Lil Durk Delays Release Date Of Anticipated Album “Deep Thoughts”

Lil Durk was riding a monstrous way of momentum into October 18. The rapper was dropping a series of stellar buzz singles in the lead up to his new album, Deep Thoughts. Unfortunately, the release date for the anticipated album has been tweaked. An official announcement has yet to be released, but a subtle change was made on the Apple Music page for Deep Thoughts. Instead of reading October 18, the page claims that the album has been delayed by over a month.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the release date for Lil Durk’s new album now reads: November 22. This is a pretty devastating delay for fans, especially given how long the rapper has been hyping up the release. Lil Durk first announced Deep Thoughts in December 2023. The aforementioned singles have been well received by fans, especially “Turn Up a Notch.” The subsequent buzz songs, “Monitoring Me” and “Late Checkout,” have drawn less attention but maintained an extremely high quality. The former, in particular, is one of Durk’s hardest releases to date.

Lil Durk’s Album Had An October 18 Release Date

The Deep Thoughts delay is the latest is a series of rollout controversies. The tracklist for the album was seemingly leaked on October 1. It spread like wildfire on line, with such unexpected names as Kai Cenat, Morgan Wallen and Sabrina Carpenter being listed among the features. A debate surfaced among fans as to whether Lil Durk was selling out and abandoning his traditional sound. Fortunately, the drama was cleared up. The rapper confirmed that the tracklist was fake. A proper one has yet to be released, with the only three confirmed tracks being the singles.

Fans are also hopeful that “Discontinuing Wockhardt” will make the cut. The Drake collab was teased by both Adin Ross and DJ Akademiks. The latter even played a preview of a music video for the song. It was theorized that Drake had been removed from the song, because the 6 God’s name was nowhere on the aforementioned tracklist. Once it was proven fake, however, confidence in the superstar collab was restored. Fingers crossed that Deep Thoughts doesn’t suffer any more delays along the way.

The cancellation of Diddy continues. Mel’s Drive-In Hollywood has removed all photos of the disgraced mogul, following his legal troubles.

You may not know it, especially if you don’t live in La La Land, but, the iconic Hollywood diner, known for showcasing images of its celebrity patrons, took down two pictures of the music mogul in light of his recent arrest.

Get this, a manager from the restaurant confirmed to our friends at TMZ, saying, “We see everything going on in the news with Diddy and it’s not okay.”

We have to keep reminding ya’ll, and we get it but ICYMI, Diddy was arrested in New York City last month on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Though he has pleaded not guilty, he remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial. Meanwhile, multiple alleged victims have stepped forward, filing lawsuits against him. Attorney Tony Buzbee claims to represent over 120 individuals who plan to pursue legal action against the Bad Boy Records founder.

As the disturbing accusations grow, Diddy’s lawyer, Erica Wolff, issued a statement to Rolling Stone, strongly denying the claims. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Wolff stated. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Yet another accuser came forward Monday, identified as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit claiming that Diddy raped her in a Manhattan hotel in 2004 when she was 19 years old. As the legal proceedings unfold, updates on the case and its impact on Diddy continue to surface.

LeBron James Sets Press Boundaries On Bronny: ‘Ask Him, He’s a Grown Man’

So we’re not going to get excessive takes on Bronny coming from his father, LeBron James. Nope, nope, nope. LeBron James Senior just set a firm boundary with the media on Monday, making it clear that he won’t be answering every question on behalf of his son, Bronny James, this season.

It went down during a media session at Lakers practice, when asked about Bronny, LeBron chose to deflect, encouraging reporters to direct their inquiries to his son instead.

“You got to ask him,” LeBron responded. “He’s a grown man, ask him how he’s handling it and we’ll go from there. He’s a grown man, he’s a professional, he can handle it.”

As you probably know, this season marks a historic milestone for the James family, as LeBron and Bronny become the first father and son to play in the NBA, and even more uniquely, potentially on the same team. While this situation highlights LeBron’s incredible longevity in the league, it also introduces new dynamics, especially when it comes to media attention.

See, it’s pretty common for players to field questions about their teammates, but it’s unusual for one player to be consistently expected to speak for another, particularly when that teammate is also family. Facts!

LeBron’s comments suggest that, while he may occasionally respond on Bronny’s behalf, he expects his son to handle most of the media attention independently.

ICYMI, LeBron and Bronny made their on-court debut together earlier in October during a preseason game against the Phoenix Suns. Bronny, however, has had a quiet preseason performance, averaging just 0.7 points, one rebound, and 0.3 assists in 11.9 minutes per game across three contests. As expected for a second-round draft pick, Bronny is likely to spend time developing in the G League before securing a regular spot in the Lakers’ rotation.

What’s more. back in July, former ESPN reporter Adrian Wojnarowski noted that Bronny is projected to start the season with the Lakers but could transition to the South Bay Lakers, their G League affiliate, as part of his development. Bronny has shown potential as a three-and-D player during college and Summer League, but more time in the G League could be beneficial for him to refine his skills before making a consistent impact in the NBA.

