Tim Anderson Posts Cryptic Tweets Aimed At Jose Ramirez Following Saturday’s Fight

Tim Anderson appeared to call out Jose Ramirez on Twitter, Sunday night, after his fight with the Cleveland Guardians third baseman the day before. He’s since deleted some of the numerous cryptic tweets from the platform.

“We ain’t never triipping .. This shit bigger!! We gone catch up with em later,” Anderson wrote in one post that he’s since taken down. In another, he added: “Keep kicking on me while I’m down..” In more posts, he referenced people “switching up” on him.

Anderson and Ramirez had it out during the White Sox’s 7-4 win over the Guardians on Saturday. The brawl ended with Ramirez connecting on a shot to the face of Anderson that sent him flying to the ground. After the game, Ramirez described Anderson as “disrespectful.”

He told reporters: “I think he’s been disrespecting the game for a while. I even had the chance to tell him [earlier] during the game, ‘Don’t do this stuff. That’s disrespectful. Don’t start tagging people like that because, in reality, we’re here trying to find ways to provide for our families.’ And when he does things he does on the bases, he can get somebody out of the game. I was telling him to stop doing that, and then as soon as that play happened, he tagged me again really hard, more than needed. And then he had the reaction, he said I want to fight, and if you want to fight, I have to defend myself.”

All-in-all, the bench-clearing scuffle led to six ejections in the game. Anderson and Ramirez are likely facing suspensions from the MLB, although the league has yet to make a decision.

Wild Brawl Erupts During Guardians-White Sox Game

An AL Central showdown between the Cleveland Guardians and Chicago White Sox took a wild turn in the sixth inning. A brawl broke out between José Ramírez of the Guardians and Tim Anderson of the White Sox. By the time it was over, Ramírez, Anderson, and both managers had been ejected.

The fight began after Ramírez slid into second base after hitting an RBI double to put the Guardians on the board and cut the deficit to 5-1. To reach the base, Ramírez slid hands-first through Anderson’s legs. After being called safe, Ramírez tapped Anderson’s leg and extended his hand as if asking Anderson for help getting up. Anderson refused and as soon as Ramírez got up, the two men started arguing. Dodging around second-base umpire Malachi Moore, the two men began swinging closed-fist punches at each other. While Ramírez and Anderson were dragged away by teammates, managers Terry Francona (Cleveland) and Pedro Gifrol (Chicago) continued to argue in the middle of the field. They were both eventually tossed, as were Cleveland’s third base coach Mike Sarbaugh and relief pitcher Emmanuel Chase.

Ramírez Explains Anderson Fight

“He said he wanted to fight and I had to defend myself,” Ramírez said in the wake of the 7-4 Guardians loss. “There are a lot of people upset. Thank God I haven’t heard of any news out of the trainer’s room. I’m not going to talk about it. I’m going to let MLB figure this out. They’ve got some work to do,” Grifol said of the fight. Meanwhile, Francona noted that “It wasn’t funny, but boys will be boys.” Both players will likely face suspensions. Meanwhile, Anderson is confirmed to miss the series finale on August 6. However, Grifol claims that this was a planned off-day.

It’s unclear what started the fight. However, it has been an especially tense series between the two teams. Ramírez said that he was tired of Anderson being disrespectful. He also claimed that before the fight, Anderson had been told to stop “jawing off” at Guardians outfielder Gabriel Arias. Meanwhile, Anderson was seen pushing shortstop Brayan Rocchio off the bag during the August 4 game between the teams. While Rocchio was called out, he was later deemed safe following a review.

Jake Paul Arrives To Nate Diaz Fight In A Tank

Jake Paul pulled up to American Airlines Center in Dallas on Saturday night in a military tank. The YouTuber-turned-boxer is set to take on UFC star Nate Diaz in a 10-round cruiserweight bout at the end of the night.

