Moreover, he chopped it up over some food with real estate agent Marcel Remus, and the two appeared in a couple of snaps that surfaced online. While the details or nature of this conversation weren’t publicized, there are a couple of different considerations that could inform this meeting. One is that the Chicago rapper is interested in acquiring more real estate, whether that’s in the United Arab Emirates or in other parts of the world. It doesn’t have to be for him, either; he could be figuring out a way to get some other form of permit, ownership, or lease.

Of course, this last possibility points towards an infamous part of Kanye West’s past few years– which is saying a lot. Furthermore, he tried to organize concerts a couple of times already this year, if every single report about it is accurate. However, these efforts dodged Ye at every turn, despite the alleged proximity of his collab album with Ty Dolla $ign and his own solo work. Even though the hate train has died down a bit, he still has a lot to answer and atone for if he is to fully return to the public’s good graces.

Furthermore, this is something that allegedly caused the couple to go on a break just about a week ago. Rick Ross says that he’d take a dinner with JAY-Z over $500,000 and explained his reasoning on social media. In doing so, he recalled a lunch meeting he had with the legendary rapper back in 2008. The comments come on the heels of JAY-Z finally weighing in on the age-old debate, telling fans taking the money is a smarter decision.

“I’ma take the dinner and I’ma tell you why. In ’08, before I turned in my second album, I had a meeting with Hov. We went to lunch,” he began, before referencing a restaurant in Manhattan. “He said ‘Rozay, versus writing to every beat you like, write to every record you can make work.’ He told me a quick story about ‘Big Pimpin’. I said, ‘Okay, bet.’ So, I went from writing one record to every 80 beats I liked, to writing 40 records outta every 80 beats I could make work.”

As for JAY-Z’s opinion on the hypothetical, he addressed it in a recent interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings. “You gotta take the money,” JAY-Z said. “You got all that in the music for $10.99 — that’s a bad deal. Still, it’s a wild connection, as the pop star has never before been linked to them, who are good friends. After all, the press run as of late hasn’t been too forgiving or anything less than chaotic when it comes to the Mississippi native.

Sheff G Reportedly Held Dinner Party For Gang Members After Hit

On Tuesday (May 16), Sheff G found himself in the middle of a massive arrest, charged alongside 32 other suspected gang members. As part of the gang bust, prosecutors alleged that these are members of the 8 Trey Crips and the 9 Ways and carried out dozens of shootings and at least one murder. Moreover, they maintain that the 140-count indictment stems from their attempt to consolidate power across territories. However, there is one event in particular that prosecutors believe strongly indicates Sheff and Sleepy Hallow’s involvement. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez believes they reportedly treated eight alleged members to a Manhattan steakhouse dinner following a successful hit.

Specifically, they stand accused of celebrating a 2020 shooting that left Theodore Senior dead at 23, plus five other injuries, at Prospect Lefferts Gardens. According to NYPD Deputy Chief Jason Savino, Sheff G and Hallow donned matching outfits at the occasion. Also, they allegedly bestowed a custom gold necklace with the victim’s nickname etched onto it to a particular guest of honor at the dinner. The victims reportedly belonged to the Folk Nation gang, and Sheff confirmed the hit via text and also ordered another one because of a shooting at his house. Allegedly, his sister also participated in the attack by letting her brother know via text that a Folk Nation member “had to get hit or killed.”

Sheff G became a prominent member of this gang and became central to our investigation. Sheff G used a lot of the money that he earned to facilitate further gang activity. He encouraged gang members to participate in violent crimes.”

Meanwhile, this case is all the more worrisome considering that the two Brooklyn drill rappers just got out of prison. Still, these are big charges to face, especially after such a long time behind bars. The Brooklyn D.A. also made it clear that not a “single lyric” contributed to their case against the rappers and their colleagues.
