Lil Meech is a talented actor, but that doesn’t mean Summer Walker is looking for him to bring any drama into her life. Unfortunately for the mother of three, going public with the Florida native has done just that. Whether it’s been Celina Powell sharing explicit videos of her and Meech to her OnlyFans, or more recently, another young woman posting a video wearing the BMF star’s infamous chain on her Instagram Story.

We broke down all the drama earlier this week when Walker shared screenshots of her DMs with the girl. She claims that she never actually crossed paths with Meech, but rather, ran into his security and asked if she could wear the expensive jewelry. “My apologies if you feel disrespected, I can take the videos down if you’d like,” Anisa Ali Abdu wrote back to the R&B diva before insisting that she’s “not that type of woman.” Afterward, the woman shared screenshots of her alleged messages with Lil Meech, revealing that he apparently offered to CashApp her money for making a post.

Before kicking off her weekend, she’s been sharing some sweet snapshots with Meech on her Story, revealing that they spent their night turning up together. “Not me getting drunk and talkin’ ’bout Toys R’Us lmao. She’s a muva,” the “No Love” songstress wrote in a closed-eye selfie that shows off her beautiful jewelry.

In another selfie, she and her 23-year-old beau give the camera a serious stare. He keeps one hand on his face, subtly flaunting his luxury watch for all of his girlfriend’s followers to see. Summer Walker & Lil Meech Drama Emerges, Woman With His Chain Claims Affair

Summer Walker and Lil Meech are one of pop culture’s most talked-about couples these days. Not only is that owed to their cute demeanor on social media, but also to the R&B singer’s well-documented past relationship issues that fans want to see her avoid and heal from in the future. However, it seems like someone threw a new wrench into their boo’d up status when they posted a picture wearing the “BMF” actor’s chain. Moreover, Summer took to Instagram DMs to ask this woman what she was doing with her flame’s bling. What came after was a surprising turn, because the woman leaked DMs with Meech, in return.

Let’s start with the conversation between Summer Walker and Anisa, the woman who posted herself wearing the chain. When the artist asked about it, Anisa said that she doesn’t know Lil Meech and can take the video down, if she’d like. When the Atlanta native asked for elaboration, Anisa said that she ran into his security guard, asked to try the chain on, had no conversation with Meech, and was only in the car with security. “Stop sending me that s**t its dead,” Summer wrote in one of her screenshots of their DMs.

Furthermore, the actor also apparently reached out to an outlet that reported the story with a message. “Stop posting cap that ugly a** girl ain’t my girl,” he allegedly wrote. “My body guard let his girl put my chain on and I fired his a** the same day.” While that seemed like the end of it, Anisa leaked her own alleged DMs with Lil Meech. Apparently, the two messaged each other about making posts that clarified that they weren’t together at a club, with Meech allegedly offering to CashApp Anisa for making the clarifying post. But things didn’t turn out to be so amicable, based on the video creator’s story post.

“Lol I’m not ugly first of all MashaAllah,” Anisa stated. “Second, the security guard def got no action cut it out. Third, let’s not play, when you called Summer Walker on FT who did you take upstairs to the Ritz?” It’s worth noting that these Story posts from all parties involved have since been deleted, so it’s all still in the rumor mill. Venus Williams Uses Busta Rhymes’ Chain To Work Out

It’s no secret that the race for the most elaborate and hefty chains is still ongoing among many rappers to this day. Busta Rhymes is no exception and his Cuban link chain recently attracted some unexpected attention. Tennis star Venus Williams seemingly couldn’t get enough of Busta’s drip. Despite being out in public together Williams’ took the opportunity to find a new use for the chain. In a video posted to the rapper’s Instagram, she can be seen jokingly using the chain to do a few workouts.

In the caption for the video, Busta Rhymes had high praise for the tennis champ. “When you surround yourself with Blessed Greatness, your Greatness will forever be Blessed!!! Blessings and love to @venuswilliams,” it reads. Much to the delight of those around them Williams jokes about the chains heftiness and hits some tricep curls with it. The pair hug at the end of the video and Williams gives the NY legend an important message. “I love you, man,” she tells him. Williams isn’t participating in this year’s French Open as she tries to recover from a hamstring injury.

