Tyler Perry Offers Endorsement Of Kamala Harris During Atlanta Rally

Tyler Perry has been an outspoken celebrity for most of his professional career. He has regularly courted criticism for his interviews and the statements he’s made about the African American community. Perry received widespread praise, however, for his recent appearance at the Kamala Harris campaign ally. The filmmaker actor took the stage and made it very clear that he’s backing Harris. He also made it clear that he feels Donald Trump is a threat to the nation.

Perry gave an impassioned speech in which he articulated the ways Harris is different from Trump. In his estimation, the latter prioritizes the American Dream for people who look like him, while Harris makes the American Dream a priority for every person. “In this Donald Trump America, there is no dream that looks like me,” he asserted. “We want a president who believes the American Dream is for everyone.” He then made it clear that Harris has his confidence in this regard. “That president is Kamala Harris.” Tyler Perry received uproarious applause for his comments.

Tyler Perry Criticized ‘Donald Trump’s America’

Tyler Perry’s comments are unsurprising given his previous comments about Donald Trump. The actor has been lamenting the political divide that’s taken place in the country since Trump was elected back in 2016. “I think the scariest thing that’s going on in this country… is this divide,” he told The Hill. “I feel this divide, this divisiveness that’s going straight down in the heart of America. It’s really bad. It’s tearing us all apart.” Perry admitted that he had some hope for Trump’s administration initially, but quickly felt the billionaire embodied all the negative elements that critics predicted.

Perry is not the only celebrity who has voiced their support for Kamala Harris in recent days. Eminem appeared at Harris’ rally in Detroit. He similarly claimed that Harris is protecting the liberties of the U.S. and that Trump is trying to destroy them. Leonardo DiCaprio followed suit on October 25. The Academy Award winner posted a video in which he lambasted Trump for denying the “facts.” DiCaprio also claimed that Harris will take the necessary steps to save the economy and the planet.

Charlamagne Tha God Calls Out Anderson Cooper Over Coverage Of Kamala Harris & Donald Trump

Yesterday (October 24), Charlamagne Tha God sat down with Anderson Cooper on CNN to discuss the U.S. Presidential election live. Their conversation ended up taking a heated turn when Charlamagne called out networks like CNN for their coverage of Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. He questioned why they refuse to cover Trump as a “fascist,” and choose to focus more on other topics such as Harris’ race.

“It’s cr*zy because you still don’t have news networks having that conversation, like when somebody says, when somebody questions Kamala Harris’s Blackness or is she a DEI hire, you all will have roundtable discussions about that, asking that question. How come we’re not having a roundtable discussion asking is Donald Trump a fascist? Actually not even asking, he’s stating it,” Charlamagne wondered. “How come that is not the topic of discussion on networks like CNN every day?”

Cooper responded, claiming to “talk about this every night,” but Charlamagne persisted. “I don’t think y’all have enough conversations about it. I feel like I heard more on this network about is Kamala Harris Black than I do about Donald Trump being a fascist,” he explained. Cooper fired back, insisting that those conversations simply aren’t taking place. “Honestly, that’s bullsh*t,” he said. “I’m sorry. I’m a fan of yours, but to say that we‘re sitting around discussing is Kamala Harris Black…”

“I’ve seen that. I’ve seen roundtable discussions a lot. Now that’s bullsh*t, Anderson,” Charlamagne responded. Harris-Walz 2024 Campaign Brings Voter Activation to Atlanta’s ONE Music Fest

Battleground Voters React to Vice President Harris’ Optimistic Nomination Speech

Battleground Voters React to Vice President Harris’ Optimistic Nomination Speech

This weekend, the Harris for President Campaign partners with BET and the Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC) to launch a dynamic voter engagement effort at Atlanta’s ONE Music Fest. With the general election fast approaching, this activation aims to connect with attendees, offering resources to empower them to make a voting plan while experiencing top-tier performances. The event marks another bold initiative in the Harris campaign’s outreach to Black voters through popular cultural events.

The campaign’s presence at ONE Music Fest includes a branded activation space, a mainstage address by a campaign surrogate, and a range of voter engagement resources. The activation area will feature a photo booth where attendees can capture moments while scanning QR codes directly linking to voter planning tools. In addition, digital push notifications will prompt festival-goers to visit the booth and collect information on voting.

