Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Were Aware Of Grammys Memes Circulating During Show, Seat Filler Claims

As with any award show, the 2023 Grammys brought about plenty of hilarious celebrity moments earlier this week. Of course, the building was primarily filled by some of the biggest names in music across every genre. However, a certain actor in the building managed to keep the internet laughing thanks to his incredibly bored-looking expressions caught on camera all night long.

Though she didn’t receive any nominations herself, Jennifer Lopez was in attendance on Sunday (February 5) night. Her duty for the evening was to hand out one of the first prizes – for Best Pop Vocal Album. It ultimately went to AOTY Grammy winner, Harry Styles. At the ceremony, her husband, Ben Affleck, came through as her date. It didn’t take Twitter long to begin making memes about the Gone Girl actor’s lack of enthusiasm about being at the award show.

Many users think that the father of three and his wife were feuding. Others say he was upset with having to join her for a “work thing,” even if that “thing” was the Grammys. According to a TikToker who was filling a seat beside the couple, however, they were actually having a great time. Additionally, she says that Affleck knew about the memes as the show was unfolding in real-time.

“J.Lo showed Ben Affleck the phone and was like, ‘Oh my god, honey, look at this meme circulating about you,’” user @almostannna revealed in a recent video. “He was like, ‘Oh god this again.’” Over the years, the 50-year-old has previously become an internet joke on various occasions, namely while carrying Dunkin Donuts or smoking cigarettes.

“He knew during the performance that he was a meme. Like he knew, and he also chose just not to change his expression. I love how unbothered that is,” the TikToker joked with viewers. Later in the video, she confirmed that there was no obvious tension between the pair. Rather, she says they were “super lovey-dovey,” and held hands most of the time.

Affleck’s face was the centre of attention for much of the evening. Still, he and Lopez did leave before the Grammys concluded. At the time of their departure, he reportedly lifted the skirt of her dress a bit too high. As a result, she warned him by yelling out, “Honey!”

In other award show news, last month we wrote that J. Lo was originally going to join Madonna and Britney Spears onstage for their historic smooch in 2003. Unfortunately, the multi-talent was in Canada filming a movie at the time and couldn’t attend the MTV VMAs. Thankfully, another starlet of the time was up to the task.

“Dirrty” songstress Christina Aguilera was recruited to be Lopez’s replacement, though she’s since been vocal about feeling left out of the salacious scandal. At the time, the cameras cut away from her kiss with the Queen of Pop to catch Justin Timberlake’s reaction to his ex locking lips with her on live TV. Beyoncé Shares Grammys BTS Video, Dances With Jay-Z & Poses With Trophies

The Grammy Awards have come and gone for another year, though our favourite celebrities continue to reflect on their wins (and losses) all across social media. The latest to do so is one of the night’s biggest champions – Beyoncé. Throughout the prestigious ceremony, she markedly took home the trophies for R&B Song, Dance Recording, Traditional R&B Performance, and finally, Dance/Electronic Album.

Following Sunday (February 5) night’s televised presentation, the Houston-born vocalist shared a commemorative post on her Instagram. “To my Hive, thank y’all so much for all of your love and loyalty,” she began. “Big thank you for the ‘BREAK MY SOUL’ and ‘CUFF IT’ wins!!! To The Dream, Tricky, HOV, and Big Freedia. I love y’all!”

Beyoncé went on to name-drop Syd, Nova Wav, Ristorp, Raphael Saadiq, and Nile Rodgers for their help in the winning efforts. Additionally, she praised Sabrina Claudio, Nick Green, and Patrick Paige II for helping out with “PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA.” Of the track, she says, “[It’s] my favourite song on ‘RENAISSANCE’ most days. It’s hard to pick though. Haaa.”

In the days since the 41-year-old has kept the Grammy content coming our way. A closer look at her glamourous outfit came earlier this week. Later, on Wednesday (February 8), the “Baby Boy” hitmaker gave us a behind-the-scenes video that includes plenty of big smiles. Soundtracked to the newly released “CUFF IT (WETTER REMIX),” we see footage of Queen B dancing with her husband, posing while cameras snap, and getting emotional while accepting an award on stage.

Other famous faces who appear alongside Beyoncé in the new video include former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland and her mom, Tina Lawson. Seeing as the performer is now tied for the title of most-decorated Grammy artist of all time, she’s got no shortage of bragging rights and prestige within the music industry.

Her RENAISSANCE album continues to be celebrated by friends and fans near and far. Unfortunately, Beyoncé’s Adidas x Ivy Park collection hasn’t been getting the same love as of late. Earlier this week, reports revealed that the streetwear brand underperformed by 86% last year.

