Tupac And Will Smith Would’ve Been ‘Really Good Friends,’ According To Jada Pinkett Smith

Jada Pinkett Smith hasn’t been holding back while promoting her new memoir. The actress recently sat down for an interview with Jay Shetty for his podcast On Purpose, during which she had some thoughts about the possibility of Tupac and Will Smith’s becoming pals.

“If ‘Pac had survived Vegas, he and Will would’ve ended up being really good friends,” Pinkett Smith said. “They would’ve had a lot to offer each other. Funny enough, Will was the only person when I started dating him, ‘Pac never said anything.”

“If I dated anybody else, ‘Pac had something to say,” she added. “He didn’t think anybody was good enough, which I understand. But when I started dating Will, he didn’t say anything. Which meant to me, in his own way, he approved. He didn’t say anything. Not a word, which made me believe he approved.”

Despite this, during another recent stop where Pinkett Smith talked to Fat Joe (via HipHopDX), she made it clear that she and Tupac were never a legit couple. “People make too many assumptions because I be trying to keep stuff close to the chest,” she noted. “We were never together. And people when they read the book, they’ll see how deep our friendship was.”

Jada Pinkett Smith Claims Tupac Would Have Divorced Her

For the entire past week, the news cycle has been mostly dominated by Jada Pinkett Smith. She’s done a series of bombshell interviews to promote her new memoir and it’s created an extensive amount of public drama. While much of that has come from her ongoing relationship with Will Smith, she’s also shared plenty of details dating back years. Some of which have gone all the way back to her relationship with Tupac in the 90s.

One of the first big revelations she made was calling Tupac her “soulmate” which certainly must have made things a bit awkward for Will Smith. But she surprised fans even more when she revealed that Tupac proposed to her while he was in prison. Ultimately, she turned him down and she seems to still think that was the right idea. In another new interview, she claims that “Pac would have divorced my a*s so fast.” Check out her full thoughts below.

Jada Pinkett Smith On Marrying Tupac

One person who has been surprisingly quiet through all of this is Will Smith himself. He took to social media to share a video of himself sleeping on a boat. The video also included Will completely ignoring the notifications on his cell phone. The video received positive responses from fans and fellow celebrities in the comments. Many praised him for the fact that he hasn’t made the same level of public show that Jada has for the various news stories.

Others who are urging privacy are Smith’s children. A new report claims that Jaden and Willow feel bad for their dad amid all of the news. They also apparently are calling for private matters to stay private in the situation. Unfortunately, with Jada’s memoir releasing today that doesn’t seem particularly likely. What do you think of Jada Pinkett Smith’s claim that Tupac would divorce her as soon as she was out of prison? Let us know in the comment section below.

J. Cole Drops "Procrastination (Broke)" Loosie Using Fan-Created Beat He Found on YouTube

For decades, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Will Smith have been recognized as the epitome of “Black Love” long before Jay-Z and Beyonce were even an item, but now with Jada’s comments about their marriage, including calling the late Tupac Shakur her “soulmate,” has brought the sanctity of their marriage into question. Even an artist like J. Cole has called BS in their relationship without saying a word by omitting his “Jada And Will Love” line from the performance of his smash hit “No Role Modelz”.

A recently posted video shows the North Carolina rap star purposely omitting the strained couple’s names from a song aptly titled “No Role Modelz”. How fitting.

You know, in various forms,” Jada said at the time. She added that their relationship wasn’t romantic. “It was like God made us that way,” she said.” It was like, look, I’m going to put y’all together, right? Y’all are going to be a dynamic duo. But I’m going to tell you right now, I’m going to make it so y’all are not going to be able to get together ’cause that just wasn’t the purpose.” Check out 50 Cent’s post about Jada below.

Diddy Nearly Fought Will & Jada Pinkett Smith For Flirting With Jennifer Lopez, Body Guard Claims

Diddy’s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, says that the Bad Boy founder once nearly came to blows with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. Speaking with The Art of Dialogue, Deal explained that the couple had “made advances” on Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez. He also joked that Will would mostly likely “beat the shit” out of Diddy, although he did admit the music industry mogul can “scrap.”

“We were at a birthday party that I think Matt Damon was giving for Ben Affleck. It was just a little gathering at the Four Seasons,” Deal began. “Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Puff, Will Smith and Jada were sitting on [one] side of the room.”

I go over towards him and he said to me, ‘Yo, I think Will and Jada are trying to scoop up Jennifer. I want you to stay close ’cause I’ma snuff him.’” Deal added that he found the entire situation funny and even hoped Will would get a few good shots in on Diddy: “I could move slow enough that Will could probably get two or three punches back in,” he remembered thinking, “That shit was funny. He thought that Jada and Will were coming on too strong to Jennifer, making advances.” Check out Deal’s full comments on working with Diddy below.

J. Cole Skips “Jada And Will Love” Line While Performing “No Role Modelz”

J. Cole recently made headlines when he noticeably skipped a line from his hit song “No Role Modelz” during a live performance. Specifically the line he skipped referenced “that Jada and that Will love.” However, this particular lyric from the song had garnered significant attention due to its allusion to the personal lives of the famous Hollywood couple, Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith. J. Cole’s decision to omit the line during his performance immediately sparked curiosity and discussion among fans and media outlets. The verse in question originally reads: “I want a real love, dark-skinned Aunt Viv love. That Jada and that Will love. That leave a toothbrush at your crib love. And you ain’t gotta wonder whether that’s your kid love.”

Moreover, the change in the performance was seen by many as a deliberate move by J. Cole, potentially aimed at respecting the privacy of the Smiths and not engaging further in a topic that had already gained substantial media attention. In recent years, Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith had been at the center of several controversies and discussions surrounding their marriage and personal lives, making it a sensitive subject for public commentary. Furthermore, Jada Pinkett Smith in particular has been speaking out lately on their relationship and revealing that the two of them have actually been separated for some time.

However, the altered rendition of “No Role Modelz” raised commentary from social media. Many fans and observers expressed their support for J. Cole’s decision to skip the line, seeing it as a respectful gesture that prioritizes the feelings and privacy of those mentioned in the song. However, others saw it as him saying Will and Jada aren’t couple goals anymore. “He know don’t nobody want that “it’s complicated” type of love. Lol” one person wrote. “Please leave Cole out of that mess lol he always does that when performing the song to let the crowd sing along,” another person chimed in. “Lol I’m glad he skipped that line. He tired of her too,” someone else said.

Moreover, in other news, J. Cole just landed his first number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He’s featured on “First Person Shooter” with Drake on the For All The Dogs album. It’s safe to say Cole is enjoying the moment. What do you think about J. Cole skipping the Will and Jada line? Let us know your thoughts on HNHH.

50 Cent Trolled Jada Pinkett Smith With A Post Online To Demand That She ‘Free Will’ Following Her Recent Confession

50 Cent doesn’t back down in the recording booth or on social media. When he’s not brokering a business deal or performing in front of a sold-out crowd, the legendary rapper is maybe browsing his favorite apps for the day’s news. No one is off limits when it comes time for him to provide snarky commentary.

In the Instagram post, 50 Cent uploaded a screenshot of her latest confession to The New York Times, in which she admitted to sell illicit drugs when she was a teenager. In the caption, he wrote, “Alright, enough is enough. Free Will Smith. Wtf is going on,”

Pinkett Smith’s admission is one of the stories featured in her latest memoir, Worthy, which will hit book sleeves and online retailers on October 17. Find more information here.
