Corey Holcomb Unleashes Unhinged Rant About Shannon Sharpe And Lil Rel

Corey Holcomb delivered a manic five-minute set about a host of prominent Black media figures during a recent appearance on the 5150 Show. His first target was Lil Rel Howery, who he accused of “buying b-tches”. Specifically, Halcomb accused Lil Rel of “buying a b-tch at the Beyonce show”, referring to Lil Rel’s proposal to his now-fiancee at a RENAISSANCE Tour concert last year.

However, oalcomb also went after Shannon Sharpe again. Holcomb leapt on the notion that Sharpe was “trapped in the Gaytrix”, as suggested by one of the show’s hosts. Previously, Holcomb went after Sharpe for hosting “fruit booties” on Club Shay Shay. However, Holcomb is not the only person to allege that Sharpe is secretly queer. Antonio Brown called Sharpe a “rainbow” while going after the Hall of Famer for his criticisms of Lamar Jackson.

Shannon Sharpe Claims Katt Williams Interview Made Him More Money Than Any Year Of His NFL Career

Elsewhere, Sharpe recently claimed that he made more money from his Katt Williams interview than any single year of his NFL career. The Club Shay Shay interview made at least $113,000 from YouTube AdSense and that’s before adding in additional exposure, sponsorships, and onward revenue. The most that Sharpe made in a single season in the NFL was in 2000 when he made $5M. Despite Sharpe’s Hall of Famer career, both his sixth-round draft pick status and inflation must be taken into account.

Meanwhile, Sharpe defended himself against criticism stemming from his now-viral interview with Williams. “I never said I was a journalist. I am not an interviewer. What I always say at the start of my show is that the person who is coming on the show is coming over for a conversation and a drink. I’m a conversationalist,” Sharpe explained to his Nightcap co-host Chad Johnson. Furthermore, Sharpe noted that his show gets the big-name guests that it does because Sharpe offers a “safe space” for them to come and talk.

Corey Holcomb & Donnell Rawlings Yelling Match Ensues As Former Disses Dave Chappelle

Patrons at The Laugh Factory this past Sunday (February 18) were expecting a great comedy show, but they weren’t prepared for the drama between two performers at the venue to explode. After Donnell Rawlings finished his set, 55-year-old Corey Holcomb had some jokes to get off, though he notably used his time behind the mic to diss both Rawlings and his friend Dave Chappelle. In a video obtained by TMZ, Holcomb’s audience didn’t seem receptive to him cracking jokes at other Black men’s expense, specifically failing to laugh when he called Chappelle and Rawlings “mild.”

The father of three admitted he might be in the wrong for his comments, but that didn’t stop him from continuing on with his set. What did bring things to a halt was Rawlings’ reaction to the hatred, causing him to stand up out of his seat and curse Holcomb out. “I catch you up in all these rooms in f**king Brooklyn and you ain’t ever f**ked with [unintelligible]… You wanna talk about it? You saying I’m mild, you saying I ain’t come through the streets or the gutters is straight bulls**t.”

Donnell Rawlings Defends Dave Chappelle from Corey Holcomb

Another comment that upset Rawlings is Holcomb’s claim that any comedian who has appeared in three or more movies “has had to perform fellatio on someone” in the entertainment industry. The Wire actor takes this personally, as he has several film credits on his resume, but has never engaged in any sort of sexual favours for them to come to fruition.

It seems that part of what brought Dave Chappelle and Donell Rawlings together as friends may have been their shared need to speak up for what they feel is right. Before the latter defended the former from Corey Holcomb, Chappelle called out Katt Williams for berating several Black comics in his viral Club Shay Shay interview. Read what the Half Baked actor had to say at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Corey Holcomb Continues To Perpetuate Shannon Sharpe Gay Rumors, Says Sharpe Brings “Fruit Booties” To “Club Shay Shay”

Corey Holcomb is a comedian who is not afraid to say how he feels about a situation. However, he is someone who comes across as a hater whenever he goes after someone. That is exactly what happened today as he took aim at Shannon Sharpe. Overall, his gripe against Shannon came in relation to the NFL legend’s feud with Mike Epps. Although Shannon and Epps are on track for an amicable conversation, Holcomb decided to weigh in with some thoughts of his own.

If you recall, this all started when Epps accused Shannon Sharpe of being gay. “That n***a Shannon Sharpe called me trying to do an interview. I said ‘no Medea, I ain’t doing no interview with you’ – so you can sit across from me and look at my balls,” Epps said. “The n***a sh*t is called Shay Shay the n*gga is telling you. Put a wig on that motherf*cker and tell me if that ain’t motherf*cking Madea sister.” Sharpe then clapped back by saying that Epps is a liar and he can expose DMs if necessary. As for Holcomb’s comments, he continued to push the narrative that Sharpe might be gay.

Corey Holcomb Has Some Harsh Words For Shannon Sharpe

The comedian said that Sharpe has “fruit booties” on his show and that he is having sex with his male guests. Furthermore, the comedian took issue with Sharpe saying Taylor Swift moves the needle more than Beyonce. There were a bunch of other gripes he had with Sharpe, although as many fans explained, Holcomb is coming across as a hater. Shannon is having a huge moment with Club Shay Shay, and not everyone is happy about it. That said, his brand is expanding, and he continues to be beloved by those who appreciate what he does.

[WATCH] Comedian Corey Holcomb: Tupac Didn’t Want Jada Pinkett

Screen Shot 2022 04 08 at 7.09.27 AM

As the talk of the infamous slap heard throughout Hollywood continues to be a topic at conversation tables, Jada Pinkett-Smith’s post slap actions have received a lot of criticism, but none as brutal as what came from the mouth of comedian Corey Holcomb.

Holcomb gave his take on why Pinkett-Smith goes so hard to remind the world that she was close to late Hip Hop icon Tupac Shakur, but it is questionable as to whether or not they were intimate. Holcomb also brought up the letter that her daughter Willow Smith penned to Shakur after learning of the connection of the slain rap legend to her mother.

Willow wrote when she was 11 to Tupac, telling him, “I know you are alive someplace. I think that my mommy really misses you. Can you please come back so mommy and me can be happy! I wish you were here. I really do!”
