Deputy Accused Of Helping YSL Defendant

The YSL case is only getting weirder. After months of severings, twists, and courtroom confusion, another shocking chapter has just been reported. According to WSB-TV, Akeiba Stanley, a Fulton County deputy, has been arrested on charges of conspiracy and smuggling. According to court records, Stanley has been accused of communicating with Christian Eppinger via Instagram. Eppinger is one of the many defendants in the sprawling YSL case.

Furthermore, Stanley is accused of agreeing to help Eppinger to smuggle contraband while Eppinger remained incarcerated. Additionally, Stanley allegedly snuck items to Eppinger in his cell. The full list of charges that Stanley is facing are reckless conduct, violation of oath of office, conspiracy to commit a felony and hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal. Stanley has reportedly been booked and is now in the jail she once put people into.

The details of Stanley’s arrest are wild, as should be expected from this case. Along with using Instagram to communicate, Stanley is also accused of visiting Eppinger in his cell and further communicating with Eppinger via an illegal cell phone. Jam Master Jay: Third Man Arrested In The Shooting Case Of Run-DMC Legend

It’s been over 20 years since the tragic death of Run DMC legend Jam Master Jay, born Jason William Mizell. The case has gone unsolved, although there have been several arrests in recent years. This week, the New York Times reports that a third individual has been taken into custody in relation to the shooting. Police charged Queens resident, Jay Bryant, 49, with murder while engaged in narcotics trafficking, in addition to other drug-related charges. His attorney, César de Castro, pleaded not guilty on behalf of his client to the latest charges. However, Bryant has been in police custody on unrelated drug charges. 

Jam Master Jay was shot and killed at the age of 37 in a recording studio in Jamaica, Queens. In the arrest of Jay Bryant, prosecutors alleged that he was spotted, along with two other men, entering the building where the studio was moments before the legendary Run DMC star was shot in the head. Additionally, law officials claim that clothing with Bryant’s DNA was identified at the crime scene. However, de Castro insisted that proving Bryant’s guilt will be difficult during trial. “Securing an indictment in a secret grand jury, applying an extremely low burden of proof, is one thing,” he said. “Proving it at trial is another matter.”

Third Arrest In Jam Master Jay’s Arrest

The arrest of Jay Bryant comes three years after police apprehended two other individuals in connection to his death. Karl Jordan Jr. and Ronald Washington were charged with a similar charge of murder while drug trafficking. However, NBC News reports that Bryant allegedly claimed to be the shooter. Still, there are doubts about the supposed admission, according to a detention memo. Instead, they believe that the evidence introduced at the upcoming trial will indicate that Jordan Jr. shot twice from close range.

Following the 2020 indictment of Washington and Jordan Jr., the office of the prosecutors stated that the murder of Jam Master Jay was related to a “previous acquisition of 10 kilograms of cocaine.” They claimed that Washington, Jordan, and “other co-conspirators” was supposed to distribute the cocaine in Maryland. “Mizell had recently informed Washington that the defendant would not be involved in distributing the narcotics in Maryland, which precipitated the murder conspiracy,” prosecutors said.

However, just like most changes to any popular show, there has been a feeling-out process. Some people love the addition of Hilarious. Although, there are some people who don’t. Overall, this polarization was to be expected, especially when you consider how long the original Breakfast Club trio was doing it for. To bring everyone up to speed here, DaniLeigh was arrested yesterday for Driving Under the Influence. She allegedly engaged in a hit-and-run where she ended up fracturing a man’s vertebrae. Overall, this is a very shocking and upsetting story for many reasons. Drunk driving is very serious, and DaniLeigh very well could have killed someone. Subsequently, Charlamagne Tha God made her his Donkey of the Day. However, Jess Hilarious used the segment to make jokes and excuses for the songstress.

In the clip above, Hilarious claims that we need to think about the singer’s mental health. Moreover, she continuously made jokes in which she underplayed the entire thing. This consequently led to some very strong YouTube comments from people who were upset with the flippant attitude presented by the host. “I ain’t gona lie this was NOT the Donkey of the day to makes jokes on or excuses for. This issue is a lot more serious to some people then most ppl realize,” one person wrote. “The fact that Jess can make jokes this situation and make excuses is sick!” said another.

