Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Bump Down Their Beverly Hills Mansion’s Price

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are still growing their relationship not just as co-parents, but as co-home owners. Moreover, PEOPLE reports that the former couple lowered the asking price of their Beverly Hills mansion as of Thursday (February 29) after struggling to sell the California property. With a new realtor at the helm -– that being celebrity property whiz Josh Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing -– they want a little under $18 million for the pad. It has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (conflicting reports list six and nine or ten units respectively) and boasts 9,100 square feet of living space for a potential owner.

Furthermore, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner reportedly seek a little under $18 million for the Beverly Hills mansion. They originally listed this property for $21.9 million back in October of 2022 after purchasing it in 2018 for $13.5 million. Six months after they listed the home for sale, they dropped their asking price down to $19.9 million, and now we’re here about a year later. We’ll see whether or not another celebrity’s interested in picking it up, or if it will be some loaded pockets just looking for a nice crib.

As for Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, there’s still a lot of interest around their dynamic and how they’ve evolved. For example, there was much more conversation around one of Beyoncé’s concerts last year (well… a smidge bit more than usual, anyway) because Kylie and her new flame Timothée Chalamet were at the same show that La Flame was at. This is just more pop culture gossip, but it speaks to how folks still see them as united. Whether that’s as distant co-parents or close friends isn’t for us to witness.

Meanwhile, Kylie had explained a while ago why they chose to change their son’s name. The passage also notes how it can be painful when life “redirects you onto a new path, a different path, a better path.” Commenters theorize that Yung Miami could be going through it amid the allegations. In a new motion obtained by Radar Online, Jeezy asks that the judge seal “sensitive personal and financial information.” He put an emphasis on keeping details about Monaco under wraps. According to him, the split has only gotten increasingly “contentious,”⁠ and both parties have been subject to scrutiny. “The parties are both public figures. Since the filing of this action, they and, most importantly, their child, have become the subject of intense media scrutiny and publications in connection with their divorce action that are directly contrary to the best interests of the child,” the filing reads.

Offset directed the music video for “Like What,” and it is pulling in a lot of different reactions. The couple has dealt with a lot of internal struggles, but they appear to be on good standing.

They set the internet in a blaze a couple of months ago when they unfollowed each other on Instagram. However, since that breakup, they have slowly put the pieces back together. Clearly they are doing well considering how heavily involved the Georgia rapper has been with this single and convincing Cardi to drop her sophomore record. Furthermore, this also comes amid odd timing, as Kanye West recently called out Kim Kardashian for keeping their kids at a “fake school.” Given the more lewd and inappropriate displays around his life, including Bianca Censori and all the sexual content that he either shares or indulges in lyrically, it’s a bit of a bizarre standard to uphold. After all, Ye’s issues with his ex-wife’s parenting don’t seem paired with a more traditional or, again, self-conscious set of family values. Elsewhere, Kanye West and Bianca Censori are also showing their relationship dynamics by rallying together against big corporations… as wild as that sounds. Tiffany Haddish’s ex-husband maintains his innocence regarding the alleged abuse. He even filed a $1 million lawsuit for slander, libel, and defamation after The Last Black Unicorn hit the shelves. Initially slated for April 2020, the trial faced significant delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As of now, it appears that the former couple has reached an out-of-court settlement, as there has been no progress on the court filing since the initial dispute.

William Stewart has released a rebuttal to The Last Black Unicorn, however, in the form of his book titled Trust, Lies, and Deceit: The Real Tiffany Haddish Revealed. How Many Times Have Ray J & Princess Love Announced They Were Divorcing?

From their initial whirlwind romance to the highs of marriage and family, Ray J and Princess Love’s journey has been anything but conventional. For a few years now, the pair’s relationship has been a tumultuous rollercoaster. Their love story, played out in the public eye, has been an enthralling narrative of passion and drama. However, over the course of their marriage, the couple has announced their plan to divorce a surprising number of times. Following a new divorce announcement, the spotlight once again shines brightly on their union. While some onlookers wonder if they will actually go through with it this time, others believe it’s all just a PR stunt. It remains to be seen what direction things will go in this time. In the meantime, here’s a look at all the times Ray J and Princess Love have filed for divorce.

May 2020

Ray J and Princess Love married in August 2016 and welcomed their first child, Melody Love, in May 2018. Subsequently, their second child, Epik Ray, followed in January 2020. Unfortunately, Epik Ray arrived when things were shaky between his parents. Only four months after his birth, Princess Love filed for divorce from Ray J. Admittedly, in November 2019, the Love & Hip Hop star claimed that she would be filing for divorce. This was after Ray J allegedly left her and their daughter stranded in Las Vegas. However, most fans didn’t think she would actually go through with it, and the news took them by surprise in May 2020. Fans of the couple didn’t have to worry, however, as Princess Love later filed a request for dismissal on July 6, 2020.

September 2020

After Princess Love requested dismissal, the couple got back on track, or so we thought. While fans believed they had reconciled, Ray J completely shocked everyone when he filed for divorce in September 2020. This was just two months after Love’s request for dismissal, and it’s the last thing anyone expected. According to The Blast’s report, the singer asked for joint custody of his two children with Love, and things were looking quite real. However, he later called off the divorce in March 2021. Following this news, fans heaved another sigh of relief because the couple’s marriage had survived once again. However, unknown to the masses, there was more to come.

October 2021

In October 2021, another divorce announcement from Ray J dropped, and TMZ first reported it. They noted that, according to the legal documents, Ray J cited irreconcilable differences as the reason he filed for divorce. At this point, even onlookers were exhausted by the back-and-forth divorce drama between the two. Many expressed that they wished the couple would make up their minds and stick to a decision. However, that decision was not the fans’ call to make, and they waited to see how things would play out. Subsequently, the “Sexy Can I” singer reconciled with Princess Love and filed a request for dismissal. The dismissal was granted to him on March 1, 2023.

After much reflection, discussion, and counseling, we have come to the difficult realization that our paths have diverged, and it is in the best interest of both of us to part ways,” Love wrote. This is the fourth time either of the two would be announcing a divorce, and it seems like it might be real this time. However, with Princess Love and Ray J, one can never really be sure.
