T-Pain Shares A Warning For The Hit-&-Run Culprit Who Smashed His Car

T-Pain was rear-ended in a hit-and-run accident near Atlanta on Sunday and documented the aftermath of the incident in a video on his Instagram page. He says the unknown driver smashed into his vehicle while he was headed home from the airport.

“Times is hard out here, man,” he said. “Whoever just f*ckin’ ran into the back of my goddamn truck, man, whoever just hit me, my wife, my road manager… whoever just did that sh*t and drove off? My n***a. Life’s about to get so much worse. First of all, n***a: you left the whole goddamn front of your truck, so we know what we’re looking for now. You left your f*ckin’ baby toy. So, we know you got kids. Look, I know times is hard. And I know things is rough out there. But I tell you what: sh*t is going too great for me to not make me want revenge right now.”

Despite the accident, T-Pain appeared to be in good spirits, returning to the comments section of his post with jokes. “Ppl that are saying my neck and back gonna hurt tomorrow are really underestimating how much my neck and back was already hurting from just being old. Also we’re in Atlanta a mile away from making it home from the airport. It was a ~2003-2007 silver Chevy SUV that probably looks like they hit something super hard and missing the grill.”

Man Who Killed Nicki Minaj’s Father In Hit-&-Run Wants To Question Her For $150 Million Lawsuit

Charles Polevich, the 70-year-old man who killed Nicki Minaj’s father, Robert Maraj, in a hit-and-run back in 2021, wants the rapper to appear in a deposition for an ongoing $150 million lawsuit. He claims Nicki has “knowledge and information that is material and necessary to the defense of the claims set forth in this action.” Specifically, she can apparently attest to her father’s allegedly abusive behavior. Nicki’s mother, Carol, is suing the man, claiming his behavior caused her to lose “services, society, comfort, companionship and consortium.”

Polevich, on the other hand, argues that Robert was “reckless, careless, and negligent in crossing the street.” His attorney added: “My client empathizes with the family. The question of whether there was negligence and degrees of negligence will be determined by the court. The $150 million amount seems to be over the top.”

According to new documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the proposed deposition of Nicki will regard “questions wherein the issue of domestic abuse is discussed.” The filing adds that “[Carol] acknowledges that statements related to the topic of domestic abuse were made by [Nicki] but [Carol] does not offer meaningful responses regarding the veracity of the statements made.” In response, Carol’s attorneys argue her daughter is not a part of the lawsuit and “to have her testify as to musical lyrics, which could be completely made up, false, and taken out of context, was a waste of time and borderline harassment for the family.”

Kelly Oubre Jr Video Shows NBA Star Minutes After Scary Hit-And-Run

A video acquired by TMZ shows a visibly injured Kelly Oubre Jr returning to his apartment moments after being struck by a car outside. The video appears to come from Oubre Jr’s door cam. It shows the Sixers player limping into his home while clutching his side and informing his wife what happened. As previously reported, Oubre Jr was struck by a car near his apartment building on the evening of November 11. He suffered a broken rib and lacerations to his hip after being caught by the car’s side-view mirror.

However, police reported that they could not verify Oubre Jr’s story at this time. According to reports, they have been unable to find surveillance footage of Oubre Jr being hit at the intersection of 15th and Spruce. Despite this, it’s likely due to the fact that Oubre Jr is new to Philadelphia. He joined the Sixers as a free agent this past offseason after two years in Charlotte. As a result, Oubre Jr himself has said that he only relocated to Philly in September. There is no current timetable for Oubre Jr’s return to the Sixers. However, experts and sources believe that he might be out for at least a month. The situation remains a developing story and we’ll have any updates as they emerge.

Sixers Continue On Without Oubre Jr

In their first game since the Oubre Jr’s accident, Tyrese Maxey dropped 50 points, dedicating the feat to Oubre Jr. However, the team has gone 0-2 since then, dropping a second game to the Pacers followed by a loss to the Celtics. Oubre Jr is the team’s fourth-highest scorer, putting up 16.5 points per game. He is also the team’s third-best rebounder and second in steals.

The team plays five of its last seven games of November on the road, with notable fixtures including the Hawks, Timberwolves, Thunder, and Lakers. Furthermore, the team also open December in Boston. Oubre Jr will be re-evaluated this week to try and better determine his recovery timetable. However, in the meantime, the team will have to find a way to continue their strong start to the season without his key contributions.

