Petition To Ban Nicki Minaj From Social Media Circulates Online, Fails Miserably

Nicki Minaj has been all over social media over the last few days. Overall, a lot of what she has been saying on social media has been directed at Megan Thee Stallion. She is currently embroiled in a feud with the rapper, and she is clearly upset about the song “Hiss.” It feels as though Nicki has been stuck on social media ever since the song was put out. Meanwhile, Megan has remained calm about the situation and hasn’t said much else. Needless to say, there are two different approaches being done here.

On Monday morning, Nicki came through and dropped her latest track “Big Foot.” This song has been teased since Friday, and it is meant to be a Meg diss track. Unfortunately for Nicki, very few people are feeling the song right now. The bars are being questioned, and some even think that Nicki may have used ghostwriters in the past. Ultimately, it has not been a good look. Since dropping the song, she has remained active on social media, however, much to the chagrin of some fanbases. In fact, a new petition is circulating, urging platforms to ban her.

Some Want Nicki Minaj Off Of Social Media

The petition was seemingly created by a Cardi B fan. However, it is not gaining as much traction as they may have liked. Since this morning, it has amassed 162 signatures out of a goal of 200. Of course, 200 signatures is not a lot, in the least bit. If social media platforms were to actually ban Minaj, they would need to see millions of people up in arms, and even that might not guarantee a ban. Needless to say, this latest effort may just be all for nothing.

If Nicki catches wind of this petition, one can only imagine how upset she would be. Let us know what you think of it, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will always be sure to keep you informed.

“Baddies” Fans Petition To Boot Rollie Off The Show

Baddies East fans are apparently not happy anymore with Rollie Pollie’s contributions to the show, as a petition surfaced online to kick her off. Moreover, as of writing this article, the change.org page received over 65,000 signatures out of their next goal of 75,000. In fact, this goal went up quick after the petition already amassed its goal of 50,000, which was when this started to gain traction on the Internet and social media. Granted, this is one of many petitions on the site to alter the structure of this Zeus Network show, so we doubt that it will hold any significant weight. Regardless, it will still be interesting to see whether she leaves the show for other reasons and whether she keeps adding reasons to make petitions about her.

Furthermore, we assume that many folks are unhappy with Rollie Pollie because of her treatment of other cast members on the show. While the Baddies series has always been– and will likely remain– quite combative programming, even die-hards draw certain lines in the sand. For example, her fights often go pretty far in the aggressive and unprompted direction. Perhaps more attentive fans can provide some more context in the comment section down below, but it’s hard to tell exactly why this sets Rollie apart from other stars.

Fans Petition For Rollie To Not Return To Baddies

Still, she has a long way to go if she wants mainstream recognition of the same caliber as Natalie Nunn, Sukihana, and other Baddies members. Nicki Minaj recently hosted a livestream with Monica and Keyshia Cole as part of her rollout for her new album, Pink Friday 2. When they asked who should join their supergroup as a fourth member, they expressed confusion and ignorance when someone suggested Rollie Pollie. We’ll always wonder whether the Barbz’s Queen ended up watching some reality TV to catch up.

Meanwhile, the reality TV program remains as volatile and juicy as ever. There’s still plenty of room for folks to issue petitions against other Baddies, too. As such, depending on where this call to action goes, maybe there will be more democratic fan involvement in who gets to shine. For more news on Rollie Pollie and the latest updates on the Baddies series, check back in with HNHH.

Crip Mac Could Serve 15 Years, Fans Petition For Shorter Sentence

Earlier this week, Crip Mac ran into some unexpected problems during a court appearance. He appeared for charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, which he was arrested for in September. The judge dropped the charges at a state level, but he was arrested by U.S. Marshals only moments later. Reportedly, his case was moved up to federal court, and he has a hearing scheduled for next week.

His indictment, obtained by Billboard, was eventually unsealed. It allowed fans to glean more insight into his case, and according to No Jumper, things aren’t looking good for the personality. Considering his current charges and record, he could be looking at a minimum of 15 years behind bars.

