Snoop Dogg Has Mixed Feelings Towards Biggie & 2Pac AI Album

Snoop Dogg has never been shy about speaking his mind. While Snoop may be one to experiment with new sounds, he draws the line at a 2pac & Biggie AI (Artificial Intelligence) album. In an interview with Baller Alert, they asked about the proposed joint collaboration between the two late rap legends. Although Tha Doggfather wasn’t fully opposed to a collaboration album. He doesn’t fancy the idea of an AI-generated album featuring his late friend and the original King of New York. However, Uncle Snoop feels it would be best to find old tracks with their vocals and put together a collab tape that way as opposed to the former.

“I don’t really know about that, with the AI,” Snoop said. “Because that’s like computerized voices. You know?” he continued. While Snoop Dogg may have his late friend’s best interest at heart, however, some feel otherwise. Former Outlawz member Napoleon had some choice words regarding Snoop’s comments. He claims Snoop Dogg’s relationship with ‘Pac was steeped in jealousy. According to Napoleon, Snoop was jealous of 2Pac, who took all his shine when he joined Death Row.

Snoop Dogg Sounds Off On AI-Generated Albums

Napoleon believes that Snoop is trying to take the shine away from 2Pac, and that’s why he said what he said during the interview with Baller Alert. In the interview with The Art of Dialogue he spoke on where the jealousy came from. “Imagine you’re the biggest star on Death Row and ‘Pac take all your shine, you understand?” he said. “And 25 years later, ‘Pac died and every time you do an interview that name is brought up,” he concluded. However, Napoleon didn’t stop there. He slammed the Doggystyle rapper for his remarks towards 2Pac’s infamous “Hit ‘Em Up” record after his passing, recommending the now grandfather remember his friend in a more positive light.

Although Snoop is open to a collaboration between the two Hip Hop icons, he’s still skeptical about AI-generated albums. Nothing wrong with appreciating authentic artistry. However, with AI infiltrating every industry, this won’t be the last time we see a proposed AI-generated album. Do you think an AI-generated Biggie and 2pac album would be fire? Yung Miami needs zero help making headlines. However, it’s not her hit talk show Caresha Please that has fans raving. Although her talk show has made for many memorable moments. This time around the one half of City Girls has come out in an interview with The Cut discussing things fans have been dying to know. 6ix9ine Promises Latin Album, Unveils New Snippet

If you have been paying attention to 6ix9ine as of late, you know that he has completely changed his sound. However, you can’t mention his recent comeback without also talking about what preceded it. The rapper was attacked at an LA Fitness in Florida, which prompted arrests and an investigation. Subsequently, the artist decided to flee to Cuba where he unleashed a new ballad. Following the success of that track, he went to Africa to film the music video for “WAPAE.” This was an immediate smash hit that many are saying could be a Fifa anthem.

With the success of these two songs in mind, it should come as no surprise that 6ix9ine would want to remain in the Latin music lane. Overall, those shouting raps from the “GUMMO” days have become extremely tiresome and repetitive. Additionally, the rapper understands that Latin music is having a huge moment and is a global genre. That said, it should come as no surprise that he is looking to capitalize on this. While some may abhor his foray into this genre, others are absolutely loving it.

6ix9ine Has A New Smash On The Way

In the video clip up above, 6ix9ine showcased his most recent snippet. Of course, this new song has much of the same Latin flavor as his previous two singles. Overall, this track goes heavy on the beat switches. Ultimately, it sounds like something that could be played in various arenas all across the world. Furthermore, 6ix9ine is looking to film the music video for the song. He is asking fans to comment their country, and the country with the most interactions will be the winner. It is a cool idea that will likely lead to an action-packed visual.

At this point, 6ix9ine is not everyone’s cup of tea. It is easy to see why when you consider the controversy surrounding him. Although, at this stage, it is hard to deny what he has going on right now. There seems to be a lot of hype behind his comeback, and it is impossible to ignore right now. Let us know what you think of this new snippet, in the comments below.

Killer Mike Drops Solo Single “Don’t Let The Devil”: Listen

Killer Mike just announced his first solo album in more than a decade. The new project is called MICHAEL. The rapper last released a solo album before his time with Run The Jewels. his previous album, R.A.P. Music, dropped in 2012. Mike is touting this new project as his most personal work yet. “[Run The Jewels] is the X-Men,” he said. “This is my Logan.” Along with the announcement, Mike dropped a song called “Don’t Let The Devil.” It features his Run The Jewels cohort El-P and Thank You Good Sir.

Killer Mike is a multi-hyphenate talent. He is a rapper, activist, actor, and businessman. He rose to fame in the early 2000s, releasing several solo albums and collaborating with various legendary artists such as OutKast and Jay-Z. Killer Mike is known for his socially and politically conscious lyrics. He often addresses issues related to race, poverty, and police brutality. Additionally, he has been a vocal advocate for black empowerment. Mike has used his platform to support various social causes, including the Black Lives Matter movement. In addition to his music career, Killer Mike has also been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures. He owns a barbershop and has launched his own line of cannabis products. Most recently, Mike appeared on Lil Dicky’s Dave.

Mike Won’t Let The Devil Coerce Him

Killer Mike’s “Don’t Let The Devil” follows last year’s singles, “Run” and “Talk’n That Shit.” The new song features some gospel samples and a classic sounding drum loop. The samples are used to perfection as Killer Mike expertly flows over the beat. The song is definitely not a disappointment. It feels like a perfect throwback, familiar without sounding dated.

