Christian Combs Served Papers As Alleged Sexual Assault Lawsuit Moves Forward

Christian Combs is now facing allegations of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. A woman named Grace O’Marcaigh had recently her filing delivered to Diddy’s son at his father’s Miami mansion, according to a new report from InTouch Weekly. In the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh claims to have worked as a stewardess aboard a yacht Diddy chartered in July 2022. She alleges it was a “chaotic” scene involving “drug use” and “sex work.”

She alleges that Christian became “inappropriately interested” in her at the time and repeatedly pressured her into sexual acts. At one point, he allegedly cornered her in a room and revealed his erection before someone else walked in, allowing her to escape. “[Grace] was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation. [Grace] was also feeling the effect of the tequila shots and quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked,” the suit reads.

When O’Marcaigh originally filed the lawsuit back in April, Aaron Dyer, an attorney for both Christian and his father, said in a statement: “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn. This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

The lawsuit against Christian comes as Diddy remains behind bars in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s previously pleaded not guilty and attempted to get out on bond on several occasions. His trial will kick off in May 2025.

Christian “King” Combs has been dealing with the scandal of his father Diddy’s federal alleged sex trafficking case, but his social media presence can also turn more wholesome. Moreover, he recently took to his Instagram page on Friday (November 15) to post a heartening and sincere tribute to his late mother Kim Porter, who tragically passed away due to pneumonia six years ago. King shared some clips of the two of them together plus some sweet pictures in addition to a heartfelt and heart-breaking caption. Even though the Combs family faces a lot of uphill battles, tough conversations, and intense media scrutiny these days, they recognize the importance of maintaining a united family in remembrance of those they’ve lost.

Diddy’s twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila Combs also joined King Combs on Instagram to pay tribute to their mother Kim Porter. “We can’t believe it’s been 6 years without you,” their message on the social media platform kicked off. “We think about you every single second of the day, we love and miss you so much words can’t even explain, we wish you were here with us. But we know your spirit will be around forever!! We Love you Mommy [two red heart emojis].”

Meanwhile, King Combs’ tribute to Kim Porter comes amid federal prosecutors’ accusations that Diddy is trying to manipulate witnesses and jurors in his case. Allegedly, he’s called his family members to organize a positive social media campaign for his birthday and to reach out to alleged victims and potential witnesses to sway the trial in his favor. Of course, these are all just allegations at the end of the day that everyone should take with a grain of salt until the trial develops further.

Diddy’s Family Supports The Combs Twins At High School Football Game

Dana Tran, who shares a daughter, Love, with Diddy, as well as the Bad Boy mogul’s son, Christian, showed up to support his twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, at their high school football game on Friday night. The two girls are both on the school’s cheerleading team. The move comes as Diddy remains behind bars at a jail in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case regarding alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

In pictures from the event obtained by TMZ, Tran and Diddy’s two-year-old daughter rocks a custom blue varsity jacket while Christian wears a matching white puffer jacket and pants. Jessie and D’Lila’s high school ended up winning the game 38-14 to kick off the playoffs.

The football game meet-up comes after Justin Combs, Quincy Brown, Love Sean Combs, Jessie Combs, D’Lila Combs, and Christian Combs all shared a video of themselves wishing their father a happy birthday over the phone. “I love y’all, I love y’all so much,” Diddy could be heard telling his family in the video on Instagram. “…I can’t wait to see y’all… and I just want to say I’m proud of y’all — especially the girls, I mean all of y’all. Just for being strong. Thank y’all for being strong, and thank y’all for being by my side and supporting me. I love y’all. I got the best family in the world!”

[WATCH] King Combs Announces He’s Taking Over Diddy’s Instagram Page

Even with the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars, disgraced music fashion and liquor mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs still has his sons riding for him. In what looks like the most recent post on Diddy’s IG post since the entire Combs family wished Diddy a happy 55th birthday, his son Christian has now taken control of his dad’s social media page and letting the people know that even a federal indictment won’t keep the Bad Boy name silent.

Christian, Diddy’s third born who adopted the title “king”, took to Diddy’s Instagram page to let his almost 20 million followers know that he will know be manning the ship on Diddy’s most visible social media page. Check out King Combs’ announcement HERE

There was a lot of backlash from the public for King’s social media post, which is simply captioned, “Tune in!” There were some critics, however, that saluted Christian for standing by his father amid the heinous allegations.

Wack 100 Alleges Diddy’s Son Was “Caught” With Transgender Woman

Wack 100 has been an outspoken critic of Diddy. The music executive has not had much empathy for Diddy following the torrent of accusations that have surfaced since last year. Wack 100 has decided to change things up as of late, however. Instead of targeting Diddy, directly, he has decided to go after the mogul’s family. He went on a live stream Tuesday, and proceeded to level some unexpected allegations at Diddy’s youngest son.

