Latto Faces Backlash Over Answer She Gave To Kid Interviewer

A quick chat with a little girl has caused chaos for Latto. The femcee is no stranger to controversy and is quick to clap back at people who try to target her online, and she may have a busy day ahead of her after a snippet of a brief exchange with a child has gone viral.

In the clip, the little girl was conducting interviews at an event and was able to snag a moment with the rapper. “How would you describe your personal style?” the girl asked.

“I think I’m authentic, I think I give a modern sexually liberated woman,” Latto answered. “You’ll learn about that later.”

After someone uploaded the clip to Twitter, it was quickly shared on various platforms and Latto faced a wave of pushback. Some believed that it was an inappropriate answer for a child, and later, Hazel-E blasted the rapper, saying she would have had to “G check” Latto.

“You gotta know what is appropriate for what audience,” Hazel wrote. “Bring back artist development! I use to teach it when I was a publicist for Insterscope. I remember the first time I trained Gaga for the red carpet…and read the room.”

Akbar V’s Twitter Account Suspended After Cardi B Fallout

The internet was ablaze from morning until evening thanks to Cardi B and Akbar V’s epic blowout. The two women haven’t had much public contact with one another, but after Akbar landed herself a feature on Nicki Minaj‘s “Super Freaky Girl (Queens Mix),” she soon found her name being entangled with Minaj’s former foe.

There are some who have alleged that for days, Akbar has been subliminally shading Cardi with posts until finally, the Bronx rapper bit back.

The explosive fallout was witnessed in real-time by fans and admirers of both women. Cardi even shared a look at a sex tape of Akbar while Akbar countered by involving Offset in the drama. After she fired off a few insults, the Migos star jumped online to set her straight, denying allegations that he called her with angry messages.

In the follow-up, people noticed today that Akbar’s Twitter account has been suspended. This has caused all kinds of speculative reports and posts, as people weighed if Cardi deserved to be suspended, as well. Others suggested that Cardi’s team is in cahoots with the powers that be.

It is unclear if Akbar will receive her account back, but this isn’t the first time she’s dealt with matters like this.

Three decades have passed since Ice Cube dissed his former crew members from N.W.A. on “No Vaseline”, but according to Twitter, the Sir Jinx/Ice Cube-produced track from Cube’s Death Certificate LP is now being highlighted as the best diss record of all time.

Hip Hop heads unanimously named “No Vaseline” as the most vicious diss record to date, with Cube throwing shots at the late Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, MC Ren, DJ Yella and Ruthless Records former CEO Jerry Heller. With lines like, “Yella Boy’s on your team, so you’re losin’ / Ay yo Dre, stick to producin’ / Callin’ me Arnold, but you been-a-d*ck / Eazy-E saw your ass and went in it quick,” and “Half-pint bitch, f*ckin’ your homeboys / You little maggot, Eazy-E turned f*ggot,” Ice Cube made one of the most successful exit to solo artist transformations in Hip Hop history.