In videos circulating online, Paul can be seen riding into the venue while sitting on the top of a tank. Paul enters the fight with a 6-1-0 boxing record, winning four of those bouts by knockout. He suffered his first loss by a split decision to Tommy Fury in February.

“I think the loss actually made me more relatable, because for some reason people think of celebrities as not humans,” Paul told ESPN of his loss to Fury. “If anything, it’s grown my fan base and given me the opportunity to come back, and people see now how serious I am about it, doubling down now after a loss.”

As for Saturday night’s fight, Most Valuable Promotions co-founder Nakisa Bidarian told ESPN’s Marc Raimondi that Paul “may retire if he loses to Nate Diaz.” “His boxing career is on the line, in terms of being one of the top three or four guys in the entire sport globally,” Bidarian told the outlet. “I think if he was to lose, he’d just go to being another prospect that’s coming up in the ring.”

Jake Paul Arrives In A Tank

As for what’s next for Paul, back in May he suggested taking on Conor McGregor if he beats Nate Diaz. “I see a roadmap where I knock out Nate and then go to Conor McGregor,” Paul told ESPN in May. “[I can] do what Conor couldn’t do — knock out Nate. And then that’ll be the biggest fight in combat sports that could possibly be made, is me versus Conor.”

Jorge Masvidal Calls Conor McGregor A “B*tch,” Wants To Fight Him In The Street

Jorge Masvidal recently had a conversation with Michael Babcock for TMZ Sports, hinting at a possible UFC return. When asked who he would take on amid his return, he replied, “Whoever’s got the BMF belt.” Conor McGregor was then mentioned, and Masvidal revealed that he’s got a bit of a bone to pick with the MMA star. “Really I would like to fight Conor because he’s such a b*tch,” he explained. “I can’t stand that dude. But him on the street for free, ’cause he’ll never fight me in the ring.”

Masvidal continued, “He never mentions my f***ing name in a comment.””[McGregor] calling out Dustin and Justin,” he added, “Shut the f**k up, and do the due process. You f***ing b*tch!” It’s clear that Masvidal has some ongoing beef with McGregor, and he’s looking to squash it outside of the ring.

Jorge Masvidal Says He “Can’t Stand” Conor McGregor

According to Masvidal, the only opportunity he would get to take on McGregor is on the street. “Conor doesn’t want [a fight with me]. He’s shut it down like 3 or 4 times and he’s told people that I’m too big for him, yet he’s at my weight class, 170,” he explained. He then went on to give some grisly details of how he’d win against McGregor. “He knows that the way that I’d beat him is the way that he wins fights. Stand up, f***ing punching his teeth in and kicking his ribs in,” he shared. “So I know it’s just not good for his brand.”

As for Masvidal’s potential return to the UFC, he didn’t give a clear timeline as to when he plans to do so. Having just retired in April, it appears that it won’t be happening anytime soon. “I think I’m going to have to come back and snatch that belt up real quick. Something like that. But not at [155 lbs.], they gotta come up to [170 lbs.],” he said. “A UFC fight. Not now, but at some point, I think I gotta come back.

Charleston White Turns Down Bricc Baby Fight After Allegedly Snitching On Him

Back in June, Charleston White claimed that he was responsible for Bricc Baby’s arrest and snitched on him. Apparently, the West Coast rapper didn’t appreciate that at all, and seemingly challenged White to a fight amid their beef. However, the provocateur wasn’t about to give Bricc a reason to get some clicks and cash, and turned the brawl down while on Instagram Live. In fact, he set a particular term for the fight that makes reference to deeper beef: he has to tussle with Calboy before getting at White. Overall, it’s quite the strange situation, and one that his expressive and over-the-top persona makes a tad more comical.

“The other stipulation is, you gotta go see Calboy. If you don’t go fight Calboy, you can’t fight me. So I will never ever in my life fight- what’s his name? Bricc Baby. You think you finna hit a lick out me, n***a. That n***a say, ‘If I turn down the fight.’ Guess what, I’m turning it down. N***a, I ain’t never gettin’ near one of you crab-a** n***as, no chance and no six-figure deal, n***a. F**k you, you think you slick. Stick your motherf***in’ a** over there with No Jumper and keep getting them small a** paychecks. But, n***a, I’m not finna let you get at no motherf***in’ money with me, n***a!”