Gervonta Davis To Spend Rest Of House Arrest Sentence In Jail

Just weeks after his win over Ryan Garcia, Gervonta Davis was sentenced to three months of house arrest for his role in a 2020 hit-and-run incident. In November 2020, Davis ran a red light and struck another vehicle, with prosecutors claiming Davis fled the scene despite injuring a pregnant woman. Davis pled guilty to four charges.

Davis began his house arrest in early May, choosing to reside at the home of his trainer, Calvin Ford. On top of the house arrest, Davis was required to complete 200 hours of community service and attend sessions with Mothers Against Drunk Driving. However, less than a month into his sentence, things appear to have changed for the boxer.

Davis Abruptly Taken Into Custody

First reported by The Baltimore Banner, Davis was taken into custody for an “impromptu hearing” on Thursday night. As a result of this hearing, Davis’ sentence was changed from house arrest to penal incarceration. However, Baltimore Sherrif’s Office has not revealed what prompted the hearing, or why Davis’ sentence was changed.

As a result, Davis will now spend the next two months behind bars. It’s a major change to his sentence, implying that something may have gone down to cause the legal system to reconsider the severity of his punishment. As noted by one of his victims at his plea hearing, Davis affected a number of lives that night. “Since Nov. 5, 2020, I been suffering damage to my knee. They told me I would never be the same,” Smith said. “It’s hard to see this go so long, and I never received an apology. I feel like I don’t matter. Imagine being 18 years old, and the doctor saying you’ll never be the same,” Jyair Smith told The Baltimore Sun. However, this is a developing story and we’ll have any updates here at HotNewHipHop.

DaniLeigh Reportedly Had A Bottle Of Tequila In Her Vehicle During Hit-And-Run Arrest

Police say that during DaniLeigh’s May 30 arrest for an alleged hit-and-run, officers found an open bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila in her vehicle. She was taken into custody after allegedly hitting a man driving a moped and continuing to drive. According to reports, DaniLeigh drove with the moped stuck in the grill of her Mercedes SUV for about a block. The man who was hit was taken to a hospital and suffered minor injuries, including a fractured spine and a lacerated kidney.

According to one officer, DaniLeigh didn’t initially pull over and police had to honk their horn multiple times before she stopped. The officer claims that both DaniLeigh and her passenger appeared to be intoxicated, despite her claims that she had not consumed any alcohol. Upon inspecting the vehicle that reportedly smelled of alcohol, the officer says they found the empty bottle of vodka. DaniLeigh was arrested after failing a field sobriety test, and taken to the Miami Beach Police Department. She was later given a breathalyzer test and reportedly blew almost twice the legal limit, 0.148. She was charged with three felonies, including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.

After the rapper went live during the altercation, he called police to have her removed from his home. DaniLeigh was charged with two counts of simple assault after DaBaby claimed she had hit him.

Earlier this month, DaniLeigh also shared that she was credited for helping with choreography for Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour. DaniLeigh Arrested For DUI Hit & Run On Memorial Day Long Weekend

Earlier this month, DaniLeigh celebrated one of the biggest milestones in her career so far – working with Beyonce on choreography for the RENAISSANCE World Tour. Unfortunately, it appears the mother of one took her celebrating a bit too seriously, as she was arrested for a DUI hit and run early on Tuesday (May 30) morning. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Dani was driving near Miami Beach when multiple witnesses noticed her swerving in and out of lanes while speeding.

Amid her joyride, the “Tasty” singer struck another person riding on a motorized scooter. She proceeded to drag the moped for roughly a block while concerned residents flagged down a nearby officer and initiated a stop. While speaking with Dani, the policeman noticed that she smelled distinctly of alcohol. The field sobriety tests he conducted on her ultimately failed, and her breathalyzer test didn’t yield flattering results either. Dani first blew a 0.145, as well as a 0.148 afterward, which is nearly twice the legal limit.

DaniLeigh Ends Memorial Day Weekend with Three Felony Charges

The 28-year-old was cuffed and taken to jail, where she was promptly handed three felony charges. As per the outlet, Dani is not facing driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. Her alleged victim is alive but did require treatment at a local hospital. According to police, he suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture as a result of the accident.

