Polo G’s Brother Faces Murder Charges After Alleged Drive-By Shooting: Report

Polo G’s brother Trench Baby now faces charges of felony murder for an alleged drive-by shooting on June 10 in Los Angeles. Moreover, authorities recently arrested Baby– real name Taurean Bartlett- based on accusations that he took the life of 20-year-old Dashaun Berry in a North Hollywood parking lot, according to TMZ Hip Hop. Law enforcement authorities reportedly told the outlet that paramedics pronounced the young man dead at the scene at around 1:30AM, when they found him with gunshot wounds. Amidst these developments, Taurean Bartlett awaits his fate in a jail cell; we’ll see how his court case plays out, if at all.

Furthermore, police also claim that this alleged incident is what preceded various other crimes that Polo G’s brother is accused of. Reportedly, they both engaged in these worrisome behaviors, although not much has developed in the case since an August arrest. For example, Trench Baby also faces charges of first-degree residential robbery that supposedly took place on August 15. In the same case, and with the same man, he also allegedly dissuaded a witness by force or threat around September 10.

When these claims around these crimes started to surface following police investigation, authorities took custody of Polo G and his brother in August. They found them at their Los Angeles home, and Trench Baby in particular has no bail option while in prison. His familial Chicago MC partner, though, seems to have avoided significant jail time here through bail, and doesn’t seem initially tied to the murder of Berry. As such, it looks like Baby’s lack of bail is specifically for this alleged drive-by shooting. They also faces accusations of punching a woman in the face at a Burbank studio altercation, but prosecutors dismissed charges for this due to there not being enough evidence.

Meanwhile, this legal trouble might’ve caused Polo G to delay the release of his next album by a considerable amount. Surely he and his family are quite concerned for Taurean, yet it’s too early to call how this case will pan out. Nipsey Hussle’s Brother Faces Intimidation Accusations Amid Royalty Legal Battle

Nipsey Hussle’s legacy will never fade, and though recent developments when it comes to his catalog seem disheartening, hopefully they can resolve to honor the respect he showed other artists. Moreover, in a legal battle concerning songwriting credit and royalties, his brother faces accusations of mishandling the whole ordeal. For those unaware, the rapper’s family member is in control of his estate, which means he has a say in his discography. In this specific case. Tasleema Yasin motioned to receive profit shares of the song “Hussle & Motivate” shortly after Nip’s passing in 2019, alleging that she helped write it three years prior. Also, she claimed to additionally perform an “ascending four-note vocal phrase featured throughout the song’s runtime, as well as a countermelody in [her] higher register featured prominently during the song’s chorus.” Both parties previously indicated that they reached an agreement last year.

However, in new court documents reportedly obtained by Radar Online, Yasin apparently accused Nipsey Hussle’s brother of not following up on their settlement. “Regrettably, the opposing party has thus far delayed the fulfillment of their obligations under the contract,” the lawsuit allegedly reads. “They are in breach of its terms. Hence, Yasin is under no ongoing obligation to refrain from submitting her claims against the aforementioned parties and estate. The original agreement with the Estate is deemed void due to multiple breaches. Ms. Yasin no longer seeks enforcement of this breached agreement. Instead, she is seeking damages as a result of these breaches and wishes to negotiate a new agreement that will protect her interests moving forward.

Furthermore, Yasin claimed that Nipsey Hussle’s brother attacked her with “profanity, insults and derogatory language.” In addition, she alleged that he used “pressure tactics such as threats, intimidation, verbal abuse, insults, gaslighting.” Back in April of this year, the Los Angeles MC’s estate dodged Yasin’s $5 million lawsuit over this. While she initially filed this in December of last year, a judge dismissed it when she didn’t respond to a court order to explain why authorities should hear her out. “The file in this case lacks the papers that would show it is being timely prosecuted, as reflected below,” Judge Stephen V. Wilson ruled. “Accordingly, the Court, on its own motion, hereby orders plaintiff(s) to show cause in writing no later than April 4, 2023 why this action should not be dismissed as to all remaining defendants, for lack of prosecution.

