Benny The Butcher Praises Hit-Boy In Responses To His Haters

Benny The Butcher has never been shy from responding to haters online, even when they’re his own fanbase criticizing his work. However, in his latest barrage of Twitter replies on Thursday (January 18), he decided to target people disrespecting Hit-Boy’s name, who is one of the most essential producers in his entire catalog. The two brought us the 2020 album Burden of Proof and other collab tracks, and Hit -– along with The Alchemist -– will produce the Black Soprano Family boss’ next project, Everybody Can’t Go. As such, there is no way that he will tolerate attacks on the beatmaker’s talents, or take them seriously.

“It’s gonna be a whole lotta this 1/26 lol That’s why EVERYBODY CANT GO is the perfect title,” Benny The Butcher wrote. Specifically, he included a screenshot of one fan who said an unnamed song would be disappointing based on a snippet because Hit-Boy produced it. When someone else pointed out that it’s The Alchemist (and the critic changed his mind), the other commenter asked why a song’s producer’s name determines whether it’s good or not if you already have an opinion on the beat “That’s the reason I call these fools nerds and say they’re opinions ain’t worth dog s**t.”

Benny The Butcher Defends Hit-Boy

Furthermore, another fan asked the Griselda affiliate to not work with Hit-Boy’s beats and instead focus on his grimy sound. “This is where you wrong…” Benny The Butcher clapped back. “Real Benny fans wanna hear [fire] music…boom bap fans wanna hear wat u described…BURDEN OF PROOF…I kno cuz I’m Benny the butcher.” It seems like the fan was particularly heated that day, because they kept responding to these remarks from the rapper. “Nah Benny this ain’t it your fans opinions matter unless you wanna end up like the rest of these mainstream losers. Majority of your fans became fans when you dropped Plugs I Met. We wanna hear that s**t.”

Chrisean Rock and Blueface went their separate ways just before welcoming their first child together, Chrisean Jr., in September. They’ve gone through plenty of ups and downs since then, with Blueface ultimately turning his attention to the mother of his first two kids, Jaidyn Alexis. He proposed to the “Barbie” performer in October, but it’s now speculated that the engagement has been called off.

While Blueface was busy propelling the MILF Music mainstay to the top, Chrisean appeared to be focused on her own career, her son, and even a couple of rumored romances. This all changed when Blueface turned himself into authorities last week for reportedly violating his parole. Since the “Thotiana” rapper’s arrest, Chrisean has been showing a suspicious amount of love for him online, suggesting that she’s looking to get back together once he’s out.

Chrisean Rock Wishes Blueface A Happy Birthday

In honor of Blueface’s birthday, Chrisean shared a plethora of throwback photos and clips of the two of them together on her Instagram Story, and changed her profile picture to his mugshot. She also posted a video of herself urging a crowd to shout “Free Blueface” with her. “Happy birthday Daddy freeeee youuuuuu,” she captioned the clip. Of course, supporters are confused. Chrisean announced plans to move following an allegedly explosive fight with Blueface only a few weeks ago.

With that being said, this doesn’t necessarily come as a surprise, as Blueface and Chrisean always seem to find their way back to one another. Hus KingPin And 9th Wonder Combine Their Talents To Become “The Supergoat”

Two standouts in the underground scene have just come together for a brand-new collaborative tape. Brooklyn, New York rapper Hus KingPin, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina producer 9th Wonder present to us The Supergoat. For Hus, this is his tenth project in less than a year. 2023 was another massively productive year for the wordsmith.

From February 7 to December 15, Hus KingPin put in his head down and hustled to get out nine tapes. Two of them were joint efforts. Bolio EPetersen saw he and M.W.P. work alongside each other. Then, SmooVth, who is also featured on this new project, joined Hus on Paid In Full. For 9th Wonder, this follows-up his gargantuan 55-song instrumental endeavor, Bladey Mae (Grandma’s Blades), which was a Christmas Day release.

Odell Beckham Jr Recalls Living At Drake’s Home During Break-In

Odell Beckham Jr recently recalled being present during a break-in at Drake’s home. “Somehow [these guys] found The Boy’s house, broke into it. And man they come into the room like, ‘We made it to Drake’s crib!’ [Their] socks [were] dirty as hell like they had to crawl through the mountains to get here. So I had to try and play it cool. I had to dap them up but I was like, on edge at this point. They’re like, ‘OBJ wassup man! Can we get a picture? Can we get an autograph?’ OBJ told the Punch Line Podcast.