Wack 100 alleges that Christian Combs aka King Combs has been caught in sexual situations with transgender women. He then told Christian Combs to leave his people alone if he seems them. “N**ga you f*ck with transgenders,” the exec claimed. N**ga you know… which son that? The one looks like it.” Wack 100 struggled to recall the name of which Combs son he was referring to, and had to be reminded that he was talking about Christian. If that wasn’t enough smoke, Wack 100 decided to allege that one of Diddy’s other sons wasn’t biologically his. “The one that looked like that’s and the other one ain’t his,” he tossed off. “See we want you to leave us alone…”

Wack 100’s assertions were vague, especially with regards to questioning Diddy’s parentage. It’s unclear if the music executive was referring to Justin Combs or Quincy Brown. The former is the son of Diddy, as well as the late Kim Porter. Quincy Brown, on the other hand, is the biological son of singer Al B. Sure! It’s common knowledge that Brown is not biologically Diddy’s son, which leads us to suspect that Wack 100 is trying to cast aspersions on Justin Combs.

Wack 100’s allegations come on the heels of the altercation between Ray J and the Combs family. Ray J was reportedly confronted by Diddy’s sons outside of an L.A. party a week prior. Chris Brown, of all the people in the world, was credited with breaking up the altercation before it got serious. Ray J recounted what happened to Wack 100 via live stream, and the latter didn’t like it. He told Ray J and the rest of the people tuned in that “it’s on” the next time he sees the Combs family. “If we run into you,” he said. “Act like it’s 1995.”

Diddy’s Sons Leave Courthouse After Mogul’s Denied Bond Appeal: Watch

Diddy is persona non grata in 2024. The Bad Boy founder is the most reviled figure in hip hop. Based on the horrifying list of charges and allegations made against him, the revulsion makes sense. His family has continued to show support, however. Diddy’s sons: Justin Combs, Christian Combs, and Quincy Brown, have been present in court each day since the mogul was arrested. They wanted to see their father get his bond appealed, but unfortunately for them, the opposite occurred on September 18. Diddy’s appeal was denied a second time, and the Combs family was forced to leave their father behind as they left the courthouse.

Justin Combs, Christian Combs, and Quincy Brown were filmed leaving the courthouse following the bond ruling. The three men avoided speaking to press, and were escorted out of the courthouse by the nearby security. Christian Combs and Quincy Brown were also seen entering the courthouse prior to the September 17 arraignment. The former may have been a bystander in court this week, but he is dealing with legal troubles of his own. Christian Combs was accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress in April.

The woman who filed the lawsuit, Grace O’Marcaigh, alleged that Christian Combs assaulted her in December 2022. Diddy was named as a defendant in the lawsuit, which was openly criticized by Diddy attorney Aaron Dyer. The attorney called the accusations against Christian Combs “lewd and meritless” and criticized Grace O’Marcaigh’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, of manufacturing “lies” to exploit Diddy’s family. Christian Combs has reportedly taken the most active role in Diddy’s indictment.

People Magazine reported that Combs, nicknamed “King,” requested a copy of the indictment during the September 17 arraignment. Witnesses claim they saw him reading the 14-page indictment against Diddy. The charges listed include sex trafficking, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering. Justin Combs has remained silent on the charges made against his father. He did book a role in Power Book: Ghost II, however, which is a show run by 50 Cent. 50, notably, has become one of Diddy’s most vocal critics in the past year.

Diddy’s Sons Come Out To Support Him During Arraignment In NYC

Diddy’s sons, Justin Combs and Christian Combs, traveled to New York City on Tuesday to support their father at his arraignment in court. Authorities arrested the Bad Boy mogul the night before and have since published a 14-page indictment with claims of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking against him. At the hearing, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, fought to get him out on bail, offering up $50 million and house arrest, but was unsuccessful. “He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does. We believe in him wholeheartedly,” Agnifilo told reporters afterward, as caught by CNN.

A key part of Agnifilo’s argument was that Diddy flew to New York City voluntarily to be arrested. “He came here to turn himself in. Why doesn’t the government want him to turn himself in? Because then they can’t ask for detention,” Agnifilo said. “All we can do is show good faith. He got on a plane and he came here. They arrested a guy who came here to turn himself in.”

The prosecution, on the other hand, claimed Diddy has reached out to witnesses and victims in the past. “Witnesses have universally expressed fear of the defendant,” Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson remarked in the courtroom. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ended up telling Diddy and his team that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” while rejecting the bail offer.

