Diddy has had an incredibly turbulent few months that peaked back in March. That came when the federal government raided two of his properties in LA and Miami. The raid was in connection with a sex trafficking investigation that seems to be ongoing. Instagram has been a particularly harsh place for the rap mogul to be all year as many have been making posts. The posts are aimed at either bringing down his reputation even further or cracking jokes at the events occurring. Nobody has posted about him more than 50 Cent who goes on runs of near daily posts sharing absolutely anything he can get his hands on.

Despite that Diddy has continued posting regularly to the platform promoting some of his ongoing ventures and just generally sharing updates in his life. Even more surprising is the fact that he’s left comments on for nearly all of his posts. That’s allowed fans to fill the comments with jokes at his expense. Those jokes were out in full force after he posted a recent video about “love.” The clip seems to ask all of his fans why they’re spending so much time hating on him instead of loving him and it went about as well as you’d expect. The comments are hitting back at Diddy one after another after another. “why this nigga still posting” the top comment on the post reads. “Bro you traffic girls what are you talking about rn” another comment suggests. The rap mogul has been accused of trafficking but has yet to be proven guilty of anything in either criminal or civil court despite what numerous comments say.

Either way, 50 Cent is taken right now, so Banks will simply have to wait if she truly wants a shot with the music mogul. That said, we’re sure the man is flattered to be thought of in that way.

Yesterday, Offset found himself in hot water with some fans. A new lineup poster for Hot 97’s Summer Jam showed off some new additions to the festival like Ty Dolla $ign. But it also quietly removed the former Migos rapper from the roster. He had previously been announced as a headliner for the event. Fans in the comments quickly took notice of the absence and called the festival out for the quiet removal. They never officially confirmed why he had to drop out of the lineup less than a month before the festival was due to take place.

That’s why Offset is probably pretty happy that a photo he took with a fan is going viral for completely unrelated reasons. The fan in the picture is caught from just the right angle to show off an eye-catching backside, something the rapper’s face contrasts with hilariously. Subsequently, DJ Akademiks shared the post to Instagram with a caption joking about its virality. “Photo goes viral of offset wit a fan. Why yall think this viral” his caption reads. Fans in the comments also had jokes. “Her back porch is going viral, Offset just happened to be there 😂” one of the top comments on the post reads. Additionally, Offset recently teamed up with Blxst and Killer Mike for a new remix. He shared his take on the Run The Jewels rapper’s song “EXIT 9. “ It comes from his Grammys winning album Michael which took home three awards in an eventful night for Mike. Following his trio of wins he was arrested backstage. Thankfully though, he was eventually released later that night and got to continue celebrating his huge achievement.

Chance The Rapper Previews New DJ Premier-Produced Single

Chance The Rapper is officially back. While the rapper has released a handful of singles in the past few years he seems to be finally gearing up to drop the long-awaited follow-up to his critically maligned 2019 album The Big Day. He revealed that the album is called Star Line and while details are sparse at the moment fans are mostly just happy to have something to look forward to again. The presumed first single from the record dropped last week and Chance didn’t waste any time teasing his next release.

Much like he did with his previous single Chance took to Instagram to drop a teaser for the new song in advance of its release. The track is called “Together” and the teaser also includes the reveal that DJ Premier handled production on the song. In the caption he said “next week: #starline.” That caused fans to go on a full on frenzy in the comments. They repeatedly ask if the entire album is dropping next week. But it looks like it’ll just be the next single. Elsewhere in the comments fans are hyping up both this release and its predecessor. Check out the preview he shared below.

Last month, Chance dropped his new single “Buried Alive.” The short, lyric-oriented song saw Chance explaining his feelings on fan reactions to The Big Day and being counted out by many rap fans. Offset Drops Out Of Hot 97 Summer Jam With No Explanation

Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam in New York is less than a month away. This year superstars like Doja Cat, Sexyy Red, Ty Dolla $ign, and more will take the stage. There will also be a special tribute to the recently deceased Mister Cee helmed by Big Daddy Kane. Elsewhere Fivio Foreign, French Montana, Lola Brooke, Redman & Method Man, Eric B & Rakim, and many more will also perform as part of the festival. But as it often goes with music festivals, they weren’t able to fully deliver on the initially announced lineup and fans aren’t happy about it.

The newest version of the line-up poster no longer features former Migos rapper Offset, who was seemingly one of the festival’s biggest draws. There was no official announcement confirming that he was removed from the festival which means there was no explanation for why. Despite the lack of announcement fans took notice quickly that his name had disappeared. Offset No Longer Performing At Hot 97 Summer Jam

Festivals replacing artists in their lineup at the last minute is pretty common. Earlier this year fans of Latin music took issue with Rolling Loud Los Angeles. The festival promised appearances from Junior H, Fuerza Regida, and Nathaniel Cano. But all three dropped out before they were supposed to perform. A similar thing happened last month at J. Cole’s Dreamville fest. Muni Long and Chris Brown were forced to pull out at the last minute. Though they were quickly replaced by 50 Cent and Hxncho.

