Whether you were a fan of girl groups or not, there’s no doubt that you didn’t miss the influence of Destiny’s Child, formed by Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. The group is most popular for their singles, “Bills Bills Bills,” “Cater 2 U,” “Bootylicious,” and more! Since their separation in 2005, fans of the iconic girl group have always wished for a day that the group would reunite and release at least one project together.

With today’s generation of artists still sampling their music and referencing their iconic looks, Destiny’s Child will always be memorable in the industry. Recently, rumors have been speculating that the girl group will be releasing something soon for fans after fans noticed the headers of their social media accounts changed.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kelly Rowland clears up the rumor of a return. “We love everybody so much that we wouldn’t toy with it, but I do think that… you would deserve a surprise,” she stated. “I feel like everything is just so planned so we see it before it happens and we see the process right after it happens.

“It’s just a lot, like, we deserve spontaneity, we desire to be surprised and I would hope Destiny’s Child would be a pleasant surprise,” she added.

While they may not be forming together anytime soon, hopefully, the group will reunite together more than just the stage. Since their break up in 2015, Destiny’s Child has continued to grace the stage together in various surprises to fans, such as Beyonce’s Super Bowl performance in 2013. Saucy Santana Calls Out Joe Budden Over "Walk" Single

Congratulations are in order for Saucy Santana! The 28-year-old rapper has recently signed a mojo label deal with RCA records. Saucy Santana, otherwise known as Santana, is known for his hilarious persona on social media and hits such as Walk Em Like A Dog, Material Girl, and Walk.

The Material Gworl himself announced the news in a recent interview with The Breakfast Club. “I feel like that was the only thing that was stopping me, kind of,” Sanatana begin. “I feel like I didn’t have that complete backing with a major label. I put in a lot of work, I worked really hard being an independent artist. But I feel like now, with that major backing, I can clear certain samples, I could get this radio sh*t going, I can get these bigger artists. It’s up.”

Sanatana also explained why he chose RCA records over other major labels, as he feels the music label respects his creativity in his projects. “When it comes down to TikTok dances, it’s me. When it comes down to videos, I’m telling them how I want my videos,” he stated. “I let them know that I need somebody that understands Santana, but wants to help elevate and push Santana to the forefront.”

After the announcement circulated the internet, some were happy for Sanatana, while others tried to get the once makeup artist to rethink his deal. “Everybody talking shit about RCA! Look at Latto, Doja Cat & SZA and many more I didn’t mention! #NuffSaid” he stated.

Fans Rush Stage, Abruptly Ending Playboi Carti Concert

As the world returns to normal and in-person concerts pick back up just in time for the summer, it seems that many of the same problems that have plagued other concerts in the past seem to persist. This weekend, Playboi Carti‘s performance at the Smokers Club Festival in San Bernardino on Saturday.

The issues started when a group of people attempted to rush the VIP section of the performance, but were quickly stopped by security. However, Instagram video footage shows the crows pressing forward against a barrier.

Carti’s mic was cut shortly after taking the stage at about 7 pm and Instagram footage shows a security staff member takes over the PA system and asks for fans to move back, which they do not do.

Carti had performed just two songs before his set was cancelled.

No serious injuries were reported and no arrests were made. The caution appears to have come following the tragic deaths of those at the Astroworld festival in fall of 2021.

Other notable acts who performed at the event include A$AP Rocky, Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, Wale, and more.

The new project delivers the familiar self-confident, braggadocious energy and female empowerment rhyming Tay Money that fans have grown to know and love since her original arrival several years ago.

Tay Money’s nationwide tour wraps in Austin, Texas on May 1 after selling out in major markets like New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Memphis. Between touring and album, Tay Money made a guest feature on the viral dance track “Bend It Ova” by fellow Dallas native Lil Eaarl.