Charleston White Doesn’t Want The Smoke With Bricc Baby

Previously, Charleston White broke down how he caused Bricc Baby’s arrest, claiming that he had a “$10,000 stack on his head.” “I made a federal report, n***a,” he remarked, revealing that a friend of his in law enforcement helped him make it. “First I called Houston and made the report to Houston. He’s now going around telling all the gang information. The feds see he’s got a loose lip. So he may give up some information. I’m telling you the honest to God truth, it’s what I did.”

Meanwhile, White knows a thing or two about how feuds or just dissing can generate a lot of money. As such, it’s natural that he wouldn’t want to give the rapper the time of day. After all, Lil Uzi Vert samples his rant about them on Pink Tape, and White’s very happy and appreciative of the royalty checks that are coming in as a result. Still, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Charleston White and Bricc Baby.

Mark Zuckerberg Training With Israel Adesanya, Alex Volkanovski

Mark Zuckerberg vs. Elon Musk is quickly becoming the tech bro fight of the century. UFC President Dana White is overseeing the cage match between the Founder of SpaceX/Twitter owner and the CEO/Founder of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Now, fighting superstars are getting into the mix, offering to help the two amateur fighters get into solid shape. While controversial figure Andrew Tate has offered to train Elon Musk and Jon “Bones” Jones offered his training services to Mark Zuckerberg, Mark has taken a different training route.

Zuck has been seen training with UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya and UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski. The Nigerian-New Zealander and Australian, respectively, are posing with Zuckerberg in a recent photo uploaded to Instagram via RapTV. As of this writing, Volkanovksi is number one in the UFC men’s pound-for-pound rankings, while Adesanya is fifth. The two “trainers” make sense for Mark, who is smaller and lanky in stature. He’ll want to have kickboxing and grappling in his fighting repertoire for when he faces off against Elon.

The Hype Surrounding Elon Musk vs. Mark Zuckerberg

Everybody wants a piece of this Elon Musk-Mark Zuckerberg feud. Alexander “The Great” and “Style Bender” Adesanya are just two of the celebrities attaching their clout to the bout. According to MMAFighting.com, Dana White has a specific date in mind for the octagon rumble, saying it won’t be UFC 300, but it will closely follow. UFC 300, a marquee lineup for the sport, is set to go down in Vegas in early 2024.

While Mark Zuckerberg is spreading out his training partners, Elon Musk has been training with Georges St. Pierre and his world-famous grappling coach, John Danaher. Technically, Musk has a significant size advantage over Zuck, which is probably why Mark is tripling down on his training. As for sanctions for the fight and any hoops to jump through, Dana White isn’t too concerned. He wants this fight to happen, and any challenge will be well worth the billionaire brawl.

Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou Fight Scheduled For The Fall

According to Ariel Helwani on Twitter, there is a scheduled date for the anticipated fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou. The fight, which is going to take place “under the official rules of professional boxing, with 3 judges ringside adopting the 10-point must system.” It will be in a regulation boxing ring with standard boxing rules implemented. They will go head-to-head in Saudi Arabia on October 28th, 2023.

This fight has been a long time coming. Tyson Fury is looking for a new challenge after running the boxing gamut. He has wanted to fight people outside of the boxing sphere because there’s honestly nobody else to fight. For Francis Ngannou, he last fought as part of the UFC, becoming the heavyweight champion and defending his title before breaking his leg. After a contract dispute between him and UFC President Dana White, Ngannou decided to remove himself from the league entirely.

