GloRilla Is Unstoppable On “Yeah Glo!”

GloRilla’s stock is not that high for a good amount of hip-hop listeners out there right now. Unfortunately, music fans will kill an artist for dropping one or two lackluster songs. On top of that, her comments on Twitter (X) about her promiscuity and celibacy goals have turned even more people away. It is unfortunate because Glo got off to a blistering start.

“F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” and “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B really got her career moving. So much so, that she would nab a short but memorable performance on Don Toliver’s “Leave the Club” from Love Sick. After some awkward tracks off the CMG label’s tape Gangsta Art 2, Glo might be rounding back into form with this newest single. “Yeah Glo!” is a fantastic time.

Supporters who have been running up streams on “HISS” since it first dropped weren’t surprised to see the diss track debut at the top of the prestigious list. Still, there are skeptics – particularly among The Joe Budden Podcast co-hosts – who have questions about the authenticity of Thee Stallion’s rollout. “I’m not here to sugar coat it, we could see through certain s**t,” one person on a recent episode of the popular internet show argued. “It’s the same fight that Nicki been talking about, the machines, and the manufactured diss.”

Super Bowl LVIII is this Sunday (February 11). You will have to tune into the big game to catch Usher’s highly-anticipated halftime performance. But as far as advertisers are concerned, they have no problem spoiling their forthcoming commercials. So far, the public has been treated to Ice Spice’s upcoming cameo. Yesterday (February 8), Dunkin previewed their ad slot starring “Lovin’ On Me” rapper Jack Harlow and Ben Affleck.

In the teaser, Affleck, a longtime Dunkin’ lover, battles with his late-night craves. As Affleck and Harlow sit in their car in what appears to be a Dunkin’ parking lot, the two verbally spar about right and wrong. The actor needs to be pulled in from the temptations. Unfortunately, Harlow isn’t there to be the “voice of reason,” at least not in what Affleck needs. Instead, Harlow pushes Affleck closer to his Dunkin’ fix. You will have to tune into the Super Bowl to see how the dilemma ends for Affleck.

This isn’t Affleck’s first time appearing in a Dunkin’ campaign. The Air actor also made a cameo in Ice Spice’s commercial for her limited signature drink, his wife, and singer Jennifer Lopez’s drive-thru segment with the company.

Usher Cites Rihanna’s Beloved Super Bowl Halftime Show As An ‘Inspiration’ For His Own (Minus The Pregnancy Reveal, Probably)

One thing we won’t know about Usher’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance this weekend until it actually happens is what it will look like. Before then, though, Usher at least offered a bit of insight into the thought process behind his show.

In a recent Entertainment Weekly interview, Usher said:

“Rihanna’s was fire because of the choreography and the way they did something that felt like a concert. It actually was a great deal of inspiration [for] how I began to think of my show. If you ever came to my residency, it was all about being immersed — being immersed in an experience that is all of these things that wouldn’t necessarily go together.”

This presumably doesn’t mean Usher will reveal he’s pregnant, like Rihanna did during her 2023 performance.

He also noted that his performance will be 15 minutes long instead of the usual 13, saying, “I can’t explain why, but it’s a funny thing that I was able to do and craft. That was a huge strategic thing that happened between me and my agency.”

Usher also noted, “I would hope that people would feel excited — whether they knew my music or they just got to meet me for the first time — and that I’m all passion, man. And that this 8-year-old, who now is a 45-year-old, feels just as free as the first time that I thought any of this could be possible.”

On thing you have to respect about Fivio Foreign is how much he has grown in the past couple of years. The Brooklynite has only been around since 2019, but has plenty of massive accomplishments in his still-budding career. Perhaps the one that altered his trajectory the most was his incredible contribution to Kanye West’s Donda. “Off The Grid” gave Fivio the platform to deliver an extended verse. He made the most of that opportunity, putting on arguably his most passionate performance yet.

Since that point he went on to drop his sophomore record B.I.B.L.E. It was his biggest record to date with a diverse feature list from A$AP Rocky, Ne-Yo, Lil Yachty, KayCyy, Quavo, and Kanye and Alicia Keys. Additionally, Fivio became the first rapper to use an AI-generated beat with his song “Doin Me.” If that was not enough to convince you of his growth, he is now helping put on the next wave of NY drill talents. He did so on one of the singles to Pain & Love 2 called “Get Deady.”