Furthermore, OBJ noted that things were able to resolved safely, “And to me, I don’t know if they’re carrying something. I don’t know what it was. So I gave them the picture, the autograph, boom – kicked them out. Instantly called security, instantly called cops. But I’m talking about broke into his house! I’ll never forget that. Broke into his house 7:30/8 in the morning. That’s insane!” he continued.

Odell Beckham Jr Speaks On Living With Drake

However, it’s not the first time that OBJ has spoken on his time living with Drake. In September 2023, he clarified what he meant by living with Drake. “Well, I think people have a misunderstanding of that. He was actually on tour and I was living there. Everyone was like, ‘Oh, they’re roommates!’ That wasn’t really it,” Beckham Jr. told GQ this week. Previously, the Ravens receiver had spoken on living at Drake’s Calabasas mansion during the 2016 offseason.

However, Beckham Jr. did speak on his long-standing friendship with Drake and how he spent some time linking up with the rapper around Europe. “I actually stayed in London [once] for two or three months with Von Miller. This was back when Drake was on tour, so our home base was London for a little bit of time. It was our offseason, so we went to Norway, Stockholm, Amsterdam, but London was the home base. That was my favorite hotel, actually. The Rosewood, they always take care of me.”

Of course, the two previously worked together about 15 years ago, but Cudi had tweeted last year how he wanted to do a full album with the legendary producer. Uncle Al responded with enthusiasm, and it looks like those wishes are coming to fruition. Moreover, fans can’t wait to hear what the two could craft together, even if they don’t make a full project. What’s more is that this excitement ramped up thanks to the Cleveland creative walking back his retirement announcement from last year.

Gates appeared in high spirits as he prepared for the industry to hear his new album. Gates married Dreka in 2015. Last year, he shared an incredibly NSFW video of her giving birth to his Instagram page.

The Ceremony is Gates’ fourth studio album and first since 2022’s Khaza. That album peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard charts. Both of Gates’ previous albums before Khaza, peaked within the top five. Elsewhere, comments made by Kevin Gates and Finesse2Tymes during a recent livestream have led to people speculating about the sexuality of the two men. The speculation primarily stems from Gates asking Finessee if he would “put his feet in the air”. Finesse responds by saying that “if I thought something wrong with you, I would put your f-cking feet in the air”. Many people have taken this as reference to a sexual act. However, it’s more likely a threat of violence. Based on common street slang, to “put your feet in the air” is to kill someone. Finesse is more likely saying that he would not struggle to end Gates if the situation demanded it.

“He literally means “kill me” knocked off yo feet. Put my feet in the air. Yall WANT men to be gay and that’s the weirdest shit to me,” one person lamented. “Y’all so strange he basically say If he ever cross him out his feet in the air as in unalive him and hold him accountable for his actions,” added another. “Clearly he said can u send me to god if i break any codes that’s why he said hold me accountable,” agreed a third.

Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Cori Broadus Gives Promising Update After Stroke

Earlier this week, Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus took to social media to reveal that she had suffered a frightening health scare. “I had a severe stroke this [morning],” she announced from her hospital bed. “I started breaking down crying when they told me.” The unfortunate news took fans by surprise, though at only 24 years of age, Broadus has dealt with various health issues.

“Like I’m only 24, what did I do in my past to deserve all of this,” she wondered at the time. While it’s clear that physical health concerns can take a serious mental toll, Broadus appears to be in better spirits based on her latest health update. She hopped on her Instagram Story yesterday to thank fans for their support, and to share an uplifting message.

Cori Broadus Is “Hoping To Be Home Soon”

“I truly appreciate all the love and support fr gain I’m human and I go thru sh*t just like everybody else which is why I’m so open about my life,” she began. “Because I know I feel alone but we are never alone,” Broadus added, “Someone is always going thru damn near the same. Still [at the hospital] hoping to be home soon.” She went on to share photos of some of the sweet gifts she’s received from loved ones, as well as a couple of visitors who came to cheer her up.

Broadus was diagnosed with Lupus at the age of six, and has taken a plethora of medications for it nearly her entire life. In a 2023 interview with PEOPLE, she described switching to an “all natural” approach, stepping away from medication and towards things like herbs, teas, exercise, and more. “I’ve had medication since I was 6 years old, depending on these drugs all my life. So I wanted better for myself,” she explained. “I wanted to change because it just became a lot. I’m only 24 years old, taking 10 to 12 pills every single day.
