Ryan Garcia absolutely went off on Twitter on Thursday morning (July 4), engaging in racist rhetoric against African Americans and discriminating against various other groups, as well. While he’s since deleted many of these tweets, many of them plus some unhinged Twitter Spaces conversations are making the rounds online. The controversial boxer repeatedly used the n-word, mocked George Floyd’s death, and disparaged Mexicans, Muslims, Christians, and other groups. Some of the most bizarre inclusions in this rant are claims about Black people eating babies and his claim that a Black man sexually assaulted him.

“So a black man r**ed me and it’s okay and everyone acts like it never happened,” Ryan Garcia tweeted on Fourth of July amid other scandalous politically related takes. “Lil Wayne said I can say the n-word.” Other tweets and remarks during Twitter Spaces conversations (including one titled “George Floyd is a b***h”) included attacking both Israeli and Palestinian people and sympathizers, trashing Muslims as a whole when Sneako joined a Space, and calling Christians “gay.” At one point during the Floyd conversation: he said the following: “Let’s go bring George Floyd back to life and kill that n***a again.”

The man in question is former UFC fighter Mike Perry. Perry and Paul will fight in Tampa Bay, and the match will be available through DAZN. The interview comes after Tyson, who will turn 58 years old later this month, postponed the fight until November due to medical issues.

The two were originally set to fight in July until Tyson had an emergency ulcer flare-up during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles on May 26. “Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training shortly. I am thankful to the medical staff that treated me and to MVP, Netflix, and AT&T Stadium for working diligently to find the best reschedule date for all parties,” Tyson said in a statement caught by ESPN. “While we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul is getting knocked out.”

NBA YoungBoy has a boxing prodigy in the making with his son KJ. The three-year-old son is also the child of Yaya Mayweather, the daughter of world-famous boxer, Floyd Mayweather. Over the last several months, the young boy has gone viral for how fast he is learning the extremely physical sport. Earlier this year, KJ and Floyd were seen sparring in adorable fashion, as Kentrell Gaulden Jr. was working on target practice. Ryan Garcia was reportedly taken into custody by Beverly Hills Police Department officers on Saturday, June 8, on charges of felony vandalism. Ryan Garcia allegedly destroyed his room and the hallway of the Waldorf Astoria hotel, according to local law enforcement officials. The fighter from Golden Boy Promotions, 25, is accused of causing damages totaling $15,000. Last week, his family called the police to perform a welfare check on the boxer due to concerns. Garcia reportedly complained about a health problem after being taken into custody. He was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by the BHPD for assessment and care. Now, Garcia has finally spoken out after the arrest. 

A statement attributed to the athlete came from representatives for Ryan Garcia. Garcia mentioned his mother’s recent breast cancer diagnosis while expressing gratitude to his fans. “It’s always love. Thanks to my fans for always supporting me. [Y’all] know I’ve been dealing with incredible stress, pressure and now the devastating news of my mom’s health. Love and compassion wins. Always,” Garcia stated. Furthermore, Ryan Garcia shared a number of posts on social media regarding his ongoing legal issues in Beverly Hills. He cited Jesus Christ, begged for prayers, and seemed to draw a comparison between his circumstances and Donald Trump’s 34 criminal convictions in the tweets.

“I’m worried [sad face emoticon]. I have to be at this weird hospital and they are trying to give me medicine and they have me on a hold for who knows how long, they will determine. When Schulz confronted Dana about the fight during the program, the UFC President immediately referred to it as “ridiculous.” He is one of many figures to through out concern over the fight due to the age disparity.

“When this fight happens Tyson will be 58 f**kin years old. Under any circumstances an almost 60-year-old man shouldn’t be fighting a 27-year-old guy under any circumstances… it’s just f**kin ridiculous,” he said. White continued by saying that he is opposed to the fight because he is concerned about Tyson’s health at almost sixty years of age. “Jake Paul’s 27, he’s in his f**kin prime… and I love Mike. According to law enforcement officials, the 25-year-old’s family called the police early in the evening, and officers were dispatched to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills to conduct a welfare check. What what prompted the call is unknown. According to sources, after speaking with Ryan at the hotel, police concluded that he was not a threat to anyone, including himself, and that no crime had been committed. As a result, everyone left.

Garcia has experienced a busy few months. After defeating Devin Haney, a well-known boxer who had never lost before, he was disqualified for taking performance-enhancing substances. Ryan is sure that he took a tainted vitamin rather than cheating. Garcia has had a lot of ups and downs lately, to put it mildly, as he just disclosed that his mother was battling cancer. Even after the police left, the excitement for the evening continued. Sources have expressed that later that evening, Waldorf employees severed Garcia’s connection due to his allegedly erratic behavior. Garcia was evidently drinking.

Ryan Garcia is facing charges related to the use of illicit performance-enhancing drugs. The boxer defeated Devin Haney on April 20 in Brooklyn in a highly publicized match. Additionally, it is claimed that he tested positive for the selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) in his A-sample, which was taken before to the altercation with Haney.

Overall, Ryan Garcia has been through a roller coaster for a couple of months. His boxing career may legitimately be in danger.