Busta Rhymes’ Chain Grabs Venus’ Attention

Busta found himself in a curious position when the Ukrainian government tweeted out one of his songs. The official Twitter page for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense posted lyrics from one of Busta’s songs, seemingly to mock Russia. “‘Woo-hah, got you all in check!’ -Busta Rhymes,” the verified account said. Busta never officially gave his thoughts on the situation. Despite his lack of response fans memed the post extensively online.

Last month, Busta Rhymes informed fans that he was working on new music. According to an Instagram video Swizz Beats posted he, Pharrell, and Timbaland, are all involved with the project. The album doesn’t currently have a release date. Busta’s most recent new music came when he joined Coi Leray for a remix of her hit “Players” earlier this year. Moreover, the Opium label head just reposted a picture of NBA YoungBoy wearing an Opium chain, who also took the opportunity to promote his Never Broke Again merch. Furthermore, fans lit Twitter and Instagram ablaze with album rumors, clamors for a collab, and a whole lot of hype. Also, Instagram jewelry accounts and other social media pages bolstered these rumors by specifically reporting news of a joint album and Carti gifting the chain to YB. Further down, you’ll be able to see an embed alleging the collaboration, and it’s important to note that these rumors are still unconfirmed.

Of course, this is one of the most elusive rappers today linking with one of the most prolific. As such, a lot of people remain skeptical of the collab chances of seeing the light of day. Still, even a simple Instagram Story post from Playboi Carti is a lot of info by his standards, as album rumors continue to prop up and then dissipate. The one who might confirm these rumors to greater extent is NBA YoungBoy, who hasn’t said much other than plugging the promoted clothing.

Snoop Dogg Shows Off New Wu-Tang Clan-Inspired Chain

Last night, Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to show off a new diamond chain inspired by legendary New York rap group Wu-Tang Clan. Snoop posted a video showing fans the look and some of the details of his new chain. The video is accompanied by the groups song “Gravel Pit.” As you’d expect fans took to the comments to share their thoughts on the piece, largely with fire emojis. The chain was created by King Ice a California based jeweler who’s made similarly elaborate chains for numerous other high-profile celebs.

It’s the second time that Snoop Dogg has recently offered a co-sign through custom pieces. In his bid to become the first black owner of an NHL team he’s joined a buying group for the leagues Ottawa Senators. The group is currently in a bidding war with another buying group which is led by Ryan Reynolds and also includes The Weeknd. In an Instagram post last week Snoop showed off some sleek custom Senators sweatpants that left many fans speculating whether he’d completed his purchase of the team.

Snoop Dogg is also set to play Mass Appeal & Live Nation’s Hip Hop 50th anniversary show later this year. He will headline alongside Ice Cube, Lil Wayne and Run D.M.C. Just this morning, it was announced that Wu-Tang Clan would headline a different celebration of the genre’s 50th birthday. The Hot 97 Hip Hop 50 Show will feature Wu-Tang alongside Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey. The shows will take place in August and September respectively, bookending the genre’s actual birthday in mid August.

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have been teasing a collaborative album for a while now. Recently they once again gave fans a peek at the album, which is expected to be titled Missionary. Snoop shared a photo of the two in the studio with an evocative caption that got fans attention. “Coming soon” Snoop captioned the post, which was more than enough to get people talking. He revealed that he spent $500K on the cuban chain, designed by Houston-based jeweler Johnny Dang. In the clip, Dang adorns the artist with the flashy necklace, wishing him a happy birthday. The famous hip hop jeweler then goes on to flex his new half-a-million dollar check. In the caption, Sauce Walka also shared with fans that they can expect to hear some new music from the rapper soon.

Earlier this year, Sauce Walka was arrested for drug charges after police caught him with over 60 grams of marijuana. The rapper was charged with possessing, manufacturing, delivering, and selling with intent. His bail was then set at $5,000. His March arrest followed a series of RICO charges that members of his crew were hit with late last year. “For every violent criminal that we take off the streets, that’s one less person being victimized,” said James Smith, a Special Agent in charge of the FBI Houston division. Almost 14 members of Sauce Walka’s Houston crew TSF were arrested in December.

The rapper spoke on the RICO charges his crew received shortly after the arrests. “I don’t want to speak on this s**t too much but I see it’s so many people that’s just so joyous and so happy and hoping and praying that I go to jail in some way shape or form,” Sauce Walka Explained. He continued, “Well guess what you b***h a** mothaf***as? Let me tell you somethin’…. n***a, I’m not going to jail for s**t unless they have a crime for selling my d**k. That’s what I do. I don’t even sell b***hes, I sell my d**k.”

