Trans Internet sensation Sidney Starr made headlines during her recent appearance on No Jumper with her partner, Family Matters star Darius McCrary. During the candid conversation, Starr revealed that she underwent bottom surgery, which McCrary generously funded. However, she clarified that the financial support did not come from his Family Matters earnings but rather from his earnings in the Saw franchise. The couple’s discussion highlights their close bond and underscores McCrary’s commitment to supporting Starr in her journey.

“I had the surgery,” Sidney says. “The dick is gone”
“Can I have it?” Adam22 asks.
“Someone paid for it. He paid for it. He paid for it with that Saw money!” she responds.
“The Saw money went to cutting off your cock and balls?” Adam22 asks.

4Batz Teams Up with Skilla Baby for New Track “So Bad,” Following Recent Success

Today, revolutionary R&B trailblazer 4Batz continues his musical momentum by collaborating with Skilla Baby on the new track “So Bad.” This release comes shortly after his latest single and music video for “roll da dice,” featuring Lil Baby. In “So Bad,” 4Batz pays tribute to the extraordinary woman in his life, emphasizing her unique presence and the deep connection they share.

4Batz’s signature melodic tones blend seamlessly with Skilla Baby’s unmistakable Detroit flow, creating a fresh dynamic that energizes the track. Opening with lines like, “Let me take you shopping” and “Take you to the tropics,” 4Batz expresses his devotion to his partner and the emotional bond they share. While “roll da dice” introduced the pursuit of love, “So Bad” boldly advances the narrative with lines like, “I seen you on the story, you can be my shawty,” marking a natural progression in their relationship.

Initially teased on the artists’ Instagram accounts last week, the music video encapsulates the vibrant vibe of “So Bad.” With a nod to 90s inspiration, it features women preparing for a night out, connecting over colorful landlines. As 4Batz and Skilla Baby continue to build their artistry, “So Bad” showcases their growing chemistry and sets the stage for exciting future collaborations.

It’s A New Era For ‘Weird’ Music Biopics

music_biopics(1024x450)
Paramount Pictures/Focus Features/Merle Cooper

The list of the 10 highest-grossing music biopics of all-time includes Bohemian Rhapsody (#1), Straight Outta Compton (#2), Walk The Line (#4), Bob Marley: One Love (#5), I Can Only Imagine (#7), and Ray (#8). Some of those are perfectly fine films, but they’re also safe. Most music biopics are. They’re glorified Wikipedia summaries. But it appears we’re entering a new era for movies about famous artists and iconic groups that are willing to take weird risks.

When I first read about Piece By Piece, I thought it was a joke. A movie about the life and career of Pharrell Williams… told through Legos? But the more I thought about it (and once I triple-checked it was real), the more I liked the concept. For one thing, the guy who wrote and/or produced “Milkshake,” “Get Lucky,” “Happy,” “Alright,” “Hot In Herre,” “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” and “Got Your Money,” songs so famous that I don’t even need to list the artist, absolutely deserves the biopic treatment. The Lego connection makes sense, too. Pharrell has synesthesia, which means that when he’s hearing music, he’s seeing it in color. “It’s the only way that I can identify what something sounds like,” he told NPR. “I know when something is in key because it either matches the same color or it doesn’t. Or it feels different and it doesn’t feel right.”

Piece By Piece is a playful extension of Pharrell’s unique way of perceiving the world. But why Legos, in particular? “It’s never too late for you to go pick up a Lego set and make things and be a co-creator. It’s never too late to wake up to that. It’s never too late to gain that self-awareness,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “This is my dream, for people to have that.”

If your dream is to see a movie about Robbie Williams told from the perspective of a monkey, you’re in luck!

As a kid, I was confused by the popularity of Robbie Williams. I would read about how he was a massive star in Europe, but in the United States, it was crickets. Even now, I’m only vaguely aware of a few of his songs, so Better Man normally wouldn’t be something on my radar — until I saw the trailer, which has the only acceptable use of “I know what you’re thinking” in voiceover history. He’s right: what is with the monkey? Better Man is “based on the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams,” per the official synopsis, but instead of Robbie being represented by, like, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, he’s portrayed by actor Jonno Davies in a mo-cap suit to look like a CGI monkey. Obviously.

