Joe Rogan Says Joe Biden Classified Document Scandal Is A Plot To Get Rid Of POTUS

After condemning Donald Trump for the classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago residence last year, President Joe Biden has found himself in the midst of a similar scandal. Over the weekend, the politician’s lawyers and legal aides found top-secret papers in his Delaware home and DC think tank.

In response to the backlash, the Pennsylvania native told reporters, “People know I take classified documents and classified material seriously. I also said we’re cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department’s review.”

As Daily Mail reports, Biden’s team believes he’ll be totally clear of any criminality in the matter. Still, the scandal remains a hot topic of discussion in the news cycle – specifically on The Joe Rogan Experience. In his latest episode, the controversial host` speculates that the whole thing could’ve been an inside job.

“If I had to guess – they’re trying to get rid of him,” the Fear Factor alum tells co-hosts and comedians Matt McCusker and Shane Gillis. In response, the former says, “It’s crazy. [Biden is] getting jammed up on like manila folders when he was like kissing 12-year-old girls on camera,” referencing the 80-year-old’s questionable past behaviour.

Rogan keeps the conversation to the issue at hand, saying again, “I don’t know jack shit about politics. But if I had to guess – they’re trying to get rid of him.”

“If all of a sudden they’re – his own aides are sending these – instead of like taking these classified documents, which you have located and go, ‘Well, let’s not do that again’ and f*cking locking them up somewhere,” the host went on.

The trio then joked about the 2020 election scandal regarding “Russian disinformation” and Hunter Biden’s laptop. “I mean everyone said this a million times with like the news. If that was flip-flopped, if it was, you know, Trump’s kid, that would’ve been all over,’” McCusker pointed out.

“It would’ve been like, this is the fate of our democracy…blah, blah, blah,” the guest added. In conclusion, Rogan agreed, “And the media would’ve gone right along with it.”

More Classified Documents Discovered At Joe Biden’s Home

President Biden stored more classified documents than we previously thought. According to White House attorney Richard Sauber, authorities unearthed five more items following recent discoveries since November of last year. Moreover, Sauber found the documents while he handed over one of the discovered items to the Department of Justice.

Furthermore, this marks the fourth time Biden’s secret docs came to life, which stem from his days under President Obama. First, during November, authorities found some in his personal office in D.C., and additional items in his Delaware home’s garage in December. Meanwhile, an extra search just a couple of days ago resulted in another unearthed document.

While the first discoveries could’ve been anything, the fourth “bust” started to cause some significant concern. According to TMZ, the DoJ has appointed a special counsel to discuss these documents and their implications. Even though the White House didn’t provide the most clear answer, they maintained that the documents were misplaced with no deeper intent.

“He was surprised that the records were found,” said White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre when asked about them. “He does not know what’s in them. That has not changed.”

Meanwhile, the current Commander-in-Chief has addressed some documents, but not all the discoveries. Moreover, many criticized his administration for not bringing news of these discoveries to light when they were immediately conducted. In fact, the first “bust” occurred before the midterm elections in 2022. However, his legal team stood by their actions and said they were balancing transparency with the integrity of a DoJ probe. They were already looking into the files before they instated this week’s special counsel.

As representatives and Joe Biden himself have said, the nature, content, or motive of storage of these documents is unknown as of writing this article. Given their classified nature, authorities called on the DoJ and National Archives officials to retrieve each batch of items.

Also, these developments have angered Republicans, who see parallels between Biden’s secret stashes and former President Trump’s mishandling of documents. While many are distinguishing Biden’s apparent honest mistake from Trump’s deliberate obfuscation, the difference is harder to identify with each new batch found. Still, Trump has bigger legal fish to fry at the moment, and a whole lot of taxes to pay.

What do you think of these new classified documents allegedly misplaced harmlessly by President Joe Biden? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, check back in with HNHH for updates on the biggest stories in politics and beyond.

Donald Trump Ordered To Pay $1.6 Million In Tax Fraud Case

Donald Trump is evidently no stranger to controversies or legal battles. The 76-year-old is gearing up to make another run at Presidency in 2024. However, he’s found himself in yet another criminal case.

On Friday (January 13), a New York judge ordered two of his companies to pay up in a criminal tax fraud case. Although the payment is only $1.6 million, this is the maximum that state rules allow.

Furthermore, Ilya Marritz, who was covering the trial for NPR, says it’s really not a lot of money for these crimes.

