BIA Tacks On Seven Additional Songs, Gives Us “REALLY HER (INTL DELUXE)”

BIA is in a crowded field of female rappers. There are so many fresh new faces on the scene and with that comes every one of them battling to be unique. Some are either going to come out of the pack and grab a lot of listeners’ attention, or fall to the wayside. However, we would argue that BIA is one of those standout voices that has the chance to become even bigger than she is already.

Things really did not pop off for her until about late 2020 to 2021. But, she has been releasing music to streaming since 2016. BIA has two projects under her belt with FOR CERTAIN (2020), which featured the viral track “WHOLE LOTTA MONEY.” Then, back on July 28, she put out her sophomore effort REALLY HER.

BIA nabbed some bigger features for this LP. Juicy J, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, and of course, J. Cole on “LONDON.” The original tracklist was only at nine, but she just built upon it, throwing seven new songs to the mix. The REALLY HER (INTL DELUXE) sees BIA grab artists from across the globe, hence the INTL aspect. BIA’s recognizable husky but smooth delivery is one that will be sticking around for years to come.

Cardi B Explains Why She Doesn’t Make Music About Her “Pain” & “Struggles”

Cardi B says that she’s not interested in making music about her “pain” or “struggles” and instead wants it to “just be about fun.” She discussed the idea of handling more serious topics during an interview on Complex’s Hot Ones.

“A lot of people tell me I should put my pain, my struggle, in my music,” Cardi began. “A lot of my pain, or struggles, or whatever the crap is going on, the masses might not be able to relate. The masses might not be able to relate. Like it’s like, oh my gosh, they’re tearing a new asshole on Twitter on me because I said this, this, and that.”

Cardi B Discusses Her Music While Eating Spicy Wings

The comments come as Cardi gears up for the release of her long-awaited sophomore album. During an interview on Ebro in the Morning, earlier this month, she told fans not to hold out hope for a release by the end of the year. It’s been over five years since her debut, Invasion of Privacy, back in 2018. She dropped the fourth single from the project, “Bongos,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion on September 8th. YUME’s Star Continues To Shine Bright On “Pull Up” With Tory Lanez

After a lot of buzz and recent notoriety, YUME’s highly-awaited single with Tory Lanez is now available on all streaming platforms. The 16-year-old producer has a tremendous portfolio in her young career. Some of her biggest accomplishments are what some veterans could hope to achieve. Already, she was worked with the likes of Chris Brown and Young Thug.

We are talking in particular about their mega-hit, “Go Crazy.” According to HYPE, it peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. After that, in 2021, she linked with Drake and Kid Cudi for a highly touted track off of Certified Lover Boy. “IMY2,” crept up to number 19 on the Billboard Chart. Finally, one more feather in YUME’s cap is with NLE Choppa. His track “Jumpin,” found its way to 40 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Chart.

Now, she can check Tory Lanez off of that list as well. While it might divide listeners with the obvious stormcloud over Tory, YUME is looking to build a reputable solo career. The beat is very melodic and perfect for a light night ride. Tory busts out his R&B voice for the track as well to fight the vibe.

Monaleo Drops Savage Track “Crying On Your Birthday”

Texas has produced some tremendous female rap talents. One of the biggest ones is, of course, Megan Thee Stallion. Her signature voice has helped separate herself from the rest of the competitive pack. Another MC who is a similar lane to Megan is Monaleo. Her musical career began just a few years ago back in 2020. Her single, “First Draft Pick,” put her on some people’s radars.

However, the song that got more ears on her than ever before was her hit, “Beating Down Yo Block.” The bouncy production and her brash flows were a selling point for most listeners. The song is up to over 35.5 million streams on Spotify. If you follow rap closely, you might know that she is with fellow MC Stunna 4 Vegas. They both had a child right before the release of her debut project Where The Flowers Don’t Die.

SoFaygo Is Back With His First Offering Since “GO+” With “Everytime”

Travis Scott’s label, Cactus Jack, has plenty of talent on its roster. The biggest star on the label besides La Flame, is Don Toliver. He and Travis have worked with each other extensively on albums, singles, and more. You also have Sheck Wes, whose debut album, MUDBOY, was a big deal back in 2018. Since then, he has not dropped any solo material since 2022. The label dropped a posse album JACKBOYS in 2019 which had big songs on it like “OUT WEST” and “GATTI,” among others. However, one other artist that is on the label that signed after that record is SoFaygo.

However, the two really have not worked together too often, if not at all. Travis promotes his music on social media, though. Faygo is still working his way up, but he does have some projects under his belt. Just a few months ago, he put out his fifth project, GO+.

Boosie Badazz And B.G. Celebrate His Release From Prison On “BG Free / My Dawg”

Two Louisiana natives, collaborators, and close friends are back as one on an all-new song. Baton Rouge’s Boosie Badazz and New Orleans’ B.G. have just teamed up for a track to celebrate a very special event. B.G.’s 13-year prison stay finally came to an end after being charged with accounts of witness tampering and illegal gun possession back in 2009. He was released during the beginning of September and there might not be anyone happier than Boosie.

A few days ago, Boosie teased this new song, “BG Free / My Dawg” on Instagram Live. Both went back and forth sharing their love and appreciation for one another. Boosie was always there for B.G. throughout his time behind bars. Now, B.G. got the opportunity to express how much respect he has for Boosie on this new cut.

In “Testimony” he appears to diss YouTuber Trap Lore Ross with this bar. “Real gangster or a fake killer? tell em “f*** with us.” A lot of rappers include a lyric like this in some way, but it has fans guessing it is a diss because of Ross’ video. He covers a lot of rappers’ alleged affiliations with gangs and did on YB called YoungBoy: Real Killer or Fake Gangster? Jorja Smith Sets The Tone For R&B Season With Her “falling or flying” LP: Stream

There are a lot of powerhouse female vocalists holding down the R&B genre, but music lovers have long been waiting for a new album from Jorja Smith. The U-born beauty returned this New Music Friday (September 29) with 16 stunning songs on her falling or flying album. It marks her first full-length effort since 2018’s Lost & Found, which put her on the map thanks to songs like “Don’t Watch Me Cry” and “Blue Lights.”

Smith collaborated with only two other artists across 16 songs. The first guest appearance comes from J Hus on “Feelings.” Following that, we hear from Lila Ike on “Greatest Gift.” Prior to dropping off falling or flying, the 26-year-old gave her fans a taste of what she’s been cooking up with singles like “Little Things,” “Try Me,” and “GO GO GO.”

In an interview with Elle, Smith reflected on how things have changed from her Lost & Found days to now. “I was at the end of being a teenager. I was probably more confident then, I didn’t really care as much. Now, I probably care more about things. I feel the pressure more, I think. Before, I didn’t. Not with my music, but just about what people think of me and s**t. I’m trying to be more of that person, so hopefully I’ll get back like that,” she explained.

Lil Uzi Vert Gives Fans First Taste Of “Luv Is Rage 3” With NFL
