We saw her do it once with “Hrs And Hrs” and now Muni Long is back at it again with another R&B hit on her hands thanks to “Made For Me.” The song was released last fall and it bcame a quick success as the record traveled everywhere, from TikTok videos to parties all over. Just like “Hrs And Hrs,” “Made For Me” is a record dedicated to a partner who provides the perfect love to their companion. As if the song wasn’t good enough already, it now gets an awesome boost thanks to a new remix with the legendary Mariah Carey.
The new track begins with Carey’s signature high-pitched whistle before Muni Long arrives for the song’s original first verse and chorus. Carey then reappears for the song’s second verse which matches the energy and direction of the original version of the song. Together, Muni Long and Mariah Carey are deep in love and it’s a sweet thing to hear.

Fans of Chloe Bailey are primarily used to one thing on her Instagram, stunning fit pics. Nearly every function she attends and even some of her own vacations are retreats are often accompanied by pictures showing off her good looks and good taste. But she’s also not shy about sharing her own version of other hit songs by some of her contemporaries. Last year, she shared a video singing one of the biggest rap songs of the year, Gunna’s “fukumean.” Now she’s taken on a breakthrough R&B track from early 2024 to give her take on the song.
That track is “Made For Me” by Muni Long. It’s a follow-up to her breakthrough hit “Hrs & Hrs” from 2022 that’s off to a great start on the charts. The song currently sits inside the top 30 with the chance to potentially climb even higher in later weeks. Now Bailey is cosigning the song while also sharing her own rendition of it. She posted the video to social media earlier this week where fans once again praised her raw vocal talent. Check out the full video and some of the fan reactions to it below.
Last year, Chloe helped bat back rumors that her sister and musical collaborator Halle Bailey was secretly pregnant. Despite how much they fought back fan speculation, Halle was actually pregnant the entire time. She gave birth to her first child last month, at which point everyone involved opened up on the relief of no longer having to keep the secret.
A few weeks later she described the pregnancy as the “best kept secret ever.” Many fans fought back at that suggestion citing just how much speculation swirled about her potentially being pregnant for months before she gave birth. What do you think of Chloe Bailey’s take on the Muni Long song “Made For Me?” Do you think “Made For Me” has the potential to be one of the biggest R&B hits of the year? Let us know in the comment section below.
Muni Long is another artist who is working her way up the ranks and in a hurry. The Vero Beach/Gifford, Florida native is an R&B talent who likes to work in the contemporary lane. However, one of her handful of singles in 2023 was a little bit of a change in sound. “Made For Me” sounds like something that would have released and been a hit in the early 2000s. However it still became one of her most popular songs. Now. Muni Long is bringing a “Made For Me” remix that will knock your socks off as well.
This remix features the same producers such as Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and JordanXL. However, a new face enters the booth. Yumbs is a DJ/producer and he is bringing an amapiano flare to the mix. The slower and more sensual version adds about a minute to the run time.

The City Girls took their time with their latest album (the first since 2020 gave us the iconic City On Lock), but based on the early reviews, the wait was worth it. On Friday (October 20), JT and Yung Miami confidently returned to the rap game with RAW, which finds both rap divas channelling their signature bad bitch attitudes with the help of plenty of noteworthy collaborators. They initially teased the 18-track effort with singles like “Good Love” featuring Usher, as well as “I Need A Thug,” “Face Down,” and “Pinata.”
Among those who joined the Florida natives in the studio over the past few months are Lil Durk, Juicy J, and Kim Petras. We also heard from Muni Long on “Emotions,” which we’re spotlighting for your listening pleasure today. The R&B darling opens up the NOVA WAV-produced effort with her stunning voice. “Wanna know how it feels / To have somethin’ that’s mine, mine, all mine / Give me love, give me chills / Every time I ride, ride, ride, ride,” she sensually sings.
For her verse, Caresha makes it clear that she has no problem remaining unattached from the men in her life. “I could f**k another ni**a on the lowkey / Ain’t s**t to hit a ni**a with a okey,” she teases. Later on, JT comes through with salacious rhymes of her own. “Get the voicemail, I’m callin’ again / Play with my mind, I’m scratchin’ up Benz,” Lil Uzi’s lover threatens. “Tell your mama mind her business / And your sister, she can get it.”
