was held last weekend where he joined Cardi B, Travis Scott, and others. He also had reportedly performed at a venue in Tokyo.

No further updates have been provided on any of his social media accounts as of Friday.

While it’s no stranger that Offset always “Puts It On” when it comes to his fashion choices, over the weekend, he went viral for his Rolling Loud Performance. The high-energy performance dunned several unforgettable moments, including a tribute to the late and great Takeoff, a homage of graphics highlighting Offset’s growth over the years, and a preview of new music.

Not only were those moments super special, but his outfit choice for the performance was also exceptional. In a striking custom look by Bryan Hearns, Offset decided to perform in the first headlining show in Thailand, wearing a remake of Micheal Jackson’s 1990 look when he visited the White House.

Nicki Minaj, Karlae Poke Fun at Lil Uzi Vert’s New Alter-Ego

Lil Uzi Vert has been going through some pretty big changes recently. Last year, the rapper announced that they had adopted they/them pronouns. Soon after, Uzi dropped their EP, Red+White. The EP features a song called “Glock In My Purse,” further hinting at the new non-binary route the rapper had taken. Uzi also announced that they are a “sober man.” The rapper took to their social media to let people know about the new development. “Kids, it’s real good to be sober,” they said.

Lil Uzi Vert may be celebrating their sobriety, but that doesn’t mean they’ve stopped their odd antics. The rapper has also made quite a few physical changes. Most notably, they got six new facial piercings recently. They also debuted a new hairstyle, which was reminiscent of many punk looks of years gone by. The rapper had also initially showed off a diamond implant that they had gotten in their forehead. It has since been removed. In a new permanent addition, however, Uzi has gotten a tongue tattoo. Shortly after, the rapper also debuted a forehead tattoo. That’s not all. Lil Uzi has also showed off a new alter-ego.

Not Everyone Is Feeling The New Uzi

While in Thailand, Uzi has kept very busy. From performing to posting videos of eating cockroaches, you can always expect the unexpected when it comes to Uzi. That includes the introduction of a new alter-ego that the rapper has dubbed “Leslie.” In a post about their Thailand trip, Uzi included a picture with a new hairstyle and the caption “Leslie was in Thailand.” The hair looks like a myspace scene kid from 2007. The rapper looks extremely happy in the post, but their new looks and alter-ego aren’t really sitting right with everyone.

Both Nicki Minaj and Karlae have taken to Instagram to poke fun at Uzi for their new alter-ego’s look. Nicki’s joke was fairly harmless, simply pointing out how much the hairstyle looked like a version of hers from the “Bedrock” video. “She said I can make your bed rock,” Nicki posted on her story along with a side by side of her hair in the video and Uzi’s new look. Karlae simply commented on a post about the new alter-ego with a bunch of laughing emojis. Neither case seems to be malicious, but some people felt the need to clap back, particularly at Karlae. What do you think of Leslie? Let us know in the comments!

Travis Scott Closes Rolling Loud Thailand 2023, the Nation’s Largest Festival in History

(Credit: Rolling Loud / @henryhwu)

Rolling Loud Thailand, the first Rolling Loud festival to be staged in Asia, was a huge success and is now recognized as the biggest music festival ever to take place in the nation. Artists from a variety of nations performed in Pattaya throughout the course of the three-day event before a raucous audience. The final day of Rolling Loud Thailand had more celebrities than any other day, and Travis Scott gave an absolutely incredible performance on the OKX Stage to cap it all off.

Beyond La Flame, Saturday saw incredible performances by Offset, Central Cee, Jay Park, and many more. Teriyaki Boyz, a well-known Japanese rap trio, is another. The pioneering rap group Thaitanium led a Thai delegation that also featured FIIXD and 1Mill from their home nation, Thailand, which had a strong presence. Rising American stars like Destroy Lonely and Bktherula left a lasting influence on the Thai audience.

Rolling Loud Thailand was an exciting opening salvo in this year’s festival season, demonstrating unequivocally that hip-hop is a language understood by all. Before the big one, the ninth annual Rolling Loud Miami, which returns in July, there will be plenty more from Rolling Loud, including festivals in Germany, The Netherlands, and Portugal.

Offset Unveils Beautiful Takeoff Tribute Tattoo After Rolling Loud Thailand Set

One of the most tragic deaths to strike the hip-hop community within the past year is undeniably Takeoff, who lost his life in late 2022. At the time, he and Quavo had just unleashed their Only Built For Infinity Links project and were certainly in celebration mode as the album received countless positive reviews from both friends and fans. Unfortunately, the 28-year-old fell victim to a shooting in Houston on the first day of November, leaving his uncle, and their Migos crew member, Offset, to mourn his untimely loss.

For his part, Quavo has been paying homage to Takeoff through music. At the end of March, the multi-talent shared his “Honey Bun” single, which not only interpolates sounds from Drake and 21 Savage’s Her Loss but also serves as a tribute to the late rhymer. Offset, on the other hand, offered up his entire back as a canvas for a beautiful portrait of his family member. “Love you 4L & after 🚀🤍🕊,” the father of five wrote in the caption, promising to carry on Takeoff’s legacy for the rest of his own life.

