Veeze Continues His Dominant Run With “Ganger (Deluxe Edition)”

Veeze has been one of the breakout artists of 2023. Of course, Veeze had already established himself well before this year. However, many were waiting for him to drop a new project after a four-year gap. Well, he returned with a 21-track epic called Ganger, and it immediately became an album of the year contender. His production choices were astonishingly good and the bars about drug use and spiraling out of control were both harrowing and clever. Overall, he is someone who can pull references from anywhere, and it makes each bar a journey.

As it stands, Veeze is out on tour, and fans have been enjoying themselves at the shows. Thankfully for them, they will get to see Veeze perform songs other than the ones on the original release of Ganger. Today, he dropped off a deluxe edition to his phenomenal album. This new release has five new tracks that are placed at the top of the tracklist. “Get Lucki,” “Rich No Duh,” “Luv The Tour,” “Rich Rockstar,” and “Amusing” are the titles of these songs, and as it turns out, there are no features to be found.

Veeze Is Back

Overall, these tracks are very much in line with the sonic aesthetic of the original project. There are some truly hypnotic beats here and Veeze slides over them with ease. His vocal lines are extremely catchy, and you can’t help but love his clever bars that will have you rewinding each track.

Lil Durk Puts Out “All My Life (Remixes)” With Burna Boy & Stray Kids

Lil Durk’s messages of positivity are stronger than ever. The Chicago MC is back with some new versions of his feel-good smash hit, “All My Life.” Of course, we all know the original song features a terrific verse from J. Cole. But, Durk wanted to bring some new sauce and sure did that with two remixes. The first of the two-pack brings on Nigerian multi-talent, Burna Boy. Then, on the second rendition K-pop boy band, Stray Kids enters the mix.

It is worth mentioning that neither edition includes a different beat to fit each artist’s respective style. The same triumphant production from Dr. Luke remains. So, if you were hoping for that sort of change, you will not be happy. But, if you still enjoy the beat, then it is a win-win. However, what is unique about the Stray Kids inclusion is that J. Cole is removed from it to make room for all of the bandmates to shine.

While it is not as surprising to see Burna on a track with Lil Durk since he does do a lot of crossovers into hip-hop, Stray Kids is an enticing mixture. Diddy & Teyana Taylor Team Up For “Closer To God” Music Video

In addition to performing on the song and appearing in the video, Taylor served as the director for the piece. In a statement from Diddy along with the video’s release, he described Taylor as an “incredible artist.”

When we began conceptualizing ‘Closer To God,’ her name was at the forefront of my mind. Teyana Taylor Directs Diddy’s “Closer To God”