Coi Leray Announces New Mike WiLL Made-It Produced EP “Lemon Cars”

Coi Leray has been busy recently. It’s been less than a year since she released her second studio album Coi. The project came on the back of the smash hit “Players” but that wasn’t able to carry it to a strong sales debut. Coi faced quite a bit of mockery online from fans taking aim at the album’s low sales totals and negative reviews. That’s probably why she moved on from the record so quickly, dropping the 5-track Blue Moon EP just a few months later.

Now she’s returning to the short format with a new project called Lemon Cars. She took to Instagram to announce the new collection of songs and share some details on what it is and when fans can hear it. The EP is being helmed by Mike WiLL Made-It on production and it won’t be long before fans can hear the project in full. The release date is in just two weeks, with the project dropping on May 24. Cardi B Comments On Controversial Viral Teacher Video

A few celebrities and thousands of fans online have given their takes on a recent viral video of a teacher. In the clip the male teacher lets some of his female students unbraid his hair. While it seems innocent enough on the surface, a huge debate sparked over the video and whether or not what he was doing was appropriate. Part of that was sparked by India Royale who said “no & hell no” after seeing the video. Now Cardi B has taken the opportunity to weigh in.

That came after the teacher in question defended himself and added context to the situation. ““My admin is well aware of my social media presence, my vids, as well as the relationships I have with my students. Of course if we have visitors I prob wouldn’t do that. But this was on a Friday…at the end of the day…before dismissal…after work was completed. I hate that y’all are dragging me down because of what other mfs have done,” the teacher said in a social media post. He may have found an unsurprising ally in Cardi B who seems to agree with him. During a recent Instagram live he defended the move despite being a girl mom herself. She also said she doesn’t think the action is worthy of a firing. Check out her response to the video below.

Sexyy Red And 42 Dugg Shoot A Music Video In Front Of Miami Sunset

Sexyy Red seemingly works as hard as anyone in music. The breakthrough rap star had a massive 2023 where she released her breakthrough mixtape, an extended deluxe edition the length of an entire new album, and multiple features and remixes in between. That’s why it’s been a little surprising that she’s been quiet in 2024. Not entirely quiet as she did drop the track “Get It Sexyy.” The song is off to a great start and soon to become her most successful solo single on the charts. After making a splash debut in the top 25 the song has stuck around currently sitting at number 32 on this weeks chart.

Now Sexyy is gearing up for a forthcoming collaboration with 42 Dugg. The pair were recently filmed shooting a music video in Miami and the footage is making the rounds online. In the clip, Red’s raps about going to the club with no panties on blare while the two dance in front of an ocean. In contrast to either daytime or nighttime music videos, the shot takes place directly in front of a sunset that lights the entire sky up pink. Drake Seemingly Takes Shot At Kendrick Lamar With Cryptic Instagram Story

Drake and Kendrick Lamar are currently in the midst of one of the most shocking rap beefs we have seen in quite some time. Overall, the feud started with some light jabs. However, things have devolved past the point of reconciliation. In fact, it is pretty clear that these two will never be cool. After all, one man is accusing the other of being a pedophile, while the other is making domestic violence accusations. Needless to say, the hate for one another is very real, and there is a real possibility that more songs are released.

For the last couple of days, Drake has been dealing with some scary situations at his home. On Tuesday, a security guard was shot outside of his home. Subsequently, a trespasser was arrested on Wednesday after trying to get onto the premises. Throughout all of this, Drake has remained calm and seems to be spending time in his home theater. In a video posted to his Instagram story, Drake showcased a scene from the show “A Man In Full.” The scene depicts the main character lying dead on the floor, with a voice-over offering up a message that one could interpret as near and dear to Drake’s heart right now.

YG Called Out By Bricc Baby Over The Quality Of His New Song

Last month, YG released his new single “KNOCKA.” It’s technically his second new song of 2024 after collaborating with Stunna Girl on the single “Stand Up” back in January. They’re following up his collaborative Playlist/Album Hit Me When U Leave The Klub with Tyga, which dropped last year. They were originally intended to go on a tour that also included Saweetie in support of the project but it was eventually canceled before it could get under way.

Despite some love for his new music from fans and critics, not everyone is enjoying it. In a new video shared to his Instagram story Bricc Baby calls out YG. He claims that the west coast star needs to step his bars up. He also claims that there are plenty of other smaller rappers in California trying to make a name for themselves that are making better material right now.