Crip Mac Hit With Federal Charges

Fans have been understandably upset by this information, and aren’t willing to sit back and watch him go down without a fight. Shortly after news of his arrest began to swirl, a petition was started on Change.org pushing for Crip Mac to receive a lesser sentence. While it’s only been around for roughly a day, it’s already managed to get nearly 10K signatures. Clearly, the LA native has a loyal fanbase, and they don’t want to see him locked up.

Crip Mac’s previous arrests were on attempted second-degree armed robbery, grand theft, and similar gun charges. Speaking to Billboard, defense attorney Curtis Briggs, who is unrelated to Crip Mac’s case, revealed that cases like this are fairly common. “Sometimes, local authorities become frustrated by lenient sentencing for people who are prolific [offenders], so they request the feds review for prosecution,” he described. “This puts more prison time in the discussion.”

Fans Want Crip Mac’s Sentence Reduced

What do you think of reports that Crip Mac could be looking at a 15-year sentence? What about fans rallying in attempts to get him a lesser sentence? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Soulja Boy’s Ex Seeks Rapper’s Musical Royalties, Streaming Income, And Weed Revenue To Pay Off Civil Settlement

Kayla Meyers has filed a petition seeking new revenue streams from Soulja Boy as she seeks the fulfillment of a $500,000 settlement she won against the rapper in 2020. Soulja Boy was never criminally charged on counts of assault and kidnapping. However, a civil court eventually awarded Meyers $500,000. After Soulja Boy claimed earlier this year that he did not have the assets to pay the outstanding amount, Meyer has petitioned to receive the income from his royalties, his Twitch streaming revenue, and even the profits from this weed business.

Last week, Soulja Boy was ordered to surrender his three cars as well as jewelry and cash over $1000. This came after he testified that he did not have the assets to pay off his outstanding debt. According to court testimony, Soulja does not own the house he lives in and owes the IRS over $1 million. The court is yet to rule on whether these new revenue streams proposed will be accepted. However, based on this week’s precedents, it will be more than likely that they will be.

Unearthed Soulja Boy Statement Refutes Account Of 2008 Home Invasion

Elsewhere, Soulja has come under fire for his exaggerated retelling of his infamous 2008 home invasion. Outlets this week began posting Soulja’s original written statement of the event that he provided to police. In short, it’s a much tamer version of events than Soulja would later give.

The most notable version of the story given by Soulja came during a VladTV interview. “One n-gga run to the front door. I hop out, I start shooting, shot the n-gga. Shot his ass. All the n-ggas run out the door. This n-gga on the floor. Walk up to this n-gga, take his mask off his head. Looked at it, saw who it was. I’m like, ‘Damn.’ Shot his ass again. He [was] screaming and shit. I shut the door,” Soulja recalled. Turns out that the reality of the situation, at least according to Soulja, was much less John Wick.

Petition To Prevent Kanye West From Relocating Donda Academy To L.A. Receives 12,000 Signatures

Kanye West is facing opposition to his plan for moving his Donda Academy from a campus in Simi Valley to Cornerstone Christian Church in Los Angeles. Over 12,000 people have signed a petition to block the rapper from doing so, as caught by The U.S. Sun. The outlet reports that the petition has successfully thwarted Ye’s plan for his controversial private school.

The petition includes a letter directed to Pastor Ronald Nagin. It reads in part: “As your fellow Christians, we strongly object to the possibility of Cornerstone Church renting space to Ye (Kanye West). There is no room in God’s house for hatred. Allowing Ye’s Donda Academy to operate out of a place of worship would give it and him credibility that at this point they do not deserve. As your siblings in Christ, we ask you not to host Ye’s unaccredited private school on your church grounds.” The group appears to be referencing Ye’s erratic behavior in 2022, which included numerous antisemitic rants.