Fivio Foreign Shoots Down Chain-Snatching Rumor

Fivio Foreign has put an end to the rumors surrounding the alleged theft of his chain. It appears that the rapper was never a victim of a crime after all. During an episode of Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion podcast, Loui Paso, a rapper and friend of Fivio, joined the discussion to provide more details about the incident. According to Loui, it would be nearly impossible for anyone to get close to Fivio. Apparently, he has an extensive security team. He expressed doubt about the rumored theft. In fact, he says that the chain “never left his neck.” Moments later, Fivio called in to confirm Loui’s statement. Loui turned his phone around to show everyone that Fivio was indeed wearing the chain in question.

The chain in question was made by GLD last year as part of a larger collection for the jewelry company. Around the time of the alleged theft, a rapper named Big Pluto claimed responsibility for the incident in a YouTube video interview. However, Fivio’s friend and Fivio himself have debunked these claims by confirming that the chain was never stolen. Fivio has been unbothered up until now, focusing on his music. He recently collaborated with producer Miniboom on a new single titled “Bag On Em,” which was released a few weeks ago. It will be featured on Miniboom’s upcoming album.

Last month, Big Pluto, the individual claiming to have taken Fivio’s chain, indirectly admitted to the theft. When questioned about the necklace, he explained that Fivio Foreign had collaborated with a jeweler to create duplicate chains. In a video with 16ShotEm, Big Pluto can be seen wearing the chain around his neck. Notably, the chain was Fivio Foreign’s well-known demon time chain. Pluto confirmed its authenticity by mentioning that it was engraved with Fivio’s name.

Later in the interview, Big Pluto remarked that the significance of the demon time chain was limited to its name. “I guess it means demon time, but people don’t really live up to that,” he said. He also revealed that he had received threatening messages from Fivio’s camp in his DMs. At the time, it seemed uncertain whether Fivio Foreign would retrieve his chain. However, it now appears that it was maybe never taken in the first place.

NLE Choppa Snatches DDG’s Chain In New Vlog

DDG may be a successful and popular rapper, but many out there know that he got his start on YouTube as a vlogger. In his ongoing series on the platform, he’s been known to feature other rappers and give a peek behind the curtain. However, not all interactions end up being the calmest or most innocent, as NLE Choppa recently proved. While on the social media star’s series, the Memphis MC was looking quite hungrily at his chain, rubbing his hands together like some sort of movie villain. Of course, the awkward silence was quite noticeable, and the Michigan native had to try to clear the air.

“You straight?” DDG asked NLE Choppa. “Yeah I’m good, man. That chain just hard, bro,” he responded. “You got more chains than me n***a!” the former remarked. “S**t, I could have some more,” Choppa revealed. “It’s just, like, when you see somebody’s s**t you get motivated. You look at a n***a’s s**t and just want it,” he expressed, specifying that he needs something round, which is exactly like the chain in question. Then, he snatches it off of him, and the camera cuts to another scene. Given that we don’t see DDG with the chain for the rest of the video, it’s unclear if the Cottonwood 2 MC ran away with it or not.

Regardless, the “I’m Geekin” rapper is probably showing us this interaction in jest, or at least with no hard feelings. After all, if you’re not going to call someone out directly, why included that in your vlog series without further hostility? Still, it’s been kind of crazy to see him stick to his YouTube roots while also developing his rap career and other ventures. For example, Kai Cenat and Lil Yachty recently reacted to the old diss track that DDG sent out at the latter. Yachty actually gave him his flowers as a businessman, artist, and hustler, as that song ended up blowing him up online.

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old recently reacted to someone calling him an “E-list” MC. “‘E-list rapper’ kinda funny ngl lol,” he tweeted. “Number 2 E-List rapper going crazy,” he added with a laughing emoji, which is in reference to his aforementioned track being the second-most added song on U.S. Urban Radio.

This past weekend, Rapper Jim Jones ran into Busta Rhymes in a brief exchange. Jim noticed the size of Busta’s gold Cuban link chain and praised him. In a video captured by HIPHOPDX, the friendly exchange was led with a handshake and exchange of words. Additionally, Jim notices the chain placing his hand on it with immediate praise. “That s*it look bigger than daytime,” he said. Subsequently, Busta laughed it off. “That “s*it” look like it’s growing,” Jim added.
