Just this morning, the singer and acclaimed dancer took to Instagram with an announcement. As you will see down below, Brown is teaming up with The Auracles, as well as Nos Ailes. Firstly, The Auracles is a multimedia company that has found itself in the footwear and streetwear spaces. Secondly, Nos Ailes is a company that makes 3D-printed footwear. The three are now coming together for a special slide, simply called “NAMI.” As you can see from the Instagram post below, this slide has a unique shape to it.
Chris Brown Has Some New Slides Dropping Soon
Overall, this new slide is very cool and is very much in line with Chris Brown and his sense of fashion. Additionally, there will be some interesting colorways to start out. For the most part, they are monochromatic, which makes sense when you consider the design aesthetic here. As for the release date on these, nothing has been revealed just yet. Instead, Brown has simply made a note that these will be coming out in the month of May. Furthermore, he heavily implies that these slides were made specifically with the summer in mind.
As for Chris Brown and his musical endeavors, it remains to be seen when he will be dropping another album. However, when he does, you know there is going to be a whole lot of material. The artist is known for dropping projects with up to 40 tracks. That said, fans are looking forward to whatever he drops next. As for the slides, let us know what you think about them, in the comments section below.
Chris Brown is showing off his friendship with Pharrell in a new photo posted on Instagram. Brown showed up for a surprise performance at Pharrell’s Something In The Water festival. The festival, which took place in Virginia Beach, had an impressive lineup of performers over three days. Brown was one of many surprise guests that showed up. Pharrell joined him on stage at one point while he performed some of his hit songs.
The iconic producer praised Brown for his many talents and artistic accomplishments over almost two decades. Pharrell introduced him as the “dancing-est, singing-est, craziest video-making singing dude in R&B and pop music until now.” He went on to say that Breezy needed to be shown more appreciation. “Make some noise for our brother. Came all the way over here to make this happen,” Pharrell said. “Make some noise for Virginia’s own, Chris Brown! Lil bro, listen, there’s only one you. There’s only one you. Give this man his flowers again, make some noise for Virginia’s own! “
Breezy Just Wants To Be Appreciated
During Chris Brown’s performance, he showed gratitude towards Pharrell and the audience for their love and support. Still, he still doesn’t have any plans to make regular appearances at these types of events. Brown stated recently that he is not interested in performing in the United States anymore. When a fan commented on his Instagram to ask when he would perform at the Super Bowl, Breezy said he does not want to perform for an audience that does not appreciate him. “Never shawty. American media AINT FA me,” he wrote. “Rather be where I’m welcomed.”
Of course, it’s really no question why Brown isn’t “welcomed” here. There is a long list of things that the singer has done, any single one of which would be enough to ruin most people’s careers. Some haven’t paid Breezy’s personal life much attention since he horrifically assaulted Rihanna. However, his more recent actions have shown that he hasn’t changed at all. “Stop acting like a 5-year restraining order isn’t a big deal, stop acting like being a colorist isn’t a big deal. Just say I know he has violent and problematic ways however, I still choose to support him,” one Twitter user said. “And in all honesty thats the issue. Y’all don’t want to say that because you know how it sounds so y’all rewrite history and lie about his ways in order to feel justified in your support of him. It’s ok.”

Since hitting the scene in 2005 at 15, many Chris Brown songs have become instant classics. With over 100 songs in his catalog on the Billboard Hot 100, Chris Brown’s talent speaks for itself. Even in the early beginning stages of his career, the star received comparisons to the likes of Usher and Michael Jackson. In his 18-year-long career, Breezy has had countless R&B hits, club bangers, and chart-topping collaborations. While he continues producing quality music, some songs will always be memorable. Here are seven of the hottest Chris Brown songs to blaze the charts.