Diddy Has Reportedly Listed One Of His Federally Raided Mansions For Nearly $62 Million

Diddy is reportedly looking to downside his real estate portfolio. According to People, the former Revolt TV mogul has listed his now infamous Los Angeles, California home on the market for a whooping $61.5 million.

In the outlet’s exclusive report, it describes the Holmby Hills neighborhood mansion as a “17,000-square-foot home featuring 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and a two-story guest house.”

Listing agent Kurt Rappaport shared a statement with People about the home’s underappreciate asset. “The property is located on the center of one of the best streets in Los Angeles,” he said.

But that’s not what caught the public’s eye about the property. Back in March, the house and Diddy’s Miami oasis were raided by federal agents reportedly in connection to a sex trafficking investigation. During the raid, Diddy’s sons Justin and Christian “King” Combs were supposedly detained. Diddy’s attorney later referred to the raid as “a gross overuse of military-level force.” Diddy’s neighbor, Ridley Scott, surely wasn’t pleased.

However, an insider claimed that the desire to sell the home was actually motivated by other reasons. The sources said that Diddy doesn’t spend much time at the property. “[Diddy] lived in Miami as his primary residence for years and always planned to sell the home in L.A. once his daughters grew up and moved out,” said the individual.

Christian “King” Combs and his girlfriend Raven Tracy recently celebrated her birthday at the “Invisible House,” and the pictures they shared from their outing caused a bit of a stir online. Moreover, he included pictures of him picturing her body in a lewd pose, particularly around the back, and embracing her sensually on some furniture. If it was anyone other than King, then these snapshots probably wouldn’t cause much of an uproar at all. But considering the scandal of sex-related allegations that his father Diddy is facing right now, many felt that this was a little too close for comfort.

Check out the comments of the Instagram post below to see some of the debate around this, but a lot of people think that comparing King Combs to Diddy is a big reach. After all, Tracy’s brand is literally called “Body,” and there’s nothing suggesting that there’s actually any sort of connection or implication here. Rather, some folks just expressed their discomfort with seeing a post like this with the heavy context that’s impossible to remove from it. Still, this just seems like a case of social media users being unable to separate between their content feeds and jumping up at anything Bad Boy-related.

Sadly, a more grounded and real consequence of this for King Combs is that he can’t do anything without bringing up his dad’s accusations. For example, he posted a Father’s Day tribute for Diddy with the following message: “HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO THE GREATEST!! Love you pops!” Of course, the comments section flooded with folks bringing up all the lawsuits and making light of this situation. But anyone with family knows that love is a complicated feeling.

Meanwhile, speaking of the Combs family’s social media activity, it looks like Diddy might just return to Instagram, as he recently posted a video of him boarding a private jet. For those unaware, he had previously wiped his entire account, including his apology to Cassie after the video of him assaulting her surfaced. This also became a point of heavy controversy, and we have no idea whether he plans to post more. Yet we’re sure that it’s impossible to avoid online attacks, so the whole family needs extreme caution.

King Combs Returns To Instagram After 50 Cent Diss & Amid New Diddy & Cassie Footage

King Combs returned to Instagram with a “Seen it all” photo dump after launching a diss track against 50 Cent, who’s been the number one troll against his father Diddy amid his various allegations and lawsuits. Moreover, the fallout from that song is still ongoing, with plenty of big and small creators online joking about it, celebrities chiming in, and some deeper discussion on the nature of this dynamic. It’s not a pretty picture, but one that shows how a massive scandal like this really trickles down in the media and entertainment industry. While Combs’ new IG post aims to appear unbothered, the comments section don’t leave much room for that.

“Damn the video footage out now time to diss CNN,” one commenter wrote under King Combs’ post below, referencing newly emerged alleged footage in which Diddy supposedly assaults Cassie in a hotel hallway. It actually lines up with her recounting of events in her since-settled lawsuit against Sean Combs, if the dates and location claimed in the clip actually line up with the filing. It’s very disturbing footage that shouldn’t be taken lightly, although the legal claims against the Bad Boy mogul remain just that: claims. However, the response to this post alone shows how this video will likely make it harder for the Combs family to ignore the elephant in the room.

Still, there are some who came forward to defend King Combs, including Meek Mill. “Ebro would say it in person or via anything that’s how we built respect,” he tweeted recently. “Without no violence or shouting bro it’s not aggressive … Basically saying mind my while minding business.. 50 just post my son a week ago that day I felt like saying something.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent will likely not respond to King Combs’ diss track, as he’s too busy trolling him outright online and mocking the attempt. It’s unclear where else this will go or what other shape it could take, but hopefully things stay either fully online or in the courtroom. Far too many alleged victims, alleged perpetrators, and affiliated groups are at risk with these horrible allegations. It’s only a matter of time before folks start getting some more concrete answers.
