The new documentary is brought to you in part of the teams that worked on the divorce, bringing you inside the “most famous power couple,” chronicling their pain, the divorce process, and more.

Kim Kardashian is currently co-parenting with Kanye West, but getting along with the once-billionaire may not be easy. Speaking with Vogue Italia, Kim K speaks about hiding her anger with Ye when she is around the kids.

“If it’s something concerning my kids’ dad and I’m upset, I try not to show as much emotion,” she said. “I have to be ready to explain why I’m upset and it might not be appropriate for them to know. There’s nothing worse than ‘You’ll understand when you’re older.’ I don’t want to be that person.”

Kardashian also spoke about how if it she is upset about something her kids can understand, she will let it show. “On Christmas morning, I cried when my mom gave me a doll house. My kids didn’t understand why, and I explained I had that at my dad’s house as a little girl.”

Recently, Kim Kardashian revealed she doesn’t let her kids keep up with news about their dad, Kanye West. The mom of four shares North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West with her ex-husband and takes all precautions to shield them from stories related to their father.

“When stuff is said, it’s a chain to my whole household, no TV, only Apple TV,” Kim revealed to her mom, Kris Jenner, during Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians. “I can’t risk Access Hollywood coming up next or anything on the news coming up with their dad mentioned and they want to watch,” Kim continued. “I have to figure out a way to, like, protect. And so they still haven’t seen anything, but I go into crisis mode.”

During this week’s episode of The Kardashians, which aired on June 1, Kim recalled that when she was married to Kanye, and he would make negative headlines, she would run around calling people behind his back, telling them, “It’s gonna be OK. It’s gonna be OK. Don’t worry. Just give him another chance.” Kim revealed that she used to “spend hours and hours and hours” of her days as “the clean up crew.” “That’s why you got divorced because you can’t do that to yourself,” Kris told her daughter.
During her confessional, Kim admitted, “It’s like the hardest feeling to watch someone you really loved and you have a family with just be so different than who you knew.”

Family of C-Murder’s Alleged Victim Speak Against Kim Kardashian’s Support for the Rapper

kimcmurder

The family of C-Murder’s alleged victim is blasting Kim Kardashian for her efforts in attempting to free the incarcerated rapper. Speaking with TMZ Hip-Hop, George Thomas, the brother of the late Steve Thomas, stated Kardashian‘s legal efforts reopened the wounds the family once healed.

Steve was 16 when he died, and his brother states that the continuous highlighting of C-Murder and his case constantly impacts their trauma. George also states the evidence presented against Murder is more than enough to leave him locked up, citing celebs who want him free, not necessarily the ordinary citizen.

George also states that he does support Kim Kardashian aiding innocent people, but C-Murder is not one of them.

Kim Kardashian has taken to Twitter to provide her followers with an update regarding her ongoing campaign to secure the release of former rapper Corey Miller, also known as C-Murder. Currently aged 52, Miller is incarcerated due to his involvement in the tragic shooting of 16-year-old Steve Thomas at a Louisiana nightclub back in 2002.

Initially found guilty of second-degree murder in September 2003, Miller was granted a retrial and temporarily placed under house arrest. However, on August 10, 2009, Miller’s second-degree murder conviction was reinstated, resulting in a life sentence behind bars.

You can see Kardashian’s post below.

Kim Kardashian Called Out By The Family Of C-Murder’s Victim

Kim Kardashian has a belief that the brother of Master P, rapper C-Murder is due a fair trial. On January 16, 2002, 16-year-old Steven Thomas entered the now-closed Platinum Club in Harvey, Louisiana. Sadly, he did not make out after a group of men close to C-Murder beat him up. After that, he was fatally shot and his family and friends continue to mourn the loss that can never be replaced. They are consistently grieving because people, including Kim Kardashian discuss this case to this day.

A few days ago, Kim went to Twitter to share her thoughts on this trial that ultimately led to C-Murder receiving a mandatory life sentence. The Louisiana rapper was ultimately found guilty of the second-degree murder of Steve Thomas. Kim said, “Corey Miller [C-Murder] has spent 21 years in prison for a crime he did not commit, and his conviction is based entirely on the testimony of two men, whom the State dragged to trial just on material witness warrants. Those men have now sworn that their prior testimony was untrue.” She released this statement because a new Louisiana law was passed, which allows the incarcerated to prove their innocence.

Steve Thomas’ Family Responds

However, these feelings Kim Kardashian shared ultimately led up to the brother of Steve Thomas to respond in an interview with TMZ. George Thomas said, “Whenever a celebrity such as Kim Kardashian advocates for C-Murder, it’s like reopening the same wound that cut the family so deep years ago.” He is happy that Kim wants to fight for the innocent, but C-Murder is not the man to be advocating for. Only time will tell if anything further happens with this tragic occurrence over 20 years ago.

Corey Miller Thanks Kim Kardashian For Her Support

Kim Kardashian recently took to social media to bring some attention to the case of Corey Miller. Miller has spent over 20 years in a Louisiana prison for a crime he allegedly did not commit. He was arrested in 2002 following a shooting at Platinum Club in LA, and has maintained his innocence ever since. A new state law should allow Miller to appear in court again, however, this right has allegedly been denied.

