Jim Jones, Fabolous, Maino & Dave East Working On Gym-Inspired Album

When it’s time to get gains, rappers often focus just as much on the strength of their pen as they do on the strength of their bodies. Now, four New York MCs are teaming up to bring those two worlds together for a full project- and really show the weight of their work. Moreover, Jim Jones, Fabolous, Maino, and Dave East are reportedly working on a gym-inspired album titled Fit Lit. If you recognize that title, it might be because they released a song of the same name on Jones and DJ Drama’s collab tape, We Set The Trends.

Furthermore, this new information comes straight from Maino, who spoke to the Amazing AllHipHop Podcast. Although he didn’t share a release date, he said that the album is almost done. “I’m gonna tell you some secretive shit that I’ve never talked about,” he revealed to the hosts. “It’s actually an album that’s I’ll say 85 percent done. Me, Jim, Fabolous and Dave East. Fit Lit– it’s us together because we be working out. That’s our little Fit Lit Club. We got some heat.”

Jim Jones, Dave East, Maino & Fabolous’ Fit Lit Album Inspired By Working Out

In addition, the quartet also dropped a music video for their collaborative track, directed by Will G, Shula The Don, and Jim Jones himself. In it, all four trade bars inside the Impact Zone Fitness and Sports Performance gym in Norwood, New Jersey. Not only that, but their fits in the visual actually call back to a viral clip of Capo and Maino roasting Fabolous for his gym wear. Of course, that was ironic because just about a week later, Maino roasted Jim for his outfit while working out.

“Bro, nah, don’t take the coat off now,” Jim joked about Fab’s look. “Yo, look how he come out! We in the gym, bro! Yo bro, why we coming to work out? You got all your s**t laid out for the week?” Hopefully, that playful and friendly banter made for compelling and entertaining bars on Fit Lit. Regardless, we’re sure they’ll update us on gym hijinks along the way. For the latest on Jim Jones, Fabolous, Dave East, and Maino, stay logged into HNHH.

6ix9ine Denies Staging Gym Attack, Calls Footage “Tough To Watch”

6ix9ine just participated in his first couple of interviews since a group of men attacked him in a gym bathroom, which went massively viral. Moreover, he spoke to NBC 6 South Florida on the incident, and made some interesting remarks and reflections on it. Of course, this follows his first public statement on the attack, which was a post to his Instagram page. However, in this sit-down clip, he goes into a bit more detail on his thoughts. Like his initial message, he expressed disappointment in people being so quick to pray for his downfall.

“For me, it was tough to watch because it was so unexpected,” the 26-year-old stated. “It’s cowardly. When I look at it, I just see hate, right? Imagine being someone who doesn’t know someone from a hole in the wall. I’ll give you an example: today is the first day that I meet you, I don’t know you from anywhere, I could have heard something about you that I may have an opinion on, but I don’t know you to hate you.

6ix9ine Addresses Attack In Interview

“Does that give me the right to attack you? To ambush you?” he continued. “I think it was cowardly. I think it was opportunistic, but again I’m not mad because I know in the streets there are no rules. I’m at a loss for words because they saw an opportunity and they took it.” Before going on, he clarified that no part of the incident was staged at all.

“I think life just keeps going,” he concluded. “I can capitalize off of anything, I’m that talented. I don’t need to get beat up to sell a record.” Furthermore, his previous Instagram statement held similar weight, in which he stood by his lone-wolf behavior. “For 2 years I been walking around with no security,” he wrote. “Not saying I promote that BUT now you see I really never hid from anything. If you ever crossed my path or ever came to my house (you girls know who you are) ya can tell the world ‘Danny drives his own cars and be solo.’ You know how many of you people seen me in real life by myself in gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.” Considering his words, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on 6ix9ine.

6ix9ine Speaks Out On Gym Beatdown: “I Can’t Say They Were Wrong”

The assault of 6ix9ine in a gym bathroom rocked the media and fans everywhere, and many have waited for the rapper to respond. Finally, a bit over a week after the incident, he posted lengthy messages to Instagram addressing the issue. While many saw this as retribution for his antics and for his taunting, it also opened up a much more important conversation on the dangers of retaliatory and provocative behavior as a whole. Sure, many expressed happiness, but that doesn’t get to the heart of the issue. With that in mind, the rainbow-haired MC first had some words of gratitude.

“HEY GUYS,” Daniel Hernandez wrote on Instagram. Moreover, he captioned a video of him in the hospital, around nature, and on set as a music video for his latest track “Bori” featuring Lenier. “IM BACK THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CALLED AND REACHED OUT. I LOVE YOU GUYS FOREAL. NEW MUSIC VIDEO LINK IN MY BIO. LIVING LEGEND/LEYENDA VIVA OUT NOW. GO SHARE AND COMMENT #LAFITNESS @lenieroficial.” However, that wasn’t the end of the 26-year-old’s acknowledgement of the violent situation, or of his own instigations.