Offset Pays Homage to His Fallen Partner in Rhyme

The heartwarming image comes hours after Offset’s appearance at Rolling Loud Thailand today (April 15). Along with names like Destroy Loney, Central Cee, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Sheck West, he was one of the festival’s final acts, ahead of Travis Scott’s headling set (which Cardi B’s husband also made a surprise appearance during). The Atlanta native’s wife was in attendance to support him following her own show on Thursday (April 13).

Fans were eager to see what the Invasion of Privacy hitmaker would bring to the stage as they eagerly await her sophomore album. She opted to revisit some of her biggest collaborations and earlier releases, many of which had her twerking up a storm in her stunning golden outfit. Unfortunately for Cardi B, she suffered a wardrobe malfunction in the form of her bottoms ripping but continued to entertain audiences anyway. See the funny moment for yourself here, and share your thoughts on Offset’s new tattoo in the comments.

Chris Brown’s Raunchy Dance Moves Make Headlines At Rolling Loud Thailand

Many American music lovers are finding themselves at Coachella in California this weekend, though others opted to catch a flight overseas to attend Rolling Loud Thailand. The latter saw Cardi B give an incredible headlining performance on Thursday (April 13) night, and on Friday, it was Chris Brown’s turn to put his skills on display. The father of three has spent much of the past few months travelling around to promote his Breezy album, though this marks his first festival appearance in a minute. He obviously didn’t at all hold back with his vocals and dance moves – some of which were wildly raunchy.

As you may recall, Brown has become known for treating some of his female fans to promiscuous lap dances during his recent concerts. One such instance even apparently ended a relationship, though the 33-year-old doesn’t seem to be bothered by the possibility of breaking a couple up. Rather than following his usual routine by bringing up a patron at Rolling Loud California, he instead performed a salacious dance routine with one of his performers, who mimicked giving him a blowjob as he sang “Under The Influence.”

Chris Brown Headlines Rolling Loud Thailand

DailyMail obtained exclusive footage of the moment, which is just one of the many parts of Brown’s set that has the internet talking. After the intimate moment, the “With You” singer leaned in to share a kiss with the dancer before launching back into other hits like “Five More Hours,” “Beautiful People,” and “Look At Me Now,” just to name a few. Before the Virginia native closed out day two of the festival, others who appeared include Rick Ross, DaBaby, Rubi Rose, and Luh Tyler.

Today (April 15) marks the final day of performances. Before Travis Scott’s set at the end of the night, we’ll hear from Destroy Lonely, Sheck Wes, Central Cee, Offset, and more. Find additional videos from Chris Brown’s headlining set at Rolling Loud Thailand below. Afterward, tell us which song from the R&B icon’s discography you’d most like to see him perform live in the comments.

Cardi B Leaves Thai Fans In Tears: Watch

It looks like Cardi B really had some Thai fans feeling emotional. The “Up” rapper was performing at Rolling Loud Thailand on Thursday, April 13. Cardi performed to an insanely packed crowd of more than 30,000 people. It was her first time performing in the country. “THAILAND OWES ME NOTHING!!!” the rapper tweeted. “Thank you soooo much …..Either way you slice bottom line IM THE TOP B*TCH !!!!!!…..But question? Why this country soooooo hot ?”

The performance almost went off without a hitch. However, Cardi did experience a small wardrobe malfunction. In the midst of her set, the rapper paused the show after realizing she had ripped her outfit. After attempting to find something to cover herself with, Cardi decided the show must go on. If nothing else, it goes to show what an incredible performance she was putting on for her Thai fans. The set included all of her hits, and the crowd was deafeningly loud singing along to the lyrics. Some of her fans even posted videos of themselves crying during the set.

Bring A Bucket And A Mop

Cardi did warn you to bring a bucket and a mop, didn’t she? Clearly, one Thai fan forgot. In a video posted to social media, the fan films herself watching the show as tears roll down her face. Additional videos from the show depict Cardi at her best. The rapper strutted around the stage wearing a sparkly gold outfit hung with dozens of tassels. She gave it her all, and her Thai fans clearly appreciated her for it. The fan reaction is something you generally only see from diehard fans. As such, it’s becoming pretty clear that Cardi B has begun to carve out quite a legacy for herself in the industry.

In addition to selling Diamond and Platinum-certified records, Cardi is making sure she secures the bag. The rapper just celebrated selling 2 million cans of whip shots in a partnership with Starco Brands. “Boozy and beautiful since day one, and two million cans later, there is no slowing us down,” she said. “I love the fans supporting our brand — let’s keep this party going!” That wasn’t her only brand deal, however. She and Offset also released a McDonald’s meal earlier this year. Cardi has quite the schedule coming up, as well, as she has also been announced to headline the Hot 97 Summer Jam. What did you think of Cardi B’s performance at Rolling Loud Thailand? Will you be hitting up any of her shows this summer? Sound off in the comments!
