Joe Budden Is Jealous Of Yung Miami & Diddy’s Relationship, Tia Kemp Speculates

Last week, Yung Miami stirred up some serious drama with her response to Joe Budden’s 2003 single “Pump It Up” going gold. She responded to the exciting news with a series of laughing emojis, which rubbed the personality the wrong way. At the time, he refused to respond, claiming “It would be too easy.” In a new episode of his podcast, however, he went in.

He argued that Yung Miami had no room to laugh at him for his career. “If Complex were to do a list of where all the female rappers rate Caresha you would be last on the list. You would be drop dead last on that list,” he explained. “Every female out there is wiping you down right now.”

Tia Kemp Backs Yung Miami

Budden went on, reminding Yung Miami that just a couple of weeks ago, she admitted that her label told her they haven’t seen any growth from her as an artist. “Need I remind you that today I hear ‘Pump It Up’ more than I hear you so while you go on these social media rants and say that you were nine years old when ‘Pump It Up’ dropped and now you’re 30 you should be cautious of that,” he added.

For obvious reasons, the read earned big reactions from social media users, including Tia Kemp. She took to Instagram Live to share her take on the debacle recently, siding with the former City Girl. Kemp suggested that men in particular continue beefing with Yung Miami simply out of jealousy. “Yeah I think these men be mad that she had Diddy and they didn’t,” she explained. Diddy Dangled Wale Over A Balcony For Working With Cassie, Ant Glizzy Alleges

Last week, Cassie sued her former partner Diddy, and her suit came with a long list of damning allegations. She accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of rape, physical and emotional abuse, and more. They’ve since settled, and Diddy doesn’t appear to be doing so well based on recently captured photos of the artist. He was spotted with his head in his hands outside of his Miami mansion, looking stressed out and upset.

Aside from the atrocities allegedly committed against Cassie, the suit also contains some accusations about his treatment of others. According to the suit, for example, he allegedly threatened to blow up Kid Cudi’s car. This was of course because Diddy allegedly dealt with some jealousy issues, which Cassie claims have gotten her into some uncomfortable, and even frightening situations. Now, Shy Glizzy’s bodyguard Ant Glizzy has come forward with his own account of Diddy’s jealousy, alleging that it nearly cost Wale his life.

Ant Glizzy Recalls Wale’s Alleged Run-In With Diddy

He recalled being present when Wale and Cassie were working on some music together, claiming that things took a turn for the worst. According to him, he had been warned of how jealous Diddy could get, but nothing could have prepared him for what happened next. Apparently, Diddy had already told Wale not to work with Cassie, but they decided to “sneak” in a session anyway. He claims that at one point, Diddy and his security team barged into the studio to confront Wale.

According to Ant Glizzy, they heard some noises but couldn’t see what was going on because Wale, Diddy, and his security were behind a curtain. He peaked in to find that Diddy and his team had decided to take things to another level. “I swear to God, [there’s] a balcony in the studio,” he explained. “They got Wale over top his face, hanging out the balcony. I can’t really hear with they saying. We knew it was him because we knew what kind of shoes he wore to the studio.” What do you think of Ant Glizzy accusing Diddy and his team of dangling Wale off of a balcony? Offset Teases Album Release Date with ‘Renaissance’ Outfit

Offset Says His Album Will Be Released This October

Offset hit the Renaissance tour in Los Angeles. While on hand to see Beyonce, Offset evoked the energy of another icon for his fashion, Michael Jackson. HIpHopDX noticed a small detail, 1013 on his right arm, possibly signaling a release date for his forthcoming album.

“Renaissance” was the caption Offset used, not noting anything tward the rumored release date.

Previously, Offset pulled up on Ebro Darden for Apple Music 1 and dropped off the release month for his forthcoming album. During the conversation, Offset revealed the project will highlight more of his personality, and another single will follow up “Jealousy” in three weeks. But what about the album? Offset delivered an update.

“We coming in October but right now we just applying pressure,” Offset said. “Creatively, content-wise, I’m going to just keep my rollout going. The rollout started from “Jealousy”, so I’m going to just keep the rollout starting from right then. So with this album I’m definitely going to be showing way more personality, way more who Offset is, creatively. Taking to the next level. You know how we come in, Ebro.”

In July, Offset took it to a new level, dropping off the single for “Jealousy” featuring Cardi B. The video opens with Jamie Lee Curtis narrating the drama. The two directly address the issues between the two in the bars. In the visual, Offset evokes Jodi from Baby Boy, leaving the crib and hopping on his bike to ride through the streets of LA.

Keeping it to the Baby Boy theme, Cardi B calls her homegirl to complain, who happened to be the original Yvette, Taraji P. Henson.

After an impressive opening run from Offset, including a beat transition that forces a head nod, Cardi B tags in for a float of her own, adding on to her impressive run of features through 2023.

“Jealousy” is the first single from Offset’s forthcoming album. You can see the Offset directed video below.

Bobbi Althoff Joins Offset’s Video Shoot, Makes Off With $5K

In a new YouTube video posted by setwillfree, Bobbi Althoff pulls up to his music video shoot with Offset. In the beginning of the video, Will Freeark leaves a duffle bag filled to the brim with $5K outside of the hotel they’re shooting at. He includes a note on the bag, asking “Can I trust you?” and advising it’s finder to return it to the hotel. Luckily for him, Althoff was right around the corner. When she returns the bag, they invite her to be a part of the video, and she reluctantly agrees. She even makes a cameo in the music video, mouthing a few lines of “Jealousy” and playing the role of a bandit.