So, about the monkey: why? “I asked you [Robbie] if you were an animal, how would you see yourself? In your own words, you would refer to being dragged up on stage to perform like a monkey,” director Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) said in an interview with the singer. “I immediately thought portraying you not as we see you, but how you see yourself… I am going to see you and relate to you in a way that is going to be more engaging than yet another musical biopic.” It’s a clever creative decision, as it depicts Robbie Williams how he perceives himself, and a smart financial one, too. “Do you want to see the Robbie Williams movie?” Eh, not really. “Do you want to see the movie where that pop star is played by a monkey?” I’m buying tickets now.

Piece By Piece, Better Man, Alex Ross Perry’s experimental Pavements, and before them, Baz Luhrmann’s King of Rock and Roll fever dream Elvis, aren’t the first weird biopics. There’s Superstar: The Karen Carpenter Story, an experimental short about The Carpenters singer, and I’m Not There, featuring six different actors playing Bob Dylan, both from director Todd Haynes. The hilarious Weird: The Al Yankovic Story literally has the word “weird” in the title! But in a post-Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story world, which brilliantly mocked every rise-and-fall trope, it’s nice to see familiar biopics told in unfamiliar ways. The generic Back To Black‘s of the world are always going to exist, but if Piece By Piece and Better Man do well (they’re both getting solid reviews), maybe we’ll get a Nine Inch Nails Broadway-style musical. Or a Stevie Wonder pixel-art animated movie. Or a Fleetwood Mac erotic thriller. Let’s get weird.

Piece By Piece is out in theaters on October 11, followed by Better Man on December 25

Did Future Diss Gunna On Ferg’s ‘Allure?’ Some Fans Think So, And Here’s Why

future

Future puts on one hell of a performance on Ferg’s new single “Allure,” but some fans think that his verse has a particular target in mind with one line in particular: Gunna, who some rap fans still see as a supposed snitch after the Alford plea that helped him avoid the seemingly interminable trial against his YSL Records boss, Young Thug.

“I’m just a street n****, just rappin’, my day ones went fed / You done took a plea on my slime, won’t be surprise if you ended up dead,” Future raps. Some fans have interpreted this as a shot at Gunna, who has faced criticism from several former collaborators like Future, including Lil Baby and Lil Durk.

Fans who think Gunna and Future have beef — you know, the ones who learn about hip-hop culture on the internet instead of from real life — are overlooking a great many details, though, including that many, many, many rappers make the same generic threat in their music, and most of them don’t even know Gunna (and, if we’re being completely honest, aren’t even from the lifestyle they portray on their songs).

Gunna himself isn’t really sweating the speculation; after supposedly being removed from Future’s new album, Mixtape Pluto, Gunna denied any personal friction between the two. “It’s not personal,” he wrote on social media. “It’s just business.” Does that mean we’ll never see a sequel to “Pushin’ P” featuring the two? Listen, if Gucci Mane and Jeezy can put their differences aside — even if only temporarily — then their spiritual successors ought to be able to, as well.

Adin Ross Shows Loyalty To Drake By Selling His Watch That LeBron James Also Owns

One of the oddest and most speculative byproducts of the whole Kendrick Lamar versus Drake battle is everyone else that suddenly found themselves in the middle of it. We’re not talking about the other rap beef opponents such as Future and Rick Ross, though. Rather, we’re talking about the other celebrities that “picked a side” based on who they showed love to, where they went, and how these folks are interacting online. This is especially true for the Toronto superstar based on just how high-profile he is with his famous friends. For example, he unfollowed LeBron James after months of speculation that the NBA star is more Team Kendrick.

