6ix9ine Hit With Revenge Porn, Abuse & Assault Accusations From Ex-Girlfriend In New Lawsuit

Despite continued success, 6ix9ine continues to get more bad news his way, and this one is a really nasty and serious issue. His ex girlfriend, Yailín La Más Viral, reportedly sued him with a laundry list of accusations, according to supposed court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ. Moreover, the specific allegations are as follows. Yailín (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Díaz) claims that the rapper (real name Daniel Hernández) has a long history of inflicting physical, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse on her, as well as publishing revenge porn of her on social media after they broke up in August of this year.

Furthermore, Yailín La Más Viral claims that 6ix9ine consistently abused her, drugged her, and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from her for his own luxury gains. In addition, she accused him of manipulating her into getting plastic surgery and other cosmetic modifications that she didn’t want through shame and coercion. Yailin’s overall narrative is one of the New York MC’s alleged psychological, physical, and industry-related exertion of power over her in order to gain resources from her and keep her in a frightful position through drugs and a lack of independence.

According to Yailín, she ended the relationship this August once she learned of 6ix9ine’s alleged fraud and robbery, which is when she claims he posted explicit pictures videos of her online on Twitter without her consent. While the posts are no longer up, she expressed in the suit that she still suffers from emotional harm and seeks over $1 million in damages, plus for the court to eliminate his ability to propagate more revenge porn.

All that jewelry is mine …” 6ix9ine stated to TMZ about Yailín’s accusations, expressing shock that she allegedly betrayed him with accusations that he claims are totally false after he helped her out when she had no money. “That car she’s riding in I bought. The penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought … I took care of her family, daughter – when I met her she had 2 month old baby – I put pampers and food on the table for them.”

OnlyFans Model’s Ex-BF Sued For $6 Billion After Sharing Revenge Porn & Changing Her Passwords

For some, like Iggy Azalea and Coco Austin, OnlyFans is a fun way to embrace their sexuality, connect with fans, and bring in boatloads of money. Others, unfortunately, don’t have as much luck or find themselves in dire straits because of the explicit content they’ve been posting online. The latter situation rings true for 25-year-old Mikayla Saravina, who’s in the midst of suing her former boyfriend, Nicholas Hunter, for an astounding amount of money following their breakup last October.

According to DailyMail, the adult model’s 27-year-old ex took over her social media pages following their split. Rather than simply keeping tabs on her DMs and who she’s following, Hunter changed Saravina’s passwords before posting graphic photos and videos of her without consent online. A federal revenge porn lawsuit was filed in court recently, claiming that Nicholas was previously in business with his girlfriend, and was using her platform to make more money by selling XXX-rated content from late 2022 up until January of this year.

Mikayla Saravia, OnlyFans Starlet

Like many OnlyFans creators, Saravina has two separate accounts. One gives interested subscribers a taste of what she offers for free, while the other comes at the cost of $30 per month, and shows off her wild side. In late January, the entertainer’s ex posted a sexually explicit photo of her to upwards of 625K followers. Shortly after, the alleged victim was able to regain control of her accounts and has since returned to uploading her usual salacious content.

Her lawyer, Joseph DiRuzzo, has acknowledged Saravina’s decision to share her own adult content, pointing out that she’s in control of those posts. “Just because you consented to an image in the past, it does not mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” the attorney wrote in his official complaint. “Defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship.” At this time, Mikayla Saravina is seeking $6.3 billion in damages – $10,000 for each of her Twitter followers who may have seen the explicit image. As the scandal continues to build, about an hour ago, Brown attempted to quell the chaos by tweeting he was hacked.

“My snap chat page has been Hacked Working with @snapchatsupport to get this fix asap,” he claimed. This is a much different response than he had yesterday (January 17).

“Somewhere between psy·chot·ic and i·con·ic,” he wrote at the time. “What more Can I SAY NOW. Don’t play wit me Play Football.”

“I have reported his page and all pictures unfortunately Snapchat is allowing him to repost.” Kyriss also said, “I am very sorry for any of your kids that follow him and used to look at him as a role model.”

“I do not condone these actions as you are aware I have kids involved as well,” she further stated.

Earlier today (January 17), Brown reportedly surfaced on the platform with an image reportedly showing him receiving oral sex. She further stated, “I have asked multiple times to have this part of our past relationship to remain private but he refuses.”

“I have reported his page and all pictures unfortunately Snapchat is allowing him to repost. Kyriss also said, “I am very sorry for any of your kids that follow him and used to look at him as a role model.

Brown can’t seem to keep himself away from controversy. Last month, he shared a fake nude photo of Tom Brady’s estranged wife Gisele Bündchen. Then, there was a reported warrant issued for his arrest, but that was later rescinded.

Additionally, the former footballer and Kyriss have been at odds for some time. Last October, she posted screenshots of hateful texts allegedly sent by Brown. Back in 2020, it was alleged Brown was trying to get her evicted.

Meanwhile, Brown has reportedly been suspended from Snapchat for violating its policies.