Okay, fans are on edge because these updates about the upcoming Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR are anxiety inducing, ha! So their hotly anciticapted collaborative album is rumored to drop this fall but now we have more intel …

The latest update came from PARTYNEXTDOOR himself during an appearance on The Fry Yiy Show, where he provided fans with an exciting update.

“I have had an insane week,” PARTYNEXTDOOR shared. “So… You guys know what’s coming for you. PARTY and Drake have a classic. And we, you know, we trying to put the finishing touches on it, so… Yeah, it’s a jam-packed month for me filled with the thing that I love to do the most. Besides being a great dad, the world’s greatest dad. But that’s besides the point.”

His comments however cryptic, have only heightened anticipation, with fans hopeful that the project will arrive soon.

An October release would be ideal, as it coincides with the duo’s frequent references to fall as the perfect season for their music. Let’s be real its an October’s Very Own drop so Oct, makes sense.

Get this, the first hint about the joint album came from Drake earlier this summer when he surprised fans during his set at the Toronto stop of Party’s Sorry, I’m Outside tour. “So, you get the summer over with, you do what you need to do,” Drake told the crowd. “I know all you girls are outside. When it gets a little chilly, PartyNextDoor and Drake album will be waiting right there for you.”

What’s more, PARTYNEXTDOOR later confirmed the project in an interview with social media personality Awaiz Punjani, stating, “The one we doing right now – all 15 we doing right now,” when asked about his favorite track. Fans are now anxiously counting down the days, expecting a powerhouse album from the OVO duo.

Mustard Retains Major Assets After Finalizing Divorce Settlement

Mustard has had lots of ups and downs over the past few years. The producer scored his first number one single with Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” He also moved an underwhelming number of units for his last studio album. He announced the birth of his fourth child in July, but has been embroiled in a long and messy divorce with his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry. Fortunately, the latter was resolved on October 14th. TMZ confirmed that a divorce settlement has been reached between Mustard and Thierry, and it’s very beneficial for the former.

TMZ reported that Mustard will retain several pricey assets in the divorce. These assets include a mansion in Chatsworth and residential homes in Simi Valley and Los Angeles, respectively. The iconic producer will also get to hold on to several different vehicles. Mustard will retain ownership of a fleet of motorcycles and jet-skis. He will also get to keep a number of luxury cars, including a 2022 Maybach Benz, a 2018 Lamborghini Aventador, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, a 2019 Lamborghini Urus and a 2022 Rolls-Royce Cullinan. The producer is also the owner of a 1960 Chevy Impala 4. Most important of all, though, Mustard will retain the rights to his music catalog.

Mustard’s Ex Nets $24K In Monthly Child Support

Chanel Thierry will also be given quite a bit in the divorce. TMZ confirmed that she will be given a one time payment of $315,000 for spousal support. Furthermore, Mustard has decided to give his ex-wife a one time “equalization” payment of $275,000. These lump sums will be accompanied by a Tesla Model X and Sleepova. The latter is a pajama and loungewear company that Thierry founded. She’s also going to be given $24,5000 in monthly child support. Thierry has not said anything about the settlement. That said, she has made her disdain for Mustard’s actions clear via social media posts over the years.

Thierry exposed Mustard’s annual income in an attempt to acquire more child support in June 2023. She also took to Instagram in September to comment on the notion of having kids before marriage. She said she would never make the mistake of having kids before marriage, and fans believed the she was dissing Mustard in her statement. Especially since Mustard is not married to the mother of his most recent child. “At this big grown age of almost being 33,” Thierry wrote. “You will see me pop out with a ring before a baby. I wouldn’t make the same mistake I did at 19 at this big age. Learn and [grow].”

Bow Wow Claims His Upcoming Collab Single With Chris Brown Is “Timeless”

Bow Wow has been quiet on the music front for a long time. Seriously, a long time. The rapper’s last album was in 2009, but he has been promising fans that he has one more in him. Before 30 was the title he teased back in 2021. There haven’t been any singles or confirmed rollout plans as of yet. At least, not until October 13. Bow Wow sat down for an appearance More to the Podcast, and revealed some crucial information about the album. The rapper will be reuniting with his former collaborator, Chris Brown, for a new single.

“Me and Chris have a dope… I believe a timeless record,” Bow Wow explained. The rapper noted that he hasn’t worked with Chris Brown since “Ain’t Think About You” in 2010, and wanted to make sure the new song would be worth the wait. “It took us so long,” he continued. Bow Wow also noted that him and Chris Brown are still friends, and have simply not gotten in the studio due to unfortunate timing. “We don’t look at it like it’s work,” he explained. “I think that’s the friendship and the camaraderie is so authentic… When I did the record, Hitmaka was like, ‘Dawg, you gotta call him.’” Bow Wow admitted that the urging of guys in his circle ultimately convinced him to reach out to Breezy.