The latest roadblock for Donda Academy comes as Timanii Meeks became the third ex-teacher to file a suit against Kanye. In her lawsuit, Meeks claimed the school let her go after she complained about building safety. “Clearly, Ye has a big problem on his hands with this school, and the addition of Ms. Meeks to the complaint only serves to reinforce the nightmarish conditions for staff and students at Donda Academy,” attorney Ron Zambrano said.

He added: “Ms. Meeks was fired months before Cecilia Hailey and Chekarey Byers were terminated but all three clearly witnessed the same illegal and disturbing code violations and conduct at the school, and all three were given the same retaliatory and unlawful treatment merely for trying to stand up for the students’ rights to a meaningful education.” Be on the lookout for further updates on the lawsuit on HotNewHipHop.

Cardi B Superfan Allegedly Started Petition To Kick Nicki Minaj Out Of Hidden Hills

According to reports, a Cardi B superfan was the one to start a recent petition to get Nicki Minaj out of Hidden Hills. The petition was reported at the time to have been created by Minaj’s neighbors. It emphasized her husband, Kenneth Petty’s, status as a sex offender. “Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted for the attempted rape of a 16 year old girl, and has a high likelihood to reoffend,” it states. It goes on to claim that Petty was found guilty of murder. The petition also notes that him living there could lower the property value of neighborhood homes due to “safety concerns.”

It would lead to children and women being a target,” the petition claims. The Hidden Hills Community Association reportedly had no idea about the petition. Records also reveal that the woman who started it doesn’t even live in the neighborhood. Beverly Bardan, who was said to have created the petition, appears to actually be a Cardi Stan Twitter account. The account confessed to starting the petition at the end of last year.

Cardi B Fan Targets Nicki’s Husband

“No, I didn’t celebrate Christmas Instead,” the account wrote, “I printed these flyers warning the residents of Hidden Hills that s*x offender Kenneth Petty will be moving in.” The account included photos of flyers labeling Petty as “a dangerous predator and killer.” “I DO plan on mailing them out,” they added, “It has a QR code for a petition to keep Nicki Minaj AWAY from her CO-OWNED Hidden Hills house!”

The account also wrote, “We, as Nicki antis, can turn the residents of Hidden Hills AGAINST Nicki and her pedo husband moving in, hurting her assets in the process!” The Cardi superfan has posted several troubling Tweets highlighting her mission to “end” Nicki Minaj “from the inside out.” Cardi B has not yet responded to the claims. Nicki, on the other hand, just shared a gif that could potentially reference the situation. She accompanied it with the caption “AhhhhhHaaaaaaaa!!!!!!”

Nicki Minaj’s Neighbors Petition To Kick Her Out Due To Husband’s Crimes

Nicki Minaj may be getting a lot of hype for her “Barbie World” single with Ice Spice, but she has a new and more pressing issue to handle: her home. Moreover, those in the Hidden Hills community in Los Angeles (where Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty bought a $19.5 million mansion last December) want them kicked out due to Petty’s sex offender status. For those unaware, he failed to register as one in California (and is serving one year of home detention as a result), although he is registered in New York. Furthermore, resident Beverly Bardan started a change.org petition titled “SAY NO TO SEX OFFENDERS IN HIDDEN HILLS.” Signed residents believe Petty has a high chance of reoffending and his presence will devalue the area’s homes.

“Kenneth Petty is a level 3 sex offender, convicted for the attempted rape of a 16 year old girl, and has a high likelihood to reoffend,” states the petition. “He was also found guilty for killing a man. He is currently under house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in California as law demands it. The Petty couple moving in would lead to appraisal value of our homes to go DOWN due to safety concerns. It would lead to children and women being a target.”

“We, the residents of Hidden Hills, must put our resident’s safety first,” it continued. “Don’t wait to receive a letter from the government saying a predator has moved in near you. DO NOT allow this dangerous sex offender to live near you, SHOW that you are against sex offenders in our Hidden Hills neighborhood!”