6ix9ine Promotes New Song Amid Recovery

“First time addressing the situation,” he wrote in a separate post along with a video of the attack. “For 2 years I been walking around with no security. Not saying I promote that BUT now you see I really never hid from anything. If you ever crossed my path or ever came to my house (you girls know who you are) ya can tell the world ‘Danny drives his own cars and be solo.’ You know how many of you people seen me in real life by myself in gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

“Anyway what happen here was nothing but cowardly,” he continued. “I’m not mad this happened. In the street there’s no rules so I cant say they were wrong. Obviously it wasn’t fair but again the streets has no rules. Just imagine having nothing to do to with a situation and feel obligated to make it your business. (Very weird) I’m happy to be here still. And I want to say I love my fans. Thank you. P.S : I never knew we respected jumping people. When did that ever become a W???” With all that in mind, come back to HNHH for the latest on 6ix9ine and check out his post below.

LA Fitness Beatdown Finally Addressed

Jim Jones Does The Milly Rock In Response To 6ix9ine’s Beatdown

Tekashi 6ix9ine hasn’t received an ounce of sympathy from anyone (except, maybe, gym staff) after he got caught lacking in a gym sauna. Last week, the rapper got beat up badly at an LA Fitness in South Florida. Still, he has no plans to leave or up his security detail. However, people like Jim Jones, whose name was brought up during court proceedings, felt vindicated by the attack on 6ix9ine.

During a recent run-in with TMZ, the Harlem rapper publicly acknowledged the beat down but he didn’t really have many words to describe his feelings. Instead, he went through the evolution of dance moves from the 80s to the 2000s. Once the camera person asked him about 6ix9ine, he began to Vogue before hitting the Milly Rock. “Gotta be sturdy out here, you heard? You gotta move tactical out here,” he said as he continued to do the Milly Rock. “I don’t know, maybe it was the wrong type of gym,” Jones added before co-signing his own fitness center.

Jim Jones & 6ix9ine’s History

The ties between Jim Jones and 6ix9ine became evident throughout the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods RICO trial. Jones’ alleged affiliation with the criminal organization became a component of the trial. At one point, prosecutors played a wiretapped phone call where 6ix9ine identified Jones as the man saying, “Now he got to get violated” to one of the co-defendants. Though Jones attempted to dodge any questions regarding 6ix9ine in future interviews, he continues to face inquiries about the rapper’s antics.

Shortly after 6ix9ine’s release, he, once again, went in on Jim Jones during an appearance on Clubhouse. He argued that he did more for the associates affiliated with Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods than the Dipset. “Jim Jones wasn’t taking care of them n***as, I took care of them n***as!” he said. “On top of that, Jim Jones was caught on wiretap on my case telling the big homie Mel Matrix to go and get rid of my security. How you do it, how you shoot at ’em, they don’t got no license to carry weapons.” Though 6ix9ine hasn’t publicly commented on the beating, it seems inevitable that he’ll go after Jim Jones’ dance moves.

Footage Of The Aftermath Of Tekashi 6ix9ine Beatdown Emerges

Tekashi 6ix9ine certainly needs to consider upping his security detail after the vicious assault in Florida this week. Following years of taunting other rappers and individuals on the internet, the rapper found himself in a sticky situation when three men beat him senselessly. The footage emerged on Tuesday evening of the rapper getting pummeled by two men while the third was filmed. However, new information’s emerged since then that shares insight into what happened afterward.

6ix9ine’s attorney confirmed an ambulance rushed him to the hospital after. But first, gym staff reportedly locked him in a room to ensure his safety first. Though police came to the scene, new footage emerged this morning of the aftermath of the incident. As one woman advises the man behind the camera to “stop recording,” he insists that it’s a “free country.” Then, he follows 6ix9ine through the gym. The rapper seemingly ignores him as he looks over his shoulders and enters a room. It’s unclear if this is the same room that the gym staff led him to.

The Footage Of 6ix9ine

We’ve seen many parts of the moments that led to the attack, as well as snippets of the aftermath. Prior to the footage of the actual beatdown, a video surfaced of the rapper walking out of the sauna area after the attack. The individual filming said that they are a fan to which 6ix9ine replies, “I know but y’all n***as jumped me” as he frantically tried to make his exit from the area.

Additionally, TMZ obtained footage of the three attackers entering the gym before the attack. Two men walk through the entrance and one of the men speaks to the front desk. Then, they meet up with the third individual before they walked straight to the bathroom/sauna area where they proceeded to attack 6ix9ine. At this point, police are seeking information on the suspects as their identities remain unclear. We’ll keep you posted on any further developments in the case. Check out the footage of 6ix9ine after the beating above and share your thoughts on the situation in the comment section below.

6ix9ine Locked In A Room After Gym Attack: Report

Things could’ve gotten worse for Tekashi 6ix9ine if not for the staff at LA Fitness in Florida. According to TMZ, staff members quickly rushed 6ix9ine to a private room after he was brutally assaulted inside the sauna. The publication states that they locked Tekashi in a room before authorities arrived. 6ix9ine reportedly frequents the LA Fitness in Lake Worth regularly without any issues. Staff said that if he’s ever approached, he’s open to taking pictures and is incredibly kind to everyone. The rapper’s workout routine usually consists of 20 minutes on the Stairmaster before he leaves.