“Watch the world go to hell as I’m laughing saying, ‘it’s perfect’ / Catch me after Sunday service disturbing the church’s workers,” Mike raps on the song. For anyone that grew up in the south, the track is going to sound extremely familiar. From the gospel samples to the lyrics about not “letting the devil coerce you,” the entire song is reminiscent of what summers feel like in the south: Sunday church services, insane humidity, potlucks, and block parties. If this is the kind of material we have to look forward to on MICHAEL, it looks like we are in for an amazing album. What do you think of the new Killer Mike track? Let us know in the comments!

Quotable Lyrics:

Fly satellite height
As I’m looking at the earth’s surface
Keep your eyes on the prize
And don’t let the devil coerce you

They previously teamed up for “Mask Off,” “Jumpman,” “Thought It Was a Drought,” and many more over the last 10 years.

“After a 10+ year journey it was surreal to perform @coachella in front of 20k+ with my brother @future Metro Pluto album otw #TROCHELLA,” he wrote with several fire emojis. Metro previously spoke about the upcoming project during an interview with FLAUNT, last month. “Definitely. I would bet on it,” he said, when asked if the album will drop this year. “I would definitely bet on it.” Speaking more broadly about his friendship with Future, he added: “Oh, that was fire. You know, Pluto, that’s my brother. We’ve been at it for a long time. This whole superhero moment, it’s like the beginning of our phase two. We haven’t had a song out since ‘Mask Off,’ they’ve been on our heads. With this, and then the whole State Farm thing, it’s starting to slowly put people on notice: we crankin’ that shit back up too.”

Despite their close working relationship, Metro was left off Future’s prior effort, 2022’s I NEVER LIKED YOU. When asked about the move by Ebro Darden, Metro explained that just doing one or two songs in the wake of their hit, “Mask Off,” wouldn’t be enough. It’d have to be an entire project. He said at the time: “I was like, ‘Look, the last time anybody’s really heard a song from me and you was ‘Mask Off.’ So instead of us randomly throwing one or two songs we did on here, we got to wait and just give them a joint.’”

Doja Cat Trolls Fans And Previews New Album

Recently, Doja Cat’s Twitter account lost its verified blue tick. Her behavior on social media has drawn criticism from various sources, including her own fans. Despite this, Doja appears unfazed and continues to post tweets that may seem senseless or offensive. However, a glance at her Twitter feed provides insight into her motives. In a tweet, she mentioned finding joy in deliberately engaging in peculiar behavior to make people uncomfortable, particularly those who believe in Illuminati conspiracy theories.

Doja Cat expressed frustration and anger in response to losing her verified blue tick on Twitter. She stated that paying for the tick may imply being a “complete loser” that is seeking validation from famous individuals. Prior to this, her fans had playfully teased her about losing verification. Nevertheless, it appears that despite the online antics and criticism, Doja Cat remains determined to continue focusing on her music career. As such, she has been teasing a new album quite a bit recently. Additionally, she just hopped on to SZA’s “Kill Bill” as a feature, which has received a lot of positive feedback.

Doja Previews New Album… Sort of

Earlier today, Doja hopped onto her Instagram Live to give a preview of her new album. Sort of. On the live video, which was screen recorded by fans, Doja previews a few seconds from each song. When fans ask for more, she plays them one second from the beginning and one second from the middle of each song. While this sounds like nothing, it actually gives a pretty good insight into how the album may sound. For a moment, Doja showed off her new tattoo while talking to an unseen boyfriend (whom she refers to as “babe”). Then, as fans continue to ask for more, the artist reverts back to her typical trolling behavior.

Doja spends most of the last half of the live playing songs “from the album.” However, they are just hilariously bad beats that she is finding in the moment on YouTube. Though it may have been frustrating for some fans, Doja was clearly having a great time. What do you think of Doja’s live? Are you excited for the new album? Sound off in the comments to let us know!

Frank Ocean Teases New Album During Coachella Performance

Frank Ocean confirmed that he’s got a new album on the way during his highly-anticipated Coachella performance on Sunday night. He did so while reflecting on the loss of his brother, Ryan, who died in a car accident in 2020.

“It’s been so long. Everybody talks about how long it’s been. ‘It’s been so long, it’s been so long.’ But I have missed you,” Frank told the audience between songs. “I want to talk about why I’m here, because it’s not because of a new album. It’s because — not that there’s not a new album… but there’s not right now. Chill, chill, chill. No, it’s not right now.”

He continued: “These last couple years, my life changed so much… My brother and I, we came to this festival a lot, and I feel like I was dragged out here half the time because I hated the dust out here. I always left with a respiratory infection or whatever, so I would avoid coming, but I would always end up here. One of my fondest memories was watching Rae Sremmurd on — I don’t know what that stage is called — watching Rae Sremmurd with my brother and Travis [Bennett]. We were just dancing in that tent to their music… I know he would’ve been so excited to be here with all of us, and I want to say thank you for the support and the ears and the love over all this time.”

As for the rest of the performance, Ocean’s setlist boasted songs spanning the entirety of his career. He performed early tracks like “Novocane,” “Crack Rock,” and “Bad Religion,” to Blonde hits like “White Ferrari” and “Nights,” as well as newer songs such as “In My Room.” At the end of the night, he remarked, “Guys, I’m being told it’s curfew, so that’s the end of the show. Thank you so much.”
