Still, to see it at a large scale is pretty wild, and it goes to show that his spirit isn’t merely contained by social media.

Ramey denied these claims outright via her publicist Eve Sarkisyan to Entertainment Tonight according to RadarOnline, accusing the public of undue scrutiny for amicable bonds.

Toure recalled what he heard of the incident during a conversation with Joy Reid on her MSNBC show, The ReidOut, on Tuesday. “I was personally disturbed many years ago,” Toure said. “I know this man well enough to call him and say, ‘Hey, I need a favor.’ This might have been 10, 12 years ago. I called him and said, ‘Hey, I have a family member who I want you to hire as an intern.’ I have never talked about this publicly. He said, ‘Yes.’ And they were flying around, on the jet, in the house, whatever. And then the internship stopped abruptly, like three or four months into it. I spoke to my family member like, ‘What happened?’ And they wouldn’t say. Years later, they finally came out — this is a male — and said that Puff had said, ‘Come home, stay the night with me or the internship is over.’ And they said, ‘Absolutely not.’ And the internship ended. From there I was like, ‘Oh! This is how it goes.’”

On Monday (March 25) the hip-hop world continued to react to news of federal authorities raiding Diddy’s properties in California, Miami, and New York for investigations of alleged sex trafficking. “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done,” 50 Cent captioned an Instagram post that reposted a TMZ headline of the development. “They don’t come like that unless they got a case.” Fif seemingly thinks Sean Combs isn’t getting out of this, as officials reportedly detained people like Justin and King Combs at the scene during this process. However, this is still a pretty early story in the news cycle, so take these initial claims with a grain of salt.

“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” a Homeland Security representative told TMZ on Monday. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.” Of course, this follows a long pattern of 50 Cent trolling Diddy over this and many more aspects in the past. According to new legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, musician Rodney Jones Jr. (also known as Lil Rod) recently claimed that Diddy is harassing this family. Moreover, this is due to the lengthy sexual assault lawsuit that the former hit the latter with earlier this year, and Rod claims Puff has gone to great lengths to silence his story. This includes fabricating and pushing defamatory TMZ stories about Rodney through mediators and sending associates to threaten and intimidate his eight-year-old daughter, his child’s mother, and his past marital partners. In addition, he also accused the Bad Boy mogul of trying to make him swap his representative in court for one that is closer to the executive and businessman’s camp.

Furthermore, it’s important to note that these new claims, and all other accusations against Diddy, remain unconfirmed and speculative. While none of these lawsuits have been resolved, excluding the Cassie settlement and other legal moves, Lil Rod still maintains that he, his family, and his associates experienced fear with these alleged threats and pressure tactics, prompting them to file a police report. But that’s not all Rodney Jones Jr. did in this new legal move. He also levied complaints with the state bars of California, New Jersey, and New York concerning Sean Combs.

Also, Lil Rod reportedly dropped all charges against Ethiopia Habtemariam, former Motown CEO, based on a March 21 agreement. Similarly, he also dismissed his claims against Chalice Recording Studio “without prejudice,” court docs read. As for the other folks involved in this lawsuit against Diddy, they remain in orbit and could face legal scrutiny and conviction.

If you want proof of this, look no further than DJ Akademiks’ recent interview with Quilly, in which the latter says: “I put him in position, no Diddy.” Moreover, if you didn’t catch the message, he’s using that last phrase as a replacement for “no homo,” and “No Diddy” is actually trending on social media at press time.

Furthermore, it’s unclear if “No Diddy” has a specific point or origin that isn’t this interview, although many are pointing to a BNYX tweet that was also among the first very popular uses of it alongside this clip. Odds are that it was anonymously contributed by a random online user who won’t go down in the history books due to a lack of credit. After all, plenty of social media trends are defined by unsung heroes, and it’s only when they’re huge that we can look back and try to find who was responsible.
