Crushed against walls, thrown to the floor, and trampled by fellow spectators, eight individuals lost their lives while many others sustained injuries. The victims, including Leonard Nelson Jr., Laytesha Heard, Sonya Williams, Dawn McCaine, Yul Dargan, Charise Ann Noel, Darren Brown, and Dirk Swain, were from various locations throughout New York.
In the aftermath of the City College stampede, multiple wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits were filed.
“It does not take an Einstein to know that young people attending a rap concert camouflaged as a ‘celebrity basketball game,’ who have paid as much as $20 a ticket, would not be very happy and easy to control if they were unable to gain admission to the event because it was oversold,” said Judge Louis Benza as he ruled in a 73-page decision against the umbrella City University of New York.

The accuser, a 17-year-old girl referred to as Jane Doe, claims that the hip-hop mogul, along with former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and another unidentified man, trafficked and gang-raped her in 2003. Diddy has since taken to his social media to break his silence, denying the allegations.

Diddy faces a fourth sexual assault accusation as a new lawsuit comes to light. In the 14-page lawsuit, Jane Doe alleges that she was introduced to the Bad Boy CEO through Harve Pierre, who claimed to be a close friend.
Pierre arranged for Jane Doe to meet Diddy and invited her on a spontaneous trip to New York aboard a private jet.

In the legal document, numerous allegations implicate the three men. The lawsuit incorporates a “trigger warning,” akin to the previous filing by R&B singer Casandra Ventura, also known asCassie.
Furthermore, Attorney Douglas H. Wigdor lodged the latest lawsuit on behalf of the teenager. Notably, he had previously represented Cassie in her high-profile lawsuit, which surfaced on Nov. 16.
The lawsuit leveled accusations against Diddy for sexual assault and trafficking. Following the filing of the lawsuit, both parties settled within 24 hours.
Pertaining to the document, it provides graphic details of Combs engaging in non-consensual intercourse with the woman, who did not consent to sexual activity with Combs. She described the incident as everything being a “blur,” and recounted that Combs removed her undergarments and penetrated her from behind with his penis while she was positioned over the sofa.
More Details Revealed
The lawsuit also claims that Diddy and his associates took turns sexually assaulting Jane Doe while she was barely conscious.
According to the filing, Diddy watched the assault from a nearby chair, while the men violated the young girl. After the assault, Jane Doe was left alone in the bathroom, unable to walk, until she regained enough strength to be taken back to the airport and flown back to Michigan.
The filing alleges that Diddy had connections with the Black Mafia Family, a reputed drug trafficking and money laundering operation in Michigan.

Diddy has released a three-sentence statement on Instagram addressing the allegations, where he stated:
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, and destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Speaking with NBC News, Tiffany Red, one of Cassie’s friends, spoke out in light of the assault lawsuit filed by the singer. In the interview, Red reveals she was a witness to verbal abuse during the time she served as a songwriter for Cassie.
Red says during Cassie’s 29th bithday celebration, Diddy showed up to a karoake bar and cursed her out in front of her friends. Red stated later that night, she awoke to the sound of screaming in Cassie’s home as she stayed as a guest, revealing she saw Cassie in a sedated state. Claiming Diddy sounded like a “monster” at the time, Red said he asked her to tell Cassie that she wanted “some birthday dick.”

Boosie Badazz offers quite the hot take on the Diddy and Cassie situation. Hitting his residency at Vlad TV, Boosie stated that their encounter left the singer “traumatized” or in love.
“Either she was traumatized and she was sick and hurt, or she loved every minute of it,” Boosie said. “It’s either or because if you said he done what all he allegedly did, then you traumatized in one way. In his trolling campaign against Diddy 50 Cent has deployed a variety of tactics. He’s borrowed videos of a comedian’s jokes about Diddy, shared AI-generated pictures, and even brought Rick Ross into the picture comparing some of his lyrics to Diddy’s actions. Ross didn’t appreciate that and it even sparked a kind of mini beef between the two rappers.
50 Cent also recently teamed up with Nicki Minaj for a remix. The pair did a version of her song “Beep Beep” off her new album Pink Friday 2. The collaboration was originally exclusive to the Pink Friday 2 website. That meant fans were unable to play the track on streaming services. That turned out to be because it was planned for inclusion on the deluxe edition of Pink Friday 2 which dropped over the weekend with two new songs including 50’s remix.