“Louisiana recently enacted a new law that provides innocent people with the ability to raise a post-conviction claim of factual innocence,” Kim wrote on Twitter earlier this week. “Mr. Miller has raised such a claim and, like all of his prior post-conviction filings, has been denied relief without even so much as an evidentiary hearing. In light of the fact that the only witnesses have completely recanted their testimony, there is absolutely no remaining evidence against Mr. Miller. Corey Miller deserves a day in court to test the veracity of the recanted statements and to prove that he did not shoot Steve Thomas.

Kim Kardashian On Corey Miller’s Case

Kim shedding light on the case surely makes it more likely that Miller will soon have an opportunity for justice. He took to social media to respond to Kardashian’s statement, expressing his gratitude for her bringing the case to the public’s attention. “It’s been a long journey for justice,” he writes, “Thank you @kimkardashian [prayer emoji] and EVERYONE involved over the years (praying, advocating and believing) in my innocence.”

According to Kim, she’s been working on Miller’s case “for years.” Elsewhere in her message, she pointed out some inconsistencies in the case. She also urged fans to repost the statement to shed additional light on his story, and went on to express her sympathy for the victims and families involved. “I pray for their healing and the closure that they deserve,” she writes.

Kim Kardashian Gives An Update On C-Murder’s Case

kimcmurder

Kim Kardashian is back at it working hard to free innocent prisoners. She recently updated her Twitter followers on her efforts to free former rapper Corey Miller, aka C-Murder.

Miller, 52, is doing time in prison for the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Steve Thomas at a Louisiana nightclub in 2002.

Miller was convicted of second degree murder in September 2003. He was later granted a retrial and released on house arrest.

On August 10, 2009 Miller was again convicted of second-degree murder and sent to prison for life.

In a lengthy post on Thursday, Kardashian wrote:

“I wanted to shed some light on a case that I’ve been working on for years…”

“Corey Miller has spent 21 years in prison for a crime he did not commit, and his conviction is based entirely on the testimony of two men, whom the State dragged to trial just on material witness warrants. Those men have now sworn that their prior testimony was untrue. There is no remaining evidence that even suggests that Corey Miller is any more culpable than the hundreds of patrons who were at the Platinum Club on January 12, 2002, when Steve Thomas was tragically shot.”

Kardashian added that several witnesses who said they saw Miller shoot Thomas have recanted their testimonies.

“In light of the fact that the only witnesses have completely recanted their testimony, there is absolutely no remaining evidence against Mr. Miller,” she wrote.

“Corey Miller deserves a day in court to test the veracity of the recanted statements and to prove that he did not shoot Steve Thomas.

If you agree that Corey Miller deserves his day in court please repost this.

While I strongly believe in Corey’s innocence, my heart goes out to the victims- and I pray for their healing and the closure that they deserve.”

Kim Kardashian Shares Lengthy Statement On Corey Miller Case

Kim Kardashian recently took to Twitter (now “X”) with a comprehensive summary of, and update on, the Corey Miller case. For those unaware, Miller (Master P’s brother also known as C-Murder) was arrested in 2002 in connection with the murder of Steve Thomas in Louisiana, and consistently maintained his innocence over the last 21 years. Moreover, it seems like the reality star has worked on this case for years now during her career as a lawyer. Now, her update’s most salient point is that new Louisiana state law would allow Miller to once again vouch for his innocence. However, it seems like his post-conviction claim of factual innocence was met with silence, and she’s using her large platform to advocate for justice.

“Louisiana recently enacted a new law that provides innocent people with the ability to raise a post-conviction claim of factual innocence,” Kim Kardashian wrote. “Mr. Miller has raised such a claim and, like all of his prior post-conviction filings, has been denied relief without even so much as an evidentiary hearing. In light of the fact that the only witnesses have completely recanted their testimony, there is absolutely no remaining evidence against Mr. Miller. Corey Miller deserves a day in court to test the veracity of the recanted statements and to prove that he did not shoot Steve Thomas.”

Kim Kardashian On Corey Miller’s Innocence & Court Issues

Elsewhere in her message, the fashion and social media mogul expressed sympathy for the victims and their families regardless of Miller’s alleged innocence. In addition, Kim Kardashian explained how evidence in the trial became moot, and how there is nothing that truly sustains his guilt. Overall, it seems like quite the murky and strangely vague case for such a high-profile figure in entertainment. Also, this fight to free Corey Miller raged on for years prior to this point, and it’s unclear how much this new law will help him.

Regardless, the 42-year-old knows that it should help him, and will likely keep updating people on the case’s progress. Beyond Kim’s updates, Miller released a song and letter last year wishing NBA YoungBoy well on his gun case. He said he sees himself in YB, and many hope that he will be able to support people in his shoes as a free man and not an incarcerated individual. Come back to HNHH for the latest updates on Corey Miller and Kim Kardashian.