SZA’s Curves Capture Fans’ Attention As She Thirst Traps & Listens To Ashanti

It took over five years for SZA to deliver the follow-up to her debut Ctrl album earlier this winter. Still, fans aren’t holding it against her. In fact, they’re so happy to have new music from the “Drew Barrymore” hitmaker that they’ve helped her beat numerous records and add more RIAA certifications under her belt. The music is obviously a huge reason why people love her. However, SZA’s thirst traps also play a key role in keeping her audience intrigued.

Earlier this week, the 33-year-old couldn’t help but flaunt her thick figure on social media. Wearing a light brown catsuit complete with plenty of cutouts in the top half, SZA gave viewers of her Instagram Story a nearly 360-degree look at her body. As the clip begins, she stands to the side, making her pert booty the focal point.

The Missouri native soundtracked her thirst trap to Ashanti’s “Movies,” showing love to one of the many great female artists to come before her. As the song continues, SZA turns to give the camera a view from the front. She zooms in and out on her hourglass figure. A huge smile spreads across her face as her sparkle-clad outfit magically reflects in the light.

The R&B diva’s body was a hot topic as fans (and haters) spent years debating whether she went under the knife. On her sophomore album, SZA cleared up the rumours. At the time, she confirmed to the world that she previously went through with a BBL. The project’s opener finds her braggadociously rhyming, “So classic, that ass so fat / It look natural, it’s not.”

Her thirst traps have certainly been known to capture the world’s attention. Of course, that doesn’t mean SZA’s musical career is any less impressive. Her latest album, SOS, has officially been certified Platinum by the RIAA just a few months after its arrival. She’s clearly hit her stride while working with TDE, but as it turns out, the singer had aspirations of joining Odd Future before becoming a part of Punch’s label.

Akademiks Says 6ix9ine Paid $40K To Sleep With A Famous Female Rapper

6ix9ine’s produced little music in recent times. Instead, he makes headlines whenever it regards some sort of antic, such as feuding with Anuel AA’s brother. He hardly appears on socials anymore unless it’s to taunt a rival rapper. For the most part, he hasn’t necessarily been in the limelight as much as he has in the past. However, it still seems like he’s in the mix to some degree, whether that’s appearing on Akademiks’ page or Clubhouse conversations with Wack 100.

To this day, Akademiks and 6ix9ine’s are best buddies and it appears that they continue to have a strong bond. In fact, Akademiks alleged that he saw a sex tape involving 6ix9ine. During a recent live stream, Akademiks discussed allegations surrounding women in the industry who apparently have slept with rappers for tens of thousands of dollars. Bandman Kevo previously discussed this topic with Ak, but the media personality has apparently seen it with his own eyes now. He recently claimed 6ix9ine showed him a video of himself sleeping with a famous female rapper.

Akademiks Says He Saw 6ix9ine’s Sex Tape

During his live stream, he explained that there are numerous women in the industry who sleep with rappers. At this point, he said that 6ix9ine provided the proof. Akademiks said that he wouldn’t name names but he confirmed that he saw a video of 6ix9ine having sex with one of these famous female rappers. “He’s like, ‘Ak, I gave her 40 bands. Here’s the video,’” he recalled 6ix9ine telling him before divulging details about what he saw in the clip. 

Akademiks alleged that many women in the industry are actually sleeping with wealthy industry figures for large sums of money. “There are lit female rappers allegedly who you might think, ‘How do we know her name constantly? She looks amazing but she doesn’t have a hit but she’s everywhere.’ She’s f*ckin for 12 bands,” Akademiks explained. Evidently, there are a lot of behind-the-scenes antics that the rest of us aren’t aware of but perhaps, it’s for the best. David Guetta Uses A.I.-Generated Eminem Voice In New Song

David Guetta is now the latest proponent of an incredibly provocative trend that has been going around the music scene: artificial intelligence. Whether it be FN Meka, the A.I. rapper who inked a deal with Capitol Records and subsequently lost it due to cultural appropriation concerns, or Drayk.it, the website that allows people to use an A.I.-generated replica of Drake’s voice and make it sing any song they desire, A.I. has gained many fans and critics.

Most recently, the cover art for Lil Yachty’s latest studio album Let’s Start Here (Jan. 27) sparked conversation among listeners, considering he employed an A.I. generator to craft the whimsical album art. After a Twitter user brought attention to this decision, saying it “sucks so much,” Yachty succinctly replied “shut up,” emphasizing even more the line in the sand drawn between A.I. lovers and haters.

David Guetta Loves A.I.

On Feb. 3, Guetta uploaded a video to Twitter of his recent concert, where he debuts a new track that features an appearance from an A.I.-generated Eminem voice. Before an epic beat drop, the Eminem voice repeats the phrase “This is the future rave sound. I’m getting awesome and underground.” After the clip of this performance, Guetta is seen explaining this decision and the process of making the Eminem replica, where he appears to be ecstatic about his newfound love for artificial intelligence.