Many of the other comments shared similar, yet stronger sentiments. There is always a time and place for jokes, but this was definitely not one of them. DaniLeigh Arrested For DUI Hit & Run On Memorial Day Long Weekend

Earlier this month, DaniLeigh celebrated one of the biggest milestones in her career so far – working with Beyonce on choreography for the RENAISSANCE World Tour. Unfortunately, it appears the mother of one took her celebrating a bit too seriously, as she was arrested for a DUI hit and run early on Tuesday (May 30) morning. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Dani was driving near Miami Beach when multiple witnesses noticed her swerving in and out of lanes while speeding.

Amid her joyride, the “Tasty” singer struck another person riding on a motorized scooter. She proceeded to drag the moped for roughly a block while concerned residents flagged down a nearby officer and initiated a stop. While speaking with Dani, the policeman noticed that she smelled distinctly of alcohol. The field sobriety tests he conducted on her ultimately failed, and her breathalyzer test didn’t yield flattering results either. Dani first blew a 0.145, as well as a 0.148 afterward, which is nearly twice the legal limit.

DaniLeigh Ends Memorial Day Weekend with Three Felony Charges

The 28-year-old was cuffed and taken to jail, where she was promptly handed three felony charges. As per the outlet, Dani is not facing driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. Her alleged victim is alive but did require treatment at a local hospital. According to police, he suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture as a result of the accident.

TMZ reached out to the dancer’s team for comment but has yet to hear back. Aside from working with Beyonce, DaniLeigh was also making her presence felt this spring with her first new single in a minute, “Tasty.” The wildly salacious song received much better reviews online than another from her discography, “Yellow Bone,” which earned the artist plenty of backlash after dropping it. Chris Brown Could Be Arrested If He Returns To Britain

In February, Chris was questioned by British police in relation to a reported assault on a music producer. According to the allegations, Brown smashed a bottle over the head of the unnamed producer while at a nightclub. “A row broke out with a guy and Brown’s crowd and the man was hit over the head with a bottle.” The witness to the incident continued. “He tried to get up off the ground to escape but he was surrounded and then punched and kicked.”

While Brown’s representatives said the rapper would meet with law enforcement at the end of March. “Two men were due to attend a police station for a voluntary interview on March 29 but did not attend. Enquiries are ongoing to locate them.” However, he reportedly returned to the US at the end of his tour without meeting with the cops. This may lead to more serious legal consequences if he crosses the Atlantic.

Brown Will Face Arrest If He Re-enters the UK

According to sources who spoke with the Sun, Brown could face arrest if he returns to the UK. “Chris knows he will be arrested if he goes back to the UK but is still doing everything he can to avoid it. But he is also concerned he could potentially be picked up in any country with an extradition treaty with Great Britain.”

However, it’s not the first time that Brown has faced British-centric controversy. After being convicted of assaulting Rihanna, Brown was banned from entering the UK. That ban was overturned by Home Secretary Priti Patel in 2020 but the ban still weighs on the artist. “There was some speculation in the Brown camp that the British might be too embarrassed to arrest Chris because the Government had let him back in.” This may be why Brown was allowed to leave the country in March. While Brown does not have an upcoming on the books, this development could affect his future plans.

Sheff G Reportedly Held Dinner Party For Gang Members After Hit

On Tuesday (May 16), Sheff G found himself in the middle of a massive arrest, charged alongside 32 other suspected gang members. As part of the gang bust, prosecutors alleged that these are members of the 8 Trey Crips and the 9 Ways and carried out dozens of shootings and at least one murder. Moreover, they maintain that the 140-count indictment stems from their attempt to consolidate power across territories. However, there is one event in particular that prosecutors believe strongly indicates Sheff and Sleepy Hallow’s involvement. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez believes they reportedly treated eight alleged members to a Manhattan steakhouse dinner following a successful hit.

Specifically, they stand accused of celebrating a 2020 shooting that left Theodore Senior dead at 23, plus five other injuries, at Prospect Lefferts Gardens. According to NYPD Deputy Chief Jason Savino, Sheff G and Hallow donned matching outfits at the occasion. Also, they allegedly bestowed a custom gold necklace with the victim’s nickname etched onto it to a particular guest of honor at the dinner. The victims reportedly belonged to the Folk Nation gang, and Sheff confirmed the hit via text and also ordered another one because of a shooting at his house. Allegedly, his sister also participated in the attack by letting her brother know via text that a Folk Nation member “had to get hit or killed.”

