Kiely Williams Says Drake Should Apologize To Megan Thee Stallion

Kiely Williams of R&B girl group 3LW just told Drake to apologize to Megan Thee Stallion, sending a shot via Twitter. Moreover, she responded to comments Drake recently made about artists who reach streaming milestones deserving bonuses. “We should get bonuses like athletes to motivate the future artists to be consistent and competitive,” he wrote this week. “So feel free to send me a Lebron sized cheque I have enough dinner plates,” adding a laughing emoji and heart. Williams then responded to these comments via Twitter. “Oh f**k off,” she clapped back. “It’s something like 1000 streams = 1 album sale. Go to bed, Aubrey. And apologize to Meg. Better yet, delete that whole album.”

Moreover, the 36-year-old referred to Drake’s alleged shots aimed toward Megan Thee Stallion on his song “Circo Loco.” It’s from his collab tape with 21 Savage, Her Loss, and apparently references the Tory Lanez situation. “This b***h lie ’bout getting shots, but she still a stallion,” he rapped. “She don’t even get the joke, but she still smiling.” Many interpreted these bars as being about Megan, whom Tory Lanez shot in an altercation in July of 2020. Back when Drake dropped this bar, authorities hadn’t yet found Tory guilty of the crime.

Meanwhile, Meg herself addressed the diss, as she juggled her legal battle and album drop at the same time. It was certainly a lot to handle, and she didn’t hold back. “I know I’m very popular but y’all gotta stop attaching weak ass conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol,” she tweeted. “N***as nor h**s EVER address me or @ me WITH a fact or receipts. I AM CLOUT B***H keep sucking my pussy…

“Stop using my shooting for clout b***h ass N***as!” she continued. “Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You n***as especially RAP N***AS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her.” For what it’s worth, since she tweeted this in November, no party has said that things smoothed out. Still, hopefully things got cleared up behind the scenes. However you may feel about Drake’s streaming comments, stay tuned to HNHH to see if the Meg apology comes anytime soon.

Ice Spice Responds After Chance The Rapper Asks If She Dissed Him On “In Ha Mood”

The reasons to love Ice Spice are endless. From her “Instagram caption raps” to her completely unique sense of style, the 23-year-old’s star continues to markedly rise within the industry. As the masses digest her recently released debut EP, one rapper has some questions, specifically about a potential diss.

On the trending TikTok track, “In Ha Mood,” the redhead raps, “He a rapper, but don’t got a chance / Stuck in my ways so I’m lovin’ my bands.” Earlier this weekend, Chance The Rapper used his Instagram Story to poll followers on whether the lyrics were aimed at him.

“Is this a diss or a shoutout @icespice?” he wrote over a repost of her new music video for the song. As XXL reports, the “Bikini Bottom” hitmaker saw the Chicago native’s post and took a moment to clear the air.

“Never [crying emoji],” she simply wrote, seemingly implying she has no beef with the 29-year-old. In response, Chance continued the thread on his Story, writing, “Just double checking lol.”

Aside from the “Cocoa Butter Kisses” rapper taking the line personally, some internet sleuths have been speculating it could be aimed at Drizzy. Previously, listeners thought the Canadian was throwing shade at Spice with his “She a 10 tryna rap, it’s good on mute” bar from Her Loss’ “BackOutsideBoyz.”

The fashionista recently cleared up those rumours during a chat with Ebro Darden and his co-hosts. “He didn’t [diss me]. We spoke about it. He said that was not about me,” she confirmed.

Elsewhere in the same conversation, Spice revealed that rhyming wasn’t her first passion. Rather, she wanted to pursue a career as an actress. “I didn’t ever really like see myself being a rapper,” she explained on Hot 97.

In prior acting class, she felt shyer than her peers. Now that her confidence has risen, though, she sounds eager to explore that side of herself again.

Ice Spice’s name has been everywhere lately as she promotes her Like..? EP. One of her most recent interviews was with ELLE, during which she spilled about some of her earliest musical inspirations, among other things.

Bishop Lamor Whitehead Challenges Uncle Murda To A Fight After “Rap Up” Diss

Uncle Murda’s latest “Rap Up” track caused a storm online as we head into 2023. One of his targets was Bishop Lamor Whitehead, which might raise some eyebrows if that name’s new to you. Moreover, suspects robbed Whitehead’s service and federal authorities later arrested him for fraud. Furthermore, church members claimed that he scammed them out of thousands of dollars. While this was an unfortunate one-two punch for the pastor, the New York MC wasted no time in taking aim on his track.