“At trial, prosecutors showed that executives working for Trump engaged in a wide variety of maneuvers to evade local, state and federal taxes over more than a decade. And many of those tricks also benefited the Trump business. One executive got an apartment and cars and private school tuition, all undeclared, off the books. That meant Trump didn’t have to raise that executive’s wages for many years, and the Trump business also skirted payroll and Medicare taxes,” he says.

The former President and his legal team say they are preparing to appeal the case’s verdict.

Of course, Trump officially left office in 2021, following President Joe Biden‘s victory in the 2020 election. However, he initially fought against his loss, claiming he had in fact won. He subsequently filed lawsuits alleging that election fraud took place.

Regardless, the new conviction will likely not impact his hopeful run of becoming President again. “That’s equivalent to about $25 to Donald Trump. He probably spends more at McDonalds,” says political commentator, Scottie Hughes in response to the verdict.

Dr. Dre Victorious After Marjorie Taylor Greene Deletes “Still D.R.E.” Video

After coming down swiftly on Marjorie Taylor Greene, Dr. Dre reigns victorious. The Rap icon wasn’t happy when he learned that far-right conservative Greene used his classic track “Still D.R.E.” Greene is a controversial political figure in the U.S. from Georgia who has often perpetuated unsubstantiated QAnon conspiracy theories. She has also spoken at white nationalist rallies, further cementing her political infamy.

Recently, Greene found her name being mentioned among Hip Hop circles. She emerged on social media in a promotional video with Dre’s 2001 hit. Quickly, the Aftermath mogul’s team fired off a cease and desist letter.

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” Dre said in a statement. He also called out Greene for not following the proper legal avenues to license music.

“It’s possible, though, that laws governing intellectual property are a little too arcane and insufficiently populist for you to really have spent much time on,” the statement continued.

It seems Greene and her team got the message because they sent a reply, and the video has been removed from social media.

Jill Biden Had 3 Lesions Removed, 2 Were Cancerous: Report

The White House is giving a health update about First Lady Jill Biden. Unbeknownst to many, Biden underwent surgery today (January 11) to remove three lesions—two that were diagnosed as cancerous.

NPR reported President Joe Biden was also by his wife’s side as he joined her at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Further, he was there for approximately eight hours and only left after Dr. Kevin O’Connor offered a public update about the First Lady’s recovery.

“The First Lady is experiencing some facial swelling and bruising, but is in good spirits and is feeling well,” said the president’s physician.

O’Connor’s update was also shared on social media, where he detailed a play-by-play of the surgical procedure. Jill Biden is reportedly expected to return home sometime today.

“The procedure confirmed that the small lesion was a basal cell carcinoma,” O’Connor wrote about Biden’s surgery on her face. “All cancerous tissue was successfully removed, and the margins were clear of any residual skin cancer cells. We will monitor the area closely as it heals, but do not anticipate any more procedures will be needed.”

Additionally, the third lesion was extracted from “the left side of the First Lady’s chest.”

Student Loan Forgiveness Questions Loom in 2023

063186e0 903c 11ed 9ff1 47b815938ff8

Student loan borrowers are moving into the new year with uncertainty. President Joe Biden’s game-changing student, loan forgiveness program lies in the hands of the Supreme Court. The pandemic-related pause on student loan payments remains in effect, but a restart date depends on when the Supreme Court rules on the forgiveness program– it could come as late as summer’s end.

For now, significant changes are coming in July to the existing Public Service Loan Forgiveness program that helps government and nonprofit workers. A new income-driven repayment plan that could lower payments for specific federal student loan borrowers is being drawn up.

In late February, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in two cases regarding Biden’s student loan forgiveness program, which could deliver up to $20,000 of debt relief for millions of low- and middle-income borrowers. A decision on program adoption is expected to move forward in June, but it is on hold, and no debt will be discharged under the program.

Biden announced his plans for student loan forgiveness in August. The Department of Education received about 26 million applications for debt relief by the time a federal district court judge struck down the program on November 10.

Lawyers for the Biden administration say that Congress gave the secretary of education “expansive authority to alleviate the hardship that federal student loan recipients may suffer as a result of national emergencies,” like the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a memo from the Department of Justice. However, litigants argue the Biden administration has exceeded its authority. Recent Supreme Court decisions have ruled against aggressive agency actions.