The footage shows 6ix9ine protecting his face as he got kicked and punched. Afterward, the rapper appears to have blood and cuts covering his face. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, said that he suffered cuts to his face, and injuries to his back, ribs, and jaw. “He was attacked in a Sauna at a gym by three or four thugs who beat him up (he tried fighting back), he said. “Employees heard the disturbance and the perpetrators fled. The injuries weren’t life-threatening and 6ix9ine is recovering, Lazzaro said to CBS.

Ultimately, it seems as though 6ix9ine didn’t provoke the attack by any means. On Wednesday evening, surveillance footage from the gym captured the alleged attackers entering the facilities. However, their identities still aren’t clear. The video shows one of the men suspected of attacking Tekashi 6ix9ine walk into the gym’s front desk to allow another man in. Then, a third individual joined them before they walked to the gym’s sauna area where they attacked Tekashi 6ix9ine on camera.

Police in South Florida were called and he was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.” At this point, the motive behind the attack is still unclear. While the footage shows the men entering the gym, there’s no sign indicating whether or not they planned the attack. Of course, many believe that the attack could’ve been related to snitching, though there’s nothing suggesting that there was any connection to his RICO case. We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates.

6ix9ine Spotted Working Out Before Gym Beatdown In New Footage

Tekashi 6ix9ine got caught slipping this week at an LA Fitness in Florida. A video of the Brooklyn rapper getting jumped emerged online last night after years of claiming that he’s gone “untouched.” Though some suspected it would be a rival rapper who would put their hands on him, two unidentified individuals caught him in the changing room. In the clip, 6ix9ine covers his face as he gets punched and kicked on the ground.

The first video to emerge was 6ix9ine post-beatdown. He walked out of the changing room with blood all over his face and his clothing mangled, accusing the cameraman, who claimed to be a fan, that he jumped him. Though the individual denied it, 6ix9ine walked out of the gym. Eventually, an ambulance transported him to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injuries. Still, people continue to wonder how this occurred when he typically has a fleet of security by his side.

The Lead Up To 6ix9ine’s Beatdown

We saw a video of the post-attack and the attack itself but one fan managed to capture footage of 6ix9ine working out moments before he was pummelled. The video, which might be as humorous as his reaction after getting beaten, emerged on TikTok. Tekashi appears in a Moncler puffer jacket as he puts in work on the elliptical. It’s unclear why he was wearing a winter coat in the Florida gym but we could only assume that it was to help him sweat more.

The clip itself is quite telling, especially since he appears to have no security surrounding him. It seems like he became even more comfortable being out in public without having some sort of backup. Nonetheless, his attorney said that they’ll be informing the Feds about the incident to create some sort of solution. Somehow, 6ix9ine’s gone unscathed since testifying in court and being labeled a snitch, though, as Wack 100 stated, this could be a hard-learned lesson to move strategically when he’s out and about. Check out the clip of him before the attack above. Let us know what you think in the comment section below.

Khloé Kardashian’s Gym Selfie Gets Double Tapped By Tristan Thompson

In the tech-savvy age of social media, celebrities can’t get away with anything before internet sleuths catch them in the act. Several updates back, Instagram enabled users to monitor in real-time which photos their favourite stars were liking and commenting on. Now, things are far less easy, though there are still those dedicated to stalking every move of names like Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.

Fans of the reality star and NBA player will know that their relationship has been nothing short of tumultuous. Over the years they’ve been put to the test with cheating, paternity scandals, and two children of their own. Through it all, they’ve somehow managed to form a bond as co-parents who are focused on making sure their kids have the best life possible.

Khloé Puts in Work

Since her initial rise to fame, fitness has become a huge part of Kardashian’s life. She regularly talks about her own weight loss journey, even creating her own reality show, Revenge Body to help people achieve a similar transformation with her support. Her figure has obviously undergone various changes throughout the years – some thanks to doctors and others just plain hard work – and as her confidence has grown, she hasn’t held back on showing it off.

On Sunday (February 26), the California native shared a gym selfie with her Instagram followers. Rather than posing in the mirror to show her toned abs and curvy behind, Kardashian kept the camera focused on her chest and face, pulling out a duck face for the camera. In the caption, she wished viewers a great day, and in the likes, Thompson was quick to show his support with a double tap.

Tristan Likes What He Sees

As Page Six notes, Khloé’s latest post isn’t the only thing the Canadian is thirsting over lately. Earlier this month, the Good American founder showed off the fruits of her gym labour in a tiny bikini, which Thompson’s name also quickly appeared under. Not long after, she returned with photos of a similar nature, crediting little sister Kendall Jenner as her photographer.

Even with the growing number of IG likes from her ex, Kardashian maintains that she’s happiest as a single woman. During a recent Twitter Q&A, she revealed that her relationship with her children, especially True, takes up most of her time, leaving little room for a man. Read everything the 38-year-old had to say here, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.