“Man, n***as ran up in the church like it’s a stickup,” Murda rapped. “It was only 8 people in there when the robbed the bishop / When I heard about it, real talk, I burst out laughing / God don’t like ugly that’s why he let that s**t happen / He was out here scamming people in the name of God / Feds came and locked up him I know he was a fraud / He be dressing like a rapper, that s**t ain’t even funny / He be buying Louis and Gucci with them people money.”

After the song exploded online due to its jabs at Freddie Gibbs and a Bobby Shmurda diss, Whitehead isn’t having any of it. “Join Me Live @12:30Pm Today On IG And Facebook,” he wrote on his Instagram story. “I Will Be Responding To [Uncle Murda] About The Rap Up 2022 Song! I thought We Was Cool. [50 Cent] I Have A Proposal For You!

“Put The Bag Up For Your Boy @unclemurda And Let’s Meet In The Boxing Ring!” he wrote. Also, he tagged a slew of accounts including The Shade Room, BET, Power 105, Drink Champs, Fat Joe, Floyd Mayweather, Showtime Boxing, and more. He really wanted this to be seen, apparently. In a subsequent story post, Whitehead wrote “Sometimes You Have To Just Laugh!”

Furthermore, the church figurehead went live and aired out his frustrations with Uncle Murda. Moreover, he had a pretty light tone as he discussed other rappers, his relationship with the Brooklyn MC, and more. Funnily enough, this isn’t the first time he’s tried to get in the ring because of beef.

What do you think of Bishop Lamor Whitehead’s challenge to Uncle Murda? Moreover, do you think the Brooklyn MC will take it up and stand by his diss? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, stay logged in to HNHH for the latest beef, Internet call-outs, and potential showdowns in the rap game.

Chika Comes For 50 Cent After He Disses Megan Thee Stallion

When something big is happening in the hip-hop world, you can almost bet that 50 Cent will have something to say about it on social media. Of course, the ongoing Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion trial is no exception.

Over the weekend, the Power producer correspondingly hopped on Twitter to share a post comparing the Houston rap diva to Jussie Smollett. The actor previously found himself on trial for a messy scheme he put together, making himself look like the victim of a racist attack.

“Damn I’m confused, all this shit going around,” Fif wrote alongside the image. “I don’t know what to think. LOL.”

The “Candy Shop” rapper is facing undeniably considerable backlash for his comments. Specifically, “HICKORY DICKORY” hitmaker Chika spoke out on her own profile, condemning him for using his platform so irresponsibly. “If you took even a second to read through the court proceedings, it wouldn’t be so confusing,” she first said.

“As a figure in hip-hop, you should be responsible with how you use your platform. Targeting a victim of a shooting ain’t it and never will be,” the recording artist continued. “I think you know that 9x over,” she added, referencing 50’s own history with gun violence.

In her next post, Chika went on, “There is literally no reason to believe that a story that hasn’t changed and came out involuntarily is untrue.”

She showed plenty of sympathy for Megan, writing, “I cannot imagine being @theestallion and having to see grown ass men cape for another not-so-grown ass man whose ego caused him to assault her with a deadly weapon.”

Additionally, Chika predicts that Lanez will receive a charge in the ongoing proceedings. “You n*ggas can unkindly f*ck off and talk about something that can be expressed at the 2.3 reading level you possess,” she later snapped at the New Yorker.

“It’s tired, it’s triggering, it’s f*ckin disgusting, and it needs to STOP. Y’all been at it for two years. Your Leprechaun King is getting convicted. Period.”

Furthermore, Chika believes that Black men should be “holding Megan up” during this time. “Instead you’ve chosen to stay silent and only speak when your baseless disbelief can be used to discredit her. Literally, F*CK you.”

Next, the 25-year-old explicitly hit 50 Cent with some harsh words regarding his past with Kanye West. “You dismissing senseless violence towards a woman while posting shit on Instagram every time you get into your p*ssy ass feelings about a grown man typing out something YOU dislike. N*gga, take a nap!” she told him. “You retired bc Kanye outsold and even HE ain’t worth a damn. Both bitches.”

Read what else Chika had to say in her rant to Fif below. Afterward, check out the latest from Tory Lanez’s trial here.