Still, even an IG unfollow – which is practically Drake’s way of making a press release and solidifying his real-life bonds – isn’t enough to confirm this. After all, LeBron James warmed up to his music just fine the other day. But Adin Ross isn’t taking any chances, cutting all associations with the former Cleveland Cavalier. However, he chose to start this process in a pretty odd way. The streamer is selling his Audemars Piguet watch (worth between $450K and $500K) because he owns the same one that LeBron does, and doesn’t want that link to stick around.

Adin Ross Picks Drake Over Lebron James

“I’ll just tell you guys the truth,” Adin Ross said on his livestream. “I’m selling this piece ’cause LeBron has this piece and Drake unfollowed Bron. There. That’s the reason why I’m doing it. I don’t care. Michael Jordan’s better.” Of course, some fans flamed him while others rode just as hard, if not harder, for OVO. One of the things that critics brought up, though, is that Bronny James apparently boosted Ross’ popularity, so this is an ironically disloyal show of loyalty in their eyes.

Meanwhile, Adin Ross recently rode a little too hard for Drake, as he had to apologize to Los Angeles for some disrespectful comments to Kendrick Lamar affiliates. “I’m not necessarily apologizing to people I was talking towards,” he expressed. “But I do want to say one thing: L.A. is to not be f***ed with. L.A. is a serious place, and I love L.A. Seriously, I love L.A. Now, I’m not folding. I still say ‘F**k you’ to the people that were coming at me. F**k you.”

Floyd Mayweather Gets Sued For Allegedly Slapping Exotic Dancer During Dispute

An exotic dancer has come forward with some upsetting accusations against Floyd Mayweather, whose Las Vegas gentleman’s club she allegedly used to work at. According to TMZ, Jasmine Woodward filed a lawsuit against the boxer earlier this week. She alleges that the two of them got into an argument at the venue back in April and that things allegedly turned physical.

In the suit, Woodward states that after she finished one of her shifts, she approached Mayweather to ask about the club’s alleged “failure to pay her for the shifts that she worked earlier in the weekend.” She claims that this upset him. Allegedly, he “slapped her in the face in front of other dancers and customers on the floor of the club.”

Woodward says she then broke down in tears and headed toward the club’s locker room area. She alleges that Mayweather followed her and that the two of them ended up having a discussion. Woodward claims to have told him that she “had a problem” with how he allegedly slapped her. At this point, she alleges that he told her “she could not ‘take a joke.’” Ultimately, Woodward alleges that she was fired from the club.

Another woman named Brittany Strauss has also joined Woodward a plaintiff in the lawsuit. On top of the alleged assault, the two of them allege that the club failed to pay them minimum wages and withheld some of their tips. They’re suing Mayweather and his sister Deltricia Howard, seeking backpay and unspecified damages. A rep for Mayweather, Felton Newell, told The Athletic this week that he “vehemently denies the allegations.” What do you think of Floyd Mayweather getting sued for allegedly slapping an exotic dancer in the face? Benny The Butcher & 38 Spesh Recruit Busta Rhymes For “Jesus Arms” Two Pack

Benny The Butcher and 38 Spesh may have never been on the same label, but they sure do have an unbreakable connection. Their history spans several years, with countless grimy and hard-hitting collaborations. Sometimes, they come together with joint projects, and they have been doing that since 2008, if you can believe that. It all started with Cocaine Cowboys, released under T.C.F. Music Group. Typically, when you see that label, –run by Spesh– Benny’s Black Soprano Family, LLC is usually attached to their collab tapes.

What we are trying to say is that these two have another record coming out soon and it’s a sequel. On October 18, STABBED & SHOT 2 will hit DSPs over six years after the original Stabbed & Shot. This will just be another day at the office for Spesh and Butch, as both prolific MCs have multiple LPs out in 2024. For the former, this will bring his total to five, and three for the latter. To promote STABBED & SHOT 2, they are here with a two-pack featuring “Jesus Arms” and “Brick Specials”. The former features Busta Rhymes, who is one of nine different guests on this upcoming 16-song set. Check out the tracks with the links below.