The pandemic-related pause on loan payments is going strong for the third consecutive year. Though fees were previously set to resume in January, the Biden administration extended the break after federal courts halted its student loan forgiveness program. Officials had told borrowers that debt relief would be granted before payments restarted.

The payment pause will now last until 60 days after litigation over Biden’s student loan forgiveness program is resolved. If the program has not been implemented and the litigation has not been resolved by June 30, payments will resume 60 days after that. Borrower balances have effectively been frozen since March 2020, and since then, interest has stopped adding up, and collections on defaulted debt have also been on hold.

The benefits come at varying degrees of helpfulness for borrowers. The government has paid $155 billion through the end of 2022 for the yearlong pause.

The Public Service Loan Forgiveness program allows certain government and nonprofit employees to seek federal student loan forgiveness after making 10 years of qualifying payments. Yet, a yearlong waiver that expanded eligibility for the PSLF program expired on October 31. Under the new rules, borrowers can receive credit toward PSLF on late payments, in installments, or a lump sum. Prior authorities only counted a payment as eligible if it was made in full within 15 days of its due date. Specific periods of deferment, such as cancer treatment, military service, economic hardship, and time served in AmeriCorps and the National Guard, will count toward PSLF. Additionally, the new rule will consider the new standard full-time employee work week to be 30 hours.

Changes to Biden’s plan could impact roughly 8 million people currently enrolled in income-driven repayment plans and open up the programs for more borrowers. This would reduce monthly debt burdens and the total amount borrowers pay over the lifetime of their loans.

Those with federal student loan debt incurred during undergraduate school can expect the new regulations to cap payments at 5% of a borrower’s discretionary income, down from the 10% offered in most current income-driven plans. Single borrowers making less than $30,600 per year would not need to make any payments under the proposal, up from the current $24,000 threshold.

Dr. Dre Takes Legal Action Against Marjorie Taylor Greene Over “Still D.R.E.” Use

Dr. Dre is taking legal action against Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene. The congresswoman used Dre’s iconic song, “Still D.R.E.,” during a promotional video posted on Monday.

Dre initially voiced his displeasure with Greene’s use of the song in a statement provided to TMZ.

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” he told the outlet.

Afterward, Dre’s lawyer, Howard King, fired off a letter demanding Greene cease and desist from using his client’s music.

The letter calls out Greene for not having “a passing familiarity with the laws of our country.”

It continues: “It’s possible, though, that laws governing intellectual property are a little too arcane and insufficiently populist for you to really have spent much time on. We’re writing because we think an actual lawmaker should be making laws not breaking laws, especially those embodied in the constitution by the founding fathers.”

The letter concludes by demanding that Greene comply and respond by January 11, 2023, at 5:00 pm EST.

Twitter has since blocked Greene’s post due to a copyright strike.

A spokesperson for Greene responded to Dre’s letter in a statement on Monday. They said: “While I appreciate the creative chord progression, I would never play your words of violence against women and police officers, and your glorification of the thug life and drugs.”

Numerous other artists have made headlines for voicing their displeasure with their music being used by politicians in recent years. Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, R.E.M., and more all complained about Donald Trump using their music for his presidential campaigns.

Dr. Dre Slams Marjorie Taylor Greene for Using “Still D.R.E.”

Dr. Dre called out congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene in a statement provided to TMZ on Monday morning. The legendary producer is upset about her use of his song, “Still D.R.E.,” in a promotional video.

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” the artist told TMZ after its release.

In the clip, Greene walks in slow motion throughout the halls of Congress. It further shows shots taken on the House floor of Greene appearing to text with “DT,” referring to Donald Trump. It ends with news coverage of Greene taking a selfie with newly-elected Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.

“It’s time to begin.. and they can’t stop what’s coming,” Greene captioned the video.

Much of the response to the video was negative.

One user wrote: “My money’s on Dr. Dre’s lawyers stopping you from infringing on his copyright.”

“This is the lamest ad I’ve seen in my lifetime,” another user posted.

“Still D.R.E.” released as the lead single from Dre’s multi-platinum second studio album, 2001. It originally peaked at number 93 on the Billboard Hot 100 but reentered the chart in 2022, around the time of Dre’s Super Bowl halftime appearance. Then, it reached as high as number 23.

Dre is far from the first artist to voice their frustration with politicians using their music in recent years. Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, R.E.M., and more all complained about Donald Trump using their music for his presidential campaigns over the years.