Why Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou Could Be A Real Interesting Match

Francis Ngannou is now tied to the Professional Fighters League. He will be part of the PFL’s Super Fight Division next year. For now, he can focus entirely on this upcoming fight with Tyson Fury. The Gypsy King is still basking in the glory of being “the best boxer alive.” Both are expected to meet in the middle of the ring and go for an electrifying knockout of the other. The fight will no doubt be available via pay-per-view.

Per Helwani, “An agreement has been reached with Queensberry, Top Rank, and Ngannou’s promotional banner, GIMIK Fight Promotions, to partner with Riyadh Season to host the event.” That means Fury and Ngannou will get plenty of the proceeds via their promotional agencies. And while this fight will be an intriguing matchup, both fighters have called out a certain someone as a potential challenger. Jon “Bones” Jones, who just completed his triumphant comeback to the UFC, is the top contender. Fury says the UFC has sent Jones a “hybrid fight” offer for them to go against each other. And Ngannou has also said he wants a fight with “Bones.” Until Jon Jones agrees to either of them, at least we have Fury-Ngannou to look forward to.

Soulja Boy Claps Back To Desto Dubb’s Fight Challenge

The Soulja Boy-Desto Dubb-Drakeo The Ruler beef is getting out of hand. It all started back when Soulja gave himself the “Big Draco” nickname while Drakeo was imprisoned in 2020. Drakeo, of course, took exception to this and started talking back to Soulja Boy. Sadly, Drakeo passed away in 2021 due to an LA stabbing, but streetwear designer Desto Dubb took up his position, defending Drakeo and calling out Soulja on July 5th.

On Instagram Live, he told his fans, “Hey, everybody tell Soulja Boy I want a boxing match… C’mon, Soulja, show me some money.” Soulja, not one to shy away from any controversy or beef, responded in kind on his own Instagram Live rant. While Desto says he’s got “$100k saying I’ll slap the taste out of your mouth,” Soulja clapped back with, “I’ll air this b*tch out, 100 rounds, n*gga.” It sounds like he’d be ready to step in the ring — or the streets — to settle this feud once and for all.

What Will It Take To Squash The Soulja Boy/Desto Dubb Beef?

This all started with Drakeo The Ruler and Soulja literally trying to take his name from him while Drakeo was at his lowest. Now, with Drakeo gone and his murder still unsolved, the beef between Soulja and Desto Dubb is unsavory, to say the least. Arguing over absolutely nothing and threatening to fight for $100k makes little sense when a man is dead and gone. But that’s how Soulja rolls, getting in tussles with almost everybody.

For example, in the same video, Soulja goes after Adam22, the podcaster and controversial figure dealing with multiple sexual assault accusations. Adam22 and Desto Dubb recently did a podcast episode together. But Soulja was not about what was said on the air. Back in the day, he also beefed with Bow Wow and other rappers. This problematic trend is concerning, so hopefully, Soulja Boy gets some help from friends soon. All this beef is not good for anyone’s health.

Gloss Up Leaks Finesse2Tymes DMs After Fighting His Girlfriend

For those unaware, two Memphis rap stars are currently embroiled in some small beef stemming from a physical altercation. Moreover, Gloss Up recently tussled with one of Finesse2Tymes’ girlfriends, BBJay, last weekend. Not only did this create a rift between the two, but the “Shabooya” MC apparently leaked some alleged DMs on Instagram between her and Finesse. Furthermore, it’s unclear what the nature of this conversation was or when it took place, but Gloss seems to suggest that it happened right after the brawl occurred. Regardless, the 90 Days rapper responded to these claims in some lengthy Facebook posts, so it seems there might be more on the cards than we thought.

“Ahh no cap you juicy ash,” Finesse2Tymes allegedly wrote to Gloss Up via Instagram. “S**t cr*zy ash. Aight when u spin block I’ma give you same energy ni.” In addition, he apparently asked how she was doing after her brawl with one of his flames went viral. “U good,” he allegedly messaged Gloss. “I’m all good love keep going It’s all good.” However, now it seems like he wasn’t too happy with her leaking these messages, if they are true.
