When Beyonce pulled up to the annual Grammy Awards in cowboy couture to support her husband, Jay-Z, it’s safe to say the masses were confused. All through her RENAISSANCE era, the more of three wore lavish, over-the-top, avant-garde gowns that reflected the glamorous disco themes throughout her award-winning album. Now that she’s confirmed the album’s second act will arrive at the end of March, and will be a country project, we’re expecting to see Bey channel the best of the Wild Wild West more frequently throughout the final weeks of winter.

She didn’t disappoint when stepping out for the LUAR runway presentation during New York Fashion Week, as USA Today reports. The “Baby Boy” hitmaker surprised everyone by sitting in the front row on Tuesday (February 13) evening, just days after dropping “16 CARRIAGES” and “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” to introduce what her upcoming release will sound like. Her outfit was mostly silver, consisting of a bejeweled blazer dress, a head covering full of flashy gems, Mary J. Blige-esque thigh-high boots, and of course, her new signature cowboy hat.

Videos of long-time security guard Julius de Boer ushering Bey and her mom through the crowd at the venue. The Houston native made it to her seat just minutes before LUAR’s show began, with little sister Solange Knowles and designer Christopher John Rodgers weren’t too far away. The former’s son, Julez, strutted down the runway as his family members proudly watched on, hinting at a promising future in the modeling industry should he choose to walk that path.

Yella Beezy Refuses To Box Man On The Street In New Video

A bizarre new video making the rounds online has fans talking about Yella Beezy again. Some kind of internet provocateur seems to have walked up to him in public in an attempt to provoke an interaction but was disappointed by the results. “Bro refused to put his [fire emoji] up. This who yall idolize?” he captioned the video of the actual interaction. Then he posted another video sharing some expanded thoughts on the situation. What he probably didn’t anticipate was that fans would spend much more time roasting him than Beezy.

In the comments of a repost of the video fans make a variety of observations about the clip. Some defend Yella Beezy from a practical standpoint citing his safety concerns. “You’re a random man asking to box? I’m not putting my weapon down rather fight for your life not me” one of the top comments on the post reads. Others took a more lighthearted approach to the situation but still took shots at the man recording the video. “As a yt man why u tryna fight a black man on black history month ?” another top comment reads. Shalon Jackson Blasts Mom Mo’Nique After “Club Shay Shay” Interview: Watch

Family feuds are among the messiest and most stressful that make it into the news cycle for celebrities. Currently, comedian Mo’Nique is feeling the heat after her firstborn, Shalon Jackson responded to her comments about parenting on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast. “I would like to free her from having to continue telling that lie,” he told viewers of his 10-minute TikTok video that details things from his perspective. To avoid being overcome by emotions or getting off track, Jackson wrote down his thoughts and read them out earlier this week.

“Faith without work is dead, and neither one of us cares to put forth any effort to reconcile with the other. We are separate as she put it because she doesn’t care to be my mother any more than I care to be her son,” the 34-year-old shared. Their relationship has come to a standstill, as neither is making moves to contact the other, Vibe notes. Additionally, Jackson is hurt that his mother’s new husband, known to her as “Daddy,” doesn’t acknowledge him.

Getting ahead of any critics, Mo’s son noted, “Responding this way allows me to say my peace uninterrupted. To all those wondering, why say something now? Call it a form of therapy.” While they don’t have active communication, Jackson did confirm that his family matriarch admitted to not doing her best work in raising him. “My mother does a fantastic job of acknowledging a lot of things, but she doesn’t take accountability very well and anything that she may take true accountability for is only at her convenience in my experience.”

While there he was spotted in an Alexander McQueen mask depicting Jesus on the cross and may have even been kicked out of the big game itself. But more importantly, he dropped Vultures 1, his new collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign. After months of teasing, delayed release dates and multiple listening parties the album finally made it’s way to an official release.

Earlier this week, Kanye West returned to LA where he caught up with TMZ. In the most particularly attention-grabbing moment of the interview, West explained how he “can’t be canceled” and that he can’t be antisemitic. But that wasn’t the only surprising revelation he made during the brief conversation. “I’ma just be honest with y’all: I was two months from going bankrupt and I put everything I had into it and we moved to Italy. We moved to the factories and we survived. We survived through the cancellation, we back No. 1.” All weekend West has been claiming that his album is “number one” in dozens of countries despite no official confirmation of that. Kanye West’s Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Dropped

Kanye West has seemingly been in legal trouble constantly for years. Some of them have been the kind of purely absurd lawsuits that grab headlines like the Donda Academy lawsuits. They claim that all the windows in the school were removed because West didn’t like glass. But much of the legal proceedings have been much more mundane and that was the case with a copyright infringement case spawning from a 2021 video West shared to social media.

Videographer Elijah Graham sued West last year for allegedly stealing a video he recorded and posting it to social media. The video was a clip of West himself discussing his wife and kids while serving meals to homeless people. The video went viral for his seemingly earnest self-reflection. “We’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband… but I’m here to change the narrative,” West says in the clip. According to Billboard, the lawsuit wasn’t being “prosecuted diligently” and Graham ultimately agreed to drop it entirely.

It’s pretty good news for West to get this legal drama off of his plate. That’s because there could be even more legal drama coming down the pipe soon. West recently released his new album Vultures with Ty Dolla Sign. After a listening party in advance of the album’s release he was called out for two uncleared samples on the album. Both the estate of Donna Summer and Black Sabbath front man Ozzy Osbourne called out West for using samples despite being denied clearance and either could pursue legal action.

Vultures is still being processed by West’s fans and critics alike. The album has received some backlash for its controversial lyrics and seemingly unfinished sound. But some fans are still riding with the project, which sports a myriad of features from some of the biggest names in rap. Killer Mike Clashes With “The View” Host Over Brian Kemp Support

Killer Mike has a surprising and particularly notable start to his February. He took home a sweep of the rap Grammys this year winning Best Rap Album for his project Michael. He also took home Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his track “SCIENTISTS & ENGINEERS” with Future, Andre 3000, and Erin Allen Kane. But as soon as fans online were processing those wins, videos of Mike being escorted out of the ceremony in handcuffs began making the rounds online. It took days for the details of the situation to eventually fully unravel.

When Mike did eventually sit down to discuss the night’s events he did so in a surprising place. He sat down with the panel on The View to discuss his night at the Grammys and his own political activism. When addressing his Grammys arrest he chose to valorize the night. He called out many of his political heroes who have also been arrested in the past. But during the next segment, he dug into politics where he found himself going back and forth with one of the show’s hosts Sunny Hostin. Kanye West Shows Off His Alexander McQueen Crucifixion Mask

After some time away and a series of mysterious stories appearing out of Europe, West returned to the US late last year. Since then he’s been spotted a lot more often but almost every time he has something covering much of his face. Sometimes that’s been the kind of ski masks that he’s worn on and off for years. Other times he’s stepped out in something closer to a hockey mask. He was in attendance at the Super Bowl this weekend like many other celebs and he matched the special occasion with a special mask.

As soon as West was spotted fans honed in on what he was wearing over his face. He was sporting a black eye mask over top of a black ski mask covering his entire head. Displayed on the eye mask itself is a cut out of Jesus being crucified. The imagery is striking and West took to Instagram to show fans a close-up look at the piece. “Alexander McQueen Jesus Mask” he captioned the Instagram post revealing that the piece was from the legendary fashion brand. Offset Loses His $1 Million Super Bowl Bet On The 49ers

Over the weekend one of the most exciting Super Bowl’s in recent years took place. Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs outlasted the San Francisco 49ers in an overtime thriller.