“Vice President Harris has been very clear, we are not taking a single voter for granted,” said DNC National Political Director Brencia Berry. “Which is why we have been consistent and creative in the ways in which we are strategically engaging with Black voters to underscore the stakes of this election for our community. One Music Fest is the perfect setting to make clear that none of us can afford to sit this election out.

“Vice President Harris has not only delivered on the issues we care about most, like job creation and closing the racial wealth gap — but she is also charting a new way forward that includes protecting our healthcare and hard fought for rights. Donald Trump on the other hand couldn’t care less about our community or our culture. “

This engagement builds on the campaign’s presence at other high-profile events, from Essence Fest to the BET Hip-Hop Awards. Such initiatives aim to spark meaningful connections with Black voters nationwide. By combining voter resources with culturally resonant settings, the Harris campaign is making its message clear: voting this election cycle is essential.

As part of its outreach, the campaign has also enlisted influential voices like Quavo, Kerry Washington, and John Legend to support voter awareness. At ONE Music Fest, the campaign will continue to build momentum through artist collaborations, a media tent setup, and ads broadcast across festival stages.

WATCH: Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, and Bruce Springsteen Kick Off “When We Vote, We Win” Concert Series in Atlanta

In a spirited push to drive voter turnout across battleground states, Vice President Kamala Harris, former President Barack Obama, and Bruce Springsteen launched the “When We Vote, We Win” concert series tonight in Atlanta, Georgia. With early voting already underway, the rally highlighted what Harris framed as high-stakes decisions facing American voters in the upcoming election.

During her speech, Harris addressed the contrasting visions for the future, drawing attention to former President Trump’s pursuit of power. “So much is on the line in this election,” Harris said, emphasizing Trump’s focus on personal ambition over public service. She warned of the potential consequences if Trump were to regain the Oval Office, asserting that he would claim “unchecked and extreme power” if re-elected. Harris described a choice for Americans between Trump “writing up an enemies list” and her being “hard at work” on a “to-do list” for the nation’s needs.

Harris also criticized Trump’s role in implementing restrictive abortion laws, citing the tragic story of Amber Nicole Thurman and pledging to restore reproductive rights if elected. She emphasized the importance of John Lewis’ teaching on democracy: “Democracy is not a state; it is an act.” With that, she encouraged attendees to cast their ballots, stating, “Your vote is your voice and your voice is power.”

The Atlanta rally is part of a larger Harris-Walz campaign effort focused on mobilizing key voters across the country. This week, Harris has traveled to Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, with plans to campaign in Texas and Michigan with Michelle Obama.

Lil Pump Insults Eminem’s Daughter After Rapper Endorses Kamala Harris

Lil Pump has ceased being a credible rapper. The “Gucci Gang” star has resorted to making headlines through his social media antics and his vocal support of Donald Trump. He’s really doubled down on the latter in recent months. He threatened to drop diss songs on both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, and he insulted Taylor Swift for throwing her support behind Harris. Nothing has come of these threats. But Lil Pump has decided to pick a fight with someone who does like to respond to insults: Eminem.

Eminem made a special appearance at Kamala Harris’ campaign rally in Detroit on October 23. He not only spoke highly of Harris, but introduced Barack Obama to the stage as well. The cherry on top of the Eminem experience came when Obama started rapping “Lose Yourself” to a delighted audience. Pump did not like what he saw. He took to Instagram Live a day later, and proceeded to put Em on blast for his politics. “You’re a f*cking piece of sh*t for going on stage and speaking at Kamala Harris sh*t,” Lil Pump asserted. “You’re a f*cking piece of sh*t for taking a picture with Obama.”

Lil Pump Claimed Eminem Is Ruining The Country

Pump then claimed that Eminem’s dislike of Donald Trump has compromised his perspective. “You hate Donald Trump so much that you’d rather ruin this f*cking country,” he complained. The rapper then took things further than anybody watching the video expected. He brought Eminem’s daughter, Hailie, into it. “F*ck you and f*ck Hailie.” This is good in one sense, and horrible in another. Good in the sense that it’ll bring attention to Lil Pump and his antics. Horrible in that it will undoubtedly lead Eminem to respond. If there is one thing that Slim Shady has not tolerated throughout his career, it’s slander of his daughter.

