Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly Dress Up As Anime Characters For 2nd Costumes

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly dressed up as characters from the anime, Death Note, for their second Halloween costumes, over the weekend. The two were spotted heading to Vas Morgan and Michael Braun’s Halloween Party in the outfits. Earlier in the weekend, they went with characters from Kill Bill, which ended up being a controversial decision.

SAG-AFTRA requested that members avoid dressing as characters that would promote struck work and if they do, at least not post it on social media. The guidelines read: “Let’s use our collective power to send a loud and clear message to our struck employers that we will not promote their content without a fair contract. Choose costumes inspired by generalized characters and figures (ghost, zombie, spider, etc). Don’t post photos of costumes inspired by struck content to social media [either].” While sharing her Gogo Yubari outfit, Fox tagged the union on Instagram. Kelly dressed as Uma Thurman’s The Bride.

Fans had plenty of negative responses to Fox’s post. One wrote: “You look amazing but i wish you didn’t post this. I totally understand if you disagree with sag and want to voice that privately / to your inner circle, but using your massive platform to undermine the union and sow seeds of division in an incredibly public way does nothing but hurt our leverage with the amptp.” Another sarcastically added: “Yes girl give it to your union trying to get better wages and benefits for lesser known people than u!” Check out their Kill Bill looks below.

Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney are in a pretty nasty feud right now, at least for gossip-heavy reality TV standards. Moreover, even though they still have moments of reconciliation and they clearly still love each other, the public eye isn’t holding them in the friendliest of regards with each other. Not only that, but there are some ideas for taking shots at each other that are just too good to pass up. For example, Kourtney recently showed off her Halloween costume for this year, and it’s a hilarious recreation of her sister’s Met Gala look for 2013, baby bump and all.

Of course, this reference to Kim on Kourtney Kardashian’s behalf can be interpreted in a few different ways. One of those is a simple homage: Kourtney thought the dress was beautiful and that her sister pulled it off in an iconic way. Another is ridicule: that look and moment was such an anti-slay that it could be its own freaky Halloween costume. Either way, it’s pretty comical for die-hard fans, although the recent context around their relationship makes it hard to see as anything less than a slight jab.

Given that she also included a picture of them in matching Halloween costumes for the occasion, maybe this spooky season costume isn’t the dig that context would have you believe. However, when it comes to his costume of choice, turns out that he wasn’t so lucky to also enjoy some praise and respect for it. Moreover, fans clowned the College Park MC’s vampire-like fit online that he shared on Wednesday (October 25) via Instagram, whose defining questionable factor are the arcs that protrude from his shoulders. Honestly, if it wasn’t for that, he could’ve been just fine as a Playboi Carti clone in the Rick Owens vamp era. But alas, this extra detail and what many saw as a copycat fit as a whole drew some jokes online.

Furthermore, Rich The Kid’s IG comments filled up with roasts, jabs, questions, and pretty comical reactions. One user posted a GIF of Ryuk from Death Note walking casually, a character who walks around with wings. “Hell Wrong With This N***a Shoulders,” another added, although others seemed to rock with it more than anticipated. “Bro is actually tuff,” a fan expressed, and Quavo as well as his partner Tori Brixx, whom the 31-year-old had cheated on and apologized for, shared their support of it, as well.

Furthermore, it barely covers The Queen Bey Behind with a teasingly high hem. Additionally, the fabric used gives the whole thing a futuristic vibe (Space Mommy? Sorry.). North West’s Ice Spice Costume Explained By Masika: “It’s Really Not That Deep Y’all”

Usually, Kim Kardashian is the one markedly being criticized for her online content. Now, however, her 9-year-old daughter North West is feeling the heat after channelling her apparent new idol, Ice Spice. This past weekend, the duo’s TikTok page lit up with videos of the young girl meeting the New York rapper, and shortly after, donning a curly ginger wig, oversized cartoon chain, and white sweatsuit in an attempt to look more like Isis Gaston.

As the clips of North and her friends dancing along to tracks like “In Ha Mood” and “Boy’s a liar Pt. 2,” were uploaded the online conversation surprisingly took a turn toward her father, Kanye West. In the past, the “Runaway” artist chiefly spoke about not wanting his little girl to use TikTok, causing serious contention between him and Kardashian. They seem to have come to an agreement in the time since in which the young content creator isn’t allowed to aimlessly scroll through the app, and their comment section remains blocked from public commentary.

North’s New Look

“Kanye finna set the world on fire,” one Twitter user joked. Elsewhere, others suggested that the disgraced rapper got what was coming to him. “Everything that’s happening with North is Kanye’s fault. He had children with a woman who got famous from a sex tape,” someone else wrote. “It’s disgusting. If you don’t want a rachet child don’t have children with a rachet woman. Marry the type of woman you want your daughter to turn into.”

As social media discourse continues to come in, many of North’s previous uploads have been accordingly taken down from TikTok. One of her in costume still remains, stitching the original upload of her and Spice hanging out together. Because so little context was provided in the video’s captions, many viewers were confused about Kimye’s eldest’s new look, and if it would become a permanent thing. Thankfully, reality TV star Masika was finally able to offer an explanation on Monday (March 6).
