Rick Ross’ Ex Tia Kemp Looks Unbothered On IG Live Amid Cease And Desist Drama

It’s been an eventful few weeks for Rick Ross’ ex Tia Kemp, but fortunately, it doesn’t look like she’s let that get her down. Kemp, who shares one child with the performer, recently took aim at him and his current girlfriend, Cristina Mackey. This prompted a response from his new boo, who called her out for allegedly making “fake accounts” to hate on her. Kemp fired back with full force, calling Mackey a “hoe” and threatening to attack her. She even claimed to have information on a secret medical condition of Ross’, announcing that she’d ”send TMZ to his doctor” unless he paid her off.

Unsurprisingly, this resulted in Ross sending her a cease and desist, which stated that her claims were false and defamatory. In response, she again put him on blast, arguing that he was barking up the wrong tree. “Sue 50 Cent then,” she said. “Don’t beef with me. Told you I wasn’t a rapper years ago, now you wanna shut me up. You ain’t shut up DJ Envy. You won’t cease [and desist] DJ Envy when he was putting on that CO uniform.”

Tia Kemp Seems Content

He later appeared to have some sympathy for his former lover, backhandedly detailing all that she’s going through. “Her mother, who’s a 30-year reoccurring crack addict, she’s back addicted, and Tia’s dealing with it,” he described. Ross then claimed that Kemp had “botched” plastic surgery, but will “get over it” eventually.

It seems as though despite all of this, Kemp is doing better than ever, recently hopping on live to jam out to some music. In a clip from the live, she’s seen dancing contently, looking as if she’s gotten what she set out for. Rick Ross’ Ex, Tia Kemp, Fires Back Over Cease-&-Desist

Rick Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, cursed out the rapper on social media over the weekend after he sent her a cease and desist. She says Ross should instead be focused on suing 50 Cent or DJ Envy, whom Ross has been feuding with during the last year. The cease and desist letter claims Kemp made “disturbingly false and defamatory statements” about Ross and his family.

“Sent me a cease and desist. I ain’t lying. It’s the truth,” Kemp remarked on Instagram Live. “How you gonna sue me for defamation? Sue 50 Cent then. Don’t beef with me. Told you I wasn’t a rapper years ago, now you wanna shut me up. You ain’t shut up DJ Envy. You won’t cease [and desist] DJ Envy when he was putting on that CO uniform. Motherfucker, you a real CO.”

The cease and desist comes after Kemp made numerous comments on Ross and his current girlfriend, Cristina Mackey, on social media. In addition to labeling her a “hoe,” she claimed Ross’ bed was dirty and caused her to get sick. “The sheets was dirty since the pandemic. I laid on red Versace sheets and got influenza the day after I come home,” she said. Check out her latest post regarding Rick Ross below.

Rick Ross Allegedly Hits Tia Kemp With Cease And Desist Amid Cristina Mackey Drama

Rick Ross has been at the center of quite a bit of drama in recent weeks, most of which surrounds his relationship with Cristina Mackey. The mother of one of Ross’ kids, Tia Kemp, hopped on IG Live last week to roast Mackey for her cooking skills, prompting a response from the singer. Without naming any names, Mackey urged haters to mind their own business, suggesting that if they were happy in their lives they wouldn’t be so set on bringing her down.

Kemp fired back with full force, dubbing Mackey a “h*e,” and threatening to attack her. She even claimed to be suspicious about Ross’ upcoming urologist appointment, revealing that she had been snooping around his home the last time she was there. “I want to know what’s going on with you? Why you going to see a urologist?” she asked. “Is you getting ding dings extensions?” She later claimed that she’d ”send TMZ to his doctor” unless he paid her off.

Tia Kemp Claims She Has “Texts And DMs” To Back Her Up

It appears as though Ross has had enough of the drama, however, allegedly sending Kemp a warning to back off recently. She took to her Instagram Story to share photos of what appears to be a cease and desist letter. The alleged letter accuses her of “making disturbingly false and defamatory statements” about Ross and his family. It also claims that Ross “exclusively possesses the right to reap the benefits of commercial exploitation of [his] own name, likeness or identity.”

“He defamed me and my family for for years!” Kemp captioned one of the images, also claiming to have receipts. “F*ck all yall! Sue ME! I’m poor! and I got texts and dms, she wrote. What do you think of Tia Kemp alleging that Rick Ross’ legal team sent her a cease and desist? Are you surprised? Vivek Ramaswamy’s “Lose Yourself” State Fair Performance Results In Cease & Desist From Eminem

Presidential candidates have been known to pull off all kinds of antics in order to heighten their chances of winning the election – just look at Donald Trump. Amid the former POTUS’ seemingly endless legal woes, he continues to aim for one final term in the White House. As always, he has some competition, including Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. The politician went viral earlier in August after performing Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” at the Iowa State Fair. Needless to say, the 8 Mile actor definitely wasn’t feeling it.