“No Guidance” ft. Drake (2019)
Great things can happen when you let the hurt go and squash the beef! Released on his ninth album, Indigo, the Breezy and Drake collab was a smash hit in the summer of 2019. “No Guidance” was a groovy club hit and, like many other Chris Brown songs, made waves on the charts. The song broke the record for most weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard R&B/ Hip Hop Airplay charts. The song also peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
This is the song that started it all. When Chris Brown debuted with “Run It” in 2015, we knew we were witnessing a new superstar. One of the most memorable early Chris Brown songs, “Run It,” was a youthful club hit popular among teens and grownups. The song peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making the debut also his first song to hold the spot. This feat also made him the third youngest solo artist to top the chart then.
“Fine China” (2013)
One of the more Pop sounding Chris Brown songs, “Fine China” was heavily favored by critics. Despite being preferred among critics, the song did not beat the record-breaking numbers of other Chris Brown songs. Nonetheless, “Fine China” became certified platinum by the RIAA. It was also nominated for Song of The Year at the 2013 Soul Train Awards. According to Chris Brown, the song took inspiration from legendary R&B artists like Michael Jackson, Sam Cooke, and Stevie Wonder. The video’s vintage setting also got Breezy nominated for Best Choreography at the 2013 MTV Music Video Awards.
This hit single from Chris Brown, Tyga, and Kevin McCall, who also produced the track, ended up being everybody’s go-to break-up anthem. Initially recorded for Chris Brown and Tyga’s joint album Fan of a Fan, the single later appeared as the opening track of the Chris Brown album F.A.M.E.. The slow, moody rap and R&B ballad peaked at No. 1 after nine weeks on the Billboard Hot R&B/ Hip Hop Songs chart. On the Billboard Hot 100, it peaked at No. 14, staying on the chart for a whopping 19 weeks! Later, a mega remix of the song was released featuring Drake, T.I., Kanye West, Fabolous, Rick Ross, and Andre 3000.
“Kiss Kiss” ft. T-Pain (2007)
The collaboration between T-Pain and Chris Breezy was a match made in heaven. Both were riding high on their still-growing careers, and this team-up was an energetic smash hit. The song was nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the 2008 Grammy Awards. On the Billboard Hot 100, “Kiss Kiss” stayed at No. 1 for three consecutive weeks! One of the most popular Chris Brown songs from his early career, the track ended up being a huge push forward for both Breezy and T-Pain.
“Look At Me Now” ft. Busta Rhymes (2011)
The 2011 single from his fourth album, F.A.M.E., “Look At Me Now” proved that Chris Brown could actually rap as well as sing. The Busta, Weezy, and Breezy collaboration swept at the 2011 B.E.T Awards. The song won Video of The Year, Best Collaboration, and Viewer’s Choice. On the Billboard Hot 100 charts, “Look At Me Now” reached No. 6. The song also reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart, putting him among the elite MCs that year.
“Yo (Excuse Me Miss)” (2005)
Take a few seconds to visualize, if you will. It’s 2006. You’re at a middle school dance, playing it cool while watching your crush. She’s looking better than Megan Good. You’ve been trying to add her to your top five ever since she said she liked your braids in class that day. Since you “borrowed” your big brother’s throwback jersey, you’ve got the confidence to approach her, but you’re waiting for the right song. That’s when you hear, “Whoa whoa/ do doo do do doooo!” You know it’s your moment…
All jokes aside, “Excuse Me Miss” is a song that represents a whole generation and that puppy love at first sight we’ve all felt at that age. The song showcased Chris Brown’s charisma on a track at the young age of 16. The song’s lyrics have a playfully youthful yet romantic vibe that makes you nostalgic for when “crushes” felt serious (and you had to wait until after 9:00 p.m. to call). The smash hit peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. His second Top 10 single in the U.S., “Excuse Me Miss” went on to become certified 2x platinum by the RIAA.