“Eminem, bro! There’s something that I made as a joke, and it worked so good I could not believe it,” he said. “I discovered those websites about A.I. Basically, you can write lyrics in the style of any artist you like. So I write a verse in the style of Eminem about Future Rave. And I went to another A.I. website that can recreate the voice. I put the text in that and I played the record, and people went nuts!”

In the thread underneath Guetta’s Twitter post, he elaborates that he will not release the song for commercial use: “obviously I won’t release this commercially.” But, the main argument against A.I. from its dissenters is that it takes away the efforts of artists or uses them as reference points and does not credit them and compensate them financially. And even though Guetta does not plan to add this song to streaming platforms, he already used it in a concert setting that he got paid for.

Offset & Pierre “P” Thomas Reunite Backstage At The Grammys Amid Quality Control Lawsuit

There has been tension brewing between Offset and his former label, Quality Control, recently. The contractual dispute between Offset and Pierre “P” Thomas and Coach K further soured their relationship. However, they seem to be cordial on some sort of level. Last night, footage emerged of P and Offset walking together backstage at the Grammys. 

There isn’t much context surrounding the clip. However, a man has a hand on Offset’s shoulder as he follows behind P. Meanwhile, the rapper says something along the lines of, “Hold me down… on the red carpet.” Some fans believe the clip was taken immediately after Offset’s alleged scuffle with Quavo backstage ahead of the In Memoriam segment.

It’s surprising to see the two together, especially since P and Coach K recently responded to Offset’s lawsuit. In late August, Offset sued Quality Control for ignoring the negotiation contract that he inked in 2021. He claimed that he paid “handsomely” for his rights as a solo artist and signed directly to Capitol/Motown.

Afterward, Offset claimed he and P haven’t spoken in nearly two years while alleging that Quality Control blackballed him in the music industry. The feud came just as ‘Set begin to plot out his solo releases with singles like “54321” and “Code.” “N***as act like Im the problem I paid millions to get my rights back. N***a you blackballed me I ain’t said shit one time homie I ain’t spoke to you in 2 years now I drop and you want ya name on my credit?” Offset tweeted. Cardi B later publicly backed up her husband’s claim in a subsequent Instagram post.

Last week, QC formally fired back at Offset’s lawsuit in court. In a new filing, they said Offset breached their contract including a “confidentiality provision.” They said Offset violated their agreement by detailing “the terms of the Settlement Agreement in the Complaint and in social media posts, and by sharing the Settlement Agreement with various Universal Music Group executive.” Quality Control asked the judge to formally dismiss the lawsuit. They also stated that Offset isn’t the owner of the recordings that he “has made or continues to make with Motown on or after January 15, 2021.” 

Ne-Yo’s Baby Mama Speaks On Getting Pregnant During His Marriage

Ne-Yo has written some beautiful love songs throughout his career, but that doesn’t mean they’re inspired by his romantic life. Unfortunately for the R&B artist, the last year has been a tough one for his personal relationships. Last August, his wife, Crystal Renay filed for divorce from the vocalist. At the time, she claimed he welcomed a child with another woman.

Those allegations have proven to be true in recent months. While he and his ex were able to finalize their separation a few days ago, the other woman in his life is venting her frustrations about the situation on social media. In a recent upload, she reflected on the pain of finding herself pregnant with Ne-Yo’s baby while he was married to someone else.

Recently, @itsbigsade shared maternity photos on her feed, along with a lengthy message airing out her feelings. “Angel of mine,” she began. “Coming to terms with the delicate circumstances. When I felt like I just couldn’t take on another load, especially at the expense of another person’s happiness… Sometimes even my own… Wasn’t the easiest decision.”

“However, I have to choose me,” the expecting mother went on. “Therefore, I have to choose you. The JOY Braiden gives me every day strengthened me and let me know I can do this gracefully.” She adds that her intention is to go through pregnancy with “love, compassion, and penitence” for her wrongdoing.

In conclusion, Sade says she’s patiently waiting for her little one’s arrival and is ready for the journey they’ll go on together. Additionally, she acknowledged that plenty of lessons and blessings lay ahead for them both. “I can’t wait to meet you my buttercup!! xoxo MOMMY.”

At this time, it remains unclear if Ne-Yo plans to play an active role in his new child’s life. However, the expecting father has been using his new status as a single man to get up close and personal with some fans. Ben Affleck Clowned For Looking Miserable At Grammys With Jennifer Lopez

One of the biggest celebrity weddings we witnessed in 2022 was undoubtedly between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. Two decades after previously ending their first engagement, the former lovers made their way back to each other. They tied the knot in a stunning Georgia ceremony, and since then, have been enjoying life together as newlyweds.