According to TMZ, Em got in touch with BMI with a request to prevent Ramaswamy from using his music in the future. In response, they sent a cease and desist letter to the potential future president making him aware of the restaurant owner’s objection to the use of his discography. “BMI will consider any performance of the Eminem Works by the Vivek 2024 campaign from this date forward to be a material breach of the Agreement for which BMI reserves all rights and remedies with respect thereto,” the letter, obtained by DailyMail declares.

Eminem Wasn’t Feeling Republican Presidential Candidate’s Cover of His Hit Song

The Eminem Show artist may not want Ramaswamy using his bars to go viral again, but still, the 38-year-old is performing considerably well amongst his contemporaries. At the most recent GOP presidential debate, he won plenty of viewers over with his confidence and stance. He’s certainly faring better in the media than Trump, who’s continued to be the butt of many jokes thanks to his stone-faced mugshot.

Elsewhere in the world of hip-hop, Benzino admitted earlier this month that he played a role in Eminem’s failure to achieve a prestigious five-mic review from The Source magazine. The former media executive said that his enemy’s attitude put a rift between them. It still hasn’t fully been resolved all these years later. Read more about that at the link below, and check back again for more music/pop culture news updates.

Rob Gronkowski Takes Drip King Crown With Cease & Desist For Baby Gronk

“Is Baby Gronk the new Drip King, or is he being rizzed up by Livvy?” is a phrase that took the internet by storm in early June. Baby Gronk is a 10-year-old social media star whose football exploits are doing big numbers for him and his family. Earlier this year, he visited LSU, where he linked up with Tigers gymnast and social media influencer Olivia Dunne. This led a lacrosse player at UMass-Lowell to ask whether Baby Gronk was the new Drip King (a title held by a lacrosse player at UMass) or whether Dunne had merely rizzed up Baby Gronk to secure his commitment to LSU.

Baby Gronk, or more accurately, his father/manager, took the viral attention in stride. Baby Gronk declared himself the new Drip King and even challenged fellow social media phenom Baby Diggs to a 1-on-1 battle. The entire situation is very bizarre and has undertones of the Todd Marinovich debacle from the late 80s. However, a new figure has emerged to add more fuel to the fire.

Rob Gronkowski retired from the NFL in 2022, finishing his career as one of the greatest tight ends of all time. Playing his entire career alongside Tom Brady in both New England and Tampa, Gronk is a surefire first-ballot Hall of Famer. However, he has now entered the story with a cease and desist for the social media star.

Rob Gronkowski Seeks To Shut Down Baby Gronk Dad

The whole thing would have likely flown under the radar if not for Baby Gronk’s father. Appearing on Barstool SportsTight End University, Gronk vented about the annoyance that was Jake San Miguel, aka Baby Gronk Dad. “Four weeks ago, my brother told me, ‘Yo, have you seen Baby Gronk?’ ‘Did I see him? ‘ I go. ‘His dad hit me up 500 times already.’ He goes, ‘Don’t do anything.’ The dad is so annoying. And this was like five, six weeks ago. And then all of a sudden, two weeks later, it’s coming out everywhere. My brother died laughing,” Gronk said.

This has led Gronk to consider issuing a cease and desist to Miguel. This order would likely seek to prevent Miguel from marketing his son as “Baby Gronk” going forward. “We’re gonna cease and desist Baby Gronk’s dad,” the ex-pro said on the Barstool show. Well, the meme was fun while it lasted. However, maybe it is for the best that the Baby Gronk business is curtailed.

As mentioned, the whole situation reminded a lot of people of Todd Marinovich, a player who went the 80s version of viral for being essentially bred for football by his dad. Similarly, Chris Long, the long-time Rams defensive end, expressed concern for the social media phenom on his podcast. “I have no problem with profiting off the internet, this is what we’re all doing,” Long said on his podcast Green Light. “But the difference is we’re not using a 10-year-old kid to do it. You gotta be concerned about the toll this is gonna take on Baby Gronk when he’s older.” Long has been very open about the pressure he faced growing up from his own father, Hall of Famer Howard Long.

But what are the other figures of the viral story up to? Well, Olivia Dunne continues to grab headlines wherever she goes. Most recently, that was Omaha, Nebraska for the Men’s College World Series. Amid the nearly 70,000 Jello shots consumed by LSU fans during the event, Dunne was out and about at final NCAA championship of the season.

Dunne attended several games during the event, including LSU wins against Wake Forest and Florida. Every time Dunne posted up at Charles Schwab Field, large swathes of the crowd would gravitate toward her. One has to imagine that the charm quickly wore off after the number of people “shooting their shot” hit double digits.

After LSU took home their seventh MCWS title, it was off to Tennessee for Dunne. She posted up at the Nashville Superspeedway for the NASCAR CUP Series Ally 400 race. Furthermore, her VIP pass earned her a tour of Chase Eliot’s pit and car. Eliot, the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion, currently sits in 25th in the NASCAR standings.

Charlamagne Tha God Allegedly Sends Cease & Desist To STAR

Rape allegations leveled at radio host Charlamagne Tha God have been around for several years. Jessica Reid has long accused Charlamagne of raping her in 2001 when she was 15 years old. In 2018, Reid took her case to the South Carolina Supreme Court. She claimed that Charlamagne had continued to “violate” her on his radio show and social media. While Charlamagne has vehemently and consistently denied the allegations, Reid sued him in late 2022.