Bow Wow Claimed Breezy Took A While To Record

“It’s a moment,” he admitted. “I sent the record to bro, he was playing me some records.” The process of getting Chris Brown on the chorus of the song proved trickier than Bow Wow anticipated, though. A trip to L.A. to get in the studio with the pop superstar resulted in a multi-day hang out in which the two men hung out and watched YouTube. “We still don’t do the record,” he recalled while laughing. “I’m like cool, I’m on a time [crunch], I really came out to L.A. to get this record done.” Bow Wow was frustrated that he went home after three days without the feature. At least, initially. By the time the rapper got home, Chris Brown has laid down the chorus and sent it over.

“He sent that file… Outta here,” Bow Wow recalled. “I got chills. I’m like nah, this is crazy. You just got to let him vibe.” The rapper then conceded that different artists have different approaches to making music, and each of them need to be approached differently. “If you want the best out of somebody, you gotta understand they got their own little thing, how they get down,” he concluded. No release date on the new song, but we definitely hope to hear this “timeless” collab sooner than later.

Arsenio Hall has entered the Diddy and Trump chat. The former talk show host recently shared a story about Donald Trump defending Sean “Diddy” Combs in an unexpected moment. During an appearance on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, Hall recalled an incident that took place behind the scenes of Trump’s reality show Celebrity Apprentice. Former Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day had made critical remarks about Diddy, and Trump surprisingly came to the Bad Boy founder’s defense.

“She says some negative things about Diddy, and I’m listening,” Hall explained. “Trump chimes in and defends Diddy and that surprised me because usually Trump don’t defend nobody but himself.”

The Coming 2 America star described how Trump passionately stood up for Diddy, emphasizing that he had never encountered any personal issues with him. “For him to speak up and say, ‘Well, I like him, he’s a good guy. I’ve never had a problem.’ He gives him a full-throated vote of character,” Hall recalled. “I had no idea one day this was going to play out in real-time. But Trump liked Diddy.”

Get this, Hall also spoke about attending several of Diddy’s famous parties, which he said could start out family-friendly but often escalated as the night progressed. “For instance, you use a person’s home and their family is in the home, so it’s fun, legitimate. 8:00 PM? Lots of food and music,” Hall shared. However, he noted that as the night wore on, things could get wilder. “I’ve also seen the ones that last longer than eight or nine,” he added, referencing the rumored “freak-offs” that allegedly occurred.

If you are not in the know, Trump and Diddy’s relationship dates back to the 1990s, with the two being seen together at events and in photographs over the years. Diddy even revealed that Trump attended his extravagant 30th birthday party in 1999 during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2018.

Bow Wow Slammed For Eluding to Missing Diddy Parties: ‘There was no motion, no parties, nowhere to go’

Sometimes you have to know how to read the room. Anyway, here we go … Bow Wow recently faced backlash for comments he made about missing Diddy’s parties, a statement that sparked criticism in light of Diddy’s current legal troubles. The 37-year-old rapper, known for stirring controversy, expressed nostalgia for Diddy’s events during an appearance on Rocsi Diaz’s More To The Story podcast.

However, his remarks were poorly received, considering Diddy’s recent arrest and legal battles involving allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and other charges.

Here’s what he said …

“Bruh supposed to be on a 250-foot yacht with his wife, legs up, chilling,” Bow Wow said. “It seems unreal at times. Me and Jermaine [Dupri] spoke about it, and I was like, ‘I never thought we would see him in this position. Ever.’ He’s like the gatekeeper to the game. To the point where… BET Awards weekend? The past two, they just didn’t feel right ’cause there was no motion, no parties, nowhere to go.”

Bow Wow emphasized that he wasn’t referring to the infamous “freak offs” mentioned in federal investigations. “I said, ‘Jermaine, there’s no parties!’” he added. “You feel it, it’s like a hole. He was everything Hip-Hop! For that to die out, you just would have never thought… It’s sad and it’s messed up that we gotta witness this.”

His comments did not sit well with many online users. He got cooked TBH.

One user on X (formerly Twitter) commented, “Fiending for Diddy parties is crazy. Dude should have just stayed quiet.” Another user criticized Bow Wow personally, recalling a disappointing club appearance: “Get a load of this loser. We booked him at the club and he couldn’t even give his liquor away… A Diddy party may actually be his best bet.” A third user tersely added, “Send him back to the orphanage.”

Obviously, in the spirit of not reading the room, the timing of Bow Wow’s remarks is especially problematic, as Diddy is currently facing serious legal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His legal troubles began when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023, accusing him of rape and trafficking. Although the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, it led to more allegations from other women.

Additionally, “Both Ways” comes with a video starring and co-directed by Juice friend and collaborator Trippie Redd along with DotComNirvan.

Blessed with a beat from Juice’s right-hand producer Nick Mira alongside Pharaoh Vice (iann dior, The Kid LAROI, Lil Peep), “Both Ways” is low-slung with a subtly infectious groove. Juice is in his zone, casually shifting rhythms and catching melodies, feeling himself and issuing warnings: “If you’re crossing my streets, better look both ways.”