Bobbi Althoff has been blowing up as of late for her hilarious interviews. So much in fact that she’s recently been accused of being an industry plant, which she denies. Her unique take on interviewing has the internet in a headlock. She first went viral for her interview with Drake last month, which has more than 10 million views at the time of writing. She later moved on to sit down with Lil Yachty and most recently, Tyga. In this new video, viewers can even see Althoff momentarily break her famous aloof character.

Bobbi Althoff At Offset’s “Jealousy” Shoot

Yesterday, Althoff dropped her latest interview with Tyga. The duo sat down at a zoo, taking turns feeding a porcupine. Though the rapper appears to have annoyed Althoff with his complaints about the heat, use of a personal fan, and reluctance to become her assistant, it’s yet another successful high-profile interview added to her list.

Offset and Cardi B released “Jealousy” at the end of last month, just after some recent online drama. Offset took to social media to accuse Cardi of cheating on him, which she of course denies. It’s unclear whether or not that was simply a stunt to promote the new collab, however, it seems possible. They were even able to secure Jamie Lee Curtis for a cameo in the accompanying music video.

Akbar V Accuses Cardi B Of Dissing Her: “We Very Brave In Atlanta”

Akbar V recently took to social media to accuse Cardi B of dissing her on her track with Offset, “Jealousy.” In the song Cardi raps, “Been to Atlanta, but b*tches ain’t brave.” Apparently, the self-proclaimed “Queen of Atlanta” believes the lyrics could be referring to her. “Ain’t no b*tch gonna act like my city no punk,” she says in a clip, “even if you wasn’t talking about me, b*tch.” Akbar V continues, claiming that if anyone disses someone from Atlanta, they’re dissing her too. “Ain’t no b*tch from Atlanta no punk. We very brave in Atlanta.”

Akbar V also Tweeted, “Them pr stunts got you begging for clicks, we don’t throw mics we throw up our fists #yougetit.” She appears to be referring to a recent incident which saw Cardi B hurling a microphone into a crowd after someone threw a drink at her. According to reports, Cardi is now even listed as a suspect in a battery report to Las Vegas police. Recently, the infamous microphone also went up for auction on eBay, with the current bid at $99,900.00. The listing claims that the proceeds will go to charity.

Akbar V On “Jealousy”

It’s unclear whether or not Cardi B was actually throwing a jab at Akbar V in “Jealousy,” however, they have had beef in the past. Most recently, Cardi seemingly threatened to leak a video of Akbar performing oral sex on a man. This came after she shared an alleged photo of the act. As expected, Akbar clapped back. She went on to claim that she herself had an incriminating video, allegedly featuring Cardi’s partner Offset.

Most commenters appear to think Akbar V’s accusation is a stretch, as there are various people in Atlanta she could have been referring to. With that being said, she doesn’t appear to be letting up anytime soon. Cardi B has yet to respond to the claims publicly.

Cardi B Twerks Up A Storm In Vegas Nightclub Appearance

On July 27, Offset released his newest single, “Jealousy”. It’s the former Migos member’s third single of the year, following “2 Live” and “TBS”. The releases appear to be preceding Offset’s upcoming album, Blame It On Set. Furthermore, Cardi B, Chlöe, Latto, and Travis Scott are all expected to feature on the release. Despite Scott reportedly appearing on Blame It On Set, Offset did not make an appearance on Scott’s recently-released Utopia.

The album is the long-awaited follow-up to 2019’s Father Of 4 and his first extended project since the 2021 Migos project, Culture III (Offset’s Way). Father Of 4 peaked at #4 and is certified gold. The news of Blame It On Set came soon after Quavo announced his own solo project, Rocket Power. However, Offset’s wife Cardi, who features on “Jealousy”, has stolen the headlines on the song’s release after going all-out in Vegas on Friday night.

Cardi B Hits Up Dria’s

Cardi hit up Dria’s Nightclub at The Cromwell Hotel. Dressed in a low-cut, figure-hugging yellow dress, Cardi twerked up a storm for a massive audience. Fans captured Cardi performing “No Limit” as she went hard on the twerking, dancing, and all-around showmanship. Of course, twerking is almost synonymous with the rapper at this point. Her mastery of the dance move, as well as related moves like wining, are a core part of her aesthetic and style. She was recently seen showing off her skills at the Mario-themed birthday party of her daughter, Kulture.

The performance came after the couple hit up Instagram Live together to promote the single release. One of the topics they discussed was a recent Congressional hearing on aliens. “I think that aliens exist. I think they’ve been hiding shit from a n*gga this whole time. I’ve been seeing UFOs. It’s live footage of them,” Offset said. Cardi herself wasn’t so convinced that aliens would visit Earth. “They probably got some big-ass shit going on. We’re probably some little peons to them. Then God is real, so at the end of the day, you don’t know what creatures or what’s out there,” she replied. She went on to provide an alternate explanation. “I feel like that sh*t is fake. The government’s trying to distract us.”