Regardless of all this conflict, the Crenshaw legend still serves as a model of inspiration and praise. Hopefully this reopening of this matter results in proper compensation and preservation of these artistic integrities. If not, we could be in for a nasty redo. 2Pac’s brother, Mopreme Shakur, has responded to Keefe D’s arrest and the theory that Diddy may have been involved in the killing of the legendary rapper. Addressing the situation on The Comedy Hype News Show on Monday, Shakur admitted that it feels like his brother is “being vindicated.”

“I don’t have to do anything. This individual [Keefe D] mentioned [Diddy’s] name. Law enforcement has a job to do. Will they do it? It does feel like Pac is being vindicated because back in them days when things were going down everybody thought he was crazy,” Shakur said. “He may have not expressed it properly but that don’t mean he was wrong. Ya dig? So we’ll see.”

Blac Youngsta’s Brother’s Murder: U.S. Marshals Offer $5K Reward For Suspect

Authorities are still on the hunt for the lead suspect in Blac Youngsta’s brother’s murder in Memphis, Tennessee. Moreover, Tomanuel Benson passed away after the suspect, Randy Ewing, allegedly struck him in a shooting at a gas station in August. While police identified the suspected individual and released pictures of him, as well, they seem no closer to finding the man and potentially closing this case. As such, U.S. Marshals are now offering a $5K reward to whoever can locate Ewing or provide information crucial to his arrest. They announced this incentive on Wednesday (September 6), and hopefully it brings the Benson family closer to justice.

Furthermore, this struggle in finding Ewing seems multi-faceted on behalf of law enforcement. For example, Marshals maintained that he has two active warrants in Shelby County: one for attempted murder in the second degree and one for violating sex offender registry mandates from earlier convictions. Considering this danger and history, officials are hard at work trying everything they can to track him down as fast as possible. Unfortunately and tragically, this tragedy and subsequent manhunt is something Blac Youngsta is no stranger to.

Memphis Police Name Prime Suspect In Blac Youngsta’s Brother’s Death

Blac Youngsta and his family recently suffered a tragic loss, that of his brother Tomanuel Benson. Moreover, a shooting at a Memphis gas station in the early hours of Friday, August 18 took his life, and officials soon confirmed his identity. Shortly after, they also issued a call for help in identifying the shooter in question, who they suspected drove off in a vehicle after the crime. To do so, they shared an image from security footage that depicts who they believed was the man responsible. Now, according to Fox News in Memphis, they expressed their belief that they found the prime suspect, and are now searching for him.

Furthermore, the Memphis Police Department reportedly named Randy Ewing as the lead person of interest in this crime. In addition, they also released another image of the individual, which seems to match up at first glance with the earlier image that they released. That was a controversial decision in many’s eyes, since it could ruin the person’s life if they were actually innocent in this scenario. While it’s still not confirmed that Ewing is the man responsible for this tragedy, authorities still brought forth charges of second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

Gangsta Boo Murdered By Her Brother, Crunchy Black Claims

Gangsta Boo’s tragic passing due to an overdose continues to be a point of contention among the hip-hop community, and one that Crunchy Black recently reignited. Moreover, the Three 6 Mafia hype man claimed that her brother E Gutta (real name Eric Mitchell) is responsible for her death. Mitchell also overdosed the night that the Memphis MC passed away and was with her, but recovered in the hospital. Still, Black cited an Instagram comment from someone who allegedly went to jail with Mitchell and made several posts alleging this conspiracy. Despite people telling him to stop clout-chasing, the 48-year-old maintained that this was true and refused to back down.

“God is good,” Crunchy Black captioned his post with the aforementioned user’s message. “He sent me this to post and sure against the boo brother we on your ass. He was in jail y’all talking about how he hate her how he going to do something to her if anybody f**k with boo. You know she had a good heart. While it was vengeful, heartbroken, and deeply tragic, we hope Youngsta finds the strength to heal healthily and privately amid this loss.

Police were able to confirm the event, but not the identity of the deceased individual in question. Regardless, it seems like outlets still caught wind of the relation, as publications like No Jumper claimed that the victim was Blac Youngsta’s brother, though no official source existed for it. With this new tribute message in mind, further details concerning the shooting will likely emerge in the coming days or weeks.

Alexsandra Wright, the mother of Beyonce’s half-brother, Nixon, says that her son asks why the Renaissance singer doesn’t love them. Wright spoke about her relationship with Beyonce’s father, Matthew Knowles, and their son during an interview with The Sun. She says that she and her son used to live in a trailer just miles from Beyonce’s $200 million estate in California.