The young man turned heads this week by showcasing his incredible football acumen, wise-beyond-his-years reporting style, and invaluable insight into the game. Like many esteemed sports journalists, Jeremiah’s dreams originally saw him taking to the field to rush his way into a game-winning touchdown. Unfortunately, the young man experienced a great deal of health concerns during his youth which prevented him from being able to play. Jeremiah Fennell’s official website describes him as a miracle baby, as doctors and specialists suggested he might not survive the delivery upon his birth in 2012.

In subsequent years, Jeremiah experienced a great deal of medical issues, including a missing brain gland, a detached clavicle, and an extremely high risk of permanent hearing loss. As a result of these issues, the young man has been barred from engaging in full-contact sports such as football. However, this didn’t slow him down, as his loving family provided him with several important tools from a young age.

The Young Man Is Highly Academically Advanced

It is clear from hearing the 11-year-old speak in interviews that Jeremiah Fennell has a greater screen presence and grasp of the English language model than most kids his age. According to his bio, Fennell learned the fundamentals of reading, writing, and American Sign Language from a young age through the Child Find program. At the age of 3, he started preschool and, within just one year, he tested out of the program due to his advanced abilities.

Socially, Fennell was always a massive football fan, and would even practice interviewing the Raiders players while watching games at home. He launched a YouTube channel in April of 2020, offering surprisingly astute post-game NFL highlights, and eventually became the first journalist to join Sports 4 Free Youthmedia.

The Journalist Received National Attention On Super Bowl Opening Night

Jeremiah Fennell is a Las Vegas native, giving him the perfect opportunity to attend this year’s Super Bowl festivities. During Opening Night, Fennell got the world’s attention by sitting down with Pat Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and others, providing well-thought-out interviews and fascinating game predictions. Ray-Ray McCloud Focused On Super Bowl LVIII, Not Taylor Swift

Musician, CEO, and 49ers wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud has told TMZ that his focus this Sunday is the Super Bowl, not meeting Taylor Swift. “I’m a big fan of greatness. She’s great at what she do. She big time. But, hey, this is football. We don’t care about no album coming out. We don’t care about none of that. Congrats to her on the Grammy thing she did, but we don’t care about none of that, man,” McCloud said. Swift is unlikely to attend the Vegas-hosted Super Bowl due to performances in Tokyo until the day before. However, it’s clear that McCloud’s football focus is bigger than his musical aspirations.

McCloud’s music might be a little under the radar for many rap fans, that is if they don’t play Madden. All six songs from his EP Crowd Control, recorded alongside fellow players Darren Waller, Terron Armstead, and Melvin Ingram, were featured on the in-game soundtrack of Madden 24. Elsewhere, McCloud was recently named CEO of talent agency Legendary Tribe Entertainment. McCloud had 135 yards on 12 catches this season.

Lamar Jackson Named MVP

Elsewhere in the NFL, the league held its annual season awards this week. McCloud’s teammate Christian McCaffery snapped Offensive Player of the Year but the biggest award of the night, MVP, went to Lamar Jackson in a landslide. ackson received 49 of 50 first-place votes to earn him since second career MVP award. Dak Prescott and Christian McCaffery finished a distant second and third respectively. Josh Allen earned the other first-place vote. Preseason favorite for the award Patrick Mahomes finished 7th with just six total votes.

Jackson becomes the ninth multi-time MVP of the Super Bowl era but stands alone as the only one in the club without a ring. However, Jackson’s 2023 MVP season is a unique one. Finishing 11th in touchdown passes and 15th in passing yards, Jackson became the first QB MVP to finish outside the top ten in both metrics. However, Jackson, who led the Ravens to a 13-4 record and an AFC Championship Game appearance, earned the award by proving he could take down the best. 10 of the Ravens’ 13 victories would come against teams who finished the season with a winning record. Jackson also had 821 rushing yards, his highest mark since a 1005-yard season in 2020.