The case is a complex one. Charlamagne was initially charged with “criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree” when Reid first reported the incident in 2001. However, the case was dropped after his DNA was not found in her rape kit. Furthermore, it was reported that Reid “refused to cooperate” in regard to the investigation. Reid has since revealed that her mother prevented her from working with the authorities. However, Charlamagne is now apparently making legal moves of his own.

Charlamagne Issues Cease & Desist To STAR

During an episode of The STAR Report, STAR spoke on a cease and desist letter he had received from Charlamagne. “Folks, you see the title, and it says, ‘Charlamagne Tha God issues a cease-and-desist letter to STAR,” he began. “That came in yesterday afternoon, and I didn’t post that one yet because there’s some allegations directed at me and another blogger that are not true, and they put that other blogger’s address. However, in my community letters is the first cease and desist from Charlamagne from 2018.” He continued, ““If you don’t know, I’m the guy who broke the Jessica Reid story. [She] claims that Charlamagne did, indeed, rape her, according to her. Charlamagne has tried to present legal documents that say he was exonerated. However, for those that don’t know, let me remind you — or let me tell you — the DNA test results were inconclusive.”

STAR added more infromation in the description of his video. “Court documents accused a then 22-year-old Charlamagne of ‘willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously engage in penile/vaginal intercourse with Jessica when she was fifteen-years old.’ Although Jessica wanted to testify against Charlamagne in court her mother did not let her. For the record, Charlamagne was NOT cleared by way of DNA because Jessica never submitted a sample — making the test inconclusive. Jessica is now suing Charlamagne in Federal court.” This is a developing story and we’ll have any updates here on HotNewHipHop.

Gunplay Sends Cease & Desist To DJ Envy, Internet Trolls Roast Him

Now that his inaugural car show is done and dusted, DJ Envy appears ready to move on to bigger things. Unfortunately, the massive bout of drama that came along with with his charitable function is refusing to let go. Specifically, MMG artist Gunplay continues to lash out at The Breakfast Club host following their heated phone call earlier this week. At the time, the reality star recorded himself on the phone with Envy, at which time he expressed anger toward the media personality for talking about his daughter while also threatening to “slap the sh*t out of [him]” numerous times.

Gunplay later shared footage of the call on social media. It ultimately went viral, drawing more attention to the drama. It’s been pointed out online that Envy now has grounds to sue the 43-year-old. Instead, though, it’s the former who’s filed a cease and desist against the latter, claiming that the New Yorker’s comments about Gunplay and his family have been damaging to his mental health.

Gunplay Continues to Lash Out at DJ Envy

“I married a Ph.D. in criminology Karen ass Fed good luck I’mma let her take it from here buddy!” he wrote in the caption of a since-deleted Instagram post displaying the official document. “It has come to my attention that you have been making statements about my client(s), Vonshae Taylor-Morales and Richard Morales (Gunplay), that are false and misleading. These statements were averred and disseminated by you and your associates on a national, if not international level through a public forum,” the document begins.

The cease and desist later demands that Envy discontinue making “false, slanderous, and defamatory statements” about Gunplay, or damages will accordingly be sought in court. On social media, many are clowning the Miami native for taking such extremes when he’s not exactly innocent either. Of course, there are also some still showing support for the L&HH star.

Dr. Dre Victorious After Marjorie Taylor Greene Deletes “Still D.R.E.” Video

After coming down swiftly on Marjorie Taylor Greene, Dr. Dre reigns victorious. The Rap icon wasn’t happy when he learned that far-right conservative Greene used his classic track “Still D.R.E.” Greene is a controversial political figure in the U.S. from Georgia who has often perpetuated unsubstantiated QAnon conspiracy theories. She has also spoken at white nationalist rallies, further cementing her political infamy.

Recently, Greene found her name being mentioned among Hip Hop circles. She emerged on social media in a promotional video with Dre’s 2001 hit. Quickly, the Aftermath mogul’s team fired off a cease and desist letter.

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” Dre said in a statement. He also called out Greene for not following the proper legal avenues to license music.

“It’s possible, though, that laws governing intellectual property are a little too arcane and insufficiently populist for you to really have spent much time on,” the statement continued.

US Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, Republican of Georgia, holds up a “Stop the Steal” mask while speaking with fellow first-term Republican members of Congress on the steps of the US Capitol in Washington, DC, January 4, 2021. – Donald Trump and Joe Biden head to Georgia on Monday to rally their party faithful ahead of twin runoffs that will decide who controls the US Senate, one day after the release of a bombshell recording of the outgoing president that rocked Washington. If Democratic challengers defeat the Republican incumbents in both races Tuesday, the split in the upper chamber of Congress will be 50-50, meaning incoming Vice President Kamala Harris will have the deciding vote. It seems Greene and her team got the message because they sent a reply, and the video has been removed from social media.