Many American music lovers are finding themselves at Coachella in California this weekend, though others opted to catch a flight overseas to attend Rolling Loud Thailand. The latter saw Cardi B give an incredible headlining performance on Thursday (April 13) night, and on Friday, it was Chris Brown’s turn to put his skills on display. The father of three has spent much of the past few months travelling around to promote his Breezy album, though this marks his first festival appearance in a minute. He obviously didn’t at all hold back with his vocals and dance moves – some of which were wildly raunchy.
As you may recall, Brown has become known for treating some of his female fans to promiscuous lap dances during his recent concerts. One such instance even apparently ended a relationship, though the 33-year-old doesn’t seem to be bothered by the possibility of breaking a couple up. Rather than following his usual routine by bringing up a patron at Rolling Loud California, he instead performed a salacious dance routine with one of his performers, who mimicked giving him a blowjob as he sang “Under The Influence.”
Chris Brown Headlines Rolling Loud Thailand
DailyMail obtained exclusive footage of the moment, which is just one of the many parts of Brown’s set that has the internet talking. After the intimate moment, the “With You” singer leaned in to share a kiss with the dancer before launching back into other hits like “Five More Hours,” “Beautiful People,” and “Look At Me Now,” just to name a few. Before the Virginia native closed out day two of the festival, others who appeared include Rick Ross, DaBaby, Rubi Rose, and Luh Tyler.
Today (April 15) marks the final day of performances. Before Travis Scott’s set at the end of the night, we’ll hear from Destroy Lonely, Sheck Wes, Central Cee, Offset, and more. Find additional videos from Chris Brown’s headlining set at Rolling Loud Thailand below. Afterward, tell us which song from the R&B icon’s discography you’d most like to see him perform live in the comments.
Ahead of his headlining performance at Rolling Loud Thailand later tonight (April 14), Chris Brown confirmed earlier this week that he’s got new music on the way. The last time we heard from the Virginia-born crooner was on his collaboration with Chlöe, “How Does It Feel,” which notably received mixed reviews from audiences. For his next release, Breezy will seemingly be reuniting with Ciara, and according to his Instagram Story earlier this week, the recording artists have something seriously special in store.
“ME AND @ciara got some coming ,” the father of three wrote over a black screen on Thursday (April 13) morning. Brown and Ciara previously made magic together in 2009, with their “Turntables” joint effort that arrived on the fashionista’s Fantasy Ride album. More recently, they also attempted to bring their talents together for the R&B icon’s Michael Jackson tribute at the 2022 American Music Awards. Unfortunately for both, the presentation was cancelled at the last minute, with producers seemingly taking issues with Brown’s unflattering past, especially in conjunction with the allegations his honoree faced during his own life.
Breezy Brags About New Song
Of course, the “Kiss Kiss” hitmaker didn’t explicitly state that he and Ciara are working on music. Both artists happen to also be skilled dancers, and fans would surely be just as happy with a project focusing on other talents outside of their vocal range. As HipHopDX notes, collaborating with Brown is a guaranteed way for others to ensure backlash for themselves, though the mother of three has made it clear that she’s willing to stick by her friend, no matter what haters and critics have to say.
Following 2022’s Breezy album, the 33-year-old has steadily shown out on singles like “It’s Giving Christmas,” “Nasty” with Tyga,” and “Do You Mind” alongside Vedo. As for Ciara, her last full-length project, Beauty Marks, arrived back in 2019. She’s since made a comeback thanks to singles like “JUMP” featuring Coast Contra, “Better Thangs” with Summer Walker, and most recently, “Da Girls.” Revisit her throwback “Turntables” link-up with Chris Brown below, and check back later for more music news updates.
Revisit CiCi’s 2009 Track, “Turntables” Feat. Chris Brown
It seems like everything Chris Brown puts out is an automatic hit, and now, he’s enlisting the one and only Ciara for yet another all-star collaboration.