Meanwhile, Petty- who fathered Papa Bear with the rap star- served over four years in prison for first-degree attempted assault at age 16. When authorities arrested him in 2020 for failing to register as a sex offender in California, they sentenced him to three years of probation and one of home detention, plus a $55,000 fine. However, prosecutors wanted prison time and supervised release, since he owns luxury homes that aren’t exactly horrible to stay in. Amid other legal issues, the couple is facing an uphill battle to forego these past crimes. For more news and the latest updates on Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty, check back in with HNHH.

“Stop Moriah Mills” Petition Launches Amid Ongoing Zion Williamson Drama

Moriah Mills has quickly become the main character of Twitter. The pornstar and model shot into public consciousness after leveling a bevy of accusations at the NBA’s Zion Williamson. After Williamson posted pictures from a gender reveal party he had thrown his unborn daughter, Mills dropped a piping hot Twitter thread. According to Mills, she and Williamson had been hooking up for a while, including as recently as a week before the gender reveal party. Furthermore, Williamson had flown her out to road games and even wanted to pay her to relocate to New Orleans. Williamson was subsequently accused of infidelity by a third woman.

It quickly became the sole focus of Mills’ social media presence, while her Pornhub search figures skyrocketed. However, Mills’ constant posting appears to have shifted in favor of genuine sadness. She appears to feel genuinely betrayed by Williamson. “Fake trade news to deflect enjoy fatherhood @Zionwilliamson you betrayed me I’m done”, “Heartbroken 💔 I wonder when the pain will end 🥲🥲🥲”, and “Your my everything 🥲🥲🥲🥀,” are just some of Mills’ most recent tweets. However, it appears that certain parts of the internet are no longer feeling Mills’ plight.

“Stop Moriah Mills” Petition Launches

Moveon is a petition-hosting website typically reserved for liberal-leaning political petitions. Featured campaigns include calling on advertisers to boycott Fox News, advocating for an anti-Trump billboard to be installed near Mar-a-Lago, and calling on George Santos to resign. However, the site has been utilized in a different way in regard to Moriah Mills.

On June 14, a petition called “Stop Moriah Mills Because It’s Been DAYS” was launched on the site. Created by a user named “GetA Gripp”, the petition has a simple motive. “Can we just collectively ignore her shenanigans at this point. Auntie Anita just kicked BabyFace off her tour and we should be focused on that instead.” At the time of writing, the petition has garnered 582 signatures. Meanwhile, Mills has also faced backlash on Twitter. This led her to tweet the evergreen reminder that “If you don’t want to see my tweets then unfollow simple ✌.” Follow all the latest sports drama here at HotNewHipHop.

Tory Lanez’s Fans Start Petition To Appeal Verdict

Fans of Tory Lanez have launched a petition on Change.org to appeal the verdict in the rapper’s recent trial regarding the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. A jury found Lanez guilty of all charges on Friday. The petition labels the verdict a “true miscarriage of justice.”

“The state did not prove that Lanez undoubtedly committed any crime,” a description for the petition reads. “Reasonable doubt loomed over a 10-day trial as the prosecution was unable to show us that there were not alternative explanations of the events. A circus of speculation, insufficient evidence, inconsistencies, and drunken memories left us without much moral certainty of any truth.”

“The justice I want for Megan is for the full truth to come out, rather than the scrambled truth we are left with. Who really hurt Meg?” the petition concludes. “Was this case taken because of a political pressure to fake protect black women?”

The petition also references Lanez not taking the stand during the trial. This was a strategy criticized by comedian Michael Blackson on Twitter afterward.

“I don’t care what anyone says if I didn’t do something I’m taking my ass on the stand to let the world know I didn’t do it. I will never leave my freedom in the hands of anyone,” Blackson wrote, Saturday.

The jury found Lanez guilty of all three charges on Friday. The charges include felony negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. He faces a maximum sentence of 22 years in prison and the possibility of deportation back to Canada.