“The senseless gun violence, allegedly committed by these defendants, terrorized our neighbors for years and left more than a dozen people with serious injuries,” Gonzalez remarked according to ABC7. “It is distressing to know that some of the violence was allegedly fueled by a young man who used money he made from a successful music career to allegedly pay for and encourage acts of violence. Sheff G became a prominent member of this gang and became central to our investigation. Sheff G used a lot of the money that he earned to facilitate further gang activity. He encouraged gang members to participate in violent crimes.”

Meanwhile, this case is all the more worrisome considering that the two Brooklyn drill rappers just got out of prison. Still, these are big charges to face, especially after such a long time behind bars. The Brooklyn D.A. also made it clear that not a “single lyric” contributed to their case against the rappers and their colleagues. Shy Glizzy Denies Threatening Girlfriend Following Recent Arrest

Shy Glizzy has denied any wrongdoing after being arrested in West Hollywood, California, earlier this week. According to TMZ, the rapper was involved in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend, during which he pulled out a firearm and threatened the woman. Glizzy denied the accusations in a statement on his Instagram Story, Wednesday.

“The accusations made against me are completely false,” Glizzy wrote on his profile. “I would never in my life pull a weapon or harm a female in any way so stop with the BS allegations! What is wrong with ppl?”

The arrest comes after OnlyFans model Ski Bri accused Glizzy of acting “sketchy” during a shoot for one of his music videos. She claimed that, at one point, Glizzy pressured her to perform oral sex. “I was getting ready to leave and he comes in and he pulls me onto the bed and I look down and his dick is out,” Sky Bri recalled at the time. “And he’s like, ‘Suck it.’ And I said no and he’s like, ‘Lick it,’ and I said no and he said, ‘Then you’re fine with not getting paid?’ And I said yeah and I just got up and went downstairs and got the director.”

Dougie B Arrested in New York On Unknown Charges

New York rapper Dougie B was arrested on the night of May 11 by NYPD officers. Very little information is currently available aside from a brief video of the rapper being led to a police car by officers. The charges he was arrested on are currently unknown. According to video footage of the arrest, Dougie B was the only individual being arrested by New York City police officers.

However, it’s not the first time that the rapper has been arrested. In April 2022, Dougie B was arrested outside a courthouse in the Bronx following reports of gunfire. Dougie B was one of several men arrested in the aftermath of a car collision. The outcome of that charge is also unknown, as Dougie B remains outside the mainstream spotlight.

White Boy Rick Arrested, Ex-Gangster Reportedly Punched Woman After Saying Wrong Name During Sex

If you thought that White Boy Rick put his criminal past behind him after being released from prison in July 2020, you were wrong. According to a report from the NY Post, the notorious former Detroit gangster was arrested once again earlier this week. His first trip behind bars was in 1987 as a result of having eight kilos of cocaine and nearly $30,000. This time, the criminal – born Richard Wershe Jr. – is in trouble for allegedly punching his girlfriend during sex.

According to the outlet, the drama began when Rick said another woman’s name in the middle of intercourse. His partner, who remains unidentified at this time, was understandably upset and tried to leave the bed. Caught up in the heat of the moment, the ex-con apparently grabbed her hand to snatch a diamond bracelet and necklace previously gifted to her by Wershe. She told police that after pulling away she threw a shoe at her lover, but ultimately missed. He promptly took more aggressive action, running over to allegedly punch the woman in the chest.

White Boy Rick Arrested in Miami

An unidentified witness has corroborated Rick’s girlfriend’s story, though it remains unclear why they were at the scene. Their quarrel actually took place last Saturday (May 6). Because she was concerned about her immigration status, the victim held off on reporting to the police until Tuesday. The next day, Wershe was booked and charged with felony robbery by sudden snatching, as well as a misdemeanour battery charge.

After posing for yet another mugshot, Wershe reportedly made his $5,000 bond on Wednesday, at which time he was released from Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre. He’s obviously no stranger to the ins and outs of the legal system, eventually becoming Michigan’s longest-serving nonviolent juvenile offender after almost three decades in the slammer.