Today, the “Under The Influence” recording artist took to his 137 million followers on Instagram to reveal he’s dropping a song with Ciara. On his Instagram story, he writes, “Me and @ciara got some coming ”
While CB didn’t include any details on when we might be able to expect the collab, fans were left in a frenzy. The last time the two were seen together was on stage at the BET Awards back in 2008, as Ciara joined Chris Brown for a special performance of his smash hit “Take You Down.”
The chemistry on stage was immediately apparent, as both artists were seen decked out in all black with a waterfall backdrop.
Fast forward to 2022, the two were supposed to take the stage again at the 2022 American Music Awards, paying tribute to the late, great Michael Jackson. However, unfortunately, Chris Brown was pulled last minute, due to his background in domestic violence.
Thankfully, Chris Brown uploaded his own behind-the-scenes footage of the choreography for his fans, not letting his hard work go to waste.
On the music tip, the last time the two collaborated on a song was for Ciara’s 2009 album called Fantasy Ride, on the song “Turntables.” Fans can look forward to part two, hopefully arriving real soon in the near future.
Lil Dicky is an acquired taste, and the entertainer is absolutely ok with that. The Dave star has no problem leaning into his quirkiness, even if that means awkwardly sharing too much information with other celebrities, including Usher and Larry David. The comedian has no regrets about being his naturally offbeat self. Another thing the musician doesn’t regret his past collaboration with singer Chris Brown.
During his recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Lil Dicky joined the likes of Chlöe when recounting his 2018 song “Freaky Friday.”
“I love that song. I still love that song. It went to No. 1 in multiple nations, and without that song, I don’t know that I could have made [a charity single] like ‘Earth,’ where I raised, like, $3 million [to fight against climate change],” said Dicky.
Dicky seemingly acknowledges what his former collaborator has been accused of by adding, “I know that my heart is good. I really do. I don’t lose sleep at night about my heart. And you can never be perfect, and sometimes I’ll still be dumb and unaware, but I really do care so much about doing the right thing.”
The entertainer closed with, “And listen, I get why someone wouldn’t like a Lil Dicky song, but I’d never be ok with someone being like, ‘That guy’s an asshole,’ or ‘That guy’s a piece of sh*t.’ I’ve never had that experience as Dave Burd, the man, so for my art to cause that reaction, my God, it really hurts me.”
Leon “RoccStar” Youngblood Jr. has made a name for himself by producing some of Chris Brown‘s biggest hits. The producer has worked with the rapper since 2014. He has also gained a following due to his appearance on the reality show Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. Moreover, he guest-starred on Basketball Wives. He is a platinum-selling producer who has a lot of clout and respect from the music community.
However, he is in the news for a completely different reason. A recent incident at his California home saw the 33-year-old take his safety, and justice, into his own hands. TMZ broke the story on April 11 about the reportedly April 10 incident in Chatsworth. Chatsworth is located northwest of Los Angeles. It is also the home of the famed Iverson Movie Ranch.
RoccStar Did What He Had To Do
First reported by TMZ, RoccStar was awoken early on Monday morning by his home alarm. According to RoccStar, the system warned him that someone was on the roof of his garage. According to TMZ‘s source, RoccStar was armed with a firearm when he confronted the individual. After ordering the man to come down, an altercation broke out between the two men. After overpowering the trespasser, RoccStar and a member of his gated community’s security held the man until the police arrived. According to available data, Chatsworth, where RoccStar’s home is located, has a crime rate of 24.15 per 1000 residents. However, that relative safety will mean nothing to RoccStar after Monday’s incident.
The suspect was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries before being detained on attempted burglary, vandalism, and possession of burglary tools. However, RoccStar is yet to release a public statement about the incident. Despite this, it is safe to say that RoccStar is not the person to mess with. Or in this case, not the person whose garage roof you should be climbing on. The suspect, now in custody, should count himself lucky that RoccStar showed composure and restraint during the incident. If he releases a statement, RoccStar’s account of what happened may shed more light on the situation.