TMZ reached out to the dancer’s team for comment but has yet to hear back. Aside from working with Beyonce, DaniLeigh was also making her presence felt this spring with her first new single in a minute, “Tasty.” The wildly salacious song received much better reviews online than another from her discography, “Yellow Bone,” which earned the artist plenty of backlash after dropping it. Angus Cloud From “Euphoria” Allegedly Involved In Hit-And-Run

Fans know Angus Cloud best from his role as Fezco on Euphoria. However, he is now on the radar of the California Highway Patrol. The actor allegedly participated in a hit-and-run. Police officers are looking to speak with Cloud regarding the incident from Tuesday. A witness told TMZ that it occurred in Marina del Rey. According to them, Cloud and another male were driving in the area in an SUV. Said SUV rear-ended a white Toyota RAV-4, then took off to a nearby parking lot.

At least one person involved in Cloud’s alleged hit-and-run suffered injuries due to the accident. Through photos and statements provided, it is easy to see that a female who was riding in the Toyota had injuries from the impact of the accident. The injuries extend to her arms and legs. Pictures of her arms show bruising and redness on her skin. According to the report, the same types of markings are on the woman’s legs, as well. Also according to TMZ, there was more than one person in the Toyota. However, they did not report the genders, numbers, and injuries of other passengers involved.

The report states the witness knew the people who were in the Toyota. Apparently, once the chaos from the accident settled down, said witness went to look for Cloud and the SUV. The witness went to the parking lot where Cloud and the other person in the car had driven. However, upon further inspection of the area, the Euphoria star and his friend were nowhere to be seen or found. This is shocking, especially because a hit-and-run can be charged as a felony in the state of California. However, if the hit-and-run is charged as a misdemeanor, Cloud can still be charged with a possible sentence of up to six months in jail. He could also face a fine of up to $1,000.00.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that, while Cloud is not an official suspect in the case, police officials have mentioned the Euphoria star for possible involvement. Rightfully so, cops want to speak to him to determine if he was involved or even responsible for the car accident. If he was, the issue will be dealt with accordingly in a legal matter. Cloud’s team has yet to make a statement on the allegations and evidence of the hit-and-run.

For instance, Davis was at the Super Bowl this past weekend where he was in a wheelchair. Overall, Davis was not making a big deal out of his injury, although it could affect his future fights. As the alleged story goes, Davis hit a car that had a pregnant woman in it. Subsequently, he made eye contact with those in the car and eventually sped off. This all reportedly took place in Baltimore on November 5th of 2020. Now, however, Gervonta Davis is pleading guilty to the charges.

With this latest plea deal, Davis will only be on the hook for four charges. This is good news for the boxer as he was initially hit with 14 charges. As for the charges that are sticking, we have running a red light, driving with an expired license, leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily injury, and finally, failing to notify of property damage. Overall, these are some serious charges that Davis is still facing punishment for. On May 5th, he will have his official sentencing.

Needless to say, this is all very bad news for Davis who has been in the news for all of the wrong reasons as of late. Biggie’s Daughter, T’Yanna Wallace, Posts $1M Bond For BF in Hit-And-Run Case

Numerous reports have confirmed that T’Yanna Wallace, the eldest chid of the late Notorious B.I.G., posted a $1 million bond for her boyfriend n order of her boyfriend to be released from jail for his involvement in a hit-and-run accident earlier this month.

T’Yanna’s boyfriend, Tyshawn Baldwin, was arrested on Wednesday after turning himself in for a hit-an-run incident in Queens on August 10 that injured three people including a mother and child, according to reports. The 28-year-old Baldwin, with whom Wallace shares an infant daughter, allegedly fled cops during a routine traffic stop and reportedly hit a group of pedestrians. Baldwin surrendered to authorities six days later, which prompted his arrest.

Judge Scott Dunn order Baldwin to be held behind bars, but according to court records, Wallace came to his rescue, putting up her $1.5 million Brooklyn home in order to secure Baldwin’s bond, which was facilitated by Ira Judelson.

In the case of a secured bond, if the defendant does not appear in court or to any of the court-imposed pre-trial services, his bond could be revoked and Wallace’s home could be seized by authorities.