While the Gone Girl star works primarily in the film industry, his multi-talented wife dabbles in both acting and music. Seeing as she’s had a generally successful career as a singer, Lopez was invited to attend Sunday’s (February 5) Grammy Awards as a presenter. Much to the audience’s avail, her husband chiefly tagged along as her date for the evening.

The newlyweds didn’t walk the star-studded red carpet, but the Hustlers starlet did make her debut on stage early on. She handed out the first trophy of the night, specifically for Best Pop Vocal Album to Harry Styles and his Harry’s House effort. Unfortunately for Affleck, his wife obviously wasn’t able to leave after carrying out her role.

Several times throughout the undeniably lengthy award ceremony, cameras panned to the 50-year-old looking increasingly bored. Whether watching Stevie Wonder perform “Higher Ground,” or simply soaking in the presence of other celebrities, the look on his face reads as though he’d rather be anywhere else than at the Grammys.

Unsurprisingly, Twitter users are explicitly having a field day making memes of Affleck’s expression. Some pointed out that it’s sad to see him looking so miserable in the presence of his dream girl – especially now that he’s finally married her. Others, however, find it comedic that the father of three is so often caught on camera looking miserable.

“Ben Affleck is every introvert everywhere. You can see his batteries draining in real-time. Man is already at 23%,” one user later joked. Another person wrote, “Ben Affleck is every husband dragged to a work thing by his wife.” Furthermore, people expressed gratitude for the cameraman who kept eyes on the Argo actor throughout the night.

Woman Claims To Be R. Kelly & Aaliyah’s Biological Daughter

A woman recently claimed to be R. Kelly and Aaliyah’s biological daughter via a TikTok video. “Okay, y’all, my name is Love,” she expressed. “My given name. I am the biological daughter of Aaliyah Haughton and Robert Kelly, R. Kelly. I just want to tell my truth and tell my mother’s truth because I feel like it’s time and it’s needed. I feel like I went through so many things as far as keeping this identity and deliberating with different family members. You know the energy, you guys know how it can get. I just want the world to know the best part of me. I am also accepting of my mother Aaliyah Haughton. I’ve been shook around…”

Following these claims, Love received a lot of backlash and claims of lying in the comments. Moreover, many people filled No Jumper‘s report post with their own takes on this claim. For example, a lot of commenters posted a slew of laughing emojis in reference to her story. “She don’t look nothing like them,” one commenter wrote, with another adding “Why her eyes look at each other. She know she lying.” Also, some pointed out the apparent drawings of presumably Aaliyah that she hung in the wall behind her. “We not really entertaining this are we,” a user remarked. “This like knowing somebody is throwed off and actually follow them.”

Still, some came to Love’s defense, expressing empathy and lack of proper knowledge to comment on the situation. “That is not nice who knows if this is true or not,” a concerned user wrote. “S**t a lot has been going on and we don’t know don’t look at her and automatically because of how she looks people’s quick to judge that is not nice let’s give her a chance.” In fact, one user even responded to VladTV‘s laughing emojis.

Like many other stars, though, she prefers to keep her love life lowkey. In recent weeks, however, she and TikTok star Jaden Hossler have been fuelling romance rumours with their flirtatious posts.

On January 20th, the 21-year-old included Stassie in his “Sorry. Mommy?” viral video challenge. This is what first prompted fans to speculate something is unfolding between the pair. “Can we take this as confirmation of their relationship?” one user pondered in the comments.

Earlier this month, the internet personality posted Hossler on her TikTok page. The audio she used at the time said, “And then there were two,” further turning the rumour mill. Over the weekend, things only got more serious when they confirmed their romance with a kiss on Instagram.

On Sunday (February 5), the Tennessee native shared two photos of him and Stassie standing in the mirror. The first sees them cooly posing, her rocking all black while he pairs a periwinkle blue shirt with his dark bottoms. With a swipe of their finger, followers then see the pair sharing a sweet kiss, Hossler’s arm wrapped around his girl’s shoulder.

Additionally, Stassie sneakily confirmed their relationship in a photo dump of her own. “My life be life,” she wrote in the caption yesterday, kicking things off with an image of a friend pouring her a cocktail. Afterward, we see a fun mirror selfie with her BFF Jenner, an adorable grey kitty, and a subtle thirst trap.

Later on in the post, the model dropped off a picture of Hossler laying behind her. His tattooed wrist is obviously visible behind her head. Neither of them has officially spoken about their budding romance, but as they say, a picture (or two) is worth a thousand words.