The timing of this insult could not have been worse. Hailie recently announced her pregnancy. She also posted a video in which she told Eminem he was going to a grandfather for the first time. The wholesome exchange received widespread love throughout the hip hop community. Even former Eminem haters like Benzino congratulated Eminem on the news. One can only assume that Slim is going to respond to Lil Pump’s hateful remarks the next time he drops an a song and/or album. It’s not going to be pretty.

Beyoncé, Tina Knowles and Willie Nelson Scheduled for Harris Rally on Friday

beyonce versace iheart

Vice President Kamala Harris is coming off a big rally day in Atlanta, which featured Tyler Perry and Bruce Springsteen. Friday she will stand next to Beyoncé, Tina Knowles, and Willie Nelson.

According to Variety, the trio will take the stage with Harris in Houston. The Washington Post co-signed the appearance, citing “people familiar with the planning who spoke anonymously to preview a performance that hasn’t been publicly announced.”

Earlier this week, Eminem attended a rally in Detroit with former President Barack Obama and vice presidential candidate Tim Walz.

Queen Bey’s “Freedom” became the campaign theme song when Vice President Harris took over the Democratic ticket in the summer. Shortly after, Kamala Harris released her first official presidential campaign video set to the song.

“In this election, we each face a question,” Harris says in the clip. “What type of country do we want to live in?”

Later, she says, “We choose freedom,” allowing Beyoncé’s voice to ring off.

Vice President Kamala Harris made a memorable entrance during her first official visit to her campaign headquarters before the commercial aired. She walked out to the powerful anthem. A source close to Harris revealed to CNN that her team received approval from Beyoncé’s representatives to use the song throughout her presidential campaign.

Beyoncé, known for her strict clearance guidelines around her music, swiftly granted permission to Harris’ campaign on Monday, just hours before the Vice President made her entrance. While Beyoncé has not officially endorsed Harris following President Joe Biden’s announcement that he would not seek a second term, her quick approval for the use of “Freedom” suggests the superstar’s support for Harris.

This significant gesture underscores the cultural and political weight behind Harris’ campaign, highlighting a potential alignment with Beyoncé’s advocacy for social justice and empowerment.

Additionally was a ringing message of support from Tina Knowles on Instagram.

New, Youthful, Sharp , , energy !!!! You asked for it and our President Biden did what was best for the country ! Putting personal Ego , power and fame aside . That is the definition of a great leader, . Thank you, President Biden for your service and your leadership . Go Vice President Kamala Harris for President. Let’s Go ❤❤❤❤ #kamala2024

Beyoncé Will Reportedly Perform At Kamala Harris’ Upcoming Rally In Texas

We’re now less than two weeks away from Election Day in the United States, on November 5, when we’ll be closer to knowing whether it’s Donald Trump or Kamala Harris who will be our next president. The candidates are in the home stretch, and it looks like Harris is pulling out all the stops. The ultimate stop, actually: Beyoncé.

NBC News reports that “according to three sources familiar with the plans,” Beyoncé will appear with Harris at an event in Houston tomorrow (October 25) night. Furthermore, according to “one of the sources, who has direct knowledge of the preparations,” Beyoncé is “expected to perform.”

Yesterday, Harris campaign spokesman Ian Sams confirmed Willie Nelson and Beyoncé’s mom Tina Knowles are also expected to be present at the rally.

This isn’t Beyoncé first brush with the Democratic party: In 2008, she sang at Barack Obama’s first inauguration, and in 2016, she performed at a Hillary Clinton presidential campaign rally in Ohio.

This also isn’t Harris first big-time rally appearance: Just a few days ago, Eminem showed up to endorse Harris at a rally in Detroit. Obama was also on hand, and in perhaps an even bigger surprise than Eminem showing up, the former president went ahead and gave a little rendition of “Lose Yourself.”