“[He asks], ‘Why doesn’t that person love me?’” Wright said of her son. “Nixon has never had the luxury of being a normal child. Being related to someone famous smothers kids like him, and they lose their identity. I sit in the bathroom and cry sometimes because I just don’t know how to help him be his own person.”

As for her relationship with Matthew, Wright recalled them meeting during a business trip in Seattle in 2007. “He said, ‘I am going to stay in Seattle until you agree to have a drink with me,’” Wright said. “And he stayed for two or three weeks until, finally, I said ‘fine!’” She added that she learned he was married, but didn’t feel guilty about their two-year affair. “I was not conflicted about the situation, because his marriage was not a functioning marriage,” she insisted. “I don’t think he told his family about me. It was a complex situation, and the family structure had been fractured for a long time.”

Wright says that her son often asks about the wealth inequality between their family and Beyonce’s. “I tell him, ‘Fame does not equal happiness, so never covet what someone else has,’” Wright said. “It’s hard to see people living as billionaires. What does that kid think when I am working 16 hours a day and trying to get accounts paid? Finesse2tymes Responds To Accusations Of Sending Brother As Impersonator

Moreover, a party promoter claimed that the Memphis star scammed him for $40K for a Huntsville, Alabama club appearance, for which he allegedly sent out his brother to impersonate him. However, the rapper’s response to these recent accusations paints a much more understandable story. Even though nothing is for certain, it will be interesting to see how it pans out for Finesse’s future performances. At the very least, now you have a bet to make the next time you see him live, à la MF DOOM.

“Just before anybody do anything,” Finesse2tymes wrote on his Instagram Story according to XXL. “Just in case they post. I’m out here, in the city. I’m at the Spring Hill Suites. Just in case a n***a say I didn’t pull up to they city. I came. I let my opening act come on stage. That n***a was drunk and full of that fentanyl and damn-near died. I’m gone.” Furthermore, videos of 2tymes arguing with the promoter in question also made the rounds on social media.

Show host Kendra Fletcher also blasted Finesse2tymes in a lengthy Facebook post. “So the mfs really gon bring a MF that’s not Finesse2Tymes my brother BIG V that brought him have every right to be mad,” she wrote. “N***a made a drop and everything Hell I’m mad for him cause he paid that man 20k UPFRONT got the receipt and 20k on the back end that lil b***h with the short blonde hair they brought with the FAKE took the money from him that he gave to him in the back I SEEN IT with my own eyes and drove TF off when everybody was trying to stop the car they was in OUTSIDE as they was pullin off. Finesse2tymes is in some hot water once again, but this time it’s not about his couples beef with Lil Uzi Vert and JT. Moreover, a party promoter recently took to Facebook with an indignant post detailing how the Memphis rapper apparently… well, finessed him. Furthermore, he claimed that he paid 2tymes $40,000 for a club appearance, even including receipts of the original payments. However, when it was time for the gathering, allegedly Finesse’s brother was the one who took the stage instead, scamming the promoters and fooling fans. While everyone’s got to make money somehow, it’s always quite harsh when it comes at the expense of others, especially fans.

In fact, a video also surfaced online of Finesse2tymes and the promoter arguing after the incident, with the rapper apparently accusing the promoter of clout chasing. Still, with the “evidence” he provided and other videos of the performance, it’s not looking good for the “Out Of State” MC. While he recently made headlines more for his relationship antics, this could definitely come back to bite him one day. Despite these revelations, we also don’t know 2tymes’ side of the story, so it’s still well within the rumor mill.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the worst performance-related incident that Finesse2tymes had to face. During a joint concert with GloRilla, a deadly crowd stampede resulted in three deaths and various other injuries. The tragic incident solicited concerned reactions from both MCs in the aftermath. What’s more is that it might also result in legal action from the family of one of the deceased concertgoers. Brandy Miller’s sister Michelle stated to TMZ that they plan to get the right attorney to seek justice for the avoidable tragedy.

“I’m just now hearing about what happened wtf,” GloRilla tweeted in the days after. “Praying everybody is ok. I am devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show. My fans mean the world to me.