Beyonce Will Reportedly Attend Kamala Harris’ Houston Rally This Week

According to multiple reports, Beyonce is planning to attend Kamala Harris’ rally tomorrow (October 25). The rally is set to take place in the songstress’ hometown of Houston, TX. At the time of writing, it remains unclear whether she’ll perform, address the room, or simply watch the Democratic candidate deliver one of her last speeches before election day on November 5.

The DNC’s event posting for the rally has already confirmed that Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles, as well as Willie Nelson, will be in attendance. This is far from the first time Beyonce has been linked to Kamala Harris, however.

Back in August, it was rumored that she’d appear at the Democratic National Convention, which didn’t end up happening. According to Billboard, some event staffers were even led to falsely believe that she was on the premises. Beyonce’s song “Freedom” has also been used heavily throughout Harris’ campaign. Over the summer, CNN confirmed that she was given direct approval from Beyonce to use the song.

Bey won’t be the first female celebrity to support Harris at a campaign event either. In July, Megan Thee Stallion also performed at her rally in Georgia. She delivered a mashup of hits like “Body,” “Mamushi,” and more, debuting her Hotties for Harris campaign. “Now I know my ladies in the crowd love their bodies,” she told the audience at the time. “If you want to keep loving your bodies, you know who to vote for.” What do you think of Beyonce reportedly planning to attend Kamala Harris’ rally in Houston tomorrow? Do you hope she’ll perform? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Elon Musk Calls Eminem a ‘Diddy Party Participant’ for Supporting VP Kamala Harris

Elon Musk isn’t happy that Eminem is supporting Vice President Kamala Harris in the election. With news breaking of Slim Shady introducing former president Barack Obama at a Detroit rally, Musk would levy a wild allegation on Em’s name.

Seeing the message, Musk wrote in regards to Eminem: “Yet another Diddy party participant.”

You can see it below.

As far as the accusations, it’s highly unlikely Eminem was at any Diddy “freak off.” Eminem took some very vicious shots at Diddy on his new album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de grâce): Expanded Mourner’s Edition, where Em recruits Shady Records’ Westside Boogie and Grip while he delves into Hip Hop’s most reputed unsolved murders and he pulls no punches about who the culprit is.

On “Fuel” Shady goes in on the troubled mogul, rapping, “So who’ll be picked next, whose name gonna be next up? / Notorious B.I.G.’s death was the domino effect of Tupac’s murder / Like facial tissue, whose clock should I clean next? Puff’s? / ‘Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up? / Like gee, never turned himself in, who knows all the murders there’ll have been?!?”

The original version of Fuel featured J.Cole’s artist JID, who, among other things, criticized Diddy for the infamous Cassie video.

The Bad Boy founder always denied any involvement in the shooting deaths of either Big or ‘Pac and there’s no evidence that he will be subpoenaed in Duane “Keefe D” Davis’ ongoing murder trial in Vegas.

Eminem fans are actually upset with his latest offering, complaining about the long wait for an album that only contains three tracks.

Obama Raps Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” Urgers Michiganders to Vote at Detroit Rally

Of course, Barack Obama knows the bars about mom’s spaghetti. In Detroit, former president Obama was introduced by Eminem, who he stated set a perfect stage for him. How else could he open his speech? With “Lose Yourself” bars.

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy; there’s vomit on his sweater already….

After dropping bars, Obama spoke to the people of Detroit and Michigan, urging them to get out and vote in the upcoming election. Obama emphasized the sharp contrast between Vice President Kamala Harris, who has a clear plan to address rising costs and the needs of everyday Americans, and Donald Trump, whom Obama described as increasingly unstable with a track record of prioritizing tax cuts for billionaires.

His remarks follow a rally in Wisconsin earlier today alongside Governor Tim Walz. Obama is crisscrossing the country to energize voters ahead of Election Day. With high stakes in this election, Obama is focused on mobilizing the electorate to support the Harris-Walz ticket.

“The choice is clear,” Obama said. “We need a leader who is ready for the job, not someone who thrives on chaos and only talks about problems without offering real solutions.”

Obama’s speeches have been central to efforts to galvanize voters in key battleground states as the Harris-Walz campaign pushes to secure its path to the White House. With crucial issues like the economy, healthcare, and democracy on the line, Obama stressed the importance of participating in this pivotal election.
